Our experience with National Debt Relief was interesting and informative. Joel was pleasant and patient while answering all of our questions. I do hope this experience will continue to be pleasant and we get the success we need. Thank you.

Updated on 10/27/2021: They're really flexible and they've improved my credit a lot in the past year and a half. It has had a positive impact on my life so far.

Legal. When I signed up I was not notified that there is no legal assistance in my state. That should be looked into prior to signing anyone up. I am trying to get out of debt not get sued in the process.

I have enrolled in this program to get me out of debt and finally have some financial freedom. The staff is very helpful, kind and understanding. They are working with me and understand all of my needs. I feel very hopeful and can't wait to start making progress.

The person who help me set up was very kind and understanding and professional. He reviewed all my questions very nicely. However I gave them 4 stars because my welcome associate seemed impatient to answer questions or go over material again.

Very professional and excellent followup Patient and empathetic. Everything was explained in clear transparent language. I am so glad I called your company. First night's sleep in a long time. I like the fact that you don't require any upfront fees and wait until the debt has been absolved.

I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have mostly credit card debt. So far I have had 3 of my 8 (?) creditors paid off. I feel good not having harassing phone calls anymore, after having directed these types of calls to National Debt Relief.

Surprisingly I had an excellent experience inquiring about your company, what you could do to help me and enrolling in your program. My representative, Joshua ** made the process so easy. He was understanding, polite, professional and very helpful. Like most people I thought this is too easy, there's got to be a catch or it's too good to be true. After speaking with Joshua and before signing on with Nat'l Debt Relief I did extensive research on your company and other companies out there and every time your company came up ranked #1.

Deals have been met quickly. Very pleased with this company. I've saved thousands. I thought I'd never get rid of all my debt. Now I can see light at the end of the tunnel. About eighteen more months and all will be paid off.

The customer service representative was excellent and understanding! He took the time to hear about our situation and offered solutions and options for us. He also gave us time to think about the program and returned our call immediately when I reached back out!

I contacted the National Debt Relief on 2/26/2020 and was contacted by Karter ** who gave me all the information on this program. I was asked to think about it and would contact Karter on 2/28/2020 with my decision if this was right for me or not. Karter explained the program again in full and was with me on the phone with me for about 20-45 minutes. He was very patience and kind and helped me understand the program. He stayed right me with through the contract and explained every paragraph. I never felt like I was stupid with the debt I have occurred with his patience, kindness and understanding. He was great and I truly felt at ease with him and know I made the right decision.

I feel that those who I spoke with were very professional, informative, efficient. I felt comfortable with the representatives and left the conversation with a clear understanding for the most part. The follow-up confirmation call representative could have spoken a little slower, but he did explain when I had a question.

I had a great experience with Andrew. He did help me tremendously. I would totally recommend this service to family and friends. He explained everything about the program very detailed. Very easy to understand him and he has great patience.

The NDR rep who helped me was a nice fellow and very eager to help. The whole idea of not making any payments, the life of the program, until the debts are clear was more significant than I realized. I have no credit right now. I don’t know if I would do the entire process again. Seeing things in motion every day gave a completely different feel. I also noticed there was a tremendous amount of fees. From what I thought I understood in the initial conversation, there would be a small fee at the end, but there are pretty significant fees throughout the process, and that’s one of the reasons why this is still drawn out.

It was easy to apply and it took a huge weight off my shoulders. I couldn’t see a way out and this way I’ll be out of debt before I die. I was so in over my head trying to pay as much as possible but I could never get anywhere before they would raise the interest rate 20%.

First, I would like to thank Paul for being very friendly and very informative on how the program works. At first I was not very sure if I was making the correct decision but after hearing Paul inform me how the programs works and how much money I was going to save, really made me make the decision to proceed. The Welcome Call individual was also friendly but I could tell she needed more experience. She needs breathe, be calm. Could tell she was reading a script. Kept pausing and re reading the passage. I think she will be great once she has more experience with inbound calls.
