I first talked to Kyron **. He was pleasant and spent a lot of time talking to me, asking questions and trying to understand as much as possible about my situation. The next day, I spoke to Javier **. He was pleasant also and answered all my questions to make sure I understood all parts of the agreement.

During the enrollment process, the reps explained and emailed to me some paperwork to sign. The rep was very explicit and nice. She walked me through everything so, I had no problems. I'm still making payments but it’s easy to do it on a monthly basis, especially when I'm not working and I get a very little money.

There are still two credit cards that National Debt Relief has not been able to deal with and right now, I'm giving them $259 a month. They’re paying a portion of $10 and some cents a month to this creditor, which makes no sense to me. I would think they would take their fees and pay the majority of it to the credit cards that they’re trying to pay off. They drag those out so long and I would like to see them paying it off sooner. They’re always telling me that if I can pay more, they can do this or that. If I could pay more, I would’ve paid off the credit cards. It’s pretty simple and there’s a reason I engaged them. It was what they told me I have to pay a month and they paid off two credit cards in the year and a half that I've had them. One was 500 and they settled the other.

Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. Que really made me feel at ease. He took away all my nervousness and stress. He was a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend National Debt Relief to everybody I know.

The day that I called I almost immediately was taken care of. The gentleman who I was speaking to took matters into his own hands and knew that he could help us. After he described what needed to be done and how the plan worked we were overwhelmed. We chose to go ahead with the procedures because it would help us tremendously. This gentleman was very Knowledgeable.

The enrollment with NDR was stressful. It wasn’t necessarily bad for those kinda under the gun. What happened to me was I was laid off from the job. I worked at a construction, I’m an electrician, where at the end of the job I got laid off. I started using my credit card to pay for food, gas, stuff like that, to buffer stuff till my employment kicked in. I had a stop limit on my credit card and Wells Fargo decided to use that stop limit to their discretion and let me overspend unbeknownst to me. And so, every time I used my card, there was a fee on overage. They broke the contract that I have with them.

I had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable representatives. Very detailed explanations. Alyssa ** was great and patient. The whole process structured very well, all the documents were explained in detail. All future steps were explained in detail. All questions were answered.

I worked with Gabriel **. He was very patient and very clear. He made sure I had all the information I needed. Everything that he told was accurate and helpful. I cannot remember the gentleman from the welcome team the I worked with but he too was very patient and helpful.

Nomar, the person I worked with was very helpful. Stopped for questions along the way and was very informative. Carefully explained and went through the process of consolidating our dept step by step as I followed along with the documents to make me feel comfortable about the agreement and exactly what I was agreeing to. This company also followed up with all the contact information I needed and the process going forward. The ability to consolidate my debt will make a world of difference for me as I wind down toward retirement.

They walk you through the entire process, explain everything thoroughly and are very professional. Of course nobody wants to be in this situation, but NDR gives a viable solution to get out of debt. I would recommend them to anyone who is overwhelmed by credit cards or personal loans.

I had a lot of credit card debt and I got hit with a lot of medical bills. I was out of work last year for six months because I had spinal surgery. National Debt's name recognition made me go with them. I got into their debt consolidation program and the enrollment process was easy. I'm still at the beginning of the process - reduce the debt and agree on payments. The man that I first spoke to was Jeremy. He was polite, professional and friendly. My concern was that I needed help and he did a budget. It’s only been three months and as far as I know, they’re still under negotiations with some of the creditors. And I’ve only been called by them two or three times. Since I started working with National Debt and changed my phone number, I’m not getting calls from the creditors anymore.

The customer service has been great so far, and I am so glad I am doing this! My monthly payments are being cut by about 60% which will help tremendously!! I should have done this sooner!! Not only that, but the debt will be paid off much sooner than if I was making just the minimum payments.

National Debt Relief has good reviews, and they've been around a long time. I spoke with somebody that's dedicated to my case at first, and then once everything took off, then I called their main number and spoke to somebody there that could help me. Their customer service and the program that they set me up with are excellent. They accommodated my payment plan to how much I was making and what kind of debt I was in, so I couldn't be happier with that. They've notified me on everything, and they've taken care of everything that I've requested. They said roughly about three to four years on average is the average timeframe that a person completes the program. I'm just one year into it, and 75% of my debt has already been resolved. I've seen some bad reviews on some of the websites, but just do what they ask you to do and everything will be taken care of.

I just am getting started but both people I have talked with were very pleasant. Answered all my questions, I am very hopeful that this will work for me. They were very polite. They made me feel very comfortable about my situation.

Telephone receptioners. They were very helpful, and explained everything so I could understand it easily. They took their time, talked very clearly and really helped this old man out. Having one monthly payment that is half of what I was paying, is going to let me sleep easier at night.

Doing some research and reading the reviews helped me make my decision to use National Debt Relief. When I made the initial call, they went over what to expect, what would happen, what can be covered, and the time frame. They were thorough in explaining everything to me. They told me that towards the end of the process, they would help me re-establish my credit. I noticed my credit score has gone up since I started settling some accounts but not by that much. I used their debt relief program where X amount of dollars are allocated into a dedicated account. Then, they contact my creditors and negotiate my penalties and interest rates down. I started off with 14 accounts and I'm down now to about 9. The program is in the right direction and I feel good.

