Everything was smooth, as always. Efficient and professional service, and I love the way they stay on the phone while they walk you through the contract. The experience was easy, and it’s the last resort to avoid bankruptcy, for many people. The process can take 4 to 6 months to go into full effect, but it’s better than a bankruptcy! They make the payments manageable.

John ** did an excellent job of processing my application for the NDR program. His phone skills are excellent while navigating the details of a customer application agreement. I am very impressed. It was a lot of information that we had to process and we did it in about an hour and a half.

I went to my bank first and asked them if I could consolidate all my debts but they said no. I looked for another solution and read good reviews for National Debt Relief, so I contacted them. They helped me with my credit accounts.

The time spent on the phone with Sarah ** was kept to a minimum and during that short time we accomplished everything that we needed in order to work towards a solution to my problem. They take time to explain the settlement to you. If you do not accept the terms offered they respect your decision. I have talked with several different representatives and all of them have been very helpful and have given me information on how I can bring my debt down faster.

Got help. Was reluctant at first but needed help. Personal information given with hesitation but needed. Digital communication is risky and scary. Awaiting results from application. Give good reviews if all is true. Procedure was fast but slightly scary. Friendly help given. Got sucked into the debt vortex..It's going to great being out of debt.

I signed up with National Debt Relief two years ago. I spoke with someone, they asked a couple of questions, and it was easy. The program was good and it helped me a lot. I tracked my progress online and their website was okay. Their program gave me ease of mind that my payments were automatic, they handled everything, and I knew no one was going to sue me and run after me. Enrolling with National Debt Relief was quick and easy. They explained everything well. They made me get a dedicated savings. They took my payments right out from my checking and put it in there. I tracked my progress through a portal and I graduated from the program after two years, which for the most part was very good. They gave me the discipline to do it. If I had just managed to make more than my minimum payments and stop the cards myself, but they stopped the interest.

Last night, I called National Debt Relief feeling pretty desperate. I spoke with Jason, and from the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and completely non-judgmental. How to access it and what I will be looking for once my debit is being paid off.

She made a list of all of the credit card companies which I owe money and this was quite detailed. She gave me a total of the amount that I would pay and I would be paying over 62 months. This information was extremely valuable. This included JP Morgan, Chase and another JP Morgan, Chase and Citi card and First National Bank of Pennsylvania and Bank of America. She listed all of the amounts and then totaled them and then gave the appropriate discount with a savings of approximately $23,000. This amount would be paid over 62 months at a very affordable rate of $1568. I want to thank her very much for her time and effort in this process.

Landing at this point is not very appealing or fun to say the least. However finding something positive out of a negative situation is always a breath of fresh air. That breath of fresh air is National Debt Relief. Instantly after I had a conversation with Kevin, it was instant relief. I felt like I can finally have my life back. A young husband and father that is a homeowner as well, somehow felt like I was starting to fall behind. National debt relief reminded me that I’m human and I deserve to live while being able to stay ahead. If you are dealing with a situation where you feel like you can’t breathe anymore because of debt, this is your sign to pick up the phone and breathe that fresh air of relief.

I was very disappointed. We were with NDR for about a year and a half. They then turned us over to Reach Financial. A BIG MISTAKE!!!!. The percentage rate APR after being transferred was higher than the credit cards we originally had. I am so disappointed we were misled to the next step of this "Doing Business transaction" with either company. We are now having to transfer over to a third new party with a lesser APR. It has not been worth the hassle to go through all this with so many companies. I feel we were scammed into this process. SUPER DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. Don't DO IT!!! It will ruin your credit, and you will end up paying more in the long run with Reach Financial, with a higher APR.

I was so impressed with the way settlements to creditors came together. Especially a very large credit card balance that was settled for half it's balance. I have 7 credit cards and 4 of those cards have reached a settlement. I have in been in the program less than a year.
