Although I have not began the process nor my first payment. It is hard to tell me my experience. First, I would like to thank Paul for being very friendly and very informative on how the program works. At first I was not very sure if I was making the correct decision but after hearing Paul inform me how the programs works and how much money I was going to save, really made me make the decision to proceed. The Welcome Call individual was also friendly but I could tell she needed more experience. She needs breathe, be calm. Could tell she was reading a script. Kept pausing and re reading the passage. I think she will be great once she has more experience with inbound calls.

The employees that I dealt with were very helpful. They explained and answered all my questions. They explained how the program works and my concerns with late fees piling up with creditors. They were both very knowledgeable about their job.

He was very helpful and very thorough with his explanation however when I called the second number I spoke with Tiara and she was not as professional and it seemed as if my questions were annoying her and as a first time customer obviously stressed due to my current financial situation. I have been wanting to combine all my debts into one payment for a long time, but I either didn't qualify for a personal loan or the consolidation loans I was approved for had interest rates that are just as high as credit cards. It felt impossible to get out of debt any time soon. As I looked into what NDR can do, I realized that this is exactly what I've wanted! It's not a loan! They negotiate with creditors on my behalf and take over payments for me by withdrawing from my checking and putting the money into a specified savings account. The best thing is that I will be debt free in a much shorter time than if I continued to make minimum payments AND my monthly payments to my NDR savings is half of what I was paying on all my debts combined!!! Although I am still responsible for paying my debts, I feel like a weight has been lifted off me already! Thank you, NDR!!!

I wanted to do what I could to pay my debt, instead of filing bankruptcy, and seeing that National Debt Relief was the best-rated company, I decided to work with them. The program has helped me, but if it were up to me, I would’ve handled it a bit differently. I wish I could dictate who they make arrangements with and try to come to a conclusion with, instead of them deciding who they’re gonna contact. They tackle the newest, smallest debt first, and I’m really worried about some of the larger and older debts. I’m worried about legal repercussions that may transpire due to both being lengthy and more money. I’m always in fear of getting some kind of summons. I signed up and paid extra for the protection with an attorney if that happens, but I do have that in the back of my mind.

Both are really great. Very personable and easy to talk with. They explained everything perfectly and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable about company. Never had to be put on hold for an answer. Great job! Would recommend to friends.

Do not go with National Debt Relief! You will be in a worst situation after your debt is settle. Here is an example of one of my debt settlements: Amount of Debt $4,556. Their Fee $956.76. Settlement amount $2050,11. After doing the math I actually paid 66% of this debt including their fee. Now get this, they report this to the IRS as income since they settle and saved me $2505.70. Remember I paid 66%, now I have to turn around and pay taxes on the savings. Additionally, you pay customer and transaction Fees. How does this help you? 2 ways this can help you. Do not get in DEBT!!! And Do not go with National Debt Relief!!! You will save a ton of money doing this yourself or utilizing other options.

Today 2/20 I spoke with another woman who gave me more phone numbers/departments and more documents to sign such as Power of Attorney. She was very knowledgeable but a bit hard to understand. Tonight I had to call back to get my "order number" as no one had given it to me, in order to fill out the consumer review form.

I do however wish they handled getting the contact information changed with the accounts involved. It's a very trying process for me. Too many questions asked by the companies involved as to "why". It would be much more beneficial to have N.D.R. handle this communication and elevate and isolate me from the companies entirely.

Updated on 02/14/2021: I liked the service of National Debt Relief. Their enrollment was a smooth process. I feel comfortable working with them and I'm still in the program. They had to get the total of all the debts that were outstanding and they asked me how much I could afford to pay. They dealt with creditors and they gave them a proposal as to what they would expect. I would be contacted afterward to see if I would accept that amount or not. Working with NDR has helped. It took away a lot of the stress, frustration, and anxiety in having to deal with the creditors at a time when I'm just in a bad situation. I am able to work on the payment based on what they negotiated.

My experience was seamless and smooth. They made it an easy and comfortable process. They walk you through each step and explain everything clearly. Everything is set up to make monthly payments work within your budget, so you reach your goal of debt freedom. Afterwards I felt a great relief and looked to my future of being debt-free. I tried to take care of help. I needed it.
