      I was in a tough spot financially. I heard about NDR before and I figured it was a good alternative to consolidate my debt into one monthly payment. The enrollment process was simple. I filled out an application online. They asked me about any remaining balances I had on delinquent accounts or accounts that I had. Everything was positive. They were clear about each step and how it would work and didn't really have any questions. Everything's been great. Everything was drawn out for me. The payment schedule is always on point. They made an effort to constantly ask me if my financial situation had changed so as to not leave me with less than I could afford to pay. Their program works.       Signing up with NDR was very easy. They were very helpful. Any time that I had a question, they were quick to respond back to me whether it was a phone call or an email. The program worked very well for me. They helped me lower my debt and to pay it off faster than we thought it would.       Using National Debt Relief was simple. I had two loans that were almost on finance company charges interest rates. I had two credit cards NDR made into one payment. Their customer service is top-notch. I never had to reach back out to them for the second time, like, "Hello, I wish somebody could respond." The rep would respond quickly. If I emailed later in the evening, by morning, I would have an answer. Even after he left or changed positions, the person that backfilled that spot was the same. If I reached out just to their straight customer service, they were very responsive. They're very hands-on. When I did my payment, they figured what I could afford, taking out my living expense. I was shocked because it was 113 every two weeks. I took it biweekly so it didn't miss. It's not like missing 400 every paycheck.

      I have an account and watch it on a dashboard. I could watch my account and I could say, "It only takes this much to pay this one off." I would contact NDR and say, "I've got $304 in there and it's only taking $200 to pay them off. Can we go ahead and just scratch them off the list and then start from there?" They would do that. They could move it around if something happened.

      NDR would also send an offer to me. As the offer would come up, they would say, "Do you wanna do this, yes or no?" And I would settle it. They would take their fees. But as I watched mine, so instead of paying off in September of this year, my final payment was in June. I had three months with no payment. It just ended. One thing I didn't realize was I just purchased a home, but when I went to do that, the rep said National Debt Relief was on my credit report. I didn't realize that utilized some of my credit. I had to make sure that those creditors reported until it was finalized, make sure that they would update and report it. They showed me as a negative. Even though I paid it through NDR, it was better if I could put an explanation out by it so they couldn't count that mark against me every month. That worked very well.

      I learned how I could pay biweekly and pay off much quicker. As I started doing this, I also had a car loan. I set it up on biweekly. My car loan was paid off earlier than I thought. It was just six weeks. It was six more weeks payments of me of every other paycheck to whatever. That made a huge difference. I would highly recommend NDR to anybody.

      The person I talked to at National Debt Relief was super helpful and made the whole process easy and explained how everything worked. It was much better than the situation that I was in with paying my minimum payment dues and trying to keep my head afloat on my credit card bills. We would reroute the whole communication part of my debt collectors to National Debt Relief. In the meantime, I would pay into a dedicated savings account that they would use to help settle the debts hopefully for less than I owed.

      National Debt Relief has the best customer service. Their customer support deserves a gold star. I had one bad experience and it was frustrating. But as soon as I called in after I had the bad experience, they fixed it. They took responsibility for it and made sure that everything was better. I graduated, so that's fantastic. It helps me consolidate all of my payments into one, and a lot less than what I made on the minimum payments every month. It freed up a lot of my finances to go towards bills or if I wanted to treat myself, I had the money to do that. It changed my life because I stopped relying on credit cards and money that I didn't have.

      Brace yourself for a complete mindset change because it does turn your life upside down when you go from relying on credit to managing your own money and making sure that you pay down these bills. It is a mindset change, but at the same time, it's a good one. I would 100% wholeheartedly encourage you to make that switch. It has made a huge impact on me. I learned how to use the money that I had currently and to be careful of it. It taught me a lot about responsible spending. I've already recommended NDR to friends. I have talked to them up to other people that I've told about the program and told them how it changed my life.

It still creates a problem because when I try to access your website or the bank website it keeps giving me the old account and not the new account.
