I was looking for debt relief and I looked at National Debt Relief's reviews and ratings, and the people who used them gave them 4 and 5 stars. The people from NDR who got my information and showed the paper works have all been very nice and helpful. And then they call once in a while just to check and see how everything’s going and they helped me so I can get online. They helped me to bargain and lower the amount of money. We just started 4 months ago to really pay and it takes a while to get the money accumulated and get the agreements with the companies. Now that I'm working with NDR, I don’t have to worry anymore about forgetting a bill, and it has taken a lot of stress off of me. It helped ease my mind knowing that within two years, my debt will be paid and I didn’t have to get a bunch of some calls 24 hours a day.

It's been pretty straightforward with National Debt Relief. They have done what I had expected. They have been good anytime I talked to them on the phone.

I liked how other people were talking about how National Debt Relief dealt with their situations. I needed help with my credit card, and I had many conversations with many people, and finally, I decided to work with National Debt Relief. They’re very professional. They update me on where I stand and they have an excellent website, and every time they make a settlement, they send me a letter. Also, they asked me how much I can afford to put up. And I also have the opportunity to pay it off if I don’t want to, so I have options. Once I was in the system, they're taking money out of my account every two weeks over a four year period. And they settle with the credit cards, and I end up paying less than my total amount. It will hurt my credit for the four years, but after that, I’ll be fine. I have one year in, and I'd be out of debt in three years.

National Debt Relief is a great resource and they help people. But one would find little bumps on the road here and there. When I tried to reach out, they weren’t too helpful. I had a couple of big problems with them, and I wasn’t too happy about that. I still get letters offering me their service though I already have it. That’s not okay. There’s a huge disconnection.

I like the quicker rate that National Debt Relief has of getting stuff done and them taking care of everything and they don’t charge you arm and leg. They’ve been good at answering our questions and they keep in touch with email and call. I call them whenever I’ve had some paperwork and letters and service of intent to sue and they took care of it immediately. However, since I avoided bankruptcy, I wasn’t really happy about the hit my credit says but I guess it is what it is. I've had a good experience with them so far and they do really well. They work with what your budget will allow, make a plan and work it. They're very efficient and I’m pleased with the results. I would recommend them.

I heard about National Debt Relief through my friends. They needed NDR for debt relief. I worked with NDR and they provided me with good service. The guy I worked with supported me and helped me with my every questions. He also helped me for the computer, like for emailing something.

I was going through a divorce and I didn’t want to file bankruptcy. National Debt Relief was there, they listened, and I got into one of their plans. Signing up with them didn’t take long. It took about a week or so in order to gather the paperwork together and start withdrawing the money. They did what they said they were going to do as far as relieving some of my credit card debt. I am still in the program right now where there's monthly payments or bi-weekly payments that they're taking out from my checking account. When I couldn’t afford it, they were able to lower the payment and then take it back up at my request. I'm supposed to be out of debt in two years. So far, they took away some of the phone calls because they were dealing with the creditors instead of me, and that helped. But other than that, I'm still working with them.

I am so grateful, NDR is helping me since the day one. They explained me how this is going to work, and the times are working perfectly. I have one debt resolved... one more and I will be free debt!!! Thanks NDR!!

I started working with National Debt Relief in November of 2016. From the initial phone call to today 11/15/17 they have been courteous, polite & professional. They explained the necessary steps to get me debt free in 48months. (For some it can be as little as 24 months.) They stay in constant contact to inform & explain each step. They handle everything so that I never have to speak/deal with any of my creditors. Their website is easy to maneuver & helps the client stay informed. They also call for my approval each time a settlement is reached. I highly recommend this company. Having the knowledge that I'll be debt free in 48 months instead it's 10 or more years brings great peace. My monthly payment amount is the same but without all the individual high percentage rates & I picked the date for the automatic payment to be deducted from my checking account. At first I was not completely certain as to how this service worked. My intention was to repay a loan and to get my life in order without consequence. However, I had consequences which I had incurred, whether intentionally or unintentionally through hardship in particular. The people at Debt Relief made it clear that saving, and making a habit of doing so, would help an individual get out of the habit of bringing upon oneself debt in the future and making it possible to use cash when and if possible. So relieved to have some breathing room since I lost my job. A better program than those "consolidation loan" companies where you have to have the money to get the money. If that were the case, I wouldn't financial assistance.

