National Debt Relief had very good ratings, and I've been using them for two years, but my credit score has done nothing but go down. I've only had one or two late payments, and my credit score just dropped again 28 points a couple of days ago. I'd like to see my credit score improve paying them 20% of the money that I'm paying them every month, which is their fee. They send emails from time to time, but sometimes, it's a pain to get them on the phone.

Getting enrolled was super easy. Daniel explained everything in depth with great humor to make you feel welcomed. During the welcome call was super easy as well. These people are thorough in their work. Looking forward to the results. I didn’t think much about this program until it was recommended by Daniel versus a loan. Totally makes sense instead of paying all the interest to a bank. Just doesn’t make sense to do that. Daniel I still challenge you to a golf match. I seen ads on TV for National Debt Relief and I thought that it doesn't sound real but after the phone call on 12/30/19 and how courteous and professional I was treated I am impressed on how well they know their profession. I feel that I am in good hands.

I signed up in June to have 6 creditors consolidated and paid. Only 1 is part of the program. I have no idea what the status is on the others. I continue to get harassing calls and alerts that my credit score keeps dropping. I thought by using this service I could stop the harassment and get them paid and rebuild my credit.

I am just getting started with the debt relief program, so really can't give much of a review right now. I will say they explained everything to me and if I had any questions, my questions were answered. I will be able to give a better review later on in the program. So far I have been impressed.

Updated on 01/10/2021: I really appreciate everything that they do for me because it's really, really helpful. Now, my finances are organized so everything looks better than the beginning. Everything is about the trust. I looked at two other companies before choosing National Debt Relief. But I received emails or excessive calls or too much pressure from the other companies. They didn't give me a time to read the document. After a year of working with National Debt Relief, my credit score is little by little better. Now I know how to manage my money better.

We had an agreement in place to settle an account, we verified the agreement but National Debt never paid the agreement. After we contacted them numerous times we had a supervisor who was “going to look into it and get back to us the next day”. A month after the supervisor was supposedly going to call the next day they reached a settlement agreement for $500 more than the original agreement and it only took them 4 extra months. There is nothing we can do because we signed up for a loan with their lending partner and would have to pay back everything if we cancel. Customer service here was very poor.

Both people I spoke with were very thorough in explaining the program. I’ve fallen on some hard times with my debt and this is going to help me manage it. I’m finding that this will be the best alternative to bankruptcy. I will definitely recommend in the future.

I have no late payments listed on my credit report which I am extremely proud of, unfortunately I am told that to get the program to work, I must become delinquent, this is obviously the scary part, but my hope is that you will pull me through this tough time.
