I don't think I have a order number, but if everything is as good as it sounds I will be satisfied. I considered bankruptcy and am glad I have a different alternative. I can appreciate this program if everything goes as well as they say it should.

When you give instructions to them about communication, they don't listen. I TOLD THE GUY NAMED IAN to call on Saturday. But, he didn't listen. Somebody would call throughout the day. I even went as far as to explained to them that I drive a School Bus. I was not planning on doing business until I finally picked up the phone on a break and spoke with MS/MRS KATRINA. Along with her and further research, I decided to move forward.

I was getting more and more in debt and I really needed to try to get all my debt timely consolidated and make a smaller monthly payment and try to get all that off of me. I got a letter in the mail and I read over it and I thought it sounded a good thing to do. So, that’s how I got started with National Debt Relief. They looked at the amount that I owed and set me up on a three-year plan. Everything went smooth. The rep seemed like she really cared and that she wanted to help. They were gonna contact all my creditors and make a settlement with them. They take out something I could afford every two weeks. So, they make it easier on me. It's less than my monthly payment. It’s brought it down some and then, in return, National Debt helps me get out of debt. I’m almost a year and half into it. It’s going pretty good, so far.

It started very good but lately, I haven't seen the progress with the last two accounts. They haven't settled them yet. There have been a couple issues with one or two accounts that they told me the date that was gonna be paid and then that date changed. So I'm not too happy about that. Even though I paid off six accounts, they keep telling me the excuse there's not enough funds to pay off the rest when I was in the program for four years. And in less than that, I pay half of the bills that I have. I'm not paying those bills that I already paid off, so how come there's no funds for the other ones. And not only that, I've increased the monthly payment from $741 to $1,000.

They've been very helpful, and they've been giving me a lot of good advice. Other relief company didn't wanna take my account because they said I couldn't afford it because it was too much. But NDR made arrangement so I could pay the minimum and they did something I could afford. The customer service was really good. They explained everything to me, and they answered my questions. The only thing is they told me every time the account get off, it will be taken off out of my account. And a lot of the accounts has already been paid is still on my credit. I'm not happy about it. They told me after six months of working with them, I would be seeing change in my credit. My account has been gone but my credit is still bad. But everything else is fine.

I set up a new account today. Both people I have dealt w/ have been wonderful. It’s very overwhelming to the point I feel sick. But I hope this is the right decision to get my life back on track. Everyone have been very kind and very informative.

National Debt Relief has been garbage. For the past six months, I've given them the rest of the money and my retainer fee to pay off the rest of my debt, but it hasn’t been paid off. They said they are in contact with my creditors but they’ve been saying that for six months. It’s a very long contact and is a little ridiculous. I can get into contact with the dead a little quicker than they can. Then, they double drew me. They drew me for two months and when I asked why they would draw money out of my accounts when they already had the maximum in the retainer fee, they said they would be able to get that back to me and it was a mess-up on their side. But then, it happened again the second month.

Luis ** & Anna was very dedicated in their jobs. They let me feeling confident. They anwser all my question. I'm so happy with all the information that I received. I will recommended to my friends. They help me a lot.

Updated on 06/12/2020: I signed on December 5th and the negotiators were great. When I call people on the telephone and ask them to do stuff or email, I get prompt response. I would recommend them. But there is a glitch in the system that is making me very unhappy. They contact the creditors one at a time, make the arrangements, and then move on. I had to pull out one of them. It was a credit card with my bank. I was gonna lose my bank if something didn’t happen. They were gonna kick me out and I was gonna have to find another bank.

We were pleasantly surprised at the help we received to help us get our debt under control. Very helpful. We were unsure of doing this, but felt comfortable after talking with the agent. To be debt-free in two and a half years, sounds like a dream.

They then emailed all the documents to me that night. I signed everything off and sent it back to them the next day. When I spoke to my case manager, he made sure that I clearly understood the whole process and how it was gonna work. From one stage to the next stage, NDR has been very informative. They have been very adamant about keeping me informed and up-to-date on every change, outcome, and move they have made. They also constantly remind me to check my account as often as I should. And although the payment plan was a little bit more than what I was looking at paying, I’m satisfied with it.
