Both Kirk and Catalina were extremely Professional--even though I am not a very professional type person with calls like this and try to get them to lighten up and laugh a bit. They both did but were still steady on task and were very helpful. They answered all my "duh moments" questions as well as the semi-intelligent questions I posed to them. In doing so, both my husband and I had a much better understanding of the program instead of us just diving off the deep end without looking. We are already in water up over our heads, so feeling like we've been handed a life line and will be able to swim again in the short time of 4 years feels like we can almost breathe again. Here is to hoping that the settlements can be arranged quickly and things can proceed easily. My hats off to both Kirk ** and Catalina for being such wonderful people to work with on this.

Every step of the way, I feel like I’m paying National Debt Relief and nothing is really getting done. And then, I find things out through trial and error. I didn’t fully understand how the program works when I started it. And because I've been kinda busy, I have not been really looking at my account like I should. However, I've been paying and then I found out there's no money there, and their rep said I have to pay the fees first. So, once they do a negotiation, I have to pay the fees. I told her I didn’t know that. I called her yesterday. I have a hospital bill I wanted to include on there, but she told me I couldn’t do it because there’s a court order now on it. So, at this point, it just seems like I find things out as I go through the process.

Updated on 10/02/2021: National Debt Relief brought it to the point where I have not a whole lot left over, but everything is paid now. They've consolidated my debts and talked to the debtors. They brought everything down to the point that I was paying a little bit over $300 a month. I have about $50 left over at the end of it. I live a very simple life and it's a good thing. I've recommended National Debt Relief a couple of times to folks because it has really made a difference for me.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. They went above and beyond for me to understand what they were saying. It was a great experience knowing that I was assisted every step of the way in this process. I will recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with their debts.

James ** was phenomenal and very professional. Additionally, he was non-judgmental of my situation, and that made my experience GREAT! However, though there was immediate disclosure of the negative impacts this will have on my credit score, it wasn't until very late in the call that I put two-and-two together and realized the negative impact would come from not making my monthly payments. When asked, James did confirm this was the case, which was good, however, I think this would be something that is mentioned at the beginning when describing how the process works.

I was very happy with Joshua and the young lady whom I also talked to -- everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. I asked a few questions on things I needed explained further and all my questions were answered. I was completely satisfied with my experience at National Debt Relief.

They were great for the first couple years, but about the time I was right on the brink of paid off, my settlement amount suddenly started climbing, they even dropped the ball halfway through a particular settlement and let it default without ever contacting me. I didn't find out about this until months later when I called in because they were drawing money from my bank account even after I had passed the "Total payoff amount" that they had quoted me in writing earlier that same year.

When I spoke with Steve on Friday evening, the process sounded too good to be true and I should have pulled the plug then. After the 45 minute 'welcome call' with Natalie (which infuriated several co-workers and patients. Natalie REFUSED to finish the call later. There are too many questions, I am concerned about being hounded by creditors, lawyers, and perhaps even going to court. I want to CANCEL and handle this on my own!!!

I found NDR on the internet when I was desperate to do something and enrolling was easy. They told me to not pay my credit cards until they could negotiate the amount that I owed and they did. When we were almost down to the last credit card to negotiate down, they advised that consolidating all these credit cards into one payment and getting it paid off with a major loan from the bank would start clearing up my credit rating. That convinced me and they turned me over to Liberty Lending. It was optional, but I figured I could start working on my credit rating again.
