The team of workers were able to explain and help me resolve my excess debt. I have been struggling and paying only interest and not getting anywhere. I feel this is the answer to my problems. It help me from having to go bankrupt, but resolve and pay off.

In Sept 2016 my husband and I owed $56,400 on credit cards and were going to be unable to pay on them and on our home mortgage, too. The NDR counselors were able to manage our income and debt in such a way that we were able to keep paying our home mortgage until we sold it in May of 2017. They have also negotiated with all the credit cards so that we will definitely be debt-free on or before the 48-month goal we set in the beginning.

We haven’t had a cost-of-living raise in 11 years at my job. I relied on credit cards to help me and my family get by. I’m a review person and I was hesitant at first because National Debt Relief had some bad reviews. However, I saw that the reviews got a little bit better. So we gave it a roll and the person that I spoke to really explained things. We were trying to look for a house and if we did this program, it wouldn’t benefit us. But we had so much debt, even though I am 100% on time with my payments. The only time I’ve missed payments on my credit cards was with this program now. But it also shows that it's going through a program too.

I went with NDR's debt consolidation program because I had too much credit card debt. They seemed to be the most accredited and had the best result when I searched online. Then, I simply talked to somebody, filled out the forms they've sent me and we started the program. It's been great ever since. At first, I had reservations because of all the scams I hear. But they did everything to make me feel very comfortable with it all. They worked with me on when my paydays fall and how much I was able to pay them monthly. Most of the interactions have been through email, which what I prefer as well, and I hear back from them within the day. Everything they’ve done has gone above and beyond what I expected but what impressed me the most was their ability to get things settled quickly. The cost seems reasonable as they get paid for what they do. So far, it's taken a lot of stress off of me. I'm happy and just waiting for the end result.

I was behind debt and needed to get everything paid off. I called NDR and they were very responsive and said they would do that for me so I didn't look into any other company. They walked me through everything I needed to do. Talking with their negotiators have been perfect and I love the way the program works. It's beautiful and it's worth it. They informed me when I first thought that my credit was going down before it's going to come back up. And it's just what it’s doing. I still have one or two more things to clear up but I thank them for a wonderful service.

I will study in a medical school soon so I wanted to fix my credit. I got National Debt Relief's services after I looked them up online and saw that they had a lot of good reviews. The rep that I talked to was very informative. He told me all my options and went through everything in detail. I told him all the credit that I have accumulated and he told me what could be done. He then got all of my information, emailed me a quote on how much the settlement would be and everything got approved. And since then, I've been paying my monthly payments and everything's been going smoothly. They call me every two weeks to make sure everything's going well. Then, whenever I have a settlement, they let me know what's going on. I can access everything online on my account so I can keep up with everything. I've been able to manage my bills now and make timely payments. I've had an awesome experience with NDR and I would definitely recommend them.

I had unsecured debt with three credit cards and I went with National Debt Relief since my wife had a successful resolution with them earlier. I got into a debt settlement program first, and then they work their process until eventually, it becomes debt consolidation. They went through my situation, my numbers, what my pertinent information was and all the stuff that I owed.

Failed to mention that once the cards are closed that the interest & late fees keep adding up, was under the impression that once closed the amount would stay the same but it didn’t so they make it sound like they are saving you a lot more money than they really are because of all the extra interest & late fees that keep building until a settlement is made. Was also told all the cards/debt I put in the program would be paid off in 3 years but because of certain “fees” they have they have now extended my debt free date out 10-12 months which really makes me unhappy!

I have been so worried about how I was going to start to pay off our debt, now that I am going through a divorce. NDR has relieved me from the stress and worry of having to try and negotiate directly with my creditors. Very satisfied.

I had an excellent experience where my concerns were taken care of very professionally. During my call, the lady explained how my account is being handled and that I need not worry about any collections that may occur because National Debt is taking care of my creditors.

So far the company has been very kind and understanding. I cannot yet attest to the reliability, so I may update my review once I know more. The only thing I find a bit frustrating is that they don’t stick to the times you tell them you are available to speak and the call often.

I am still using NDR but I honestly thought they would contact my credit card companies sooner. My balances have gone way up due to late fees. I was also told most balances would be settled for 50%. Not even close. My credit score has tanked.

It has been months since they’ve supposedly sent settlement requests to the companies listed on my debt-owed list. Why wait MONTHS to hear back from them? Why can’t you use another stamp to send another request or do the job they’re getting paid thousands of dollars to do, and pick up the phone and call them? Ridiculous.

I got too much credit, then Hurricane Irma hit me and I got a lot of damage in my house. My friends told me that NDR is good. I saw NDR online a couple of times and they were my first choice. When I enrolled, they told me the deal and sent me the contract. They paid those credit cards and it's proving good so far. My negotiator was very good. I was very comfortable working with him. I was a little confused sometimes but they connected me to the big boss and she explained everything. With NDR, I got no headaches and no more stress. I just started but everything is okay.

