Good service and communication. Let's see how the rest of the process goes. They really took their time to explain how the process works, from beginning to end. They went over the contract with me word by word and asked me if I understood what was being said. They also spent quite a bit of time explaining how this would affect my credit positively or negatively. In the end, it's going to make my credit grading very good! This saved me from having to file bankruptcy and it's a huge load off my shoulders.

When I first inquired about NDR and getting help it was quick and fast response. Luis was quick in calling back. We talked and he got the ball rolling. There was no judgment, he was kind, friendly and made my husband and I feel at ease. When we got the call back we qualified for help we were happy. Luis explained it all, let us ask questions and made a plan that would help us get out of debt.

Michael **, whom I open the account with, and Frank **, whom I had the welcome call with, were excellent, clear, professional, answered my question and interpreted it to which help me understand everything. These made this experience easy. And even though I didn't have the opportunity to speak with her at the time of the call, Bianca made sure that I received the follow-up call for the time we set up which was convenience for me. The agent did very well communicating the information. However, one advisement would be to slow down when communicating. There were many times, I requested to repeated. The agent seemed rushed. Otherwise, very intelligent and respectful. The background was very noisy and somewhat hostile.

Chris was very patient with answering on of my questions and I had a lot of them. He was very knowledgeable so we will see how it goes. I was very nervous at first but after spending hours on the phone, I felt at ease.

They said I don't have to make any more payments to my credit card debtors which I find hard to believe but according to them, this is the way to do this. I hope they are correct and no future penalties will occur.
