They were very clear and thorough when explaining the program. They were professional and friendly without judgement. I feel confident this is a program that genuinely wants to help me. My agent name was Lisa. She was exceptional, knowledgeable, professional the entire time. She was extremely patient with me. My grandson kept interrupting me and crying as Lisa was explaining things. I had to ask her on several occasions to please repeat herself and forgive my grandson. She replied, "No problem, I understand." Didn't mind repeating herself to me. She is just an amazing person!!
I have enrolled debt with National Debt Relief. Per a conversation with them in October - they requested I deposit a $1500 lump sum to clear up the last creditor of my debt. At first, I didn't have the money to do it so I declined. I realized I could do it in an effort to close the account as soon as possible and called back. When I spoke to them I was told this was to clear a debt. When I called after depositing the money, I was also told this would clear my debt. They took the $1500 deposit and had $2200 in my account which they told me was what was needed to clear up this account and that this offer was from the company (Chase Bank) themselves.
After two weeks with no contact, I called to find out what was going on and I was told it was never sent to the creditor. They submitted it immediately. Shortly after a staff member called and stated I needed to deposit $700 additional to clear the remainder of the Chase account. I was told multiple times there was a creditor offer for $2200 to settle the account, and not they are asking for additional money. This seems to be the go getting for this company when people get close to paying off all their debt.

Very good experience. The person I dealt with was very kind, patient and answered many questions. I am thankful to be on the right road. Appreciate there is a program which is really there to help those of us that have found ourselves in need of knowledgeable assistance.
Pay Dates will be twice a month @ 325.50 to equal 651.50 monthly. I have the future schedule for the pay dates from November 1, 2022 to October 30, 2023. Customer Service is outstanding. I am confident that NDR will help me in any way to accomplish my goal of being debt free eventually.

My experience was wonderful, Kim ** was very helpful and called when she was going to be calling at a later time due to her helping with person. She answered my questions and explained everything clearly enough for my to understand. She was also very nice, respectful, kind, friendly.

I couldn't really appreciate the approach and I think the agents could be more knowledgeable about things such as taxes and how this process would affect that. I wanted to have peace of mind at the end of the conversation but I was a little anxious not only because I am a little afraid to go this route concerning my debt, but also because the individual that I spoke with was a bit pushy and sometimes said things with little tact concerning my financial situation.
Nothing he said to me about my circumstances was new to me but the way that he went about it in order to sell the service just wasn't desirable. I wanted to be sure that I was making the right decision so I wanted to go over things and get back to him the next day which was my plan but I felt rushed into it as he told me he would give me 30 minutes to think it over. I don't know if his paycheck depends on signing people up for this service but he was going for blood. I didn't care for the way that he chose to persuade me but I do think that this might be a good way to get closer to my short term financial goals.
