Very impressive with the service I receive every time I called. They have the patience to let me talk then they explain everything to me in a very professional manner. I am also impressed with the results I am seeing with the creditors that I owe money to. We settle more than a few accounts already and I am always informed on what is coming next.

Simply put my final open account hasn't been negotiated. I finally got feedback from someone (after several form responses) that it hasn't been touched. If there isn't an offer incoming I'll just pay it off in its entirety, because I'm about to be there. If you guys can't negotiate, it would be nice to know that. Because right now we're in a holding pattern I don't like.

The girl who handled my interview was very nice and explained everything well. I do hope they get on this with my creditors because I do not want this to go to collections. That is one thing I hope it goes very smooth and they get on it.

National Debt Relief seemed like a more accredited company than the ones that I had seen. I've been with NDR for over a year now. They made sure that the payment plan fit in my budget really well. It was a pretty easy process. But because of COVID, I ended up having to put a little bit of my payments on hold. I'm back on track now. NDR seems to be on the ball with negotiating what's in collection. Soon I will start seeing the impact of this program in my life.

I deposited some money into my "guaranteed" savings and NDR took that money out to pay their fees. I specifically deposited that money talking to a customer service rep that it was earmarked for my last debt because it's a student loan and student loans want lump sums. But then they used it for something else. It was over half of the extra money that I put in there and now they're saying, "We're trying to negotiate with the money that's in there." But it's still taking forever.

I've known people that used National Debt Relief before and they were able to get the debts knocked down pretty good and get some decent settlement deals. I went with them and the service was good. They tried to put me on a lower payment plan but it creates a lot of issues with the debt collectors too because they get settlement agreements that have to be honored within a certain amount of time. I couldn't promise them any set amount during this because when we got hit with this pandemic directly, I lost my job immediately after that. Unfortunately, I am unable to keep the service at this time. I was going over the debt and income ratio thing with the payments that was why we backed off on it for a while to see what's gonna happen with all this craziness.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief and the process wasn't too difficult. The program has helped me to somewhat come to terms with some of my debts. I always try getting out of paying my debt. It's just that I've paid a lot of money since I've been enrolled in the program and every time I go on my Credit Karma or my account, I still owe a lot of money. I sometimes have to call and get clearer feedback as far as what is going on but I usually don't get any clarity. I should be able to answer all the questions that I'm asking on my own through the client portal. But sometimes, I need somebody to break down the information given to me. I really don't get any help with that. I've been paying over $300 a month since 2017 and I don't really know where my money is going.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was good and everything has been fine so far in the program. They negotiate and then call to ask me if I'm okay with the plan. But, I asked them to send me copies of the different accounts and I haven't received them. Though I can look at those through my portal, I wanted to keep a paper trail about this. NDR can also move a little faster. I have 10 accounts left with them. Other than that, everything else has been okay.

Lisa was very responsive from the first time I contacted her. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She also made me feel confident in the choice I made to use National Debt Relief. The process was simple and seamless. I would encourage anyone who wants to take control of their finances to reach out to them.

My experience was great! It was a seamless process and quick! Talking about debt can get uncomfortable but National Debt Relief made it very comfortable and provided a peace of mind that getting out of debt is possible and it does not have to be a scary process.

NDR's rate was the lowest. The representatives have all been helpful. I haven't had to wait too long for anybody to get back to me on anything. It's just that when I first enrolled, I was able to log in to my account online and see all of my payments and how much I have paid off. Now, I haven't been able to do that since they switched to the new website. It was nice to be able to see the progress. But there's been a few times that I've had to lower or pay a different amount and that was super easy to do.

Some accounts got paid off pretty quickly since working with National Debt Relief. But some of the stuff still has taken a while to pay off. Their reps are pretty helpful. My credit still needs a lot of work, but it's slowly improving.

