When I was desperate, I came across National Debt Relief by chance. Getting started was really easy. The process was quick and everybody seemed so friendly. NDR's enrollment process was pretty straightforward. It had a few things to think about, which is always good. At this point, I'm 20% in. The negotiators are doing a pretty tough job, negotiating the way they do. And they get things to where you could pay over three or six months, which is not bad. I couldn't do it on my own like that. Also, the ones I've talked to have been really enthusiastic about what they were doing. I notified all of the collectors that NDR was taking care of the debts. They have all quit and I have no collectors calling me whatsoever. When you get in a tight spot like I did and have more debt than money to pay out, NDR is a good thing. Working with them has taken a lot of worry off my shoulders. It let me give a little sigh of relief and breathe easier.

Since I don’t have the internet, I can’t get any results unless I call every once a while. But when I call, they are cooperative and tell me what they think I wanna hear. The problem is that I keep sending all this money into my bank, and I have no way of knowing if they're doing what they're supposed to do and what relief I have. This morning, I woke up just before 9:00 and called them when they opened up to find out if they could send me some kind of information letting me know where I stood. By the time that I got through talking to the rep, I got as much as I could. I was also able to change some dates of deduction. I’m saving money, but I’m not sure what happens. But they said they’d let me know when they close the account. So far, they've closed two.

I called back and spoke to a very nice lady and I'm sorry to say I didn't remember her name. She a was professional and also very easy to talk to. Both asked multiple times if I was comfortable with the terms and understanding them. I had a great experience with both of them.

Theodore ** was a very clear and informative agent. 5 stars and kudos for him! He was very patient with the process of onboarding me and covered all the details in a pleasant and very clear manner. I will recommend him to others.

Their reviews were pretty decent and they offered what I was trying to get. They made me feel comfortable during the process. Everything was going good, except for the amount of time they said the credit score should start going back up. It kept going down. They told me within six months, my credit would completely drop, and after six months, it would start going back up. But it didn't. It took over a year for it to even start going back up. That's one thing I was kinda disappointed with. I stuck to their deal because they told me not to draw any credit or get another credit card for X amount of time. I didn't do it for almost a year. I paid them about $200 every two weeks. I'm getting things paid off, and it has relieved some stress.

It is with much embarrassment that I have to succumb to this way of getting out of debt that I am responsible for. I am first and foremost a parent and have always tried to help my family with their finances, much to my own detriment. These people are vultures who pass you off to a 3rd company that charges you an additional 25% on top of the over 50% they charge. They will never return any emails for any reason other than those connected with them collecting their fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You are way better off contacting the credit cards directly and dealing with them directly.
