I received an email at 9:01 am this morning and this was the only email I received today. I called at 11:05 am. Was put directly to music. I held for about 20 minutes then hung up. Called customer service and the girl was very accommodating but not able to help me. I told her that I would do my errands and call later. My call back was at 3:50 pm. Again was only connected to music for 1 hour with no answer of any kind. I hung up and called Bryan ** (opened my account on Friday). He was able to get someone to answer my call. The lady in the welcome dept. Shevon ** was very helpful and knew what she was doing and very professional and considerate to me about my complaint. I think that instead of just music a recording could come on and at least say something about "Please hold" or something else not just music.

So far I have been very pleased with NDR, they are professional, courteous, and they are very perspicuous. They are very thorough, I very comfortable working with Kyron, he is an awesome debt specialist. Thank you Kyron for putting me at ease with my decision to sign on with NDR.

NDR's people are very thorough and personable, but also robotic-like. Every time I've called, they have a canned speech that they have to say. I told them that I didn't need that canned speech because I didn't need to be prompted to put in extra. I wanted to put in all I could afford to so I could get out of the mess I'm in. I was on a 42-month program and I’m going to complete it in 17 months or less. Right now, I’m in the process of trying to close out all of my debts and I talked to a lady two days ago about getting my account closed out. And I didn't realize that there was a $12-a-month charge for the attorney and another $9.85-a-month charge for something I don’t remember. But overall, I’m very satisfied with the money that NDR has saved me.

I was extremely nervous about not paying on my bills and dealing with the headache of calls from the credit card companies but both Cass and Amanda put my nerves at ease. They were extremely easy to talk to and walked me through everything I needed to know. There is a lot of information to take in but it all makes sense.

Updated on 02/13/2021: The program worked out wonderfully. I cannot express more gratitude for how they dealt with me and they handled everything. They made me feel very comfortable with their efficiency and their knowledge on everything. It was very simple and clear cut. It wasn't a lot of legalese. They spoke to a human being, not to a lawyer and I understand. That was great. I gave them a significant amount of debt and inside of a year, they've settled all of it for less than half of what I owed. I didn't even get a 1099-Cs from any of the companies. The rep I worked with was excellent. I've recommended him to people that were in my situation or are.

National Debt Relief had very good ratings, and I've been using them for two years, but my credit score has done nothing but go down. I've only had one or two late payments, and my credit score just dropped again 28 points a couple of days ago. I'd like to see my credit score improve paying them 20% of the money that I'm paying them every month, which is their fee. They send emails from time to time, but sometimes, it's a pain to get them on the phone.

I seen ads on TV for National Debt Relief and I thought that it doesn't sound real but after the phone call on 12/30/19 and how courteous and professional I was treated I am impressed on how well they know their profession. I feel that I am in good hands.

Everybody was nice, informative, answered all questions and helped me through. They helped me with contact information and advised me on how to handle situations. Phone numbers were supplied as well as addresses. They were able to explain everything so I could understand. Everything seems to be going smoothe. I signed up in June to have 6 creditors consolidated and paid. Only 1 is part of the program. I have no idea what the status is on the others. I continue to get harassing calls and alerts that my credit score keeps dropping. I thought by using this service I could stop the harassment and get them paid and rebuild my credit.

They were very helpful and made me feel good when they said they could help with getting me out of debt the people you talk to listen to you and do care. I would tell people about them if they want to get out without bankruptcy. This is the way to go it will help you in the long run.

I would like to say that the whole experience was smooth and relatively painless.