Working with National Debt Relief has been a great experience. Anytime you call them, they're always courteous and respectful. Even if you don't get ahold of them immediately, they always call you right back on. They keep you up-to-date with your account. And when they reach a settlement, they're really quick to reach out. I've seen a lot of my debts get settled. Last week, we had two settlements accomplished.

When I called the first time, it went pretty quick. Everything going good enough with National Debt Relief. I got a card and a half done. I'm getting in there and the only reason I don't have more done is on me.

They were doing great. But then, here comes COVID, so everything is a little bit slower. I would like them to move a little bit more quickly. I spoke with them last week because I wanted to change the date of my payments and the rep was very, very nice about it.

NDR's answer questions really fast. They already know what I have because I told them my Social Security Number. They told me that we were gonna do this and that and that I would be finished with their program in two years. Also, whenever they find a deal with my credit, they send me a message. If I agree with the deal, they send me a PDF and I sign it. I like the process as it's really easy and simple. They told me that when I finish, they're gonna help me increase my credit score. As soon as I have a bit of extra money, I'm gonna make a big payment so that way I can finish faster. NDR has a really good program. I've already told some of my friends about it.

At first, I was skeptical that NDR could accomplish what they said, which was to negotiate my credit card debts down 30 - 40%. They actually did better than 40%. I didn't know if I was being scammed, so I checked with Better Business Bureau before signing any agreement. Honestly it was the best financial choice I ever made. They were very professional, courteous and informative. Nobody will regret using their service. Thanks again NDR.

I was trying to work eight days a week to pay the bills and I just couldn't do it, so I reached out to National Debt Relief. It was pretty good dealing with their consultant. There were seven different bills and they just took them all and worked them all together. The price of the service is good and they worked the payment plan out pretty good. But lately, I had to cancel my payments ‘cause my work slowed down here a little bit. So they’ve been helping me out. Overall, the experience has been really good and I'm not working eight days a week anymore.

I made one or two payments to National Debt Relief and then we sold our house. We weren't even trying to sell the house but somebody literally walked in and said they would give us 25,000 more than what it was worth. So I contacted National Debt Relief and asked them what the total balance would be at the end. I wanted to pay them off completely and be done with it. So they gave me a figure and I sent that check to them. But once we paid it off, there's been three different times that they debited my account once again for the monthly figure. They did tell me ahead of time that they could only do that out to three months, and then I would need to call back in. All three times, they got my money back to me within a week. So I would recommend them.

They've been good and professional. I initially agreed to pay about $300 a month and it has been coming out of my check. Everything is going pretty well.

When I was talking to the associate originally, he made me feel very comfortable with the process. He explained it to me and answered all my questions. When I called back ‘cause I had more questions, he was very forthcoming with everything. He was very helpful and I didn't feel judged based on things. So, that makes a big difference. NDR took a look at everything and we kinda worked it out so that I could make monthly payments and it's automatically withdrawn. It's enough that I can still take care of everything I need to going forward, and still make sure that my debt is taken care of.

If NDR had an offer, somebody from customer service would reach out and see if I agreed to the terms. On pre-program, they calculated what I could afford to pay, like a three-year plan. It just took a little bit longer because things came up throughout the years and I couldn’t make the payment, so they were able to defer some of the payment. I found out later that they would essentially take a 20% fee on the total value of what I owe regardless of what they settle. I should have looked further into the fine print. I had one creditor where I owed $500 and they settled for the full amount but I still had to pay the 20% on top of that as their fee. But ultimately, in the long run, it balances out on the larger creditors. Overall, it's been good.

I'm a year in the program and working with NDR has positively affected me. The reps are fine but I’m not too pleased that I have a lawsuit against me right now.

I talked to two different reps and they were quite knowledgeable. I called once and the lady explained everything to me. I told her that I would have to think about it because I wasn't sure if that's what I wanted to do. Then I called back not quite a month later and I talked to a different person. They explained it to me all over again and then, I told them I wanted to join. Everything they did, they explained to me. I had four things on the list that they're supposed to be paying for me and they've taken care of one already. I've got one they're taking care of right now and it's supposed to be done in March. I told them I couldn't afford any more than what I was paying them a month, so they're only doing one bill at a time. I'm not worried about the bills right now because they're taking care of them.

