Phone call was very professional. Answered all of my question. Went thru brochure. I will recommend National Debt to my friends that are having issues just like mine. Log in into bank account was completed and easy. I have received all of the information and happy to get this behind me.

National Debt Relief is professional and, was patient with me especially this being the first time I have had to ask for assistance when having to settle my debt. They have presented me with a debt settlement package that I can feel is reasonable and can confidently make for the duration of the terms of the agreement.

The process was clearly explained, the CSR was patient and sympathetic. I only had a few thousand on my credit cards, but due to bank takeover/consolidations, interest compounded to $16k in a few months. (FRONT LOADING!!! Woo hoo!) I hope to resolve it ASAP but need the interest to stop compounding. Very frustrating.

I thought National Debt Relief was fine, but it ended up taking a lot longer than they said it was gonna take. They had told me 18 months, and it was much longer than that. When I asked them that when I first signed up for this, they said it would be about 18 months, and the rep said that was just an estimated time. It depends on how quickly people will negotiate my debt. It really wasn't very clear when they first signed me up. They also didn't explain to me as you're making payments, your account builds up. And once it gets to a certain point, if someone thinks that they can negotiate one of your debts for the amount that you have in there, then that's when they go and negotiate. When I was talking to them, it seemed like they were gonna start negotiating right away. So, it was very confusing. I wasn't ready to ask questions because I really didn't know I needed to ask those questions. I wish it was all spelled out for me.

My experience was handled with care and sensitivity. The folks I worked with understood my situation and did their best to make sure I was comfortable with this process. They made me feel good about the process and find a plan that would work for me.

We were drowning in credit card debt. Most of the enrollment was done online and over the phone, and National Debt Relief was very patient. We’re 15 months into it. A couple of our debts have been paid off. Our situation is a little easier. We wouldn’t be able to pay our debt off without National Debt Relief. Once it's paid off, things will be pretty smooth.

Still...I'm getting lots of phone calls, registered letters, letters from creditors, and text messages from my creditors. Yet, I have not received a letter from any creditor saying they are working a negotiating settlement with you. I've did everything you have asked me. When will I find out if you have reached a settlement with anybody? This is getting discouraging.

I loved how attentive and transparent the people were that helped me. The the two people that helped us really expressed every aspect of the program and were very detailed in every step. We had a few questions and the two people that helped us were very knowledgeable in responding.

I read NDR's ratings and signed up for their program. It was really easy. The person that I spoke to in the very beginning was self-explanatory. It made it very easy to understand what the process was. They let me know from the very beginning how the process was gonna be and the things that might happened and how to handle it. I have no stress at all. They said the program is 12 to 36 months, but they said it will not take me that long. Probably in two years I would be debt-free. They’re really helpful. Whenever something comes up they always let me know right away. We find a way to make things happen, like whatever bargaining tool or whoever it is that is bargaining with them.

The program that National Debt Relief offered me made me seek their services. I had called other places and they fit me best. The negotiator was fine. They worked out the payment plan and asked me if that would be doable. I pay every pay period and it's an automatic draft for me. Majority of the money that I deposit in on the program goes into a savings account to be able to pay my creditors. Only if they settle an account, there is specific fee that they charge in order to do that, which is very minimal. I would recommend them to anybody.

It has disturb me greatly that senior citizens are choosing not to purchase their medication due to financial hardship. I am sad to say I am a professional and I would not advocate or teach my patients to forego their medications. I am finding myself not buying some of my medications due to expenses.
