A friend told me about National Debt Relief, and so I thought I'd give it a try. Their program was genuinely effective in helping me manage my debts. They took care of everything efficiently, and I was impressed with how smoothly the process went. The relief they provided was exactly what I needed, and I'm grateful for their support.

So far, it seems good, but I'll be honest, I'm very sheepish so far because of their requiring not to pay the creditors. I'll trust them, but I don't think they understand that is a lot they're asking of me, of them.

Still deciding how I feel about this company. I feel let down on attorney but was led to keep going that NDR Has my back. Look forward to getting NDR from your company with less stress. That's all I have to say.

On Wednesday morning January 07, 2026 I placed a call to NDR to hopefully get my debts consolidated into one affordable plan and then they transferred me to one of the representative of the name of Mia and I just can’t find any right word to describe how divine she was. She was able to helped me out to the process of going through my debts and she was so helpful and patient to resolved my debts. I'm glad that she was the one representative to resolved my debts situation. I really praised her commitment and professionalism on how she dealt with my situation. I would recommend her to anyone who has debt problems. I want to express my gratitude to Mia to helped me breath a lot easier and for ever be grateful to helped me out on this process, Thanks Mia, sincerely yours, Lemuel **.

Autumn was great. This company helped me and will help you get control of your financial future. This program will put you in a positive position to succeed in life and come out with a good credit score.

Make big promises and you end up paying more than the original, enrolled approximatly $40,000 in CC debt, paid their program faithfully for 1.5 years and got settlement offers that looked like saivings, then because of good pay history was offerd a loan to pay all settlements and "Graduate from program", come to find out it is Higher interest than the credit cards themselves and end up paying WAY more than the original enrolled Balance. Please do not use and make the same mistake. Final result is BANKRUPTCY!!!

Working with April was really easy. She answered all of my questions, even complimented me on the type of questions I asked. She was personable and relative and made the process very easy. I felt comfortable with her. She walked me through all of the steps and explained the entire process. We met in two occasions and she was very punctual when calling me back.

Was very informative, patient with all my questions, followed back up on appointment times, correctly. Was effective in guiding me through the contract. Very -upfront guiding & reviewing with me the process.

Signing up was fast and easy. They helped me get a better understanding of my credit really quickly, and they approved a plan for me, that works well for me, and cuts paying what I owe down to a fraction of what I would have paid on my own. I'm glad I reached out to them.

Bad experience so far. Signed up for a Debt reduction plan. Given 72 hours to review and confirm or back out. Got in on Dec 31,2026. Tried to cancel January 1, 2026. Closed. Friday I emailed you. Tried calling but you were closed when I got your message at 4pm my time. Now you say I am enrolled. No I am not. Still trying to cancel the program.

This is my second time using National Debt Relief, I like the financial assistance to help with debt. Helps to build clear negative things on your credit reports. The payment are reasonable and affordable to suit a person's financial need. I will recommend this program 100 plus time to friends and family.

I did not know what I was doing properly when I took out some short term loans. I got I didn’t get into a small hole. I got into a giant hole and there was no looking back. So they helped me tremendously to get that under control and relieve me of the worries that I have about not being able to make their payments which were really high so I can’t say enough good things about the set up. I need a number to call so I can decline the offer after going through my bills. What they were suggesting to me was more than was more than what I could actually afford leaving me with less money to buy groceries and gas. When I signed up in October of 2024 I was current on all my accounts. National Debt Relief (NDR) DID NOT tell me my credit score would be affected and drop to just over 500. They also did not tell me that you can be SUED, which I was because after 11 months they NEVER contacted one of my creditors. 14 months after signing with NDR they still had not contacted three (3) of my creditors. After paying more than $7000 into the program I decided to file bankruptcy, something I didn't want to do. My credit was ruined because of them so it really didn't matter at this point.

