National Debt Relief was able to let me know how the program works, what to expect from the program and how much my monthly payment was gonna be. Each time they come up with any formal offers, they call me and let me know for me to decide whether or not it's a good offer and if I wanna go ahead. National Debt Relief is doing an awesome job. It was only one time when they had to take some additional money because they said enough money wasn't there. That was kind of a squeeze for me, which is still a squeeze, but I had to sacrifice. But with the lender who now stepped in, that is very good.

James ** did a great job explaining the benefits. I was lost in what to do but James was calm and patients throughout the whole process. The only thing I think your company could improve is try to limit the number of emails coming to me which could be a little overwhelm.

Andrew was so professional in his job. He explained everything well to me and didn’t have any problem understanding him. He represented national credit relief well and so knowledgeable in all the company’s services. I definitely will recommend National Debt Relief to friends if they need one.

Updated on 02/14/2021: The portal is really easy to use. I have eight creditors to pay and 50% is done. If you're having financial problems and you don't want to be bankrupt, National Debt Relief is the best place to go to save money and also have a life with money. This actually gives me some type of income I could spend on the side for groceries and stuff. It helped me a lot.

It was a very nice experience, they took the time to go over each document with me. The service was fast and easy to understand. The e-mails were clear and helpful, it was amazing how great the staff was. They were well educated in the debt guidelines, and how it applied to me.

Having to reach out and ask for help is difficult and you want the people you speak to, to have compassion and attentiveness. Al ** was just that! He was also informative and clear and made me feel okay in a difficult situation. I wish I could continue working with him. I think I worked with Brenda for the welcome call, but she was none of these things. I could tell she was reading from a script because she kept repeating sentences, pausing forgetting where she was, saying "Oops sorry", was extremely monotoned, and kept yawning throughout. I joked with her to make light of the situation and to try to make her feel more comfortable, but it didn't help and I truly just couldn't wait to get off the phone. I had questions, but any more time spent with her was literally the last thing I'd want to do. I understand being a customer service rep, I've been there and worked in a call center, it's not for everyone.

I was in debt over my head. I heard a radio ad that National Debt Relief was Better Business Bureau accredited and I sought them out. The enrollment process was good and I feel pretty comfortable with them. It would be nice to hear a status update or a countdown number every once in a while, but besides that, everything's been great. At one point, they tried to increase an extra $30 a week, then that stopped. There was a conflict for the payment and it stopped the auto pay, but my major payment is still auto paid and I wanna make sure that everything’s okay there.

*Disclaimer* This is only the very beginning, so keep that in mind. However, so far, they have been very helpful and the process has only been a slight pain. Nothing major. I have high hopes, but we will see how it goes. They have been helpful in how to fill everything out and how to get started, so with the fact we have just begun in mind, overall things are going really well.

When I talked to National Debt Relief, the guy whom I spoke with was pretty honest. Everyone I talked to there was very polite and enrollment was very easy. Since going with them, I've been happy. I had a few credit cards that I couldn't pay alone and I needed help to resolve those payments. NDR did that. When I talked to my rep, he told me what was gonna happen and whatever told me would come true. NDR is there for me and their service helps me a lot. Now I can pay for my electricity, my gas and all of the stuff I had a hard time paying for because I have to pay for those things.

The representative was not helpful at all and very rude. “National Debt Relief” is suppose to help their customers and make them Feel secure and this lady did not. I compared several Debt Relief services. All were very similar in terms of how much debt reduction they provided (50% vs 60%). Even though I seriously considered the 60% reduction, for some reason the total paybacks were w/in $100 of each other. The BBB + other rating services results convinced me to go with NDR. Please don't go thru this debt consolidation, I was paying every month almost $1000, and they never took proper care so all of my creditors got judgment with their favor and when I ask National Debt reg the money I paid so far they said I don't have any money in their account, all these months (more than 5 months) I paid that money for their charges to negotiate with creditors, these people are cheaters. Please don't trust them.

Enrolling was fairly easy. They were helpful and they knew what I needed to have. I called them quite often and they answered my questions. They did my CareCredit and both my dental type bills were paid off with less money that I owed, but the credit union hardly gave any discount at all. And so in order to pay those two off, I had to take out another loan and pay it for three years, and I’m not really satisfied with how that all worked out.
