My experience with applying for debt relief with agent Aaron ** assisting me. He had so much patience with me because I'm not tech savvy, meaning I'm slow. He was so professional and patient. Thank you Aaron. He explained every step of the process to where I could understand it. I would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

The account representative was very helpful and made my process easy to understand. He walked me through everything and made sure that I fully understood what the program was about. I was surprised at how much information he provided to me. He went through each page before I had to sign.

My Customer Service Rep. is Josh, and he was so understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to me and put together a package for me that is just incredible and has given me a much needed path to becoming debt free in a much shorter time and that is completely realistic and doable for me. I told him that after we talked that I felt such relief that I was going to cry. Josh ROCKS! :-)

Explained the whole process very thoroughly! James is very good at his job! Highly recommend the whole process. Took us around 1.5 hours to do it all so make sure you have plenty of time laid out for the phone call, but you will not regret it. Answered all my questions and concerns, and went through the contract step by step with me so to make sure I completely understood the process.

We have used them years ago. They are easy to work with.. They are very helpful. They are able to make a negative into a positive so life is less complicated. I am very happy to have them in my corner. They do all the heavy lifting. They check things out and do what is best for us.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you decide to use them good luck because the savings are offset by their fees. Don't expect saving as much as they say so on the initial call. On one account they are paying $50 a month to my creditor while pocketing $143 as their fees. Settlement for that account was $3,969 with fees of $1,657 (by charging you 25% of the initial amount owed) by the time the fees are added it is only 15% saved. Whatever you do please consider this when deciding to go with them because where they can, they take the entire fees out first then they pay the creditor. We got the account built up to close to $1,000 and in one day took over $800 in THEIR fees. I wish I'd have known about their ineptitude before I agreed to this BS. Oh and if you decide that bankruptcy is the only hope, They keep their fees.

I’ve used National Debt Relief many years back. I went through their program and completed it, and it seemed to have worked pretty good for me. Recently, I got into another situation and ran up a couple credit cards. I was paying on them and not able to really cut into my balance or anything. Because of that, I gave National Debt Relief another call and entered into their program again. I just completed it in February or March of this year.

I was in debt, and I was concerned because it seemed like my high-interest-rate loans would eat up the payment, and I was in a cycle where I felt like I couldn’t get anything paid off. And so, I seek out National Debt Relief services.

I’ve graduated from the program with NDR, there could have been a bit more communication. Most of the time, I was the one reaching out for things. It was a big relief to have the credit card debt be paid off. They also worked with me to create a payment plan that was comfortable.

Then reviewed every page on the contract and instructions on the website. Assisted in signing up on the attorneys agreement and password to make sure I was on the right track. Paul was a good rep. He explained my options. Asked mine. Then shared his of my situation. He was very kind and understanding and helped me see a way out of this debt before layoffs at work again. I was on top of paying min payments, and helped reduce my monthly amount by 600$.
