I am very pleased with National Debt Relief's customer service! Representatives have been very clear with me on the process and have answered all my questions. The program I have been enrolled to meets my needs and it is realistic to achieve my financial goals. I saw that National Debt Relief was the number one in Better Business Bureau and they seemed a good way to figure my debt out. I signed up with them, however, I wished I would’ve refinanced my house first instead of doing that. I could’ve refinanced my house first, had some money, and then was able to get that in line. But, it’s okay. And in this way, I don’t have any credit cards now and I’m living from paycheck to paycheck. I’m nervous that I can’t have anything go wrong ‘cause I can’t use any credit cards.

I love the process and the help I received getting started with NDR. It really assured me I was going to get through this and be debt free!!!! I would really recommend this for anyone in debt. I was up to my head in debt with 3 kids and it was really hard to even see myself coming out this situation but am positive NDR will get me to where I need to be in life to be happy and stress free.

I had a nice experience with both of the women who helped while signing up for the program. They answered all of my questions and clearly set me up for what to expect while in the program. I had some questions about credit cards and they were answered to the best of the lady's ability and I was left with an understanding of what was and was not permitted while in the program.

This company is fraud. I have a debt of 33K in 4 credit card. After one year "The Law Office of Robert S. Gitmeid" took 10K from me and didn't pay any single dollar to the creditor. One of the creditor didn't listen to this program - Discover bank took all my outstanding money $4000 from my personal account as garnish payment after 1 year. When I called "The Law Office of Robert S. Gitmeid", they said they cannot do anything. They can try only and I asked them to return my fees as none of the creditor is listening to this National Debt Relief program. They said they cannot return any of the money or fees. I have lost another 10K and now I have another 10K negative balance and lost 1 year .Please beware about this program, none of the creditor listening from this company.

Every time I call NDR, they're very helpful and very knowledgeable. Overall, the handling of the situation is very good. They only contact me when they need to. They ask for my approval before they do something. It's good not to have to do anything by myself. I can just continue to work and save up money to pay off my debt faster. And there's less stress. The only thing that could probably be a little bit better is if I had to put anything on it, it's just gonna be how much their cut of the whole thing is, so maybe they can ask for a little bit less.

I found National Debt Relief online and they seemed reasonable. They said they could do it for me, so I went with it. They’re just helping me get everything squared away. The negotiator was knowledgeable and helpful. He called me back when I needed to know things, or he gave me a number when I needed to call him and do things. They got a few of the credit cards paid off already. So the biggest one is American Savings, and together with Harley-Davidson they are the only ones left. Right now, they take automatically out every month, and then they take care of whatever I am taking care of. So that is good. My credit started to climb a little. They’ve been great and everything is getting paid. I have rated them to a few people.

My husband is military and one of his soldiers has been using NDR for over a year now. I didn’t realize how NDR decided to pay certain credit cards but also put money away. They were putting more money away in a savings account to pay off a credit card in case somebody took me to court. They solve that credit card so I wouldn’t have to go to court. But I had over $2,000 in that account sitting for over three months when it could have gone to pay off one of my credit cards. It was very disappointing. Within the nine months with NDR, my credit dropped to 400 because it looked like I wasn’t paying my bills. Finally, I've smartly decided to go with Chapter 13 and right now, I pay my attorney $185 bi-weekly. I was paying NDR $906. It was horrible and I should have quit sooner. Filing bankruptcy is the smartest choice anybody can make. You can resolve your stuff within a year or two instead of waiting five years and having nothing.
