    I contacted the National Debt Relief on 2/26/2020 and was contacted by Karter ** who gave me all the information on this program. I was asked to think about it and would contact Karter on 2/28/2020 with my decision if this was right for me or not. Karter explained the program again in full and was with me on the phone with me for about 20-45 minutes. He was very patience and kind and helped me understand the program. He stayed right me with through the contract and explained every paragraph. I never felt like I was stupid with the debt I have occurred with his patience, kindness and understanding. He was great and I truly felt at ease with him and know I made the right decision.

    He explained to me the next process in signing up of having the support system contact me with paperwork to sign. On 2/29/2020, Nicole called and she too was very patience and kind. She walked me through the paperwork, the signing up and the lawyer paperwork. Again I felt so at ease with her and never felt judged in any way. So far I am very impressed with the help this program gives to Americans as myself who get in financial jams. The staff is the kindness and most understanding, patience people I have ever dealt with. I don’t know if I would do the entire process again. Seeing things in motion every day gave a completely different feel. I also noticed there was a tremendous amount of fees. From what I thought I understood in the initial conversation, there would be a small fee at the end, but there are pretty significant fees throughout the process, and that’s one of the reasons why this is still drawn out.

    Regions Bank, the bank I had dealt with when I first signed up, was also very irritating I was told by the consultant that NDR has a good relationship with Regions. But after many discussions with Regions, they said they had nothing set up with NDR. When I went back to NDR, they said that they had negotiations set up. I called Regions and they said they didn't deal with third-parties. I was beginning to get some of the threats. As a result, I ended up caving in and started paying Regions to keep from being taken to court. Everything was pretty much the opposite of what I was hoping. And I can’t get any other help because my credit is at rock-bottom.

    Adam ** was amazing. He was very helpful and very thorough with his explanation however when I called the second number I spoke with Tiara and she was not as professional and it seemed as if my questions were annoying her and as a first time customer obviously stressed due to my current financial situation. I was not prepared to be talked down to as if I am not valued. I am making a decision.to better myself and my finances and the last thing I need was for her to speak to me in a belittling tone.

    I have worked customer service and there was no smile coming through in her to me and it was rather discouraging. If I had spoke with her first I would have hung up and tried something else. Tiara was less than pleasant to deal with and at the end of the conversation she hung up the phone. When she was reading her script she was stumbling and seemed distracted.
