So it was a rough night for me, I was returning a customer's truck, picking my son up from football, and talking to, correct me if I'm wrong but I think his name was Alex. Anyway I get to football and my son had broke his thumb, he's a lineman for the varsity team. I put the call down and Alex was so patient. I resume the call to go home and make two meals and again, Alex was so patient with me. We were on the phone for over 2 hours, I of course signed all the paperwork, downloaded the app. Now let's see how this works out for me. Alex and I joked and kept the conversation very light. He never judged me, talked down to me, or sounded frustrated with my busy crazy single mom life. Our phone conversation started after 5:30pm and I think it was almost 8pm before everything was all said and done.

Thank you for helping me work out my bills, and it was easy to work with the program.

Things have been going pretty smoothly so far. I love that National Debt is going to help me pay off my debt that has become too much for me to take care of on my own.

I just can’t download anything on my phone because I have an iPhone and they won’t let me get into the Apple Store unless I pay with a credit card on file, refuse to pay for iCloud. I haven’t been able to back my phone up either.

National Debt Relief lowered my debt and they kept other phone calls, but I had a horrible experience with them and I would not recommend them to anyone. In the first little while, they were very good. Then, as my plan was coming to an end after 4 years, I had to call them approximately 10 different times to find out what was going on but I kept getting the runaround. At one point in time, I talked to four different people on one call.

Nicholas was very patient and helpful in helping me to understand the program and my options. I excited to work with him to get my credit on track.

When we reviewed all my debts… it was $30,000…. With interest it would have been $36,000…. Paying that off would have taken years…. I will make this short. I feel like I was rushed into this decision. I asked him in the earlier part of the conversation about the APR and had to call Back to find out It was 25%. Now mind you I was already paying 28%. So nobody in their right mind would have e-sign that. I had a company that would be over 100.00 less

Excellent customer service from a friendly, patient, compassionate representative who explained everything perfectly. In less than 90 minutes, they had me enrolled and ready to stop paying over 30% interest on five different credit cards and cut my monthly payments in half.

The woman that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and did not leave anything undone. I felt free when I hung up and did not make me feel that I was lower class because I was in this position at the same time. I had also got some free budget counseling online so I’m hoping and praying that is gonna work for me.

Agent Peter was knowledgeable and explained the total process. Spoke with other competitors who were as good but he has been a client of the process as well. Most sound the same, some variables in fees but most are very similar.

THIS IS LONG BUT PLEASE READ IT THROUGH, IT'S MY IDEA OF PAYING IT FORWARD. All I'm going to say is that Michael ** was super in helping me to sign up for the NDR's program. I'm in an ugly financial place and I've been looking for a loan to pay off my debit. Michael explained to me the pros and cons of a loan using numbers then he explained how NDR can help me again using numbers. I know this is gonna sound like hype but I was paying $1,315.00 worth of minimum payments every month. No matter how hard I tried I had two cards with crazy interest rates which were killing me. But after Mike explained and help me make a budget, Mike then showed me what I could be paying $257.00/bi-weekly better than 50% less.
