The pressure was unbearable. I was having all kind of problems - medical, plus on my card, a little part-time job and the wife was sick also. National Debt is a big plus. Every time I called, everything was pleasant, and everybody has been very helpful and knowledgeable. The team got right to whatever problem and whatever they could do to help me. They were very businesslike, kind people, and treated me with dignity. If somebody was in the position I was in, I would very much recommend National Debt to them for the fact that National Debt has helped my life tremendously.

National Debt Relief is helpful when I call them and most of the time, they can answer whatever questions on how the program works. They're helping me out as far as what they’re supposed to be doing and it’s working out so far.

A friend of mine was in banking and he was the one who worked with me in setting things up. He went ahead and checked reviews for me and National Debt Relief was who he came up with. I had been called by them and I owe them for their services. It hasn’t been easy and the biggest challenges are that I still have bills to pay and I have a business to operate on a cash basis along with paying up debt that’s put there. And if I tell them to add an account onto it, they explain the process or if it extends my term out longer and how much my payments will be. Since doing the program, I was able to buy two new cars and I’m getting my keys to my new house today.

I had inadequate funds for an abundance of debt I accrued while I was younger so I decided to look into relief help and went with National Debt Relief. My interaction with their members was fantastic. I had more debt than I could bear and they fought for me. I'm hoping to be free of credit card debt by the end of the year and I trust them to do that. They've been great.

Additionally, any time we get a settlement offer, they’re really quick about sending me an email and calling me. I’m very happy with them.

I was drowning in debt and couldn't save any money but my National Debt Relief experience has been very satisfying. Their people have always been helpful. Working with the company made life a little easier. They are flexible with the payments. If I can't make a payment, they reschedule my payment plan and don't make a big problem about it.

I was getting myself into a jam because of some issues at home with a death in the family. I went online after I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I saw that their ratings were very high. It had a lot of positive comments on it. I did my research with several others and decided to make that phone call. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful with all the information I needed. He knew how to explain to me how it worked. He told me about all the fees and everything that goes into it. He made me understand and was honest about letting me know that it does take a while, that I needed to make sure that I had enough money before any of my creditors would begin to deal with me. He told me to give him a call if I needed him. In the beginning, we had a little miscommunication because I wasn't looking at emails. But I look at my emails now and that's the only issue we had.

My husband was the one who started with National Debt Relief because we both have debts, and after he started out I decided to do it as well. They're here to help and whatever questions we have they answer it for us. Now we're slowly getting rid of all of our debts and we feel a lot better. We don't have this big heavy weight on us which is awesome.

Our income has dropped down to nothing and it's really hard. But I'm doing the best I can, and so far, National Debt worked with me and it's been really good. The majority of them have been very nice though there were a couple that know they have you by the short hairs and make you struggle, squirm, beg, plead and cry. But it's okay, since everybody else have been wonderful.

National Debt Relief reps have been very good. They call me when they are ready to make the payoff. I ask their opinion and they've been very good about telling me what they think and we've been paying off the bills. I don't have any credit card bills now. We've got about one year to go and we should have all debts paid off. I've even paid off a line of credit loan of a thousand at my bank. I've been able to do that because I have not build up more credit card debt.

During the sign-up process, I was on the phone with a guy for almost two hours going over everything as I had a lot of questions. Their people have been helpful, understanding and there whenever I call them. They're on top of their game. Their team also makes the negotiation process with collection agencies easy. The phone calls from debt collectors have stopped. I feel safe with my payment deduction from my account every month, too. I like the way that I see my credit building back up. I see my credit cards have gone up which is what I wanted to do.

This is the only time I’ve been in debt and I wanted to get rid of it. Going with National Debt Relief seemed like the best way to do it. I had the original contract with National Debt Relief set up to pay off within 48 months or sooner at a set rate. I was talked into it and it seemed like a good thing. Then all of a sudden they wanted to make a quicker pay-off. I had to increase the amount of withdrawal which I didn’t expect but I agreed to it to take care of one of the accounts. For the first few months, I was getting regular phone calls - at least once or twice a month just to check in and make sure everything was going okay. They gave me updates on the status with the various debts back then. But in the last two or three months, it seems like it’s reversed. I have to call them to ask them what the status is.

