Each person I worked with was very patient, professional and efficient. I could not be happier with the service I received. Starting National Relief, was quick and easy and the associates really explain the program and what it is about.. At first I was nervous and hesitant but the associate I spoke to made it simple and easy to understand. That is why I felt good about signing in.

Most people are busy, trying to get by and deal with life situations. I was caught off guard by the questions. No one explained this to me. It is not the responsibility of the welcome folks to explain this either. Both the departments are conflicting on this. So are you going to contact start negotiating once I give my 1st payment or in 4-6 Months?? I am signing up for now - not to start in 4 months.

Great service up until the point I changed my mind. CSR was rude on the phone when I said I changed my mind and they are still taking money out of my account. I have called and emailed and they will not assist me. I will be pursuing this and rate anywhere I can.

I was surprised to receive a phone call very shortly after going online to see if I was eligible for help from your organization. The representative was very courteous and helpful. He explained the program and answered my questions as we discussed what help I needed. He help me get started with one of your programs and the path to get out of debt. Today, I received a Welcome call and again the representative was very courteous and helpful explaining what I needed to complete and verify. She answered all of my questions.

As a stressed person in looming debt, they were able to explain the detail and questions that I do have. A person in debt, with a lot of options receiving in the mail but as soon as you are at the doorstep they shut you down after getting a bit of information, and won't even offer any other ways. Then I started with NDR, from the beginning the representative that helped me was clear enough to explain to me details why I am shut off on other programs but also helped and explain to me other ways that they can help me out on starting the steps to be debt free and not just me paying the credit card debts barely scratching actual debt and only the paying the interests. As a new client, even though it was just barely starting steps it gives that renewal hope that there is a way to get out of the debts and start a new day of becoming a debt free person.

They did very good job; reducing the debt from $40,000, cutting the interest $14,000; it's left the debt $26,000, to be payable in 4 years. I been in program for 2 yrs already, it's pretty manageable, $600/mo. In 2 more years, or early, I will be debt free. I am very happy with them.

Legal. When I signed up I was not notified that there is no legal assistance in my state. That should be looked into prior to signing anyone up. I am trying to get out of debt not get sued in the process.

I have enrolled in this program to get me out of debt and finally have some financial freedom. The staff is very helpful, kind and understanding. They are working with me and understand all of my needs. I feel very hopeful and can't wait to start making progress.

The person who help me set up was very kind and understanding and professional. He reviewed all my questions very nicely. However I gave them 4 stars because my welcome associate seemed impatient to answer questions or go over material again.

I was asked to think about it and would contact Karter on 2/28/2020 with my decision if this was right for me or not. He stayed right me with through the contract and explained every paragraph. I never felt like I was stupid with the debt I have occurred with his patience, kindness and understanding. He was great and I truly felt at ease with him and know I made the right decision.

I feel that those who I spoke with were very professional, informative, efficient. I felt comfortable with the representatives and left the conversation with a clear understanding for the most part. The follow-up confirmation call representative could have spoken a little slower, but he did explain when I had a question.

From what I thought I understood in the initial conversation, there would be a small fee at the end, but there are pretty significant fees throughout the process, and that’s one of the reasons why this is still drawn out.
