The best part of National Debt Relief’s program was that the total monthly payment I was paying to them was less than all my bills combined. It was very helpful and the customer service was excellent.

I have a credit card debt and National Debt Relief did what they said they were gonna do. I was in the program for 36 months and it was a good experience.

I wanted to get out of debt. I signed up with National Debt Relief and got into a program that lasted more than 48 months. It was quite a while but I finished the program. Every one of their representatives is great. When I didn't have enough money to give them for a particular month, they'd always help me out.

I came here looking for debt consolidation to reduce the interest and monthly payments. It seems that this service was able to accomplish both of those things. I originally wanted to possibly file for bankruptcy but after learning about this service, I decided to go this route. Now, we wait...

Satisfied so far. However just started with the service. Will wait to see how it works long term. I know the process takes 48 to 52 months. Will see how everything goes with my creditors. Hopefully all will go well so I can get past this and move on.

Very pleased with service, each call to office I’m kept informed any questions are explained. One thing I love is anyone I speak to has all info of how my monthly payments are being applied giving me a sense of comfort knowing someone has access to every financial movement in my account. My blood pressure has always been low like my mother’s. 110 over 70. My reading for pressure for last 12 months before signing with you was 160/85 140/80. Since working with you guys Dr wanted to give me medication 💊 for pressure after monitoring. Pressure from home am and pm it’s now showing on average 115/70 to 120/75 CAUSE & EFFECT definitely my signing with you guys literally took away the confusion and stress which I’m giving credit to you guys. Sleeping sounder, my brain is no longer turning the stress befalling me evident by high numbers in pressure and am able to sleep more soundly.

The gentleman I spoke with Rayon ** was very professional and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with his response and his willingness to help me with my situation as well as my understanding of the circumstances and his ability to make me feel comfortable with my own decisions.

Very pleased with the process to become debit free in about 30 months. Valentine explained the process and walked me through the process. I would recommend Debt Relief as it is a good way to get debt free. I like that debt relief will handle everything and inform me when companies have agreed to the arrangements.

It was a process for sure due to dropped calls and technical difficulties, but Scott was very helpful and explained the process very well. Even stayed late on a Monday to complete my application and for that I'm very thankful for that. Can't wait to be debt-free.

They are helping me through a difficult time. Everyone I talked to has been friendly and helpful. I worked with a different company in the past and the help from them stopped after I was given a loan that would have taken 12 years to pay off. The plan I have with NDR will only take about four years.

They were concise and clear to each point and what each bracket of information was there and why it was necessary. Informative and assured the best case scenario as well as the worst case scenario in regards to my payout. Helped explain monthly payments and procedures of how long and how much have to pay per month.

I contacted National Debt Relief as we were unable to survive on all our credit cards. They were very helpful and were able to get us enrolled. We are just about a full year in now and they have "settled" about 5 out of 9 creditors. I leave only 3 stars as the last one that was settled, they asked me to add another 800 plus into the account which obviously I couldn't do. They were able to add onto our currently payments to make the "offer" work. But if I would of known at some point that more money would have been needed, I would have never signed up. Honestly, I very much wish I would have called the credit card companies myself and I think it would have been more beneficial and would not have taken so many years.. We are not expected to have our credit score up and everything paid off for another 3 years. And there are more debts that they still have not settled, so I fully expect them to try to get more money out of us which we are struggling with.

Very happy with my husband's prompting to seek your services. I enjoyed speaking with Keenan ** and he was very knowledgeable about the services to be provided. I have spoken with other companies such as yours, but none of them ever responded in a timely fashion or seemed willing to return my calls.

Roger handled my issues quickly and very efficiently. He defines the words great customer service! He was able to consolidate my bills and drop my overall outlay of money by more than 50%! What a relief! My bills were eating me alive and I was drowning in debt. Roger was the life float I so desperately needed.

