I’ve graduated from the program with NDR, there could have been a bit more communication. Most of the time, I was the one reaching out for things. It was a big relief to have the credit card debt be paid off. They also worked with me to create a payment plan that was comfortable.

I love working with National Debt Relief. They are magnificent. Some people I got a loan from wanted to charge me 500 and some dollars a month, so I decided I had to find somebody who was going to help me. My experience as I called in and received Mike. He provided excellent customer service with explaining the background of the company how it was gonna work and what it could do for me with our situation. They’re very nice and very corresponded. They nice, someone is always there to help you. They make sure your card paid off with the creditors. They make you have a peace of mind. Whenever you call, they always there to speak to you with any questions you have and they solve it and they will email you with everything you ask them to do. They give you a breakdown of your payment. I would recommend anyone to them.

Worked with a wonderful representative named Sofia. Such a personable yet professional lady. She continually put up with my cancelling appointments due to personal reasons. She rescheduled me at least 6 different times. When we finally connected she went through everything thoroughly and proficient and helped me with doing everything on the computer.

When I was applying for a small loan somehow I got debt relief. So I don't know if a loan going through so that was never mentioned so hopefully you all know what you are doing. And all seems like I still don't know about a loan yet not sure.

The person was really helpful. His name was Pedro. Did a really good job. Cause I was confused when they said call us cause I didn’t specifically say who to call or why or how so I. Just wanted something to be specific saying who I call and why do I call and how do I go? He was very helpful.

Then reviewed every page on the contract and instructions on the website. Assisted in signing up on the attorneys agreement and password to make sure I was on the right track. Paul was a good rep. He explained my options. Asked mine. Then shared his of my situation. He was very kind and understanding and helped me see a way out of this debt before layoffs at work again. I was on top of paying min payments, and helped reduce my monthly amount by 600$.

I had credit card debt, and childcare expense was too much to handle, so I reached out to a representative and touched base on what my debt was and what the minimum payments were for each. He explained the difference between paying them off early and helping my credit if I did it with National Debt Relief versus continuing to make the minimum payments and taking a longer time to even scratch the surface. The only thing is by the end of it they weren't willing to work with me on payment plans. But we were able to settle everything quickly, so that was the plus side to it. It was beneficial in the long run because it helped me set my expenses in better order and be able to live off of my current means.

My debt has been paid off and working with National Debt Relief was easy and not complicated at all. I just turned in my debt, decided on a doable monthly payment, and they took it out every paycheck. When I was almost done, I made one extra payment. If I had any questions, I just called in and got somebody right away. However, they continued to take out money from my account, and it took a minute for them to refund it, but once they did, it was fine.

What I heard on the internet about NDR sounded good so I went with them. Enrollment was easy and the whole program took about a year. Everything was just cut and dry, and simple. It ain’t no rocket science.

Everybody from National Debt Relief has been pretty fluid. However, I realized that whatever you put into the program that is not written off ends up going back on your taxes. That’s a big one to let people know because I wasn’t aware of that until I got taxed out at $175,000 last year. That was a huge impact for me cause I ended up paying 5 grand back to the federal taxes. I didn’t like that because whatever the credit departments don’t receive from you, they add it to your income.