National Debt Relief resolved a debt with Exxon/Mobil. I was asked to put more than the usual monthly amount into the account. I told the gentleman when and how much I could place the extra funds into my account. I can put $100 into my account starting this Thursday without too much difficulty.

I was drowning in debt, so I did something and worked with National Debt Relief. They've been everything as it was advertised to be. It seemed a little slow to get going, but that’s partly got to do with the resources that I was able to put forward to the resolution. However, I’ve had the resources they told me would be required, so we made the deal and I signed the contract. My only little blink of confusion was that I’ve been assigned an attorney who called me, and I missed the call, and I tried to call back on two occasions. And I never heard from the attorney again, so we never had the conversation. Still, I would certainly recommend them.

I was in credit card debt and I needed some kind of help. National Debt Relief's team has been excellent since it's their business to please the customer. They've been helping me try to pay off some of my debt, and there's been a couple of things that have been paid off. Unfortunately, I was in an automobile accident and I just got out of the hospital so I haven't been able to meet some of my debt relief. But they've been very good all the way around and they've done an excellent job.

I was in debt and I was looking to lower my payments. I was checked online for companies that provide some relief and National Debt Relief was the first or the second one that came up. We had a phone call first off where they explained how it worked and what needed to be done. They were very clear that my credit would take a hit and they didn't sugarcoat it. They were also very informative. I decided to join and since then, I’ve been working pretty much exclusively on the website from the portal. Any questions I have, I asked through the portal and that quickly got the answers back to me. The reps I worked with were also professional and courteous.

I read people's comments on National Debt Relief and it looked good to me so I took a chance with them. They have been good, helpful and cooperative. The times I called, they gave me an answer right away. I've been with them for two years and they've helped me out. To date, there’s only one account left that I'm waiting on for the last creditor to accept the offer to close while all the rest of the accounts have been taken care of. I’m happy with the choice I made in asking National for help. And if for some reason I ever need help again, I will definitely call them back.

Our credit card bill is so high and none of it is going towards the principal, and we were getting nowhere. Everybody at National Debt Relief is pretty good about answering questions and overall, it’s been a good experience. We had a negative experience when we were supposed to be getting a settlement offer and apparently, it fell through and they never let us know. Then the amount that we ended up settling on that card, later on, changed substantially from what they said it was going to be. It was kind of mess for a little bit.

I had gotten some credit cards, and they overtook me, and then I lost my job and I’m on disability. Our finances were changing in 2012, and even though we have some income, it was drastically cut, so in 2016, I broke down and got a personal loan, but the interest rate was really high, and I was going to use that to pay off the credit cards, but it didn’t work out that way. I ended up with a lot of debt. And when I heard about National Debt Relief, I called them and explained my situation. They told me what they could possibly do, and so far, I’m very pleased. I’m waiting now because I qualified for a loan to wipe out my debt. They settled my last case a week ago. I started out with $14,000 worth of debt, and they settled it for half of that. I’ve even seen my credit score go up. And everything’s not even posted yet, as far as the cleared ones.

The National Debt Relief customer service has been really great for me ever since I started. I used to change my banks, and I changed it three times and they helped me with it. I added a few accounts to it, and it was fast and easy. I already closed up three accounts in less than one year, and I'm working on my highest debt on my list right now. I still get really sour sometimes because I don't have credit. But they said the faster I finished the plan, my credit starts coming back and hopefully, that really happens soon. I'm thankful and satisfied with National Debt Relief. They were there to help me.

I have a lot of faith in this program. We just made our first deposit and they have already settled on 2 different accounts with great deals. I found the process smooth and easy; the gentleman working with me was helpful and answered all my questions! The only thing I don't like is having to say my SSN over the telephone, but I understand that it is sometimes necessary. I would recommend NDR to anyone that asked, so far, because it has been very painless and has made me hopeful about resolving my debt.

The customer representative advise me of all documents step by step. The only concern I have is the language barrier. I would appreciate an employee that speaks clear and good English. Also, I was placed on hold twice so that the representative can clarify a request that I had. This representative should have answers on the spot for all concerns that any customer/client may have.

