I was in a tough spot financially. I heard about NDR before and I figured it was a good alternative to consolidate my debt into one monthly payment. The enrollment process was simple. I filled out an application online. They asked me about any remaining balances I had on delinquent accounts or accounts that I had. Everything was positive. They were clear about each step and how it would work and didn't really have any questions. Everything's been great. Everything was drawn out for me. The payment schedule is always on point. They made an effort to constantly ask me if my financial situation had changed so as to not leave me with less than I could afford to pay. Their program works. I finished paying off my debt sooner than later.

He was incredibly patient with all the craziness going on in our lives from when we first looked into the program and getting us through. He made it simple and helped us understand. He gave us grace when we felt embarrassed for feeling like we failed. Glad to have been able to work with him.

Signing up with NDR was very easy. They were very helpful. Any time that I had a question, they were quick to respond back to me whether it was a phone call or an email. The program worked very well for me. They helped me lower my debt and to pay it off faster than we thought it would. Their site was also very easy to understand and to keep up to date on where you were at. You got to watch everything that was paid off, or the percentage paid off. It's been a great relief for me and the family to get out of the burden of debt and to get back, not owing anybody anything.

I've talked to several other people and National Debt was the one that was willing to work with me. They helped me get out of debt with my loan companies. When I called, they were really good and helpful people. I had no problems. I'm out of debt now and I'm doing a whole lot better. I am grateful for their help. I was very satisfied. I forgot his name unfortunately (I'm bad with names), but the representative I spoke to was professional, patient and kind. He walked me through to process of consolidating my debt step by step and I didn't feel judged or criticized by him. He came across as very understanding of my situation and I feel really happy about my decision to finally tackle the debt that's been looming over my head for 2 years.

Using National Debt Relief was simple. I had two loans that were almost on finance company charges interest rates. I had two credit cards NDR made into one payment. Their customer service is top-notch. I never had to reach back out to them for the second time, like, "Hello, I wish somebody could respond." The rep would respond quickly. If I emailed later in the evening, by morning, I would have an answer. Even after he left or changed positions, the person that backfilled that spot was the same. If I reached out just to their straight customer service, they were very responsive. They're very hands-on. When I did my payment, they figured what I could afford, taking out my living expense. I was shocked because it was 113 every two weeks. I took it biweekly so it didn't miss. It's not like missing 400 every paycheck.

I rarely get any information about what is happening. I expected more from your service. I'm paying over $280 a month to settle my credit card accounts. It would be great to have more information about what is happening. I have received, I think, 2 settlement offers by email. I'm sure I have paid more than a thousand dollars to the service. One of my charge accounts told me they have not been connected with. Your service told me they have been contacted. So, who do I believe?

The person I talked to at National Debt Relief was super helpful and made the whole process easy and explained how everything worked. It was much better than the situation that I was in with paying my minimum payment dues and trying to keep my head afloat on my credit card bills. We would reroute the whole communication part of my debt collectors to National Debt Relief. In the meantime, I would pay into a dedicated savings account that they would use to help settle the debts hopefully for less than I owed.

I've already gotten everything paid off and settled. Even though I was way in over my head, it was possible to get my debt paid off. It was also nice knowing that I wasn't the one that had to reach out to all the creditors and that it's taken care of on my behalf. The only thing is that I wish I was given the option to pay everything off once I had enough money to pay them off, instead of continuing with a payment plan. However, when I wanted to pay everything off in full, there wasn't any push back. I reached out and they ended up paying everything off in full.

I wasn’t sure how I was gonna do it unfortunately got in a jam because of a relationship. It’s taking a while, but my credit score will slowly go up again and it will feel good. I like how they let you know which one they’re gonna pay off and how. It’s very reassuring and they’re always there to answer questions.

I have two accounts with National Debt Relief but one is inactive. It still creates a problem because when I try to access your website or the bank website it keeps giving me the old account and not the new account. Even when I changed my email address it still gives me the old account. Which means I can't access the new account for the bank or your website because I always get the old account.

Exceptional for the most part. Some confusion as far as reconnecting with agent, but otherwise very good. Nothing exceptional to date. We were expecting a call back at one point that never happened, but we were able to reconnect the next day when we called back and were able to clear things up with another agent.
