The pressure was unbearable. I was having all kind of problems - medical, plus on my card, a little part-time job and the wife was sick also. National Debt is a big plus. Every time I called, everything was pleasant, and everybody has been very helpful and knowledgeable. The team got right to whatever problem and whatever they could do to help me. They were very businesslike, kind people, and treated me with dignity. If somebody was in the position I was in, I would very much recommend National Debt to them for the fact that National Debt has helped my life tremendously.

A friend of mine was in banking and he was the one who worked with me in setting things up. He went ahead and checked reviews for me and National Debt Relief was who he came up with. I had been called by them and I owe them for their services. It hasn’t been easy and the biggest challenges are that I still have bills to pay and I have a business to operate on a cash basis along with paying up debt that’s put there. It’ll be a whole lot nicer when I'm all done.

We had filed bankruptcy before, and didn't have to do that again with National Debt Relief. I had a lot of medical problems - two surgeries back in 2014, and a lot of medical bills that piled up on top of my credit card debt. This time, I thought going into relief help would be a better route. National Debt Relief has always been very helpful anytime I ever had to call. A couple of times, I got in touch with them and requested that a deposit be moved to a different date, and they always helped me with that. It's a relief to know that I'm eventually going to get out of this debt.

National Debt Relief is awesome and a great company. Their team has been very understanding. So far, they’ve been working really great. They’re very supportive. And if I tell them to add an account onto it, they explain the process or if it extends my term out longer and how much my payments will be. Since doing the program, I was able to buy two new cars and I’m getting my keys to my new house today.

They were very informative about what the program was about and how long it would take to pay off our debt. I was getting myself into a jam because of some issues at home with a death in the family. I went online after I saw National Debt Relief on TV and I saw that their ratings were very high. It had a lot of positive comments on it. I did my research with several others and decided to make that phone call. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful with all the information I needed. He knew how to explain to me how it worked. He told me about all the fees and everything that goes into it. He made me understand and was honest about letting me know that it does take a while, that I needed to make sure that I had enough money before any of my creditors would begin to deal with me. He told me to give him a call if I needed him. In the beginning, we had a little miscommunication because I wasn't looking at emails. But I look at my emails now and that's the only issue we had.

Everything has been going great and my bills are getting paid. Working with National Debt Relief has made my life easier on my payments. I've been looking online to see what they're doing and the payments are being taken care of. They've been very helpful and I'm grateful that they're out there to help me. I'm now stress-free and I will recommend them to anybody.

I needed to get my credit back in good standing so I searched online and went with National Debt Relief which came up with the best reviews. During the sign-up process, I was on the phone with a guy for almost two hours going over everything as I had a lot of questions. Their people have been helpful, understanding and there whenever I call them. They're on top of their game. Their team also makes the negotiation process with collection agencies easy. The phone calls from debt collectors have stopped. I feel safe with my payment deduction from my account every month, too. I like the way that I see my credit building back up. I short sold a house in New Jersey and have left some bills go when I lost a job that was not making as much as what I was making at my current job. I decided to start fresh but it ended up that bankruptcy wasn't available for me because I made too much money according to my W-2's and lawyers gave me the run around, so I decided just to put my big boy pants on and pay the debt back as best as I could for what I had.

Some things were made clear by National Debt Relief's reps, but some things were not. Mostly everything is in the fine print but not everybody reads the fine print and that's where my weakness lies. So the misunderstanding is lying on my part, not so much National Debt Relief. But after they described the breakdown of the system and how the system actually worked with it, I was more at ease. I wanted to know where a majority of money was going since what I do was different from what they do, which was why I'm in their program. I thought I could do it better but I've already had so much money invested so I might as well keep on going.

I don't like that they don't relay my credit report to my creditors. They don't say that an account has been settled. On my behalf, they need to have it removed or have made sure that my credit report reads appropriately to future creditors. I could have done the same way they were doing because I still do the same thing that they do but I'm not paying someone to do it. I figured out we would get a better deal on a group of trying to settle one big lump sum debt which they claimed they were but at the same time they were using that money more to pay themselves. I don't think I'll ever do it again if I ever put myself in the same situation. There are other agencies that are similar, and as they're clearing people's debt, they get it reported and get their debt or credit score and report help to improve it.

I have lots of debt that were overwhelming but National Debt Relief has been very helpful. They've done a good job of explaining everything and how it all works even before we signed the agreement with them. They also give me regular updates. It’s been good having someone help me manage the debt as well as having all of the payments consolidated into a single monthly payment. Of course, the downside has been a hit to the credit score, but at least it gave me a chance to get the debt that I had under control even though I'm starting from square one again.