There was too much time spent between client and customer representative. I had a few questions and it took the customer representative too long to return my calls and emails. I do understand if the customer representative had an emergency, that is why there was no immediate response. I do believe team members should pick up the workload that is on hold when a team member is out of the office.

I had no idea what I was getting into, had tried to get consolidation loan to pay off my cards after a family emergency was over. Expected to be able to get a low interest and pay off over 4 or 5 yrs. But all offers I had were no longer available to me. The interest was 20%. No solution. This has been lifesaver, and very smooth process.

I have had closure on one account. This program is not allowing me any leeway and I do not have enough money to even buy groceries. Unfortunately, I have had to borrow money from an Insurance plan and now find I must cancel that in order to reduce my out of pocket expenses. It would be better to take longer to pay off my debts by paying less money and also to pay off the debts which are smaller in monetary amounts first.

I stop making payment when they told me that the only way to get help to pay was having multiple past due payment. My account at that was 1400 and now is 2100 and this bank sold my account to a different company. I thought this company really will help me but I am really disappointed.

We've spoken with the reps at National Debt Relief over the phone, and they’re very good people. They kept us up to date on how my wife's account with people was going. NDR is paying the account as we pay them the amount that they settled with the credit card companies. I'd tell my friends to call National Debt Relief.

I couldn't file bankruptcy again since I had a bankruptcy in 2010 and I looked to get help from NDR. I'm not altogether happy with them though. I don't like the fact that they can't tell me what accounts have been resolved and what accounts are being negotiated. Until they get something in writing they won't tell me anything. We signed up in April and it's frustrating that it moves so slow. I couldn't access the portal where they say all my information is at. I'm not a computer whiz and I prefer my stuff in the mail so I can see what's going on. I want to get an update on what's going on. I also resent the fact that they can't advise me at all regarding what's going to happen with 1099-C. They should be able to tell me what's going to happen with that. They should have a free legal consultation service to tell you what to expect.

I was skeptical with National Debt Relief program until the first bill started coming off. I’m still a little bit shaky about it to be honest because we’re only about six months into debt settlement and we don’t have the money that we'd like to be able to put toward it. So everything that we’re putting bi-weekly, is fine. We, at one point, had a large chunk of money to be able to place towards helping relieve and resolve the debt sooner, but we haven’t had that kind of income coming in to be able to do it again. But when we did have that amount of money to put aside for that, we started seeing some of the stuff getting paid and started seeing some resolution, so it was nice. But we’re still a long way to go. I can’t even look at our credit score. It just makes me cry.

We had a bunch of bills and I just couldn’t do it by myself. I tried my hardest to do it on my own and finally used all of my money up that I had in savings, and I was drowning. I saw National Debt Relief and I decided to do it. I thought it was a good idea at the time. They take $350 out of my check book every month and put it into an escrow. Then they call the creditors and they work out a deal with them. When they find out if they accept what they accept, they call me and ask me if I accept it. I had one bill that was under $500 and we put it in the collection system. After about four months, I sent them an invoice. I got a call back saying that they did not cover that because it was only worth $300. It has got to be over $500. But nobody told me that when I signed for it. So, I was a little aggravated about that.

I had some bills that I needed to consolidate and NDR has been helping me pay off some of the bills that I haven't been able to pay off in the past. Everything's been great and their reps call me every once in a while. Recently, I needed to fill out a power of attorney for one of the creditors. Every time I talked to the reps, everyone was super helpful. They were knowledgeable and they always answered my questions.

I was over-extended financially so I googled debt relief organizations and National Debt Relief had the highest ratings. However, the last time I heard from them was about five months ago. I don't think they're very interactive. I expected more feedback from them but the only time I get feedback is whether or not I would give them authority to go ahead with some type of financial transactions with one of my creditors. They periodically send me an email though pertaining to them and not my account. I spoke with two or three different representatives concerning my case and they showed me the best approach that I needed to take and they answered all my questions.

National Debt Relief is really good. I had gotten three settlements and it's helped out a bit. The program is working pretty well. But I have another account that I would like to put on to consolidate and I'm not quite sure how to go about doing that.

National Debt Relief has good reviews on the internet, and I started in May with them. Their service has been pretty good. It’s just that I’ve been paying a lot of money every month.