He walked me through the debt relief process step by step and explained every aspect of the debt relief application completely and professionally. In the beginning National Debt Relief was great and I was paying down my debt. However after 2 years they referred me to Reach Financial who is charging me 21% interest on my loan! At this rate I will never be able to payoff my loan. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

It was a good call signing up with NATIONAL DEBT RELIEF to resolve my debts. We are steadily knocking down my debts, creditor by creditor. And, that's a RELIEF! I would recommend N.D.R. to anyone who wishes to be down their debt in a structured and sensible program.

My experience so far has been good. Payments are manageable and I’m always in the know of how my debts are going. My only dislike is the fact that creditors are not contacted when you enroll. It makes things so much harder having to give them the number on your own and deal with the harassment.

The process was a little lengthy but Duane was very patient and helped me with each step. Now my debt is manageable and I am doing my best to get it taken care of. This gives me hope that I will continue to make the payments and still have my basic needs met every day

Edwin was great!! Very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was left very informed on what to expect. I am very thankful for the ability to receive assistance that's to the help of Edwin and NDR. Finally back on the right track.

I think it is misleading, it sounds good but let me try to explain. I had 17000 in debt through 11 creditors. I send 250 dollars twice a month for them to use toward settlement. So after almost a year they have settled with 8 of the 11 creditors. Two of them settled for half what was owed while 6 of them settled for anywhere from 200 to 600 dollars less than what was owed. The last one settled was for 4000. They settled for 3800. So at this point they are asking for more funds which will take me to pay 425 twice a month which will be 850 a month which will be more than what I was paying in monthly payments before using this company with 3 more remaining.

All went smoothly, Christa was great. Now, I sit back and hope for the best. There are a lot of documents to read through, legal stuff. It would be nice if NDR could summarizes these legal docs to a more simpler form. When I got to the bank search I kept putting in my bank to search for it and it would not find it. Finally I scrolled way down to the bottom of the page and there it was, the magical phrase: "Manually put in your bank info". Hey, guys lets move the phrase "Manually put in your bank info if search results fail" below the search drop down window. That would make the bank search process go a lot easier.

I had a wonderful experience joining the program and is looking forward to eliminating this debt. I think the savings I was told of is something I wAs WAS LOOKING FOR TO GET FROM under this debt. I think this program will be beneficial to my goals of being debt free.

Very knowledgeable and supportive when answering my questions/concerns. My agent was able to provide not only useful information but also was able to comfort my concerns and offer a timeline plan. My payment plan is predicted to be well below what I am currently paying and will get me out of debt much faster than I could alone.

I have been debating on going through a debt consolidation for years now, but was always afraid to pull the trigger in fear of somehow getting myself into more trouble than I was already in. It's been a couple of months and I highly regret using this company! I got fired from my job. Obviously, I was already struggling because I sought out services. After being fired, my new employer paid 2 days later. So, I needed to change the date for my payment. You charged me almost $20 a payment EXTRA for this! A few days later, I apparently had a company offer a settlement. I spoke to 2 of your employees and got NOWHERE! Needless to say, the settlement is out of the question! Because your employee was trying to get me to PAY an additional $200 for 5 or 6 weeks "to reach the settlement." I should have filed bankruptcy because this company SUCKS! So, far, you literally have just taken my money and DONE NOTHING!

Best thing we ever did for ourselves. The intake person I worked with was kind, considerate, patient and the nicest person I have dealt with in a long time. Finally have a resolution in sight. We are senior citizens with a fixed income and since the economy is so bad, we just didn't know where to turn. This has solved all of our problems.

Started taking funds from my bank Jan 2025 to resolve 2 credit card debt. As of Nov. 2025. Bank of America said National debt relief has not tried to resolve my debt, and the funds are still being removed from my bank every month. Bank of america said no one from National debt relief has contacted them. We are receiving monthly request from them to pay them. I have called national debt several time regarding this and received no satisfactory response. Still hoping I made a good choice.
