First Rep (Jamiel) promised a phone call and approval on a Monday. Then disappeared for 2 weeks without any emails. Called after and spoke to another who didn't want to "step on anyone's shoes" and promised again to be reached by the first Rep. Nothing! Called again and found 2nd Rep (Yves). Answered and advised me but when I started asking questions about "scams" and more insight into this program, started getting frustrated and telling me that my questions were making him "uneasy". I told him that my questions are legit and that many people lost their money online and still had that frustrated tone. Told me he won't waste 2 hours IF I am not comfortable. More like, because I am asking proper questions, I believe. Train these Reps to be more considerate and it's not just the quota or sales.

Beverly did an amazing job! She is very knowledgeable but also very good at making customers feel comfortable. Being in debt is stressful and she did a great job of making me feel better. She would make a perfect example of how your employees should conduct themselves and treat your customers.

I've only enrolled but I must say that my representative, Renata **, is the best! Loved talking to her. Very pleasant attitude. Will do a review once service is rendered. And yes, I would recommend a friend to NDR. I look forward to having a great experience with this company.

The service and explanation I appreciated was excellent by the agent in consolidating my debt relief into a reasonable payment each month with a pay off in 48 months. Although I never missed a payment, I was unable to par down my debt due to high interest rates and a personal unforeseen event that would cause myself extreme financial hardship.

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and worked the through the process answering all my questions and then even worked beyond his scheduled shift to help me. I believe this program will help me as I am on a fixed income and have many medical issues at this time.
