I was very skeptical going into this with National Debt Relief, because many many years ago I had tried another debt relief program who eventually just took all my money and ran. National Debt Relief has not made any empty promises and have been true to their word from the very beginning. Not only has this process helped me to get all my bills in order and under control, but National Debt Relief acted swiftly and spoke directly to my creditors almost right away. I didn’t receive all the harassing phone Calls, which told me that they were in touch with my creditors as promised. I didn't want to file for bankruptcy. I've had a few people that I talked with at National Debt Relief and they're all pretty helpful. It's given me a little peace of mind using NDR. I felt like I had someone helping me. I don't have to talk to the creditors and worry about the phone calls and all that.

National Debt Relief has already paid off one or two of my debts, and everybody whom I have spoken to has been very nice. NDR is helpful.

NDR was fine during the sign up although they were kind of pushy. We told them at the beginning that it's something me and my wife both have to do and make decisions. But when we went to make an agreement on one of the creditors, my wife wasn't with me and this woman kept on and on until finally, I wound up hanging up on her. After I've talked to my wife, I called NDR back. For the most part, they're good, easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. They went too much in detail explaining every little thing but that was good. I've been working with them for six months now and they've taken the burden off of me. They got one account completely settled and then they're working on two more right now. However, I'm not happy about having to give them 20% of the full amount. On the other hand, NDR provided service that I needed.

Explanation of document clarified by Axel ** who was professional, explicit and caring. He was able to go over other aspects of the program and reassuring me that Nat'l Debt is definitely in my corner in helping me with my financial problem and clearing it up.

I really like National Debt Relief. I saw the reviews and the ratings, and I went straight to them. I've been with them since January 2017 and I've had a very good experience with their customer service. And I'm happy that I'm with them. They're always very polite, helpful, respectful, and always very cooperative in answering all the questions and concerns that I have. Whenever I call, it doesn't take me too long to wait for someone to respond to my call, and they reply with the best possible way.

My income was lowered then my house insurance got raised, and I couldn't keep up with the payments of my credit card debts. I've started the process with National Debt Relief. I pay them every month and they've been keeping up with my payments to my creditors, and I have paid off some of my debtors. But, I got a letter from Synchrony Bank saying that anything over $600 that was credited into my account is considered as income and I had to pay taxes for it. Other than that, National Debt Relief has been very helpful and I don't have to deal with any of the creditors because some of them can be very rude.

I searched for debt solutions online and National Debt Relief was the first one that got back to me. When I first started the program I told them all my stuff. The rep looked it up and found out what my monthly prices would be then he asked me if that would be okay. I did some paperwork and then it was set. The payment has been automatically withdrawn from my account ever since.

On the phone, the NDR team was positive and helpful. Working with them has been going well so far and I'm happy. NDR is a great firm who tries to help, they do their best, and they succeed.

I had multiple different credit cards and kinds of debt. They were all charging me interest, so it was hard to keep up with. I figured consolidating them could potentially pay it off quicker, and it was less hectic for me to keep up with to make sure I was paying everything on time. National Debt Relief has been an excellent service. I'm not the best correspondent to my emails, so I've had mostly dealt with people on the telephone. They’ve been great to call and make sure that I got my email, and everything was updated, and just checking with me. So the experience was excellent overall. It helped me clear everything, and also, just a relief of knowing that it was paid off much sooner. At this point, they referred me to a loan service that paid off the rest of it, so I can start rebuilding my credit at a much faster pace than I originally thought. So, that’s also been a very big relief.

Orion was extremely helpful and explained in detail all that was involved in resolving my economic situation. I felt very relieved that I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. I feel better now that I know I can actually get out of debt and back to having a more healthy credit and economic status.

Was told at the beginning to expect settlements at an average of 50% of the amount owed. Our first settlement was for 65% of the amount owed. We are very happy with our first settlement! It will wonderful if this will be our average throughout this process.

This company helps you to resolve old debts without having to resort to bankruptcy. They negotiated fair settlements with major credit institutions for us with a payment schedule we could afford. The best possible solution. Our debts are being retired in a manageable and timely fashion and for amounts agreed to by the companies that we could not have negotiated ourselves.
