Everyone was nice and courteous. They were very friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood everything and went over everything as slowly as possible so I could keep up and understand everything.

When my circumstances changed quite a bit, I couldn't handle the debt I had and using NDR was my only option, as far as I could tell. The enrollment process was relatively simple. They had all my debt information, my previous income, and the changes I've gone through to get myself in that situation. The need for their services justify the cause. They are is easy to understand. And if they don't have the answer, they find it.

The enrollment part was easy except for me trying to get ahold of some of the creditors. There is all of this information that the regular person has to get. I can't just give National Debt Relief the name of the company. I have to do all the research to try to get the information. But a lot of times, it's hard for someone like me to get the information from one of these companies because they know that you're pitching to do something and that they're gonna lose that money.

Service representative explained step by step and was understating. I didn't know what to do about mounting bills so I called and found a way to get a hold of debt. National Debt Relief has made a way for me to have financial freedom.

Hello, I chose to go with National Debt Relief because they were very informative on what they are doing. I am hoping all works out but again I just started so cannot say much but the above. I will submit another review once I am in the program a few months.

This is a difficult decision to make, but everyone so far has made me feel comfortable and secure. This is the first time I've felt out of control with my finances, so I'm nervous what the next 4 years will hold. I am putting my faith in the company to guide me!

They are well trained and very helpful people and answers all my questions. They answered me nicely. They returned my call right away. Very understandable people, explained to me all the words that I can't understand.

I had some debts which were accumulated, for some family reasons and others, on the credit card. I was doing some balance transfer for a while but the interests were high and I realized I had to pay the debts off. I researched on Google to see which companies are good. There were a couple but I spoke with someone at National Debt Relief who was understanding and then was able to give me a payment plan for five years and then they will zero out the debt. I thought that was something would work for me. They said that the payment plan I have is basically half of the debt. Twice a month, I pay the amount and then they will pay and work with the creditors.

Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional. I especially appreciate the total transparency that has been offered regarding the program and how it works. I feel comfortable with the process and assured that I've made a good decision.

Updated on 03/08/2022: National Debt Relief seem like a pretty good company. They know what they’re doing. They have settled several of our debts. At first, I was pretty nervous working with them. Now I'm kind of settled in, everything seems to be functioning decently. I have had some problems with the online portal, though. It seems like after a while, I can't log on to it, and I have to call and they'll reset everything. I've had to do that a couple of times. But they took a lot of the headaches off of me when I signed up. The creditors are no longer calling me. That's a pretty big improvement. My only negative is for me to restructure, I have to start the program completely over which I don't want to do.

When I was contacted by George ** he was pleasant and very helpful in proving me with information on the program as well as helping with my application. Highly recommend. I received my Welcome Call this morning. Woman was very pleasant as well and was quick to answer my questions. My overall experience has been great. I would highly recommend this program.

Both Kirk and Catalina were extremely Professional--even though I am not a very professional type person with calls like this and try to get them to lighten up and laugh a bit. They both did but were still steady on task and were very helpful. They answered all my "duh moments" questions as well as the semi-intelligent questions I posed to them. In doing so, both my husband and I had a much better understanding of the program instead of us just diving off the deep end without looking. We are already in water up over our heads, so feeling like we've been handed a life line and will be able to swim again in the short time of 4 years feels like we can almost breathe again. Every step of the way, I feel like I’m paying National Debt Relief and nothing is really getting done. And then, I find things out through trial and error. I didn’t fully understand how the program works when I started it. And because I've been kinda busy, I have not been really looking at my account like I should. However, I've been paying and then I found out there's no money there, and their rep said I have to pay the fees first. So, once they do a negotiation, I have to pay the fees. I told her I didn’t know that. I called her yesterday. I have a hospital bill I wanted to include on there, but she told me I couldn’t do it because there’s a court order now on it. So, at this point, it just seems like I find things out as I go through the process.

Updated on 10/02/2021: National Debt Relief brought it to the point where I have not a whole lot left over, but everything is paid now. They've consolidated my debts and talked to the debtors. They brought everything down to the point that I was paying a little bit over $300 a month. I have about $50 left over at the end of it. I live a very simple life and it's a good thing. I've recommended National Debt Relief a couple of times to folks because it has really made a difference for me.