I've been working with National Debt Relief for only a year. It was pretty good dealing with their representatives.

Setting up the program with National Debt Relief was great. I'm almost done with the payoffs and whatever I've paid into them, they're going to continue to pay off the creditors. So I'm almost halfway through the program. The quality of the service is excellent. Their reps are very helpful and knowledgeable and they have good customer service. Since working with them, there have been no collection calls and my bills are being paid down. On a regular basis, I'm seeing payments being posted to those accounts that I've done with NDR. They send me regular updates by email so I know where I'm at.

I was about bankrupt which is what caused me to get in touch with National Debt Relief. I had debts that I was paying off regularly on my own. But at that stage of the game, I had no private practice any longer and I was stuck with a lot of bills that had to come in regularly. The consultants explained what NDR was trying to achieve. NDR has gotten in contact with one of my creditors and they explained how much I owed. They gave me an offer that the other company had offered and told me how much they would be taking each month out of my account that they set up, and exactly how many weeks or months it would take to get to that amount. Very experienced with what I was wanting to do. The time and patient that he had with me on phone. He had so much knowledge. He really broke everything down how it would work out for me. He explained if I decided not to continue what I needed to do.

National Debt Relief was informative and easy to talk to. Whoever I talk to if I have to call and have questions is good. They take their time and talk to me about it. They answer questions that I may have. They follow up with email or call back or any one of those communications. They are patient and thorough. They negotiate the debts and I pay them off. For the most part, they’ve been working with me through the payment plans. For each one that comes up, they discuss it with me. They send an email or contact me via text letting me know that there’s a plan that they can negotiate with or a settlement, and we discuss it. I could accept or decline the settlement and most time I accept it.

National Debt Relief said they're gonna negotiate my credit cards and get the lowest amount they can, and try to pay them off. And so far, so good. I was looking everybody up online, and I liked their commercial. I looked up online and read a little bit on them, and I liked them. The only thing is that since I've gone with them, some of the credit cards that they're negotiating with have gone to other agencies and they're sending me things in the mail. The negotiation from these other places is freaking great. I'm not dealing with them because I'm with National Debt Relief, but I've told National Debt Relief what I'm getting in the mail and I sent this to them. Some of the deals that these credit cards are offering me are unbelievable. They are better than what National Debt Relief has done.

The service is good. NDR lowered my monthly and interest and worked with the companies. Two already accepted the offer, but one is still in process. They've made me be comfortable with my payments, so I feel free. I have one year left, but still, I am fine. I recommend them to everybody.

National Debt Relief has been good. The program for my credit card debt is estimated to be one year and a half long and I am still in it. They keep me updated and it's super easy. Their reps are very helpful.

When I first enrolled in the program, everything sounded amazing. They try to negotiate 50% with creditors, you pay 2 small payments a month (depending on your debt) and of course any hardship you are having will be accommodated by them. First off, they tell you 4-6 months is the average time to start reaching settlement, and it took almost 10 months for me. I figured there were going to be customer fees of some sort which I saw monthly. It was nothing though. However, I checked my statements last night as I should’ve been doing this whole time and found out that at one point more than 25% of my dedicated savings was taken out for a “customer fee.”

Excellent and timely. My representative was very knowledgeable and knew the right avenue to go. He made the process quick and easy. No fooling around, he was straight to the point and sugar coated nothing. I like straightforward and honest representatives.

National Debt Relief is like a headhunter. Until you sign up, you would have that one person and even other people calling. Once your name is out there, they're going to keep calling you. So, once you sign up, then it's whoever answers the phone. It’s customer service. I would just ask and they answered it. They are very helpful like that. They will answer any questions you have. And if they didn’t know, they would find out. The negotiator is a completely different department. So when you call up to sign up, it's very different. They collected all the information. It was easy for me. I didn't have to go through and find whatever bills I wanted to put in the debt relief. They did that.