One of my accounts had a balance of $900 on it and they negotiated some of it. Overall it's been a really good experience. Every time they will get one of my creditors, they'd tell me how we’re going to pay them with the money in my deposit and they'll ask me if we can do it. It's fantastic because they’re letting me know what they’re paying. They're really top-notch and very efficient. In fact, they have raised my credit score and they have cleared most of my credit. I’ve now been able to apply for credit and it has gone through very smoothly. I am very happy with them.

I piled on a lot of credit card debt so I needed to relieve that. National Debt Relief has been fantastic, both on the phone and through email. They have been very helpful and very polite all the time. I'm not scared to answer my phone for random number anymore 'cause it's not gonna be someone asking me for money. The payment plan is automatic payment and when they get an offer to relieve a certain card, I can just do over email so I don't have to call all the time and it's very convenient and helpful.

Everyone at National Debt has been helpful and respectful every time we've had to talk. The very first person who got me enrolled in the program was wonderful. The only thing that's been challenging is working with the creditors to complete things. But apart from that, National Debt has definitely made my life easier.

National Debt Relief has been a recommendation from somebody. Their staff have done a very good job. They are always friendly and ready to answer all of my questions. We've had two or three major bills been paid off and I received discounts. National has reduced my bills significantly and I can't complain about that. They worked as advertised, and it's been an excellent experience. My only concern is that they don't communicate often, so I never know what's going on.

Also, because of the research that he did, we saw that National Debt Relief had the highest Better Business Bureau rating of all of them.

I have debts, so I wanted to relieve it. I've been with National Debt Relief and I've had 50 percent of my debt cleared so far. But that's not really saying much because the debt was only about a thousand dollars and I didn't understand the structure of what actually happened before I get into it. So I've been paying into the account $233 every two weeks and the amount doesn't go down as the debt goes down, which I thought it would. I'm wanting to get out of the program as soon as possible. Not necessarily working with the company, but because I'm with the company, they harass and call the staff. The emails and letters in the mail are going to them now and that's great. But it still hasn't resolved my debt yet. I have only been with National Debt since the beginning of the summer.

Nothing but positive things to say about National Debt Relief. They began working with my creditors quickly and have negotiated down to credit cards to half of what I originally owed. They don't play around. Highly recommend!!!

I've been very impressed with National Debt Relief. They've done a wonderful job for me when my bills were getting out of hand, and I appreciate it very much. They took care of my major debt. It was over $5,000 and they got it down to $1,500. The nice thing about it was I got to make the decision on my own - they didn't try and force me to do things.

Some changes came in my life where a thousand dollars extra was not coming in anymore. So I had to make a debt because the bills continued on. When they disappear, I thought that the debt would disappear too. I had to try to break my income down so I can afford to pay one lump sum to bills and then try to keep my car, house, insurance, and all that stuff. I'm overwhelmed with debt and I was looking for someone that could help me to get rid of some of the creditors I have. I called around and talked to George and he told me about National Debt Relief. I thought that was the best I've heard so far; he had the best offer 'cause I had talked to a couple of others. Their customer service is among the best as well.

I got an an email with a contact to call. I called him on a Saturday morning. He said he was on the other line and would call me back in about 45 minutes. Never called me back. I called again on Monday. I talked to him and he got some info from me. I have not heard from him since. I called Tuesday at 12:00 Central. They said he had not come in yet. I left a message. Have not heard from him. (It is now Friday). I am shocked to see all the good reviews as I did not have a good experience. I think it may have been my consultant. I went with Freedom and am already enrolled in their program. I would recommend them.

It's been wonderful working with National Debt Relief. They're trying to get my debt down to where it's a manageable deal. They've had a couple of problems with my debtors, but that's understandable. We started out at $250, now we're up to $400, it's gonna go back to $300 and something a month, which I'm okay with that. Their staff has been helpful, courteous and kept me informed. They worked with me very well as far as getting things that they needed. I got all that taken care of and we're gonna see how it works from there.

We've had calls back and forth, and when they contacted me they told me what kind of offers they had. It hasn't made a big impact so far. But it's a little relieving not to get as many calls. And so far, I've had a good experience with them.

