All of your rep were very helpful, not only that, explaining detail on their contracts. They all gave me their names and inspite I asked some repeat question or ask again yet they still be so patient with me, (That is important part).

Although it is a lengthy process, Drew made things clear and simple. She made me feel comfortable in continuing the process. There are many factors I wasn't completely understanding and do not fully comprehend, I feel okay moving forward. The second lady I spoke with over the phone was barely understandable. She was polite and informative but my old ears found it difficult not to ask her to repeat herself several times. All in all I'm comfortable with moving forward.

Everything was explained very thoroughly. All my questions were answered and information for contacting Debt Relief was given. Professional people assisted me and were very thoughtful in dealing with my situation. They were courteous and always made sure I understood what they were discussing at any given time.

Both people that I spoke Very helpful and friendly. They were both Willing to explain each section in great detail even after it was explained to me before. Company is dedicated to helping people get back on track with financial struggles to change lives.

Easy enrollment, friendly & helpful associates. Tried this before with another company and it failed miserably. My state brought class action suit and won, so luckily I got back all my money but left me with a worse credit rating and little trust in these types of companies. He was easy to get ahold of and he had quick response in emails. He helped to answer questions. It's a good stress relief to know that I just have the one payment and don't have to worry about multiple payments and interest rates. It helped us to manage our money more.

Updated on 01/10/2021: My debt is too high, so I contacted NDR about helping me with it. Everything's been great. They've been real responsive. I signed up for everything. I got the legal protection thing, which is good because Discover is saying they're going to sue me. NDR said that they are one of the most difficult creditors to get settled. But because I paid for the legal protection, a lawyer would represent me and do whatever.

Great and very encouraging.. Helpful with all details explained. I was embarrassed and they were able to lift me up and let me know they are on my side and want to help. I would recommend this service. I am concerned with just how much my credit will be impacted.

The entire process of enrolling took less than an hour -- an hour wisely spent. I'm a senior citizen living on Social Sec. and a part time security officer job. I enrolled with NDR in September 2019 and have been following all instructions regarding not paying my creditors and instead paying monthly toward NDR. Before this I had not one late payment and now my credit rating has dropped more than 300 points in 3 months. I understand this is how NDR works, but now I'm 3 months in and noticing the numbers don't add up... I am going to be in this program waaaay longer than anticipated or represented. NDR may have helped others who are in arrears when starting the program, but I wasn't and definitely feel as though a mistake has been made by signing up with them before getting to the point of being in arrears.
