Could not afford to keep paying high interest rates and high prices in the economy. Had to try something different and they are helping. Hopefully in the future everything will work out. Will use better since next time I have learned good lesson about managing money.

I had an excellent experience with the gentleman who was helping me. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He spent an hour going through the process of debt consolidation and was able to save me several hundred dollars a month. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to consolidate credit card debt.

Excellent customer service and exactly what I needed to get my life back on track! The person I spoke to was very kind and I felt like she genuinely understood and cared about me and my situation. I am so engulfed in debt, I never thought there could be a light at the end of the tunnel, but NDR makes it seem possible.

I was in really bad credit and National Debt Relief was awesome. They really work with you and help you out. You give them a certain amount of money and then they’ll talk to all your debt people, all the people that you have real bad credit with. They do all the legwork for you and you don't have to deal with any of those people, period. The process could last a year or six months. It's up to the individual on how fast you want to pay your stuff off, because it's your money. You're paying the creditors off. But the good part about it is National Debt Relief holds your money until they know that you can pay something off. They're not gonna pay towards a debt and you can't really pay that person off.

Good customer service and very detailed explanation of what the program entails. They went through everything I was concerned about and helped me understand the entire process. I look forward to resolving my debt with their help. They were very patient with all my questions.

I used National Debt Relief and I paid it off. My credit is much better. Everybody was very nice and informative from beginning to end. I was about 18 months in the program and I finished it on time. I’m grateful for that. It’s easy for me to get credit, but I choose not to get back in that position. Don’t live beyond your means. Stay in your lane.

I saw National Debt Relief on the internet one day and my experience with them was good. They answered my questions and concerns. It's a good service.

I was asking questions and at the beginning, I wasn’t comprehending what National Debt Relief was saying. That was frustrating. I knew my score was going to go down. I also had to have enough money in their bank. It took about a year and they settled. The payment plan was flexible. At the end of the day, I saved $2,700.

It was a easy experience and I was able to get the help I needed with my debt. My counselor was very helpful and made me feel easy about the whole process. The whole process was handled in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

National Debt Relief worked out for me really well. It was very helpful and customer service was very good. It made my expectations and it helped me a lot to get peace of mind, because my situation was very stressful. I graduated three months ago and I am just building my credit again. I sent information to her and left it up to her and her son to research a little bit and then get into it.

I spoke to Patricia on the phone today after stressing about a few issues regarding my debt relief program and she made me feel calm again. When I called National Debt Relief, I liked the response I got. I had a good experience with the broker. It was fast. They did the negotiations for me. It helped me a lot because all my debt was put together and I paid it out. It was a relief that I could put everything in one and I paid the lowest fee I could pay. One negative was what it did to my credit score. It will help you, but don’t expect your credit score to be any different. When it comes to paying lots of bills, it helps. I learned to not accumulate too much debt.

I saw their ad on television and it sounded good, and everything that I'd heard about the company. When I called, I didn’t feel like I was a bad person for getting in debt. Everybody in thsewhole company has been very kind, compassionate, and informative. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things.

Initially, I wasn’t sure that it would work, but National Debt Relief made a believer out of me. Their process was very thorough. I took a list of my creditors and was able to get my payments down so that they were manageable. I get monthly updates to track my progress. I have buyer's remorse. After I enrolled in National Debt solutions I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they are not accredited and have many negative reviews. I am worried that I will be taking advantage of and my credit will only suffer more.

Was very disappointed with them. You have to pay them 25% of your entire debt. That is taken first. They use Reach Financial, who gives you a loan worse than your debt rate. I felt very taken advantage of. It would have been better to work with the credit card company directly.

I went into our meeting with Cameron very wary. I was embarrassed by the amount of debt we were in, but within moments of meeting him I felt at ease. He never once sounded judgmental or harsh. He was kind and helped us find a solution to a looming problem.

They took all my credit card debt and put it into an interest free low payment, the process was very easy and you can't put a price on peace of mind. The payment I have for all 5 credit cards is now what my highest minimum payment on just one card alone was.

