I investigated some of the other companies and I saw National Debt Relief on TV. They had very good reviews and ratings, which was why I made my choice. We signed up and they went through our accounts. Then we talked about what the average debt was, the amount of debt and that they could get us out of debt within 48 months. We've been with them for about six months and they've done right by us so far. They do well on everything that they do and have settled some debts. If you're going into the program, look around and make sure of who you choose. Ask any question you feel like and go over it again.

I have tried to use debt relief programs in the past, but they weren’t as economical as National Debt Relief. And I like the way that everybody works together to try to get the payments to the creditors as quickly as possible. The only thing that made it rough was that I became a victim of identity theft and everything kinda had to be put on hold so I could get a little bit better on my feet. But the people at NDR have been very open-minded and accommodating. They said what they could do but the payment was still 300 and they got it down to 200.

They are professional, transparent, thorough, informative, and they put me at ease that I was making the right decision. I like the way the program works. I like that the money I'm paying each month is being transferred to an account under my name and is still my money until it's used to settle with one of my creditors.

So far, I am very happy with the service provided by both reps (Andrew & Amanda). They made me feel comfortable and reviewed the process in debt with me. I am confident this program will work for me after they put my mind at ease.

I had this cloud over my head for three years, and enrolled into another debt consolidation company, but saw no light at the end of the tunnel. Updated on 03/16/2021: I've been very satisfied. I went in there with $29,000 worth of debt. I'm down to 20,000 in a year. They've done a good job in dealing with my creditors and I've not had any dunning calls. They have handled all of that for me very well.

The way National Debt Relief’s program was structured made better sense for our particular need. When I enrolled with them, they contacted my creditors and set up the program from there. We started accruing funds and then, they started handling things. So, I have no complaints. Their customer service reps have been very good. There has been a couple of things that popped up and I sent an email or opened a ticket and by the end of the day, I got a resolution. So, everything seems to be on the up and up. The program was estimated to take three years, and I like the convenience and the ease in which things has been handled by NDR.

Each and every member of the customer service team was extremely helpful through this process. Very thorough with explanation. This process can be complicated and difficult to understand... I walked away feeling confident in this solution. I am excited to start this journey to being debt-free.

Looking online, I found National Debt Relief and did some research and had a better feeling for using them. The application process was easy. They gave us a good estimate of the length of the program based on our ability to fund the payments to the different creditors. They also did a good job explaining what to expect as far as dealing with creditors and how to get the program to start working for us in the paperwork they sent out and the initial discussions. Earlier on, we were working with a specific person, and now we just get whoever is able to answer questions. But their customer service is quick to respond and give good explanations. They've got their call center all the time and they're quick on emails also. However, it would be helpful if they explained the process a bit better. It's a little different from the way we understood it going in, but it's still working fine and about half of the debts have been settled at this point.

My girlfriend started with National Debt Relief and then, she brought me on. I like to break down my credit card payments and get rid of the whole outstanding debt that I had. If anything was over $500, I would give it to Debt Relief and if it was $300, I'll try work it out with the client and try to get it paid down myself. I called NDR, then they called me, and we filled up the rest of the paperwork online. I've been with them for almost a year and the goal was supposed to be it would take about two years. It's fully straightforward with the reps but they could answer the phone and be more direct about what the cost overall would be. Nobody answers the phone and usually, I have to send an email but they answer me back so that's fine.

After intensive research on loans, debt consolidation and hardship consolidation, it came down to NDR. I was disappointed that I had to go this route, everyone was saying I could get a loan, but when it came down to it, they all wanted more money by doing the consolidation. I thought that I had all the disclosure statements and financial numbers correct. But when I got the final documents, some of the numbers changed. Good job on the fast sell, I will see if this system works for me or if I could have gone another route. The agent was fast and slick, I only went ahead because it was top rated- it might not have been the best for me.

It sounds good when they pitch it to you and looks good on paper until they settle a debt. If you owe $11,000 on a credit card and they settle for $7,400; you think you have saved $3,600 using this company. But they charge you a $3,000 fee to settle that debt. So you only save about $600. You are better off getting a loan and paying off your debt that way instead of hurting your credit for 7 years to save $600.

I pay them a certain amount of money into an account and then, they settle the debts for me. I then pay them back. Every time I called and had an issue, they helped me take care of it or if I had any questions, they answered them to the best of their ability. They give me updates through emails now but the reps were good. All the debts are settled and taken care of. It was a lot smoother than I thought it was gonna be and it was clear-cut-and-dry. I did my part and they did theirs.
