I appreciated my time with Shantell, but I did not think she provided as much upfront instruction as I would have liked. It seemed like she was not as well coordinated with the instructions I needed, like for instance, how to make a good signature. I was somewhat embarrassed with my tiny signature.

Each associate was very knowledgeable and answered every question and addressed every concern. From the first contact and initial contact each associate was friendly and caring. Delivered all information clearly and ensured I received and understood the whole process.

The process to when getting set up was fast and seamless, the debt specialist was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. The only thing I would say I dislike is having to speak with a different person, I would rather have one specialist I can call I have questions or need changes kind of like an account manager. For example I need to make a change recently and I would have rather spoke the same person that enrolled me but I ended up getting transferred to another dept explained what I needed to that specialist, emailed her my documents then received two emails from two different specialist saying “I’ll be your client success champion” so in total today I spoke with five different people just to make a change, which was exhausting and can be repetitive. Also now I will have to speak another specialist just to confirm the change. Other than that the program so far seems okay and effective, I just wish there weren’t so many eyes and hands accessing my account.

The customer service rep I talked to was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions.

When I called them I was greeted by a very professional Customer Service personnel. In the past week, I have been approached by several lending institutions. The only company who was represented by a person of obvious integrity was National Debt Relief. Byron ** took the time to understand my situation and created a plan uniquely designed to help me build a cushion while simultaneously paying off my debt. My agent was patient and polite and explained every step of my application. I stopped him to ask question if I didn’t understand and he answered, ask if I had questions as we went on, great advise.

If everything was as good as the Service that George gave me on Sunday, I would’ve given this five stars without even hesitation. But I had to add a creditor and nobody seems to be able to figure out how to do that and how to open an attachment to my email. Furthermore, the lady that I spoke with today never called me back. She said, "I’ll call you back at 2 PM" and my phone never rang and I sat by it the entire afternoon. She kept saying she not receive the attachments and so I contacted George who said there’s nothing he can do with it anymore for me to call back. Well, this is a real inconvenience to me and I’ll call back tomorrow but I’m very irritated. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with this lady this afternoon who could do absolutely nothing for me plus cannot honor her commitment to return my call as she prompted to do so she could go to lunch.

On Sunday afternoon I happened to be browsing through my phone. And happened to see the information for the National debt relief program. Was thinking if I should call or not or just close the phone. I was very glad that I did fill out the information and Mr Luis called back and we took it from there. Was very happy that I didn’t hang up.

The agent was very polite and willing to help me out. I rambled a few times about my circumstances but she did an exceptional job at not only sympathizing with my situation, but staying focused on the task at hand. She helped make me feel that as dire as my financial situation may be, this is the best option to get the train back on track.

I like how the agent gave great information explaining the information. She helped me get on the right track. She seemed concerned of my needs.

So I am a 72 year-old woman, I have been paying on my credit cards, but it had gotten to the point where it’s not enough. I can’t see any thing going down or any happiness in my life. I had National debt Relief on my mind for a while, and I finally picked up the phone and called them. What a relief of my mind when I talk to the customer service rep, she understood my situation. Ask me for all my information I gave it to her, and I just felt all the heaviness lift off my shoulders. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Original was set up with two different amounts even though I showed lower amount. Then it was set up at the higher amount and biweekly instead of semimonthly and now it is still too high and forty five months instead of forty eight months.

It was so much better than expected on the phone and customer service came up with solutions and really helped me consolidate debt to a fraction. What a relief after that I could have gone into years of paying and this will help me so much.

Once I made up my mind, the process was very easily managed over the phone.

It's been a few months since I contracted with NDR. The results are trickling in. 6-7 settlement agreements so far. The twice monthly fee is a bit much but that's what it takes to get things done. It's still not as bad as the $1000 monthly for tax relief services. Good communication and access via web for current status.

So it was a rough night for me, I was returning a customer's truck, picking my son up from football, and talking to, correct me if I'm wrong but I think his name was Alex. Anyway I get to football and my son had broke his thumb, he's a lineman for the varsity team. I put the call down and Alex was so patient. I resume the call to go home and make two meals and again, Alex was so patient with me. We were on the phone for over 2 hours, I of course signed all the paperwork, downloaded the app. Now let's see how this works out for me. Alex and I joked and kept the conversation very light. He never judged me, talked down to me, or sounded frustrated with my busy crazy single mom life. Our phone conversation started after 5:30pm and I think it was almost 8pm before everything was all said and done.

Thank you for helping me work out my bills, and it was easy to work with the program.

National Debt Relief lowered my debt and they kept other phone calls, but I had a horrible experience with them and I would not recommend them to anyone. In the first little while, they were very good. Then, as my plan was coming to an end after 4 years, I had to call them approximately 10 different times to find out what was going on but I kept getting the runaround. At one point in time, I talked to four different people on one call.

When we reviewed all my debts… it was $30,000…. With interest it would have been $36,000…. Paying that off would have taken years…. I will make this short. I feel like I was rushed into this decision. I asked him in the earlier part of the conversation about the APR and had to call Back to find out It was 25%. Now mind you I was already paying 28%. So nobody in their right mind would have e-sign that. I had a company that would be over 100.00 less
