The representatives I have worked with to get my debt under control have been super helpful and thorough. I have just began the program and hope to have nothing but great things come out of this program. I know it will not happen overnight but I do hope that the debt can be resolved and I will for sure be referring any friends or family that needs their assistance to National Debt Relief.

Daniel was good. The girl that did most of my welcome call was good. The girl that did last 15% of welcome call was nice, professional. But, it was laborious to understand her words. I asked her to enunciate better, got a little better, but still a struggle.

When we looked into this type of help with another company, they did not tell us that it would negatively affect our credit. Micheal with National Debt Relief was very upfront about it and early in the discussion. Always asking if we understood what was just explained and if we had any questions. Callbacks were made within 15 minutes of promised call time. Wants to help us recover, let us know others are in the same boat and we did not shame us for our debt.

Person I initially dealt with, Ampi, was beyond professional and helpful. I have subsequently dealt with two other people, and both were also very nice and helpful. You can reach these folks, and they are willing to answer questions. Seems like a well-run company based on what they have/are doing for me financially, and how their employees speak to and treat their customers.

I found myself struggling with my monthly finances. I looked online and saw that National Debt Relief was rated as one of the best, so that prompted me to call and check them out. Their team was helpful in telling me what I needed to do with the creditor, which was a credit union. They provided me extra guidance and it's been a very positive experience. Also, we discussed my student loans and they were coming out of deferment and trying to see what I could do to not lower my monthly contribution, knowing that I may still be heightened from the monthly finances. They lowered my payment by at least $155 and it was very helpful. Working with them has affected my accountability to the debt that I maintained and made sure that I do not charge. I only have one account that I use, and I pay it off monthly. My experience has helped me to always look at being fiscally responsible, and it will help my personal life of decreasing my worries financially.

I was trying to figure out where to go so I could try and dig myself out of the hole. National Debt Relief was one of the top ten on the internet so I looked into it and went ahead and talked to them over the phone. Their representatives gave me all the information and weren’t pushy at all. I could also have some time to talk to my husband about it, then we both decided to go ahead and try them. It’s been excellent ever since.Their team has been really helpful and very involved. If I send an email with a scam letter, they would email me right back and let me know.

I had a lot of credit card debt and when I called the credit card company to see if they would reduce my interest rate, they wouldn’t even budge. I don’t really make that much money, so the credit card debt was just getting higher and higher because of the interest rate. I could have worked it out if they worked with me, but they wouldn’t so National Debt Relief was my last resort. They’re more known than others and they had a lot of advertisements too. They have friendly people with good customer service. I did the start process on the phone and it was easy. I’ve been NDR since April and it reduced my stress, which was a big relief.

I told National Debt Relief that we had a bunch of problems and we got behind in everything. We got put in a bind and there’s no way we could take what we have invested in our 401k. We don’t have a lot but we couldn’t take it out either because we would’ve been penalized worse. And then, the next year, that would affect us on our income tax. It was always like being in a hole. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy, which I’m sure would’ve messed up the credit, as bad as it is.

The National Debt team was very helpful and they definitely give me lots of knowledge when I have questions. So far, the program keeps saving me money, which I didn’t have before in the regular months. And being able to get out of my debt at the same time, is kind of amazing. I'm getting pretty close to getting the last couple of accounts finished. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the program.. In the interest of time there should be clear instructions regarding the Limited Power of Attorney. I had to submit the document three times because there was no indication that the document should be signed by two witnesses. The staff has been very polite. I am appreciative of all the assistance and happy about the first agreement for settlement.

Everything went very well signing up and whatnot. I have been extremely hard to get in contact with and the representatives were very persistent with contacting me in a good way. Only thing I wish for is that when explaining the process/answering questions I wish every response wasn’t so scripted. I had to ask the same question several times to break out of the robotic replies and it was a little annoying to be honest. Other than that I’m excited to start the program and I’m very happy I signed up with National Debt Relief.

Customer service was responsive after I filled out my information on the site. Explained very thoroughly my options and how debt settlement will work, the percentage taken by NDR, fees and procedure. NDR was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend NDR to friends who are serious about resolving their debt.

I have some serious debt issue so I was looking for someone that could give me some help. National Debt Relief got to the bottom that booted the issue and they've been great. They gave me a timeline and set me up on some payments. They are a good service and I’ve gotten two of my debts paid off already. There’s no way I would’ve been able to settle and do the things I’ve done without them. I’ve recommended them to several people, too.

I liked my experience with NDR. I'm on a limited income and I went a little wild with my credit cards. I couldn't afford the payments. Their reps were all helpful in seeing what I could afford. They were courteous and they worked with me. When they have a settlement offer, they call or email me to let me know. They don't just go and do things, they confer with me first. So far, they've helped me pay three accounts and I should be done by next summer. They don't overcharge and they let me know upfront what the fees are going to be and what's going to come out every month. I like that I can log on to my account and see everything that's going on. Plus, if I have another thing to add, they can let me add it.

