John ** was great! Unfortunately, I have to cancel this and I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody repeatedly to get it canceled and nobody has gotten back to me. I did call and they tried to talk me out of it, but I just really need to cancel it! I need to ring the bell.

Customer support has been good. They always check in if there are any issues or any changes on the debt. They make modifications and they manage it that way.

I went with National Debt Relief and I completed the program around June, and any remaining balance might now be a reimbursement for me.

I loved the explanation I was given but it is very vague in my mind now. I am having issues figuring out the emails too. I don't remember what I'm supposed to do but I think very highly of you I know that. The person I spoke with was very patient with me, I just don't know how to proceed.

They told my payment will be for $266 per month which totals $3,192 a year times 2.5 years is $7980. I agreed and then they put the payment at $133 every two weeks. I didn’t pay attention until I realized it's 26 payments a year for $133 which is $3,458 instead of 12 payments a year for $3192. At the end it pays $8,645. Jeremy and Kelly are con artists. I’m backing out of this deal!

I am happy with the experience I have had so far with National Debt Relief. I can only say there needs to be more focus on the review of the contract and it should be clear, no speed reading and there should be someone who speaks clear English.

The representative is very helpful. I just hope I’m doing the right thing. My debt load really isn’t that high but if I can get it reduced in two years without paying the enormous credit card interest, I’m all for it. I’m looking forward to being debt free and not using my credit cards again.

We have used them years ago. They are easy to work with.. They are very helpful. They are able to make a negative into a positive so life is less complicated. I am very happy to have them in my corner. They do all the heavy lifting. They check things out and do what is best for us.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you decide to use them good luck because the savings are offset by their fees. Don't expect saving as much as they say so on the initial call. On one account they are paying $50 a month to my creditor while pocketing $143 as their fees. Settlement for that account was $3,969 with fees of $1,657 (by charging you 25% of the initial amount owed) by the time the fees are added it is only 15% saved. Whatever you do please consider this when deciding to go with them because where they can, they take the entire fees out first then they pay the creditor. We got the account built up to close to $1,000 and in one day took over $800 in THEIR fees. I wish I'd have known about their ineptitude before I agreed to this BS. Oh and if you decide that bankruptcy is the only hope, They keep their fees.

I’ve used National Debt Relief many years back. I went through their program and completed it, and it seemed to have worked pretty good for me. Recently, I got into another situation and ran up a couple credit cards. I was paying on them and not able to really cut into my balance or anything. Because of that, I gave National Debt Relief another call and entered into their program again. I just completed it in February or March of this year.
