I had the pleasure to have Christina ** as the person to help me today. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Christina made me feel comfortable and I never felt pressured. It is as easy and helpful as they advertise. Was paying 1100 a month in minimum payments and now paying 433 a month. With only paying the minimum, my credit isn't going to improve anytime soon, so don't let a quick negative credit score concern you, it will come back quicker than on your own. I unfortunately had to do this about 12 years ago, and I had EXCELLENT experience then and NOW.

The agent I worked with, Jalena, was very pleasant, understanding, and patient, in that it took a few days for us to reconnect after our initial discussion and review of NDR's offer. My only suggestion would be to maybe mention the amount of debt the client holds fewer times, since it is a sensitive subject for the client. But, overall, my experience with NDR has been great thus far. The Welcome team was also great to work with.

National Debt Relief's rating on the Better Business Bureau made me go with them. Signing up with them was an easy process. It was good customer service. It was a little nerve-wracking on my end just because of the whole situation, but all in all, it was a good experience. They anticipated approximately four years for the entire process to be started and finished. I've only been doing this for a year now. But so far, about 50% of everything has been resolved. Probably 35% has been paid off. So, it seems to be on track from what they initially told me.

I felt very comfortable speaking with both representatives. They made every aspect clear. I have total confidence that I made the best decision of my life! I now have hope for the first time in a very long time that my approaching retirement is possible and will allow me to be debt-free.

My husband gets very impatient about phones, computer technically challenged but everyone was very patient with him. I helped him as well and our experience was a good one but it took a while to get our debt all figured out.

I did an online search to help get my credit down in all one spot and National Debt Relief came up. Their customer service's really good. They explained the whole situation to me, how long it would take, what my payments would be like, broke it all down to me each month of what they could do, and what they expect they could do. It's a really good experience with them. I'm a year into the program. Out of all my credit, there are like eight left out of them. So I'm a little bit further ahead than what we expected. But I'm seeing that a lot of stuff has improved tremendously. NDR has multiple people that work on the account. I talk to a customer service agent when I call in or if a specialist needs to talk to me, they call or leave a message. It's very easy to get a hold of people. Most of the people I talk to are very informative, if not, they get someone that can help me. Everything was a great process. I recommend them highly.

The enrollment for the debt relief program went pretty smoothly. I'm getting great service from National Debt Relief. The program has helped me get out of debt a little bit faster. The last payments are due in February of 2020.

National Debt Relief has been great to work with. The first guy I talked to was so informative. I was really defensive about it because I was 100% debt-free up until three years ago. I was angry over the situation that I've allowed myself to get into and that guy was so persuasive and gentle. He was very good at what he does. They asked me questions that I wouldn’t normally have thought to answer to pull information out that's for my benefit. I went through a divorce. I owned my own business for 11 years and credit cards are paid off every month, and then my ex-wife runs them up and she’s gone. The credit cards are opened in my name but the signature on the bottom of the paper are not mine. She signed my name, but by law, we were still married, so I had to pay for them.

I was having a lot of difficulty paying my bills because of being out of work and having a baby for a while. So, I fell behind on all of them for a couple of months, which was why I called National Debt Relief to get a little bit of help. I've been on it for a couple of months and the service is okay. As regards to payment, they negotiated with me because I could not afford the amount that they were telling me first. I have children, I have rent to pay, I have to buy food, I have a baby. So, I told them what I can afford. The negotiator seems to know what he is doing. Most of the time, I get emails and then I have to respond by email. What he has negotiated so far seem fair.

They consolidated our debts and paid them off. They negotiated lower prices with our credit cards. The enrollment process was as easy as you can make it. We had a lot of credit cards to go over so it was time-consuming in our part, but that wasn’t them, that was us. The very beginning was very nice and easy. But when my wife and I made our final payment because we got all the money to them, it seemed to take them awhile to finally payoff the final credit cards. I don’t understand why that took so long to close it. There may have been reasons that were just beyond my understanding. But we are finished with the program. We paid off the debts faster than what was expected. Overall, I was very happy. They did what they promised. But I wish there was a little bit more communication towards the end, like what the hang-up was on in finishing off the last of the cards.

The first guy I spoke to was so nice. He was helpful and really easy to set the thing up. Everything has been great. My only issue is that I asked them to change the date that they auto debit my account and it never happened, but it’s not that big of a deal. Every once in a while, I’ll get a call and if I have any questions, I'd call them back. I’m ready for this to be over, but this is my third time, and so I’m hoping it’ll be my last, that I’ve learned my lesson. National Debt Relief has given me less stress. Updated on 11/07/2020: Every single rep I talk to has been courteous and knowledgeable. They went out their way to make sure I understood the process. Even when I had a creditor sue me. My settlements were good except that one. But they assured me it isn't done yet. It's beyond comforting to know a company has your back during these hard times. It's a slow process but if you stick to it and follow the program it works.

The people I worked with setting up our account etc were so welcoming and kind. They do not make you feel stupid for being in the position you are with debt. They make you feel relieved to be talking to someone who understands and wants to help you improve your life.

Brazil and Shaina were both great in walking me through this process. They both showed expertise throughout the steps, and took time to see if I had any additional questions, they were both thorough, and were clear about the next steps to take. Please give them both a raise.

I honestly did not know where to start when trying to find help to fix my debt situation. I was lost and kind of still am lost. My only complaint would be the welcome call, it's too much of the same information you go over when you initially sign up. I've done lots of research and NDR gets amazing reviews. I just barely started but it sounds as though they've thought of all the struggles from creditor pressure to obnoxious collections. The legal support may come in very handy. The cost is less than bankruptcy with the ability to save your credit score from such a large hit for years to come.