I needed help so I reached out to National Debt Relief. The few reps that I talked to were nice. They answered any questions I had. So far, there’s one or two that are pending and they might have settled one of them. The cost of service was okay, but they keep asking for more and they wanted to change the price than what it was in the beginning. When I asked, they didn’t really have much to say. I pay three hundred and some now, and then for one of the settlements, the one now, it’s an extra $300 and I can’t afford that.

I decided National Debt Relief may be the answer to my problem after seeing them advertised on TV. I worked with Kaylee almost through the whole process and she was very informative. A lot of people you talk to in cases like these are gung ho, but she seemed to know what she was doing. The cost is reasonable and the program has worked very well so I’m satisfied. They’ve gotten four of my accounts agreeing to a pay-off type thing, and they’re working with the other ones as well.

They signed an agreement that they would pay off or we would pay off the debt together. They would talk to the credit card companies and negotiate a settlement, and we pay that settlement from my bank account where I deposit my money. They call me any time they reach a new settlement to see if we accept, and they have kept in contact with me when needed.

National Debt Relief had good reviews so when my brother has credit card debt he got them to reconcile and pay off his debt. They had told us that it was going to be three and a half to four years. They’re definitely going to save him some money and the structure that they have is set up in a way that if you make a payment to them then they’re going to work on your behalf to settle some of the debts or hopefully all of them. But I understand they’re in business to make money. I looked at the numbers and what we would have paid if my brother can pay it off right now, which wasn’t an option for him. National Debt Relief provided me a service to get rid of my credit all at once. The enrollment was easy. I just had to call and give them my information and they paid off all my credit. I've been in the program for about eight months and it's going a good a direction. I’m in it for two years and all throughout I would do two payments a month. They squared it up for me so it's easier. They take care of things when they can. And then they would phone call whenever they need to tell us about the debt. They're taking a good chunk of the debt away and I’m very comfortable working with our negotiator. It's still so long up to the end but I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief.

When I called National Debt Relief, the rep went through the enrollment steps. We got into their 48-month program and we’re now on our 9th month. We got a couple of items taken care of. However, it takes longer than how we were expecting it to work. Right now, I'm still waiting for the others to get completed and waiting on NDR to negotiate the other items. And they keep saying they're still working on the other ones, and I’m not sure what that process is because there's no update on their website. I have 7 items that I'm working on. But they said they're only doing the two, and I don't know if they're talking to the other ones. I'm worried and I don't want to sit there in the process like I’m going to get a letter soon from the attorney. I wish they would have been more clear upfront on how the process works.

I was struggling from check to check and it became a little more than I could handle. I didn't know what to do. I was only paying the minimum and my debt was growing. They had a better rating and based on some of the reviews, they seem more caring about you as a person as opposed to just trying to get you out of debt. Enrolling with them was pretty easy to do and it's cool when we got them. I’ve been with the company for about six months now and the service is great. Their rep was a nice guy and he explained a lot of stuff to us. This company helped in getting my credit cards paid off and it had a good impact on me. I’d recommend them.

I wanted to cut my debt and pay it off and my goal was to get that done in a time frame of three years. When I heard about NDR on the radio, I called them and they called me back. I liked their plan and I wasn’t going to pay any exorbitant fees to them. It was relatively easy to enroll in their program. All I did was do an interview where I laid out what my income was, what my debt ratio was, what money I had coming in and my employment history. They got me approved for a certain amount that they took out and we agreed to it. Then they started working on it right away. Their plan of taking money out was good. They’ve been very successful at getting my debt reduced and paying out several of my debtors already.

So far it has been helpful as far as lessening our debts which is a plus with your services provided. The only concern on our part is that our credits have been reported by the creditors and ones that are settled are taking time to delete our records even if they are paid in full. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. Yes it has eased our financial burden but still we are also dealing with paying off other creditors that do not accept your program.

The first person that I spoke to was a little bit more sales pitchy than I expected. And the first month was the roughest but once National Debt Relief started contacting people, the call from creditors didn’t happen anymore. It was slow in the beginning because they won't start negotiating with people until you have enough money in your account. But so far, they’ve cut down about a half of what I needed to pay. They tailored the program to the person. How much you're able to spend monthly dictates on how quickly you can get out of the program. Mine for instance is three years, and I've been able to put more money down because once I stopped paying the creditors directly and gave all of the money to National Debt, I'll probably finish within the first year on how much they were able to drop it.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong for me this year but the process with National Debt Relief was one that was really easy. It was one of the simpler tasks that I've done this year. Enrolment was extremely easy because there was a guy there who was extremely professional. He took care of everything. I just sent him my bills and he took care of the rest. They really took the time to listen to what it was that was going on with me. They kept in really good contact and that was very important to me at that time. I would absolutely recommend them. They have helped me a great deal. I'm planning on calling them on Monday, but I'm hoping that they would be able to work with the IRS as well because if they can work with the IRS I'm going to stick with the program.

