The National Debt Relief team was pretty good and I didn't have any problem with them. I initially saw them in an advertisement and ended signing up with their program. After initiating a chat to learn if National Debt Relief services could assist me, I did not follow through for honest assumption that I wouldn't qualify or that I might be opening myself to more financial entanglement. An enrollment specialist followed up with a phone call in which I very quickly felt trust and confidence in her guidance. Customer service when joining help me through the process step by step. Explained everything to me on how the system works. The person I spoke to was very polite and respectful to me and my problem and was able to give me my monthly payments.

My wife of 30 years passed away, and I incurred a lot of bills. But after that, I got defrauded. They got into my accounts. They opened up multiple credit cards, and they opened up multiple debit cards in my name, and then they charged on those credit cards. That's why I sent them to National Debt Relief. I paid all of her expenses, but the fraudulent ones are the ones I turned over. I filed a police report. I filed with some organization because of fraud on a senior. I went through two years of pure hell for that. There was another company that called me to do a similar thing. But their guy was preachy and demanding, and National Debt Relief wasn't. And they explained everything and gave me options or choices and information. So, I chose them.

Regret signing up. Headache after headache. Loss of available credit from accounts not included in this program. No contact with my creditors until accounts are 180 days late or charged off. Way too many phone calls/ emails from creditors in this program.

The whole process went smoothly, and it didn't take as long as I thought. I started off with a Debt Specialist who explained and went over my two options. A Manager then explained my contract in full detail. Before you know it, I was able to bring down my debt by about $8,000.00. Also, all the fees are already included in your loan payment. It felt like a getting a big monkey off my shoulder and I now have more financial freedom and less stress. I only was looking for a the cost to consolidate my cards so filled out all the questions and never got what I wanted. Had to speak to a person about it. I DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. This company is the biggest scam artists. You start off on the right foot everything is going great. Until your 1/2 way through your payoffs with your creditors. They can never tell you when you will be done paying. The app you use doesn't give you a end payment plan. It just goes on indefinitely until you literally have to close your bank account. I called and spoke to numerous agents and everyone of them gave me a different end date and with no written documentation to back it up. That's how they get you. They keep you in limbo with no documentation to fall back on. Stay away from them. Call the creditors yourself. Save the hassle.

I jotted the numbers down and said, “I'm gonna give them a try.” Once I told them what was going on, they got it all fixed and they worked with the lenders. I didn't call them. Was a great experience, until now. I can’t get a hold of Phil. I originally didn’t have my student loans in the program and he offered to get on a 3 way call with my dad who is a co-signer. I called the number back about 15 mins after hanging up with Phil to take him up on the offer. I wasn’t able to speak to him directly, but was chatting with someone else who was messaging Phil and Phil gave the thumbs up to doing a 3-way call on Thursday July 23rd between 12-2. The day and time came and went and nothing.

For the past few months, I've been living in a constant state of panic—waking up at 3 a.m., frustrated, confused, and desperately searching for a solution. National Debt Relief did a great job. The customer support was fantastic. When I asked them to pay off a certain creditor, they did. They settled the accounts and I got my credit cards paid off in a little over two years. There were settlement fees and they took a portion of the settlement, but there was no cost to sign up for the program. I've been in credit and collections all my life and I did this because I am terminally ill and I wanted to get my credit cards paid off before I die. The payments were all up to date but it was a higher payment than what I would have preferred and the interest was accruing. Paying it at the minimum or slightly above would not have gotten me paid off within the time frame that I did.

Everything was explained fully and left very few questions about the hoped for results. The only thing that I question is your reliance on the computer 100%, not all people have grown up with it and don't rely on everything.

Dennis ** was really helpful and explained everything to me in great detail. I give him a 10 and recommended him to anyone. He gave me the whole breakdown on me I needed help with. He asked me about how I got into debt and I told him why and he understands where I was coming from and he helped me get the help I needed. He was really helpful and understanding. John from the Philippines was so smart and helped the bank problem, he rescheduled the autopay, discovered a page missing from the contract, had me sign and sent me written verification, and is still working on why my online portal will not allow me to reset with a new password so I can use the portal because he has tried everything with me including his supervisors. He has directed me to get the app and now I have to solve a problem with my phone. He will call me again August 2, 2026, to make sure the payment processed and to help me with the online portal again after I get the app. He deserves a raise and promotion.

I think National Debt Relief is a great company to settle my debts. Since I am on the phone all day with my job last thing I want to do after work or on my days off is talk to someone on the phone. National Debt Relief does that for me and works with my creditors to get me a fair settlement.

I used National Debt Relief before in the past and had a good experience. So, I did it again. The enrollment process was nice. The lady that helped me was very helpful and thorough, and made sure I understood everything. NDR helped me with consolidating my debt. It got me through it without breaking me. I get paid monthly. So, that was a help just to pay one bill as opposed to different ones. As far as the service, the notifications noting my progress in paying off my debt stood out. They let me know when a certain debt was resolved. If I ever get into another situation, I'll definitely be seeking out services from them again.

There are people out there that can help someone besides getting harassment calls all the time. I spoke to a couple of companies and liked what I heard about National Debt Relief. Everything was great, and enrolling was easy. The program was not so confusing. It was very easy to understand and everything was right on the money. I consolidated my credit card, and my credit's already going back up. So, it's doing well for me. I told a friend about how good and how smooth it was and he might be calling them too.

Everything seems to be going wonderful. I trust the process. All of my accounts are getting settled and my credit score is rising. I'm doing well now and I'm getting things that I need from my credit score.

I contacted NDR through a Google article on Friday evening. I was on the phone over 2 1/2 hours with Myra from Phoenix. She had me sign all of the signatures and said she would call me back Saturday morning to go over contract. I never got a copy of signed contract and she never called. I was transferred to customer service. They didn't help either. Today is Monday. I received an email from NDR. I called and explained how upset I am. She sent me a copy of my contract by email and postal mail. I am questioning NDR legitimately as a service.

My overall experience is as amazing to say the least. The online quote portion was simple and the call from agent Richard ** was as smooth and as easy as can be. He took the time to answer all my questions in great depth. He was very detail oriented and explained the whole process to me step by step. He went over the contract with me and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing up for.

Al **, who assisted me was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the process and explained all aspects of the assistance to be given, clarified items I didn’t understand the first time, itemized every debt to be included and that which was excluded, namely my back taxes, answered my questions, and didn’t rush at all. After we were done, he recapped all that was discussed, making sure that everything was clear to me, that at the end, I was so relieved that I felt like I just burst out of the ocean where I drowning!

The enrollment at NDR was easy. I really like how clear the agent was. It was nice just to get all that information before you even start. Anytime I had any questions, I could just call and get a person quickly. And almost always, I got an answer. I like how everybody kept in touch with me and followed up with any changes. My experience was good.

I am sticking with this program. I am tired of going from one program to another and no results. I feel comfortable with this one that I should not have dropped it in the first place.

I hurt my back and had to have surgery. There is not much in this world I can give you more worry than finances. They explain why they take so many months to get started. 4 to 6 months when you first sign-up. Because your bills have to become delinquent. If you have been paying your bills. Alex, was really great with us. He truly explained the ups & downs of doing the debt relief program and getting our finances in Much better and affordable shape!! There was a problem with getting both signatures on the attorney's contract, but he stayed with us on it and was able to fix it. He was polite, friendly and thoughtful.
