I've had a very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt experience with you guys. Unfortunately I can not provide the requirements to describe my experience any further than what's is in my first sentence, and that is the reason I'm describing myself like this

The representative (Sean **) explained the process in detail with clear and concise language. He was clearly knowledgeable in all of the processes and expectations of the system. After some research and my own pencil and paper calculations I committed to the NDR program. One must fully understand all of the details of the system to avoid excessive expectations. Now let's see what happens.

I was going to give 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but when I saw 5 stars was “would recommend to a friend” I had to adjust. Being in debt is stressful and I’m sure I was a bit testy - however - Leonardo tone, attitude nor disposition never changed. As much as I hate being in this position, currently, I’m happy to have made the decision to go with NDR.

I happy to have found a plan that fix my financial needs that will allow me to become debt-free in 36 months or less as I'm looking forward to cutting that time down to 18 mo. And building cash on. I was really happy with National Debt Relief. I was about 80,000 in debt and most of the settlements that they made for me were around 40%. There were a couple that were 50% or a bit over that I would have wished they would have been down around 40%, but I understand the way those things go. I was just expecting a little better a couple of times. 40% should be the max and I was a little disappointed when I had to pay more, but it wasn't a problem. Customer service has always been good.

I tried to see if National Debt Relief could help me and they did. The rep was nice. Once she got me through all the process, everything worked out fine, and now, I've paid everything and I'm done. I'm thankful. They did a great job for me and I am very satisfied. If I need to come back, I'll come back.

My mother-in-law used NDR and she recommended it and we used it. We did a debt consolidation plan. It was a really easy process. They were always very helpful and attentive. They communicated very well. They did great.

Beware of National Debt Relief – A Costly Mistake. I enrolled with National Debt Relief expecting to receive support in settling and reducing my debt. However, after just three months in their program, accumulating $1,575 in reserve, I was presented with a settlement for my Discover card debt of $13,375. The settlement amount, including fees, came to $12,650.84 – a minimal savings at best.

It was a good experience, as I am getting help from National Debt Relief for first time. They are nice people and help others to get rid of their debts. I am strongly recommend National Debt Relief if someone going through with bad debt. They are the one only can help people to sort it out their debts. Call them to find out more.

I turned down this program once. Telling me to ignore my lenders was scary, but I accepted this time because the agent reassured me that’s going to work. Without this program I would be struggling for longtime. Circumstances put me in the situation but I will get out and regain my financial freedom.

Rodney ** was very informative and very professional on our call. I would recommend him to as many of my family and friends. Will global let me know when or if my 2 credit cards have been lowered for settlement. I need someone to let me know the 800 number to call if I need to call Rodney with a question or more information. He gave me his extension number of ** but forgot the 800 number to call.

I picked National Debt Relief for their debt relief program. The enrollment process went smoothly, and the ongoing support has been good.

There are times when trying to pay your bills becomes very difficult. Leaving you with no money left over to save or anything else. So, Thank God for this National Debt Relief. So I got this rep named Gage and he was phenomenal. He talked me through everything, answer all the questions that I had. I received an excellent service today. Mr Dawis ** was very diligent and took the time to answer all my questions and explain the NDR program's details. We had some difficulties with the phone connection but found a way to resolve it. The NDR Website is very helpful and well-designed.

I spoke to Alexander who was extremely kind & lovely to talk w/. He was very knowledgeable on the program & knew his numbers. He explained everything to me & gave me a more accurate picture of my finances, which was eye-opening. He walked me thru the process, every page of the loan documents, all the way to making sure I could get into the portal. I feel relieved & have a better outlook now of where I am financially. I gave National Debt Relief a call to see what they could do. The lady I spoke with was as cordial and understanding as she could be. We were on the phone for an hour. They said it was gonna take four years to complete, and we are done. However, my credit score took such a tremendous hit. I don't know if I'll be able to recover from that.

The respective Oscar was very helpful fully in explaining everything and walking us through the process of this along with great performances and personality he has. He made it seem very friendly and help us get back on the track of debt free. He was also super nice through with every question we had as well.

Jamie from Turbo Debt in Jacksonville was most helpful in explaining the program, the options. While this is her job, she showed empathy towards me and my financial situation. Very professional and yet personable. She took her time to explain in details, would ask me if I had any questions after going over different items. If I had questions, she answered them fully to my satisfaction.

Daniel was absolutely wonderful in helping me get set up and reassuring me throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of the questions I asked. He was also very patient and willing to work with me through each and every account I brought forward. He made the entire process less scary and I appreciate him for that!

William has made me feel like I was not alone. He really put in perspective on how credit card debt is keeping me from reaching my goals. So I called today to get my debt in control and start to get it behind me. The Representative I talked to was Chris **, he was the most thorough person I ever talked to. He knew his stuff, explained it for me to understand and was a real cool person. Before the call I was anxious at the debt I had and by the end of the call, Chris made me feel so much better and positive of getting this debt taken care of.