After slowly drowning in debt for the last 4 years following my divorce I was really starting to worry. My credit card debt was out of control! I had moved my high-interest credit cards to 0% interest cards, re-financed my house, and even taken out a personal loan to pay off some of the debt but the bills just kept growing and I could not see an end in sight.

I brought NDR 14 accounts over a year ago. All current. NDR told me to stop paying, stop communicating, update NDR as contact and refer creditors to NDR. Learn that NDR does not assign anyone to my account. Every comm with NDR was with a different person and so each comm involved different advice, different counsel. Received bad intel on numerous occasions. Learn that once an account goes to legal, NDR stops working on other accounts. After month 7 and month 10 creditors starting going to legal. Some accounts NDR never obtained offers from. NDR took $10k in fees for what it did resolve but learned later I should have had ability to decide the terms of payment of the fees. Don't allow NDR to prepay itself fees. Turns out NDR could not change situation after accounts went to legal. Entire experience was a costly waste of time.

I found my customer service rep to be kind, patient and most of all informative. During my sign-up I had to fill out my forms 2 times due to my ineptness using internet due to my age and she and her mgr were so patient and I did appreciate their help.

I feel completely at ease and it’s all thanks to Richard! He not only walk me through a complicated + intimidating process but showed sincerity throughout the whole process making me more comfortable despite this being a very scary/uncomfortable situation. Asking for help is not always easy but I’m glad I did!

Good explanation of the process and services provided. Relatively fast sign-up compared to other financial services. Liked emphasis on help with problems, reading material and phone numbers to use in case of any further problems with creditors. Like the payback period being over an extended time frame!

First of all AVOID DEBTS at all costs. My experience with NDR didn't help me much. They take too long to negotiate with vendors and credit goes down to the lowest. Never again. Plus their fees are way too high. It's a learning experience.

I would like to say that my experience was easy and I wish I would have done it months ago! I would recommend that if anyone needs assistance to use this program to get back on track. I can say that I peace of mind and now I can focus on my health and well-being.

Horrible customer service. They basically treat you like they're debt collectors. Missed one payment and they hounded me relentlessly and had to remove my phone number. You're not debt collectors, don't act like them. I'm just waiting until I get my bonus to pay off my debt and stop using them.

I have been seeing postings, videos, etc about reducing the amount of debt that you owe, sometimes up to 55% and with all of the fraud going on in the world today, I was very hesitant to reach out and wasn't about to enter my information into any random site. I have been conditioned to believe that anything that sounds too good to be true, generally is. I found a site that was BBB accredited and had the NDR logo, and I reached out. I was very suspicious but talking with an agent with TurboDebt, Alyssa **, she walked me through how the program is set up to work. Step by step, with much patience and kindness, she got me to fully understand the true benefit of working the program and how it all operates, as well as, what to expect over the next 6-8 months. I wish I had started down this road earlier so that I could be further down the debt free path.

This is a scam, racketeering, fraudulent company. They promised to settle the creditors and in return, I’m being sued. I have to pay out-of-pocket attorney fees and pay other costs. After speaking with my creditors, I found out they had not paid them at all. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY, they are SCAMMERS, RACKETEERING AND FRAUD. They say I owe them, they owe me a full refund. This so-called business needs to be brought down. If you have been scammed by these people, we need to get our money back in full.

I paid almost 400 a month for 21 month. I had 6000 still owed. National debt relief called me and said they have a loan company that is willing to pay the rest of my debt of 6000 and they said it will save me money. So I said ok. Now they charge me 7000 extra to pay off the 6000 I owed. And now they sent me a statement of $14,381 of principles and with interest it’s over 25k. How in the world did I go from a balance of 6k to 25k is ridiculous. They pretend to be helping people but instead they scam you. Be aware. Don’t accept anything they tell you. Avoid them and deal with your bills directly with your creditors. Also when you make payment to National Debt Relief half of your payments are fees that they charge you. Be aware.