Everything was explained in detail and plenty of time and encouragement to read over anything before signing and agreeing. I felt no pressure to accept anything without reviewing or taking my time to make a decision. Very friendly, honest and patient service given. It was a pleasure and reassuring to speak and accept a contract with National Debt Relief. Everything was explained in detail and very professionally.

When I first decided to go with National Debt Relief and I talked with the representative, I got a favorable impression of him. Since we've gone with him, we've had very good experience with them. They took our credit cards and then has been working to pay them off. The rep helped us go through and get signed up on a program. He helped us with getting a financial report to establish a savings account to be able to use to start paying our debts off. He was polite and he didn't put down on us. He led us and showed us the direction we needed to go.

I'm just getting started but I have such a relief of my past failures of making credit decisions. I know that I have been given the Best Help that can come. I didn't try to have bad credit, just over time it became too much to easy have. I have learned my lesson to not give up on the hope you start.

I was aware of the damage to the credit score and the how things could escalate. However, they led me to believe that settlements would be near 50% of the balances and that they would be at least settled within 4-8 months of starting the program. I am 18 months in and have paid 3,400 in "fees", My settlements have only been around 80% of the balance and whatever extra I have put into my account they have taken as "fees". I still have 1 account that has not even reached a settlement yet. My total amount paid is actually going to be greater than the debt that I came into it with.

My brother (Kenny **) referred me to NDR because he has had GREAT SUCCESS being on their program for 2 YEARS!!! I was impressed by NDR's great customer service and their ability to asses my debt quickly, Then they were able to tell me the monthly payment I would have to make for how many years to obtain financial freedom! I finally found a sense of relief where I could live my life and not have to worry about living pay check to check!

Everything about NDR has been phenomenal. Life has become more manageable since I've been working with them. There's only one glitch when at one point I started feeling guilty thinking, “Is this fair thing to do? They’re my son's debts.” The person was a little bit harsh about not declining. But after that, I did decide that I was going to go through with it and every single person I've spoken to has been pleasant, been very thorough and listened. I'm 56 years old and I have to hear things and process it. Everybody's been extremely patient.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with your company everything was explained in a way that I was able to understand clearly. Both gentlemen took their time no rush and very patient with me in making sure I understood everything that was in the contract.

I went with NDR for some credit cards and some payday loans. It was easy to read the whole contract and the rep was good. He explained everything to me and stayed in contact with me. Updated on 08/21/2024: National Debt Relief seemed to be the closest one near me. And when I called, it seemed to be what I needed. They would try to get me to use the online portal, but I would always tell them I prefer to speak to somebody. And they would help me figure out whatever I needed. My credit score is going up. Right towards the end, I found out that I could utilize them like a savings bank. So, if I needed $100 within the two weeks of not getting paid, I could go through them, and it was very easy to get the money out. Before I knew it, I thought I had another eight months to pay off the rest of my debt, but they came back and were, “Congratulations! You have graduated.” And they sent me the rest of my money that was in my savings account.

Joe was the kindest, most calming person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The entire process was explained step by step and with great patience! I really needed to take this step and the moment I did I felt so relieved. I thank you all! I must add that a call from another debt help company came in a short time after and they were much more expensive to work with.

My wife used National Debt Relief in the past, and she highly recommended them. I found that they were thorough. They made sure that I was comfortable with the questions that they asked. They explained the steps and the procedures. I felt reassured. The only thing is there are times when I thought I had signed, accepted or approved a document, and then I would later get a follow-up email or a phone call later saying that I need to sign this document. It would be good if there was a way that I didn't have to do that, or if there was a way that I could just give a statement automatically to get transferred to all the documents that needed to be signed. But other than that, the experience has been wonderful.

