I did some research and I heard that National Debt Relief had a really great reputation and did a good job for people. I reached out to them because my husband and I were divorcing and we had a considerable amount of debt that we had accrued. And I didn't feel comfortable claiming bankruptcy. The signup process felt easy and simple and the support was good. I finished working with them 9 months ago.

Kind, Helpful, Knowledgeable, and understood my situation. Friendly person to talk to. Walked me through the steps with ease. Worked with me to set up a plan to get out of debt. I was drowning in credit card debt, making only minimum payments and getting nowhere, if you're in my situation and thinking about it, paying minimums on credit cards till you pay them off it will decades. This is the best step you can take instead of bankruptcy, trust me, I claimed bankruptcy when I was young, it hurt me for years and years. I can't recommend NDR enough. Give them a try and see what they can do for you.

So far, so good! The application process was easy and smooth. The representative stayed online with me through the process, and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. Time will tell how well NDR does. I expect great things if the other reviews are accurate!

My experience with National Debt Relief was very positive. I felt like the representative had my best interest in mind when she helped me with my budgeting and gathering the information I needed. She was responsive to all my questions and I felt a great sense of relief when my plan was completed. I've never been good with budgeting or saving money but now I feel hopeful that I can pay off my debt and finally be able to retire and enjoy life a little!

At first I was not interested but as they spoke to me, it made me feel like the right choice to do. I feel better knowing I will be out of debt in 2 years. Went over each part of the contract so I could understand it fully. Helped me get approved by taking all my information and explaining what information they needed so I would get approved for debt forgiveness and relief. Explained what my two options were and which one was best for my situation.

I've had a rough last few months! I was getting garnished 100% of my earnings for property taxes etc. for a few months. The help I received here to get going on finally doing something is awesome!! The set. up takes some time, and there are certainly questions to be asked, but once everything is set up, it feels so great to know that the process has started!! Very easy and quick to get started, however a lot of info thrown at you at once. Luckily you are provided with all your signed documents and further information through email. Cut my monthly payments in half which provided significant relief to my monthly impact.

Today I spoke with Emmanuel, and we had to figure out why my file had more than one account with the same ending four numbers and a similar balance. I felt that this had been recorded as a duplicate account and it was determined that this was actually the case. Great people. I was actually applying for a loan and the loan officer told me I couldn’t. Wanna know what went wrong and I told him identity has been stolen and somebody’s got me really bad in debt. My credit score was pathetic is why I can’t get along these people who steal your identity. Don’t care what they do to you. The gentleman help me with his name is Joe. Great person. He’s gonna save me a lot of money because I was using another company and never actually not doing half of things that they National Debt Relief. Does they save me a lot of money. I have buyer's remorse. After I enrolled in National Debt solutions I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they are not accredited and have many negative reviews. I am worried that I will be taking advantage of and my credit will only suffer more.

Was very disappointed with them. You have to pay them 25% of your entire debt. That is taken first. They use Reach Financial, who gives you a loan worse than your debt rate. I felt very taken advantage of. It would have been better to work with the credit card company directly.

Hear my situation of having long covid and living with illness and side effects on a daily basis and the hardship I am going through. Understanding that it's been hard for me to be able to make payments or to be able to get out of debt for years, due to the multiple hospitalizations and jobs lost. Hear my concerns and suggestions and took in count that with my low salary I was only able to makes one time payment at the end of the month, explain that the company does charge for services. And was honest that didn't know where my prior amount went. Informed me I was able to verify with a department to answer my concerns. I am hoping that joining again this company at help me with the collectors and ease my anxiety and stress.

National Debt Relief has not paid my creditors one dime since I signed up with them over one year ago. I have been paying National debt relief almost 500.00 dollars monthly for at least 14 months thus far and not one penny of my money has gone to my creditors. They should have already paid off one creditor by now. But instead they are letting my creditors charge interest each month to my debt. This company so far has shown me the are nothing but scam artists. They are essentially making me pay the same full amount of my debt. But instead of paying the full amount to my 2 creditors, they are paying my creditors HALF the amount and keeping the other half for themselves. HOW DOES THAT HELP ME!

My overall experience with National Debt Relief's program was fantastic. It was very smooth and easygoing. The reps let me know what was happening before they decided on anything. They contacted me and said they were going to settle things and told me the amounts. I didn’t even know the program was over until I started getting money back in my account and I didn’t know where it was coming from. They were taking the payments automatically bi-weekly, but in June, I noticed they didn’t take it. Another week passed and they still didn’t take it, so I called to see what was going on. They told me I had finished the program and they needed to refund me some money. That’s when I realized where the money came from.

National Debt RELIEF is way better than a Consolidation Loan or filing for Bankruptcy, and includes legal and other assistance with credit bureaus and creditors when needed! I just wish that I had discovered NDR a lot sooner, before "stressing" myself about my unpaid Debts.
