Everyone I worked with was so helpful and made this a good experience. There was no judgment, only their willingness to be helpful to help me with the situation I am in. Everything was explained to me and any question I asked they answered.

Over the phone. Representatives was very nice and knowledgeable. They gave me a sense of relief. They made me feel like I made the right decision and it will be beneficial in the long run. During the welcome call she had me sign everything first and then went over some of the terms like it’s going to take 4-6 months to negotiate everything. I would rather have had that information before. I was told a few months. Jose went over the agreement with me before I signed it.

The whole process was very efficient and I feel very confident that this has been a good decision to go with NDR to get is back on our feet with our finances. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was knowledgable, caring, and polite. If I had any questions I could voice them at any time and receive the answer/explanation I needed.

Kenny ** was the debt specialist who helped me get through this process. He was courteous, patient, and organized. He thoroughly explained the process to me and went through the agreement in detail. He made sure I had answers to questions throughout the process. I have a hearing loss and am not necessarily the quickest on a computer. Mr. ** made sure I didn't feel overwhelmed and gave me time to go through the steps. He presented himself as enthused and his excitement made me feel better about having to go through the process. I completed my welcome call process with Anna. She, too, was courteous, patient and organized. She reviewed much of the information I had provided but explained that it was her responsibility to make sure all the information was correctly recorded. These two people are truly professional. I commend them both.

The services representatives are very friendly, respectful and helpful. They were helpful with the process of informing and signing into the program. They made me feel comfortable with the entire process. They are also review all information with you and take the moment to make sure you understand the information.

My debt specialist (or whatever the appropriate title is), Naya **, was accommodating of my inconsistent schedule and whenever we spoke I found her an exemplar of professionalism; she was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. She answered all of my questions as they came up.

Que ** at National Debt Relief was really easy to talk to and helped me out. I'm already feeling a ton of relief that I'm moving forward handling my debt. I've put it off for so long and I'm really happy I did it and I feel like I picked the right company.

Talk way too fast. Felt like a disclaimer at the end of a commercial. I hope everything goes to plan. I’m not 100% sold but I’m backed into a corner. If this works the way that I was told by the first person then I should be fine, I’ve read some not so good reviews online so fingers crossed. I will up date if NDR does what they say

As a stressed person in looming debt, they were able to explain the detail and questions that I do have. A person in debt, with a lot of options receiving in the mail but as soon as you are at the doorstep they shut you down after getting a bit of information, and won't even offer any other ways. Then I started with NDR, from the beginning the representative that helped me was clear enough to explain to me details why I am shut off on other programs but also helped and explain to me other ways that they can help me out on starting the steps to be debt free and not just me paying the credit card debts barely scratching actual debt and only the paying the interests. As a new client, even though it was just barely starting steps it gives that renewal hope that there is a way to get out of the debts and start a new day of becoming a debt free person.

They did very good job; reducing the debt from $40,000, cutting the interest $14,000; it's left the debt $26,000, to be payable in 4 years. I been in program for 2 yrs already, it's pretty manageable, $600/mo. In 2 more years, or early, I will be debt free. I am very happy with them.