National Debt Relief seemed to be knowledgeable and know what they are doing. It was good at first. But when I lost my job and other hardships came on, I couldn't afford the payments anymore. I'm still enrolled in the program. I just got to figure out which direction I'm gonna go. Everything else worked out fine. If you get in the same position as I am, NDR is a good option for you to use.

I recently lost my job about two months ago. I had applied for unemployment but due to all the folks that have been let go during this time of the pandemic, it's been tough to get any funds from my unemployment office in Texas. So, I was wondering where my account stood with National Debt Relief. Otherwise, the service has been okay. There were a few things that I wish were handled a little bit differently. I had submitted all the paperwork and whatever was asked of me for one of the debt consolidations. The company's been pulling money from my account and I want to know where that money is.

I liked how this was a relatively quick setup. It really wasn't a short as I thought it would be. The whole process took about 45 minutes but I got qualified and set up with a helpful plan to eliminate my debt and I am grateful for that.

We’re doing kind of tough right now because we’re in the pandemic, and National Debt Relief has been vigilant in taking a payment out of my bank account every month. I assume that there is progress, though, because they’ve been taking the money.

National Debt Relief has been doing a great job. It was pretty simple to enroll with them and everything went smoothly. I was able to collect all my debt into one chunk and then pay it off. I was also able to get settlements lower than what the balance was. The negotiator was really firm and fair. They're really great people to work with. They're very quick, easy and very responsive. They really make you feel like they’re there for you. I'm very comfortable with the amount I pay. I've already had two creditors resolved already and I'm pretty happy about that.

I got in over my head with credit cards and I couldn't save enough for my taxes, so I decided to work with National Debt Relief. It has taken a little worry off. I'm still tensed about it, but it has helped. Now, I can put the money aside each month for my state taxes. Their service has been good, so far, and I'm pretty happy.

It's definitely helped me be able to save a little bit more money. I can't use any credit cards or get new ones, but it enabled me to better budget myself. My credit score is slowly going up. National Debt did a good job at lowering my rates.

National Debt Relief helped get us on track. We'd get an email from them saying where we were at and then would ask us if we'd agree. We are almost done and we've paid off almost everything. We're working on our last credit card. There's definitely less stress and then we've been able to be better about our spending and our budget. We've been happy with everything so far.

Very new to this. However the Customer Service Rep we had was extremely professional, compassionate, answered all our questions, went over all contracts. As a new customer we still aren't sure how this arbitration with our credit holders will turn out, but so far we are extremely pleased.

National Debt Relief has been a Godsend to my husband & I. We always intended to pay all of our bills & to pay them on time as much as possible. But life happened & we became severely behind. So much so that we were becoming despondent. Finally we realized we had to do something so I called National Debt Relief. Their customer service agents have always been easy to talk to & quick to respond. I'm sure I ask some foolish questions especially initially, but they have always been super easy to talk to! We didn't accrue all our debt overnight & no this whole debt relief process does not turn on a dime. It does take patience. But stick with it. It's been a huge, MASSIVE relief to us.

When signing up with National Debt Relief, I just had to fill out some stuff online and then talk to them on the phone. I had to give them all my account information and then they worked out a payment plan for me. I told them what I could afford and they figured it out. I do a bi-monthly payment to them. Also, they always tell me to call them if I can't make a payment and they'll figure something out for me. They have offered COVID relief if I need to stop payment for the time being or whatever. Fortunately, I haven't had to do that.

National Debt Relief has been pretty good. It’d be nice if I didn’t have to take so many calls, but that’s the way they do it. I’ll have to put up with it. As far as my progress, some cards have been canceled and they’re paying on them.

National Debt Relief seemed willing to work with me the best way and the best terms. They contact me when needed, and very concise and direct. Using the online dashboard, I can monitor my payments and the progress of the program. Everything seems to be close to the schedule that we discussed in the beginning.

