I don't think I've ever had such good and pleasant communication with a company. Everyone has been extremely nice and understanding, I actually had a good time doing this. There were even a few laughs. It's kind of amazing that this is just a debt consolidator. Not even store customer service lines are this friendly.

National Debt Relief has been garbage. For the past six months, I've given them the rest of the money and my retainer fee to pay off the rest of my debt, but it hasn’t been paid off. They said they are in contact with my creditors but they’ve been saying that for six months. It’s a very long contact and is a little ridiculous. I can get into contact with the dead a little quicker than they can. Then, they double drew me. They drew me for two months and when I asked why they would draw money out of my accounts when they already had the maximum in the retainer fee, they said they would be able to get that back to me and it was a mess-up on their side. But then, it happened again the second month.

Luis ** & Anna was very dedicated in their jobs. They let me feeling confident. They anwser all my question. I'm so happy with all the information that I received. I will recommended to my friends. They help me a lot.

We were getting very deep over our heads with charge cards. Never late but had many and we, like many, just paid the minimum each month. So it was a wild race. Updated on 06/12/2020: I signed on December 5th and the negotiators were great. When I call people on the telephone and ask them to do stuff or email, I get prompt response. I would recommend them. But there is a glitch in the system that is making me very unhappy. They contact the creditors one at a time, make the arrangements, and then move on. I had to pull out one of them. It was a credit card with my bank. I was gonna lose my bank if something didn’t happen. They were gonna kick me out and I was gonna have to find another bank.

We were pleasantly surprised at the help we received to help us get our debt under control. Very helpful. We were unsure of doing this, but felt comfortable after talking with the agent. To be debt-free in two and a half years, sounds like a dream.

I was very hesitant about dealing with any of these companies, and checked reviews on all of them. This company stood out above all the others! The person I enrolled with was very well informed and responded to every question - and was extremely patient with my hesitation and helped me prepare and collect all of my information to be sure it was accurate! Signing up with National Debt Relief was easy and simple. Moreover, the application and underwriting process didn’t take too long. I called them one day and I had all my answers back that afternoon. They then emailed all the documents to me that night. I signed everything off and sent it back to them the next day. When I spoke to my case manager, he made sure that I clearly understood the whole process and how it was gonna work. From one stage to the next stage, NDR has been very informative. They have been very adamant about keeping me informed and up-to-date on every change, outcome, and move they have made. They also constantly remind me to check my account as often as I should. And although the payment plan was a little bit more than what I was looking at paying, I’m satisfied with it.

It is as easy and helpful as they advertise. Was paying 1100 a month in minimum payments and now paying 433 a month. With only paying the minimum, my credit isn't going to improve anytime soon, so don't let a quick negative credit score concern you, it will come back quicker than on your own. I unfortunately had to do this about 12 years ago, and I had EXCELLENT experience then and NOW.

The agent I worked with, Jalena, was very pleasant, understanding, and patient, in that it took a few days for us to reconnect after our initial discussion and review of NDR's offer. My only suggestion would be to maybe mention the amount of debt the client holds fewer times, since it is a sensitive subject for the client. But, overall, my experience with NDR has been great thus far. The Welcome team was also great to work with.

National Debt Relief's rating on the Better Business Bureau made me go with them. Signing up with them was an easy process. It was good customer service. It was a little nerve-wracking on my end just because of the whole situation, but all in all, it was a good experience. They anticipated approximately four years for the entire process to be started and finished. I've only been doing this for a year now. But so far, about 50% of everything has been resolved. Probably 35% has been paid off. So, it seems to be on track from what they initially told me.

I did an online search to help get my credit down in all one spot and National Debt Relief came up. Their customer service's really good. I talk to a customer service agent when I call in or if a specialist needs to talk to me, they call or leave a message. It's very easy to get a hold of people. I was having a lot of difficulty paying my bills because of being out of work and having a baby for a while. So, I fell behind on all of them for a couple of months, which was why I called National Debt Relief to get a little bit of help. I've been on it for a couple of months and the service is okay. As regards to payment, they negotiated with me because I could not afford the amount that they were telling me first. I have children, I have rent to pay, I have to buy food, I have a baby. So, I told them what I can afford. The negotiator seems to know what he is doing. Most of the time, I get emails and then I have to respond by email. What he has negotiated so far seem fair.
