Great customer service. I have to pay a lot of bills that were not really mine, being ripped off by fraudulent companies, and bogus fees that should be and probably are illegal. I started not to do it because I hate to see these companies get away with fraudulent activities. Updated on 01/10/2021: I really appreciate everything that they do for me because it's really, really helpful. Now, my finances are organized so everything looks better than the beginning. Everything is about the trust. I looked at two other companies before choosing National Debt Relief. But I received emails or excessive calls or too much pressure from the other companies. They didn't give me a time to read the document. After a year of working with National Debt Relief, my credit score is little by little better. Now I know how to manage my money better.

We had an agreement in place to settle an account, we verified the agreement but National Debt never paid the agreement. After we contacted them numerous times we had a supervisor who was “going to look into it and get back to us the next day”. A month after the supervisor was supposedly going to call the next day they reached a settlement agreement for $500 more than the original agreement and it only took them 4 extra months. There is nothing we can do because we signed up for a loan with their lending partner and would have to pay back everything if we cancel. Customer service here was very poor.

Both people I spoke with were very thorough in explaining the program. I’ve fallen on some hard times with my debt and this is going to help me manage it. I’m finding that this will be the best alternative to bankruptcy. I will definitely recommend in the future.

I am extremely nervous about this experience and hope that I will succeed with this program. I have no late payments listed on my credit report which I am extremely proud of, unfortunately I am told that to get the program to work, I must become delinquent, this is obviously the scary part, but my hope is that you will pull me through this tough time. Updated on 01/10/2021: My debt is too high, so I contacted NDR about helping me with it. Everything's been great. They've been real responsive. I signed up for everything. I got the legal protection thing, which is good because Discover is saying they're going to sue me. NDR said that they are one of the most difficult creditors to get settled. But because I paid for the legal protection, a lawyer would represent me and do whatever.