When we initially started everything, the consultants were very helpful, trying to get everything I needed for me, and they kind of took everything from there. Working with them has been impacting my life positively because it's been helping me with my debt. That has brought a reduction of stress and anxiety in my life. I would recommend National Debt Relief because they're efficient in what they do, they're on top of customer service, and they have helped reduce my debt.

I was unable to make the minimum payments on my credit cards so I did a search online to see what I could do. National Debt Relief popped up first so I gave them a call. Everything was easy and everyone I talked to there was real nice. It'll still be about another year before everything is paid off but they have already settled debt with all but one credit card company. They helped to knock down more than half of my debt away already and every month, I don't pay as much as I would have to on minimum payment.

The experience of signing up for debt relief was pleasant. The agent explained everything so I could understand. He had to go over some of the details with me cause I didn't understand. He was very patient with me. I would recommend him to everyone.

I was trying to get my debt paid in order and as quickly as possible. I went with NDR and it's been great so far. They scheduled my payment according to how much I'm able to pay each month. If I've had any changes, they've readjusted everything to still be on time on everything else that follows. I've been able to pay off a few items and they've facilitated that.

I heard the ad on the radio and I called National Debt Relief, and they were very nice to work with and just explained things. They could explain things a bit better because we got a little confused at the beginning. But other than that, they've been good to work with. You get one person who is your advocate, and that person seems like they know a bit and you can reach out to them. But if it's just a day-to-day kind of customer service, trying to figure out what's going on or all your details of what's to come yet, they lack on that department because you wonder a lot about what's going on with your debt. I'm set up for three years, and then these are the terms, and this is what would happen. And then, when you get into a little bit, they almost change their story and, not that you're going to be in it indefinitely, but you don't see as much light at the end of the tunnel because their details seem to change.

My debts were getting out of control and I did not want to file for bankruptcy. This was my best option after doing research. Based on all of the consumer reviews and Better Business Bureau reviews, I decided that National Debt Relief would be the best one to go with despite them being the most expensive one. Supposedly, they are quickest way to resolve these debts. Everything comes with a cost and if you want good service, you have to pay for it. National Debt Relief has the reputation and the credibility with the creditors and with the larger banks that they are able to successfully have better settlements. That alone is worth the cost.

I'm halfway through the program and it's going good. I've been paying every month so I know it's going somewhere but I would like to know how close I am and hear some numbers because my credit score is not going any higher right now. I'm sure it will happen in the future though. There's 100% availability for me at any time of the day and when I do call, they're always super helpful. It's more about me not calling or checking online.

I am a teacher and I live paycheck to paycheck. I have always had a high Credit Score; 770, until I had a medical leave of absence and mounting medical bills. I either was going to have to declare Bankruptcy or get help. National Debt has settled 4 of my 5 Creditors debt. National Debt Relief is replying to the individuals that I had credit with to negotiate a price so they can pay it off for me. They certainly keep me informed of what's going on and give me opportunity to yay or nay before they do anything so everything has been quite nice. I’m about 30% along the way and my credit has gotten better. They did take a lot of stress and anxiety away from me having to personally deal with my creditors. Everything we did from the start and that they said that would happen happened that way. I had one creditor trying to make it difficult for us but at the same token, we stuck with our guns with what they told us to tell them and eventually they vanished.

This is my second time working with NDR and so far, it's been good. Enrolling was super easy. There was no pressure. I had to do it because I had been out of work for a while. It was getting tougher to pay my bills. I knew if I called them, it would make my bills lower and it would be easier to live. If you find life is a little too hard money-wise, NDR will definitely help take a load off.

National Debt Relief is always pretty transparent with me. The dashboard on the website gives me a good indication of where I am in the program. Everything is pretty straightforward. I don't have too many questions. If I need to get something removed, or get an account added, whether calling in or putting in a service request, it’s fine.

The only time I really received great customer service was with my very last call. It took 4 requests and calling to finally get a supervisor of which he did not solve anything. The girl I spoke with last week, was very helpful and very nice. I wouldn't recommend NDR to anyone.