I have a lot credit card bills and I try to do everything to finish my business with them. So I got help from National Debt Relief and the guy there said I could have all my bills paid off. They're really helpful. I had a lot of questions for their team but they were able to always give me the right answers. Also, they always receive my calls. I am left with one year, 2018, in the program. My credit score is still very low but they tell me credit is not going to be a problem. I'm relaxed right now because they take care of everything.

I spoke to National Debt Relief's rep two years ago and she said they can help me out. I enrolled with them, and they automatically deduct payment from my account every month. They helped me to lower the bills and about six months ago, they came with a $3,000 plus settlement for Chase bank instead of paying $11,000. I've been satisfied with NDR, but I was trying to get out of it. Their process is slow and it looked like they were doing nothing and they were just getting my money and I was getting calls and bills left and right. I have to speak with them plenty of times, but as of now, I just let it go.

I am very happy with the complete explanation and assistance starting with my first phone call with Tom at NDR. Since then, I knew that this was the best company to go with to resolve my debt issues. I now have the peace of mind that I have a quicker and safer way out of trouble.

The process to get started was easy, but I struggled with wanting to talk to someone "now" and these people are busy. Then there was a network issue where they couldn't get my application, then calling my "rep"... Call couldn't be transferred... Then their phone network cut us off. Once everything was done and established, it went smooth. Can't really say I am comfortable yet, until I find out my creditors are going to allow this process or not. I am nervous about this part as well.

The program seems like a Great help. Waiting to see the outcome of the program. Putting my Trust to see if I can get help with my debt. Customer Service was good and my rep was really knowledgeable and helped me understand the program. Callback was very understandable also. Thank you.

Everyone was so understanding and had a solution to our problem and I feel better and look forward to being out of debt soon. Every time we asked a question everyone had the same answer. Which was great and very polite and very accurate of call time back as they said.

I've been pretty happy with the service so far. The employees take their time to explain everything in detail (Joseph ** did a great job) and then when you're ready to proceed, someone from the Welcome Team calls you and goes over everything in detail. I was very impressed with both calls.

I was paying my bills but not really able to put down any substantial amount on them. I was sick and tired of that so I decided to look into debt relief help. National Debt Relief was referred by a friend, so I went with them. This December will be one year that I have been involved in the program and I’m very happy with it. Every time they contact me, if they don’t reach me at my office number, they call my cell and then my home. It works wonderfully. They’re courteous and fantastic. I would definitely refer them. I have some coworkers that I have referred and they told me, once the holidays were over, they would. It’s an excellent program.

I was on a really tight budget and I had so much going on financially, and I needed help. I called National Debt Relief and asked them if they can help me with my situation. Their rep was good and professional. He was helpful and was telling me what was going to happen and was giving me all the numbers that I kind of want to hit because it can help my debt go down and clear it by how many years. I had too many credit cards and I was having problems keeping up with them. I needed to figure out a way to get them paid. National Debt Relief has done a good job for me but Discover decided to sue me. It’s my understanding that this shouldn’t happen when I turned it over to National Debt Relief as long as they can work out a deal with them and get them paid. But National Debt Relief has paid off two debtors and is working on a third one. When they get something going with a debtor that they're paying, they get a hold of me right away and ask me if it's good with me. So they're doing good.

We were pretty much over the head with debt. We tried National Debt Relief and their reps were pretty informative. When they needed us, they called us. We also got the answers we needed if we had questions and so far most of their people that we met were pretty helpful. We signed up in February but they started the settlements only recently. At first, we thought that they were taking a little bit too long but they needed to build up our account. As we’re making the payments, they needed to see about the funds to negotiate with. There seemed to be a little bit of a late fee but that’s based on how much we’ve been giving to them. They’ve helped us by relieving a lot of financial stress that we were on. So far, it’s worked out okay though we don’t know what to expect at the end of the year as far as the write-off being in our income.

Signing up with National Debt Relief was alright. They tried to change the account that the money was supposed to automatically come out of but it wouldn’t change. Then I submitted the information so I left it as it is. National Debt Relief has some of the debts down. So far, so good.

She was very patient, explained everything clear and where I could understand. Changes were needed she handled it without complications. Very pleasant. Helped me through all the forms to sign. And in a timely manner. My husband and I are happy so far.

I had a wonderful experience from start to Welcome call. Marvo ** was great from the initial set up and explanation. I was a bit apprehensive but he was very forthright with information. I also loved the Welcome call. Everything was explained again and Shawn made sure I understood everything thoroughly. So far a great experience.

Thank you for all your help. We do hope that this is the right thing to do. However, as it is we are no longer able to make even the minimum payments on our accounts. We are very happy that if all goes well we will be debt free in about four years.

I believe the negotiating team has done a very good job in settling two of my debts. I am very hopeful they can continue to negotiate with the same level of skill for my remaining claims. I do regret that my credit has suffered setbacks and will significantly impact future needs. Credit is a necessity in today's world so hopefully they will have some recommendations for recovery.