This customer service representative to the time to review my case and even notice the duplication of accounts I had previously and erase them. Hear my situation of having long covid and living with illness and side effects on a daily basis and the hardship I am going through. Understanding that it's been hard for me to be able to make payments or to be able to get out of debt for years, due to the multiple hospitalizations and jobs lost. Hear my concerns and suggestions and took in count that with my low salary I was only able to makes one time payment at the end of the month, explain that the company does charge for services. And was honest that didn't know where my prior amount went. Informed me I was able to verify with a department to answer my concerns. I am hoping that joining again this company at help me with the collectors and ease my anxiety and stress.

National Debt Relief has not paid my creditors one dime since I signed up with them over one year ago. I have been paying National debt relief almost 500.00 dollars monthly for at least 14 months thus far and not one penny of my money has gone to my creditors. They should have already paid off one creditor by now. But instead they are letting my creditors charge interest each month to my debt. This company so far has shown me the are nothing but scam artists. They are essentially making me pay the same full amount of my debt. But instead of paying the full amount to my 2 creditors, they are paying my creditors HALF the amount and keeping the other half for themselves. HOW DOES THAT HELP ME!

My overall experience with National Debt Relief's program was fantastic. It was very smooth and easygoing. The reps let me know what was happening before they decided on anything. They contacted me and said they were going to settle things and told me the amounts. I didn’t even know the program was over until I started getting money back in my account and I didn’t know where it was coming from. They were taking the payments automatically bi-weekly, but in June, I noticed they didn’t take it. Another week passed and they still didn’t take it, so I called to see what was going on. They told me I had finished the program and they needed to refund me some money. That’s when I realized where the money came from.

The people I deal with at National Debt Relief are good. Overall, they did everything well.

National Debt RELIEF is way better than a Consolidation Loan or filing for Bankruptcy, and includes legal and other assistance with credit bureaus and creditors when needed! I just wish that I had discovered NDR a lot sooner, before "stressing" myself about my unpaid Debts.

I was desperate after dealing with a lot of debt after COVID and I had about $96,000 in student loan debt, and my parents couldn’t help me. I’d been working jobs to pay it down on my own since 2010, and by 2023 I was about two-thirds done, but the interest was hard and it was accumulating every day. I contacted National Debt Relief as we were unable to survive on all our credit cards. They were very helpful and were able to get us enrolled. We are just about a full year in now and they have "settled" about 5 out of 9 creditors. I leave only 3 stars as the last one that was settled, they asked me to add another 800 plus into the account which obviously I couldn't do. They were able to add onto our currently payments to make the "offer" work. But if I would of known at some point that more money would have been needed, I would have never signed up. Honestly, I very much wish I would have called the credit card companies myself and I think it would have been more beneficial and would not have taken so many years.. We are not expected to have our credit score up and everything paid off for another 3 years. And there are more debts that they still have not settled, so I fully expect them to try to get more money out of us which we are struggling with.

I brought NDR 14 accounts over a year ago. All current. NDR told me to stop paying, stop communicating, update NDR as contact and refer creditors to NDR. Learn that NDR does not assign anyone to my account. Every comm with NDR was with a different person and so each comm involved different advice, different counsel. Received bad intel on numerous occasions. Learn that once an account goes to legal, NDR stops working on other accounts. After month 7 and month 10 creditors starting going to legal. Some accounts NDR never obtained offers from. NDR took $10k in fees for what it did resolve but learned later I should have had ability to decide the terms of payment of the fees. Don't allow NDR to prepay itself fees. Turns out NDR could not change situation after accounts went to legal. Entire experience was a costly waste of time.

I found my customer service rep to be kind, patient and most of all informative. During my sign-up I had to fill out my forms 2 times due to my ineptness using internet due to my age and she and her mgr were so patient and I did appreciate their help.

I feel completely at ease and it’s all thanks to Richard!
