Welcome Call. A little drawn out. Process could be shorter. The application process was better. The process was able to take place over two phone calls due to time on my part. I like being able to sign paperwork online and having it electric and save for further reference.

We had a great experience with Jeremy. He listened to our concerns and quickly had us enrolled in the program and on our way. I also had a great welcome call today, the woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and made sure I didn't have any additional questions.

I worked with Theodore ** and Jay ** who were both very helpful throughout the process. Theodore did such a great job answering all of my questions that I barely had any for Jay during our welcoming call. So far, my experience has been smooth and easy through this somewhat scary process. I am not proud of my financial decisions throughout the last several years and I was never made felt unintelligent or that I had anything to be ashamed of. For that, I am very thankful.

The process to sign up was super easy. Everything was thoroughly explained and there are resources they provide to help in any aspect. It's easy to communicate with them! The service they provide is one to recommend. I received all my documents and they reached out to me to complete a welcome call to go over everything. I felt good about this decision.

I was happy when I call National Debt Relief. The name really stand for what it said...Relief. At first I though it would be difficult and that I will be denied but after speaking with an understanding consultant by the name of Christopher ** I found out it was not so difficult. I joined National Debt Relief yesterday. Spoke with Georges **. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I was previously enrolled with Arete Financial, which was shut down by the FTC. So, this is my second attempt to get my debt taken care of. I feel much more comfortable this time around. Also spoke with the welcome call, but I did not get her name. She was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope you know who I spoke with so she can get credit for a good review. Everyone was very nice. Just the first one I was talking to was way too pushy. I almost didn't go with the problem since he was being so pushy. I told him I was trying to make dinner and I had to get my kids ready for bed and all after. So to give me time to do all of that then I could sit down and read the paperwork to sign it. He kept calling me where I finally had to put my phone in another room. That was very uncalled for.

Both representatives I spoke with were very nice and answered all questions I had. The only problem I had was when I tried to call to make the Welcome call. I tried 4 times yesterday and was always on hold and never connected. It took 3 calls today before I ever made contact. Also I was connected to 2 wrong places before they got me through to the Welcome team.

So far so good! I just enrolled last week. Everyone has been very helpful and has answered all my questions. The phone to the welcome center is ridiculous. I waited on hold for 2 hours and 12 minutes. Then the phone hung up. It was very frustrating.

I received an email at 9:01 am this morning and this was the only email I received today. I called at 11:05 am. Was put directly to music. I held for about 20 minutes then hung up. Called customer service and the girl was very accommodating but not able to help me. I told her that I would do my errands and call later. My call back was at 3:50 pm. Again was only connected to music for 1 hour with no answer of any kind. I hung up and called Bryan ** (opened my account on Friday). He was able to get someone to answer my call. The lady in the welcome dept. Shevon ** was very helpful and knew what she was doing and very professional and considerate to me about my complaint. I think that instead of just music a recording could come on and at least say something about "Please hold" or something else not just music.

So far I have been very pleased with NDR, they are professional, courteous, and they are very perspicuous. They are very thorough, I very comfortable working with Kyron, he is an awesome debt specialist. Thank you Kyron for putting me at ease with my decision to sign on with NDR.

NDR's people are very thorough and personable, but also robotic-like. Every time I've called, they have a canned speech that they have to say. I told them that I didn't need that canned speech because I didn't need to be prompted to put in extra. I wanted to put in all I could afford to so I could get out of the mess I'm in. I was on a 42-month program and I’m going to complete it in 17 months or less. Right now, I’m in the process of trying to close out all of my debts and I talked to a lady two days ago about getting my account closed out. And I didn't realize that there was a $12-a-month charge for the attorney and another $9.85-a-month charge for something I don’t remember. But overall, I’m very satisfied with the money that NDR has saved me.

I was extremely nervous about not paying on my bills and dealing with the headache of calls from the credit card companies but both Cass and Amanda put my nerves at ease. They were extremely easy to talk to and walked me through everything I needed to know. There is a lot of information to take in but it all makes sense.

They made me feel very comfortable with their efficiency and their knowledge on everything. It was very simple and clear cut. It wasn't a lot of legalese. They spoke to a human being, not to a lawyer and I understand. That was great. I gave them a significant amount of debt and inside of a year, they've settled all of it for less than half of what I owed. I didn't even get a 1099-Cs from any of the companies. The rep I worked with was excellent. I've recommended him to people that were in my situation or are.