Everything has been very positive and beneficial to my situation. They’ve had two settlements so far. One was one of the larger amounts and I was pretty surprised to hear about the settlement because of the amount of time between the two I had accumulated debt with my account to really cover it. They worked with me and moved some stuff around so we were able to settle with both companies and pay fees later.

I started 2 months ago and there are no changes yet. I was wondering if I could get an email showing that a payment is going out because they only called me and told me that they’re set up for this account and a certain amount a month is going to be paid. I’m not seeing the payments so if they could, that would be much appreciated.

National Debt Relief is an amazing company. They did amazing things for me and they're perfect. I was getting ready to finish a very ugly and very expensive divorce and as an act of good faith, I made my now ex-wife debt free, and paid off her medical bills. She went through four surgeries with breast cancer. My divorce should've been final in 2012 but I let it ride to get her cancer-free and pay the medical bills and everything. I destroyed my own credit but I make enough money as a federal employee and that being debt-free here in two and a half years until it's finished. I know my credit score will rebound quickly.

I have had a major struggle to deal with and unusual extra circumstances. Although I might have been able to deal with every creditor myself, National Debt Relief takes that burden off of your plate to free you up to move on to other things in your life and they get results. The creditors stop calling or writing directly to you eventually -- a major relief (although I also suggest paying the small extra fee for the contingency legal support if needed). I have seen some complaints about their fee structure, but as a self-employed person at different times, I think the fees are reasonable for the time they have to spend on the phone talking to creditors & even with my questions at times. The staff is always very courteous with me & always understanding when I run into unexpected complications that they have to address.

I couldn't do debt relief on my own so this pushed me to look for relief help. I went with National Debt Relief and working with them raised my credit score a little bit. I also appreciate their team's pleasantries and niceness. Parroting back everything and saying "How can I help you?" repeatedly is what one has to do in customer service, but what National Debt Relief team did was a little over redundant. I got tired of being in debt, and it seemed like going to National Debt Relief was the best way to go about getting ourselves out of it. But now, I'm paying $320 a month and it seems never ending. I pay $160 every pay period, and it doesn't feel like we're any closer to getting it resolved. National Debt Relief's okay but sometimes I would call and say, “When will I be up and I don’t have to pay anymore?” They would say, “Through December 2017”. Then I call another time and they’d say "Through September 2016." This last time I called, they said that I would be done July 2016. They were not telling me exactly when the program would be over and when I have paid but I think I'm one payment away from paying it off and getting it done. That’s the only complaint I have. The rest of the time, they were very helpful to me.

The National Debt's team have been wonderful - they worked with me really well, answered all of my questions and were very understanding. I read a few personal reviews from people and they had a great experience with National Debt Relief. They've helped me and my family take control of our debt and get our credit score up. And they negotiated like crazy for me and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They got creditors to come down to an amount that I never would even try to negotiate myself, and if I did, there's no way I could have done as well as they did. Almost everything that was in their wheelhouse is paid off so I have until August 24th as my last payment and I'm excited about it. My credit score is hundreds of points higher than it was and we've almost cancelled out all of my old debt. I only have healthy debt now, in fact, I'm sitting in a car dealership right now looking to buy a car. They did great and the customer service representatives that I dealt with were helpful and personable. It's definitely a company that I'd recommend to a friend.

It was my first time in this situation so I figured the only way to take care of it is to have a professional company come in and do what they do so I looked into getting some help and used National Debt Relief. I have all positive interactions with their reps although sometimes I will ask a question and they cannot answer me. We’re down to the end of the program and I asked them when they foresee my last payment because out of the five accounts, we settled the three. We have two that we’re paying off. One’s telling me August, then the other one’s telling me November, and the other one’s telling me January of 2017. I told them that I have a payment schedule for the end of August. I don’t see why we’re talking November and January and that’s the only thing I’m a little bit confused about. I was planning to call and speak to a supervisor. But other than that, they’ve been wonderful.

I suggest that they get all that preliminary stuff done right off the bat. My credit wasn't bad when I started the program. I really wasn't aware of how it would go and it really tarnished my credit instead of fixing it.
