The program that I have with National Debt Relief is I try to consolidate all my accounts. They're very knowledgeable and very friendly. The enrollment was an easy process and the payment plan is okay. I'm about 40% through the program. Since working with them, I can be more relaxed, and my life is getting better and okay.

National Debt Relief has shown me that I have hope for my future. I can now breathe a sigh of relief because I have professionals on my side that are qualified to be able to negotiate my debt. I'll be debt free in a matter of a couple of years or less at payments I can afford. Thank you National Debt Relief????

When I spoke with James, he was extremely nice and informative. He called me after hours (his hours) and talked me through everything in grave detail. We were in the phone for almost 2 hours. He took care of all the questions I had. I was very pleased with my experience, I’m very, very excited to be debt free in a few short years. NDR is such a relief knowing that I will not be stuck in the vicious cycle of credit card debt. All the NDR representatives were nice and answered my questions. I just wish I started with the program years ago.

Andre was patient and knowledge. When I first spoke to NDR in August my experience was much different and would not have entered the program with the rep I was speaking to in August. Luckily Andre was the rep that answered the phone when I called to inquire about more information. After my conversation, I felt comfortable with the program.

NDR seemed too good to be true compared to other debt relief programs. The 2 women I spoke with Did a good job of reassuring that this is a good thing to do and to get myself out of this mess I created. Actually wish I had something to show for how recklessly I used these cards, but I don't. Pretty ashamed at the situation.

Needing debt relief is not something I could have foreseen. But it came to that and National Debt Relief's name continued to show up at the head of the pack. I have had a positive experience so far in getting on-boarded. There were a couple missed emails by my rep Dwyane at around the 20 yard line and I almost gave up, but he reached out a couple of days later and told me about server issues. Dwayne was great to work with and thorough. I forget the name of the rep who did the welcome call afterward because he spoke so fast that I had to stop him a few times and get him to repeat himself, but he did have all my information accurate. Now I brace myself to have my creditors calling and emailing while NDR works on my behalf, so let's see how things go. I am hopeful.

I did a little bit of research and I talked to NDR on the phone. They seemed to give me a decent deal on what I was trying to do, so I signed up with them. There was a rep that answered my questions, and she was very nice. And so far, everything that she said is coming true at this point. I'm right in the middle of their negotiations with credit card companies. The results aren't in quite yet, but so far, so good. They've settled with about two-thirds of my credit card companies, at this point. And they've negotiated and settled satisfactorily.

Both of the representatives, Nathalee ** and Atif ** that I spoke with during the application process were very nice and informative. The welcome call representative was also very nice. The process was long but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel hopefully.

I saw one of NDR's ads, and it sort of appealed to me. It was easy to enroll with them and I did on the phone. I've been with them for about a year and three months, and at first, they were a little faster than they are now. Maybe, I don’t send enough money for them to negotiate the rest of my creditors, but it’s not bad. I made an attempt to settle a Capital One, and I’m not real sure how that works, because I pay Capital One a dollar a month for almost two years. In 2021, I have to make a full payment of $1,300.

I saw that National Debt Relief was the number one in Better Business Bureau and they seemed a good way to figure my debt out. I signed up with them, however, I wished I would’ve refinanced my house first instead of doing that. I could’ve refinanced my house first, had some money, and then was able to get that in line. But, it’s okay. And in this way, I don’t have any credit cards now and I’m living from paycheck to paycheck. I’m nervous that I can’t have anything go wrong ‘cause I can’t use any credit cards.

This company is fraud. I have a debt of 33K in 4 credit card. After one year "The Law Office of Robert S. Gitmeid" took 10K from me and didn't pay any single dollar to the creditor. One of the creditor didn't listen to this program - Discover bank took all my outstanding money $4000 from my personal account as garnish payment after 1 year. When I called "The Law Office of Robert S. Gitmeid", they said they cannot do anything. They can try only and I asked them to return my fees as none of the creditor is listening to this National Debt Relief program. They said they cannot return any of the money or fees. I have lost another 10K and now I have another 10K negative balance and lost 1 year .Please beware about this program, none of the creditor listening from this company.
