I have heard of this company before but have been hesitant to look into it more because I just didn't know what it truly was or if they could help me. My best friend and her husband used them years ago and recommended me to take a look into it. I signed to be pre qualified and called them immediately to start the next steps. I spoke to Samantha ** who was so sweet, personable and genuine. Didn't rush the conversation or make me feel judged in any way for my financial situation. It can be so embarrassing to dig yourself deep into a hole of debt and feel like there's no other way out. She answered all my questions and is so knowledgeable and I feel so grateful to be apart of this program to debt relief! I am a single mom of 2 who works full time and am grateful to have been approved to get help. Thank you so very much!

They was awesome explaining all of the details. It all sounds good. But I do have some concerns. Will they actually help me if I get took to court by my creditors. Some of my creditors will not wait for 3 or 4 months to collect. I have read some bad reviews. Hope I didn't make a mistake enrolling I the program.

My experience so far has been exceptional. John helped me to understand the process of working with NDR and was very thorough. He talked to me like I was a human being and not a potential account. He was very empathetic and understanding of my situation. I just got approved with NDR and my experience with them is very new but I am happy to provide more detailed feedback over time. Debt is very burdensome and causes a lot of undue stress, John was able to help me feel like it is fixable and in time it will only get better. So far I am happy with my experience.

I have been hesitant to consolidate my debt for years but I finally decided to do it. I worked with Oz **. He is excellent at his job and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. My only suggestion would be to edit your advertisement. It says you don’t have to give your ss# and it won’t affect your credit. That is true of the initial contact but not true of the actual process. In final stages you will have to give your ss# and this WILL hurt your credit for a period of time. But you can rebuild and it’s better than filing for bankruptcy. If you decide to consolidate I hope you are lucky enough to work with Oz. Cool name, cool guy, great experience. Edgar explained everything, and worked with my bi weekly paychecks. There are several companies, but I doubt they take the time to listen to the customer. It's, very easy to use credit cards, but you forget paying them back with interest hurts. I've never been one to pay off at month's end.

When I spoke to the rep he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions that I had at the time. He also gave me some tips when paying my remaining credit card. I have been struggling over the last 5 to 10 years to keep up with my credit card payments and it has emotionally and financially drained me.
