The overall experience was exactly what I had read and research prior to signing up. All agents were professional, sincere in their effort to help as well as knowledgeable and personable. Recommendations: 1. Agent pronounces their name clearly and make sure the caller knows your name and how it is spelled. 2. When the customer is talking DO NOT speak over them. It's rude and unprofessional. 3. Consolidate information into 2 or 3 emails rather than 7 or 8. It makes it easier to find information when customer needs to help.

I was bombarded with phone calls and letters. It took about 6 months before settlement activities. It happens quick, all I need to do is approve. The calls are not that often even though I'm not halfway my payments yet. Online access to NDR is user friendly. Customer service are always helpful every time I call. They give great advices that lessened my concerns.

Shelly **, the certified debt specialist I first spoke to was clear, concise, and patient. She make the process smooth and answer all my questions. The welcome call was also clear and concise. They left me with all the information I need to start reduce my debt.

I currently had an account with a high amount of debt and I could say I thought I’d never get a good settlement out of this one. To me It is unbelievable that National Debt Relief negotiated this settlement at such an amazing amount with a total saving of $4,490!!!

I like how getting relief help can get me to the point that I needed to be without having to file bankruptcy. I had consultations with National Debt Relief and someone explained to me the whole debt program. Once I joined and got deeper into my membership, I was contacted a few times about how I can solve cases or that they were on the road to solving cases and they needed my approval for that. So far, they have resolved two of the cases and we're on the road for the next one to come up soon. They call me periodically and I have the number to contact someone if I needed to.

I was trying to apply for some loans and Open Lending suggested that National Debt Relief might be better for me. I started in February with National Debt Relief and I’ve already paid off two of my cards. One of them was my oldest and highest debt and I just got it out of the way. Making one payment a month or additional payments feel like paying off the debt quicker. And it really helps if all the bills consolidate whatever payments I’m going to make and I didn’t really have to worry about much else. I call the NDR reps when I have a question about my payment, and they’re pretty much straightforward, thorough and empathetic. National Debt Relief is a great resort when it comes to handling and settling one's debt, which takes away the stress.

So far I’m very happy with both the service and ability to resolve my debt. They have helped me at a very difficult time. They also keep me informed on every decision and explain everything. I would recommend them to anyone with financial problems.

Staff is friendly and accommodating to all my questions and concerns. I was a little apprehensive at first but after I saw the savings and the short period to complete the program I jumped right on it. It's been over a year now since I joined NDR's program. I was recently divorced and wasn't making enough to manage all my debt. My counselor had given me the information about them. I prefer to do something like this in person rather than through an email or talking to an anonymous person on the phone. If I had a question, I could ask them and they can answer me right away. I got overwhelmed with my credit card debt so I looked into relief help. I saw National Debt Relief on a consumer website and they were in the top 10 rated companies so I availed of the settlement. I'm faithful in my payment and I’ve had three debts settled so far. What National Debt Relief does is they get in contact with my creditors and offer them a settlement. I pay into the system twice a month and once funds build up they reach out to the creditors and offer them a settlement. If the creditors accept it then NDR gets back with me to get permission to settle that debt at that amount. That's how it has worked so far. Liberty Lending then took me on and has approved me for the loan amount to get these squared away that much quicker.

National Debt Relief is amazing. I’m retired and it’s tough to be by myself and have no income coming and with NDR, I don’t have to worry. After my husband died, I had a lot of things cleaned up and NDR was a neat way to do it. Everything that they say is like clockwork. If they have somebody that wants to settle, they’ll call and say, “This is what we have. We don’t like emailing any messages. We'd like to talk to you directly.” I always call them back. I got it in February and for a short time, I settled three accounts out of five which can't be beaten.

I’m on the poorest level of income which is very low on Social Security. I’m taking care of a schizophrenic sister and my husband has diabetes, and I can’t feed them and my expenses. When I retired, my income dropped in half and in the first two to three years, I ran up some debt that I can’t pay off so I went to National Debt Relief. They were very helpful but I wasn’t expecting that they'd take their fee first before they start negotiating. As a result, my credit rating dropped 200 points. That was bad because when I wanted to sell my house or move, something happened to my husband. They said my credit rating will drop but as soon as things are starting to pay off, I’ll go back up again. But we’re talking about four or five years. They have finished two accounts, a smaller one and then a bigger one which was a credit card and a difficult one. Great service with creditors. Sometimes the amount of time it takes for them start working gets really annoying. But once they start and creditors get resolved it's fast process. The longer I have been en4 it's seems to be quicker service now than in the past.

I liked how everyone was very clear and showed me how the system will work. I also like the fact that I'm in control of how my money is being distributed. What attracted me the most to this program is how much contact the representatives have with you.

The Customer service people are hands down the best people I ever dealt with. When joining the program I was skeptical at first because I was making the monthly payment yet creditors were still harassing me. A few months in and I have 2 of my account settled. Also. When I first talked to Erika she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She pointed out the fact that National was rated #1 in the Nation by a review online. I looked it up and sure enough the information was accurate. I saw the big blue ribbon and knew that this was the best company of its kind. She was very patient with me while I learned how to operate within the system. She always explained everything thoroughly and gave me the answers to all of the questions that I asked. I called a few people for help with my debt settlement before, but I never got any results. They just told me to be on a budget, which I’ve always been on. I’ve been working at it, but they never really gave me anything. NDR had been good at what they do and the staff had been very courteous and very helpful. It's nice to know I'll be out of debt in about a year. When I retired, I realized I couldn’t pay my bills so I decided to look into relief help. The people at National Debt Relief were very courteous. They call me as soon as I have an offer, and they take care of it. However I wanted to know if it's possible for them to send me a list of everything that’s been paid or in the process of being paid and whatever is left so I would have an idea if I have enough money to finish paying them. But other than that working with NDR has been good. Everything was fast and my bills have been taken care of.

We wanted to have one payment and not have 500 people to pay, and NDR made it a lot easier to pay the bills. However, we said we would pay every pay period that we have, which is two times a month. Then when we had a three-pay period in a month, they ended up taking $900 from us a month instead of $600 like we agreed. I didn’t like that because that’s a lot of money. I had to ask them one month not to and I had to submit something. Once they get $600 or the fee that we agreed on, they shouldn’t take any more. I shouldn’t have to ask them not to. Other than that, so far, they're really good. We're able to pay off our bills a heck of a lot quicker than we would have ever been able to without NDR.

Christopher is very knowledgeable at his job and he made a hard experience not so hard. I appreciated being treated nice and he explained everything and answered all our questions. I appreciate all he is doing on our behalf and will tell my friends that get in a tough spot about y'all.
