Advised me on all aspects of the program. Was very understanding about my situation and was very willing to explain to me the entire process.

Not such a good experience so far. Representatives made it sound so good. I called and asked, "What is going on with my account?" Was told your company called my debts companies and no one would reduce the amount I owed them. Really???? Way to go National Debt!!!!

Everything was so much easier than I expected. I would've done this years ago if I'd have known that it would be this easy! The only thing I'd say (and it's so little) is that the follow up caller was very monotonous and clearly reading. Not very conversational. But she still got the job done!

Updated on 02/23/2021: I really liked the lady that I had talked to with National Debt Relief. She was really knowledgeable and she just seemed to help me out a lot. They took all of my debts, which I was paying $2,000 a month, and they put it all down into a $400 payment a month and talked to all my debtors, which really helped me out a lot. Working with them has done wonders. I'm able to live and eat.

I appreciate the help from Max and Christina. They were helpful, courteous and patient with me. I had a some doubts in the beginning but after discussing my pain points and asking questions, it was easy to see that this program was a right fit for me. I was happy to find out that my debt could be paid off quicker and with less interest. This came at a very critical time in my life when things were going crazy financially.

Updated on 09/28/2020: I had too many open debts and paying each one, it was more money every month than I could handle. I was working with a different company that didn't handle dealing with the debtors and National Debt handles all of the relations between their company and the debtors, which was helpful for me. Also, paying one lump sum every month was a big reason why I went with NDR. For the payment plan, I was given a number and I said that that would work. Working with NDR made life a little easier.

Greg ** was very informative, professional and courteous. The welcome representative (I think it was Rachel) was very responsive and repeated some of the process when I did not hear clearly. Very polite and knowledgeable. Overall it was a good experience, since this is the first time I had worked with a Debt Relief Company.

Honestly, I was just shopping around trying to figure out the best product to be debt free. I received wonderful customer service from the representatives. Wonderful experience. Hoping to relieve my stress. Interest and circumstances caused debt. I am divorced and my boyfriend refused to pay a court ordered case I won against him. This is upsetting to find myself in this position. I want to be free of my debt.

So far I have been pleased with the program and communication. It is difficult to be very specific since I have just enrolled in the program and am not sure of the effectiveness yet. I do however have high hopes.

Thoroughly explained every part of the program to me. Both Reuben & Mona were consistent with the information that I feel I needed. The legality of my debt was also explained and that $277.00 will be deposited to the savings account set up by the debt relief program and the $277.00 will be deducted automatically out of my checking account to secure this deposit.. Reuben also explained that I have control of the savings account and that I may deposit more funds above the $277.00 should I want to or am able, which may enable me to get out of debt faster.

Updated on 01/10/2021: It’s worth the sacrifice that I make to be able to afford to do the program. They were there when my father had passed away and I needed to take time off work. They were there to help me through that and give me some time off. Every time I called, they asked, “Is there any change?” I feel more relieved now, especially when I don't get calls anymore and I don't have to worry about what I should pay first or when I would get through this. Now, I can see an ending.

Very informative and transparent. I felt as though I was truly being helped and my experience felt personalized. The only drawback is some of the footwork that I would have to do during the debt settlement process. For people who are trying to resolve their debts this process is daunting and almost seems desperate to the detriment of one’s financial wellness. If one is able to pay off their unresolved debts without enrolling in a program like this go that route, but if this is the only option available by all means pursue it.

Both were very knowledgeable, courteous and walked me through the process of what I could add, how the program works, and what do to next. National Debt Relief took my debt and gave me an estimate of what it was gonna cost me per month and I accepted. However, I was not happy with the explanation as to their charges because they just gave me a percent that they were gonna charge and it seemed like there were a lot of other charges that I was not aware of. Another thing was that I did not get the actual conversation in writing, it was just on my telephone. But when I called, they answered my questions. The program has negotiated my settlement with the credit card companies. I pay one amount per month and then I don’t have to worry. I should be close to the end now. The last time I asked, I only had two credit card companies that were outstanding that had not been negotiated and, of course, I was still paying on some. I'm glad it's almost over.

Everyone I've worked with so far has been fantastic. Rachel ** is friendly and knowledgeable, she made me comfortable from the moment we spoke by phone (and I don't like talking on the phone!). She's answered every question and is very prompt, I haven't had to wait for responses because she responds quickly. The person I worked with on the phone to confirm information and be certain I was clear on everything (my apologies that I didn't write down her name) was also wonderful to work with. She was clear, was able to easily and completely answer every question and concern that I had.

The representatives went too fast through the process and had to stop them several times in order to write notes and ask questions. They were both nice and patient but seemed rushed to try to understand the service and agreement.

Everybody was so kind from the set-up process to the very end. I knew the money was coming out every month, and they would call and let me know when they had finished up or made a deal with one of my creditors. They would always call, and sometimes, they have anybody on the phone, that they just wanted to tell me about something, then I’ve had to call back. If you wanna tell me about something, be on the phone to tell me because my time is important. I may not have time to call back. But other than that, everything was really wonderful. Everybody was nice and accommodating when I’ve had questions, and it was a nice experience.

DO NOT GO WITH NATIONAL DEBT RELIEF! Don't do it! Find another company, find another way! This company is absolutely horrible! They try and talk you into saving 50% and in the end, after 4 years of endless phone calls, I have paid $1,000s of dollars MORE than what my original balance was! Customer service reps are rude, unhelpful and misinform you. When you call back they have no record of you calling nor what that person said. Even after starting each phone call with, "This call is being recorded." I have asked them to pull recording to explain what was told to me and they can't find them. Dozen and dozen of calls, they can't find. This company hides so much in the fine print. Your original balance will increase and the creditors will continue to bill you interest and fees, all of which you will be subjected to pay.
