I called NDR, then they called me, and we filled up the rest of the paperwork online. I've been with them for almost a year and the goal was supposed to be it would take about two years. It's fully straightforward with the reps but they could answer the phone and be more direct about what the cost overall would be. Nobody answers the phone and usually, I have to send an email but they answer me back so that's fine.

They help me find the best option, they was especially nice with me, explain me any point, any question then I had they respond clear. Very polite and they care any detail of my terms. I recommend National Debt Relief.

Absolutely Amazing!! I spoke with Jim ** on Thursday night. We spoke about an hour, and he helped me understand and explain this program. I was hesitant because I never used a debt relief program, but he helped me understand everything. He explained what the program is for, and how it is designed and how it will benefit me to get myself back on track.

I just got signed up with National Debt Relief. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgable, thorough and understanding. So far I have zero complaints. I'm relieved to taking the first step in getting myself out of debt and all on my own as a single mother that gets no help from the county and no child support. I do everything else on my own and now this and I'm glad I have NDR to do this with.

After intensive research on loans, debt consolidation and hardship consolidation, it came down to NDR. I was disappointed that I had to go this route, everyone was saying I could get a loan, but when it came down to it, they all wanted more money by doing the consolidation. I thought that I had all the disclosure statements and financial numbers correct. But when I got the final documents, some of the numbers changed. Good job on the fast sell, I will see if this system works for me or if I could have gone another route. The agent was fast and slick, I only went ahead because it was top rated- it might not have been the best for me.

They explain every step of the process and ensure that you understand and have all contact information. They are always available for any questions.

It sounds good when they pitch it to you and looks good on paper until they settle a debt. If you owe $11,000 on a credit card and they settle for $7,400; you think you have saved $3,600 using this company. But they charge you a $3,000 fee to settle that debt. So you only save about $600. You are better off getting a loan and paying off your debt that way instead of hurting your credit for 7 years to save $600.

They seemed way more knowledgeable on everything and offered a lot more help than the other places did. I did a 36-month program. I pay them a certain amount of money into an account and then, they settle the debts for me. I then pay them back. Every time I called and had an issue, they helped me take care of it or if I had any questions, they answered them to the best of their ability. They give me updates through emails now but the reps were good. All the debts are settled and taken care of. It was a lot smoother than I thought it was gonna be and it was clear-cut-and-dry. I did my part and they did theirs.