But overall, it was a good idea to join National Debt Relief.

I was in a lot of debt, and we couldn't pay off the credit cards. National Debt Relief gave me amendable payment on each month and I'll be able to get a lot of that debt gone for four years. I get emails updating me on the credit card debts they came to agreements. I also go on my portal and check out what's going on and they seem to be doing a good job. They were able to talk the credit cards down from what I owed to settlement. What I'm paying them every month is less than what I was paying my creditors without them.

After seeing the commercial for National Debt Relief, I got online, did a little bit of research, and then I gave them a call. Everything has been awesome and everybody has been great. One time, I had to call and give them the okay. The rep talked to me about the options that I had and different stuff. It wasn’t the best time to go with that one because we had just started doing the process a few months ago and we didn’t have much in the account. Still, they walk me through everything, tell what's what, and don’t give the runaround.

I decided to have them because of the time it would take for me to actually be done with the credit cards and the monthly amount that I’d pay. I thought National Debt Relief was going to help me with my debt's interest which was piling up. When they reached a settlement, they called me and then I had to come up with the amount of money that the person that I borrowed from want, which will either be in one or three installments. I've already paid three of my creditors but now I'm at a point that I might drop National Debt Relief because what I have left isn't much that I can’t handle on my own. NDR, however, waits so long before they start to negotiate with debt collectors. That makes the person's credit go bad. Instead of trying to tell the creditors that people are with them, they wait until it's few months due and then negotiate, which sucks for us people who like to keep our credit clean. Also, it seems that they don't help much with the interest. I'm still paying interest on things. All in all, my experience with them is fine.

I’m happy with what National Debt is taking care of. I couldn’t keep up with all my bills and I was getting deeper and deeper into the hole. I went with National Debt Relief because after talking to 4 or 5 companies, they were the ones who said they'd work with my creditors to pay them each month once I made a full month's payment into the program. THIS IS A LIE! They tell you to stop paying your creditors and let you get MONTHS of late fees until you have 25% to 40% of the amount due and THEN they try to make your creditors settle for a lower amount. This is completely the opposite of what I was told and I even asked the rep outright if this is how they do it and I was told NO, it's not.

I was called by one of my credit cards. They claimed they were never contacted by N.D.R. I called the customer service number and they guaranteed me they were notified and they reminded me of the script in case it happens again.

When I called National Debt Relief I was overwhelmed with student and other debt accrued during my early twenties. It felt like my debt was consuming me and keeping me from my goals. Upon calling, I was assured that I had options and could work with them to resolve my debt as quickly as possible. After a year in the program 85% of my debt has been settled and I was approved for a loan to pay off the remaining debt and allow my credit to rebuild. I am so thankful for the opportunity to resolve my debt and rebuild my credit!

This is a good company for resolving debt. The reason for the 3 stars is for two reasons. First, I really don't like to give a rating until I have used a company for more than a year. Second, twice they have requested more money. The first time it was an amount that I could afford. This last time they requested over $300.00. They wanted more right before Christmas. They were good enough to back that amount to the end of the payoff. I am very happy that I am going into my 3rd creditor. They are really great with that. Maybe when everything is done maybe then I can give more stars.

I had a lot of overwhelming debt and I felt like it wasn't ever going to get paid or taken care of. Every single thing that NDR has paid, it's been substantially less than what I owed. One was $2,000 that they saved me then another one was $1,300. They've been doing justice with what they said they were going to do so I'm very pleased. They're always there to take care of me. I had one instance where I had to go to court for a case so I was a bit fired up. They said they're going to make it the first thing on their priority list, which I assume they did. But I got lucky, I didn't have to go to court because of a hurricane. I never even needed to pass through and go to court because they settled the debt. They sent my signature on the signed document with the payments over to the lawyer. They got everything taken care of for me. Then they walked me through it in a professional manner, letting me know what was going to happen.

They just took care of it. When they’re ready to settle, they call us and we give them the okay, and then they settle. And then, we don’t have to worry about it until they’re ready to settle again.

National Debt Relief has a good rating, so I went online to enroll and then I talked to somebody. I signed up with them January of 2017, and their service has been fair and I appreciate it. I was in critical debt and since working with NDR, I am paying off the debt instead of accruing it.

The reps were friendly and very efficient and the process of setting set up the loan was rather gentle. NDR has different divisions so you have to learn to work with different people, and then they send you a packet that gives all the information and people to contact so that makes it a little easy. I misunderstood their program not because they misrepresented, but because of a previous experience.

I googled the best companies for debt relief and people had some good ratings about National Debt. I needed their service for my credit card debt, and signing up with them was easy. I am in my first year with them and I got two more years to go, then I'll be free. National Debt's representatives are normal people working for some people, and they seem to be reasonable. They're easy to talk to and they explained my options and the risk of my credit score plunging. They've been honest. And also, I could not make my monthly payment once, and they postponed it for a few days which helped me a lot.
