I want to bring to your attention the very good service that I received from the agent that contacted me on March 6, 2020. My conversation with her was in reference to the pending settlement with one of my creditors. She was able to answer all of my questions with a soft calming voice that was so reassuring that I am doing the right thing and National Debt Relief was always here working on my case. I have always had very good contact with the team that is handling my case but this lady on March 6th really stood out above the rest for me on this day. The customer service reps that I spoke to was very knowledgeable. They not took the time to explain in detail the program and made sure I understood all aspects of the program. After agonizing days and nights and almost being scammed by tv advertising, I decide to research and follow the best debt settlement on the market. I called National Debt??? and was totally impress with the care and professionalism. 3 hours of explanations and reading several documents, I sign with them and feel secure that they will fight for me. Very good experience. Friendly, made sure I understood the program. Never made me feel purchased, never rushed through explaining the program to me. I made to feel very welcomed, and that as long as I did my part I would be debt-free soon.

Max was very helpful and thorough in explaining all the details of the program. He explained all the different options that were available and explained why my program was the best the option. I also appreciated that he gave me the opportunity to ask any questions that I had and made sure I understood in detail the contract and its entirety.

I was able to clearly communicate with both of the Customer Service Agents that I talked with through the last week. I feel that they were able to give me accurate information that displayed the information in a truthful way so that I could make the best decision for myself to lower my debt.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. Fast and efficient! The call took about 2 hours total do to contractual reading but it’s important to know what you're doing before you do it! I would recommend this, the feeling of affordable payments is amazing!

Very well informed, covered every note, was very patient, answered all my questions, was able to read each task step by step until I understand all the information that had to be covered and was very polite.