When I Googled, National Debt Relief was the first one that came up and they had good reviews too. Their reps were professional. They got everything sorted out fairly fast. They worked with how much I can afford and if it was sustainable. NDR has been a stress relief for sure. Their program has taken me a year and a half. I have four more months and I'm done.

I spoke to Tiara ** when beginning my debt relief process. I first discussed questions about the program and how the process worked prior to enrolling. She helped me via email and phone to work with my schedule and was very straightforward. The process was very easy once I called her back and she made sure I understood what to expect. The first two phone calls that I received were really long and wordy. There was a LOT of information to cover, and it got overwhelming really quickly. The information was also provided in writing, so I would've preferred being given time to read it at my own pace and then ask questions if I had any.

It was ok. I get confused easily and I am hard of hearing. I told everyone that, but they continued to talk fast. After a while I stopped listening. I read as fast as I could while they were talking. I understand most of it, but I am still very nervous.

I looked into National Debt Relief and read their reviews, and everyone said it was really good so I decided to give them a try. Their reps told me to stop paying on my credit cards and to change my address and name to theirs so that they can handle all the creditor calls and everything else. And then, I started paying in towards the savings account that they provided. And all of a sudden, they started paying off some big debts for almost a fourth of what I owed. It cut down my monthly bills to where I can actually live. It helped me feel like I wasn’t stuck anymore and that debt payment was actually getting done. They put me at ease that somebody was taking care of my credit. And while I can’t really go buy stuff on credit right now, it’s a small price to pay to have somebody manage everything and talk to the creditors. They provide a voice that I couldn’t have provided for myself.

National Debt Relief called me one day and I answered the phone out of the blue. Normally, I don’t answer a number that I don’t know. The person that I talked to explained everything really well, what would happen, and I understood it all. I have been struggling payment to payment then so I said, “All right, let’s do it.” And they’ve kept me up on top of everything. A matter of fact, I just got a call Friday last week updating my account. So, they call really fast to update it.

National Debt Relief broke the plan down to me so I understood it. A lot of the other consolidation companies didn't help me understand what they were doing or they didn’t have a portal for me to see what was going. I didn't wanna get into somebody that was not real or does not help me. NDR's negotiator was cool. I haven't really been available that much lately, but she has been checking and she has left voice mails if I don’t get to answer the phone. She made sure that I was at least informed, which was the best part. I appreciate everything that NDR does.

The only problem was you people speak way too fast for this old New York man, that is country now. Slow down, life is to short.

Help with my debt. Pay off sooner so I have less bill to deal with. 8 credit card total that will be pay off in three year and half with 329$ every month on 5th. I agree with everything that need be done. If anything changes I will contact asap.

Contacted "National Debt Relief" several days ago. The company appears to be well organized. My call precipitated a flood of forms for their and my use in dealing with what has become a unmanageable burden of credit card debt. The National Debt Relief rep explained all things to me. I told them the debt I had, and they gave me an option to pick out the price I wanted to pay. I liked all the payment plans they provided me with except the last one. I didn’t like how they wanted me to go on until 2021 and they wanted $1 a month, but they told me once I get enough saved up, I can go ahead and pay it up. So far, so good.

Fast and painless. I was made comfortable with the way things were explained to me. I didn't feel embarrassed talking about our debt problems with our person we talked with. We feel that we can recommend National Debt Relief to our friends and family if asked.

My experience enrolling was excellent. All of my questions were answered promptly. The representatives were very polite and informed. I felt that the representatives wanted to make sure I understood the process in an honest way. I had very few questions because of the thorough communication.

Super thankful for you guys helping. But, the phone call stuff is way too long. Half the stuff over the phone is not retained because phone conversation is too long and a lot of info is given. It’s better just to directions to the email or paperwork. Verifying the info over and over is frustrating as well. Now, that it’s done and over, I’m thankful no more long phone calls. I look forward to the getting debt free. Both phone receptionist were very sweet and nice. But, they were read a script and didn’t really feel personal.

I got another year to go but everything seems to be going along good with National Debt Relief. I was really impressed when I talked to them. And one thing I found out is that in an emergency, if you need to make a withdrawal out of what you’ve paid in, you can. I had to do some work on my pickup and was in Wisconsin. They got me some money out there real quick. I’m very pleased with them. They got my debts lowered and I’m paying each month about less than a third of what I owed.

My experience with the welcome call was good. It could have been much better... the called was contingent upon reading her ENTIRE SCRIPT... she focused on the script. I mean she knew it the information... customers tend to lose focus if someone is constantly reading an entire script. Overall it was good though.

Tasha was extremely transparent during this application process - she communicated the terms of this program in a way that was super easy to understand and she thoroughly answered any and every question that I had. Although my enrollment process was a bit difficult due to my former university’s terrible customer service (they kept transferring Tasha and I from department to department, it was a nonstop cycle of answering machines and transfers), Tasha did everything she could to help me. She stayed on the phone with me for hours on end and did not give up on me until my application was completed in full. Now I am happy to say that I am officially enrolled in NDR’s program! I have never received such outstanding service ever before, and now I will surely recommend NDR to everyone I know!