They’ve done an awesome job about being able to settle some of the debt for much lower amounts and that’s something that they had advertised when I first saw them online. I wasn't too sure initially if that was gonna happen or not but they’ve been able to come through on that level. The experience has been very helpful and it’s helped me get back on track. I’d definitely recommend them to someone else who was in my situation.

Then all of a sudden they wanted to make a quicker pay-off. I had to increase the amount of withdrawal which I didn’t expect but I agreed to it to take care of one of the accounts. For the first few months, I was getting regular phone calls - at least once or twice a month just to check in and make sure everything was going okay. They gave me updates on the status with the various debts back then. But in the last two or three months, it seems like it’s reversed. I have to call them to ask them what the status is.

I pay $400 a month to National Debt Relief and have been doing it for three years now and it's been really hard but worth it. But what I thought about them was different. I thought they were going to be able to help me with my credit not just take care of my debt to build my credit so that's where the confusion set in for me.

When I'm done paying National Debt Relief, I'll be going with another company to help me with my credit but I'm still very happy. It's great they were able to take a lot of my debt away but if they were able to help me take my credit off as well that would have been 100 times better instead of going through another company. So that was a bit annoying. Now that I've got signed up and they're working on my credit, they’ve only got a few results so far, especially some of the larger amount debts, so I'm wondering why they haven't tried to negotiate anything yet. It's like things are just sitting in limbo right now.

They also won't do anything via email. Everything has to be over the phone and so a lot of times, we've had to wait voicemails. Then they don’t like leaving messages because their numbers come up weird, and so then I would have to call back and have to try to find out who that person was who left me a message because they have different customer service reps. National Debt Relief hasn't done a whole lot for me yet. I'm hoping that they're going to continue to work on my debt.

All of my accounts were closed off, but I kept paying on them. I googled about debt consolidators and it was nice to know that I didn't have to negotiate with the banks anymore and I could just have someone as my third party to advocate for me. Working with National Debt Relief has been super easy. They've called me every step of the way, which is really nice, and they were very transparent as far as all of the paperwork and what needed to get done. They showed me how the account worked, what it would look and how much it would be. It was really reasonable and made sense.

The last interaction that I had with them, they called me to let me know that I have two accounts that were willing to settle and that they were going to do that. It was really cool because it was faster than I anticipated it to be. I have just signed up with them and they were already negotiating to lower the cost down. The people are always responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. They've been very pleasing when I had conversations with them. I came into terms that I needed help, and I appreciated that I have someone empathizing with me and able to make me feel comfortable in my situation. We have gotten ourselves absolutely buried in debt, and then my wife had to take some time off work for cataract surgery. We got behind and we're sinking in it. I had originally contacted Trinity Debt Management. My wife, for one reason or another, said she wasn't comfortable with that. I asked her son to do research for me. I had heard that Trinity had AAA waiting with the Better Business Bureau and they're not even listed with the Better Business Bureau. Also, because of the research that he did, we saw that National Debt Relief had the highest Better Business Bureau rating of all of them.

National Debt Relief have all been very helpful, kind, quick and understanding. We've already settled a couple of our accounts. They certainly had taken a lot of grief and stress off of me. I had to get through a period of some pretty ugly phone calls from some creditors, but that's all been stopped now. It's just really lightened up our stress. We're still pretty new into it but we're very, very happy with National Debt Relief, with all they've done for us, and all they continue to do for us.

I have debts, so I wanted to relieve it. I've been with National Debt Relief and I've had 50 percent of my debt cleared so far. But that's not really saying much because the debt was only about a thousand dollars and I didn't understand the structure of what actually happened before I get into it. So I've been paying into the account $233 every two weeks and the amount doesn't go down as the debt goes down, which I thought it would. I'm wanting to get out of the program as soon as possible. Not necessarily working with the company, but because I'm with the company, they harass and call the staff. The emails and letters in the mail are going to them now and that's great. But it still hasn't resolved my debt yet. I have only been with National Debt since the beginning of the summer.

Another issue is I had one offer for a settlement about a month ago. They wanted $2,000 upfront; I couldn't do that and I asked if we can re-negotiate. A week later, somebody else called me back and offered me the same settlement, the same stipulations and I got a total of seven reliefs. So from the past, I haven't met new relief weekly and I assume it's forgotten to be put on the account that I actually couldn't come over $2,000 on the spot. They said they're sorry about that and then they haven't called me back yet. Then I got an email saying that a law office is actually re-negotiating it for me now. I'm still hoping for a result and I'm wanting to get out of the program as soon as possible.

Some changes came in my life where a thousand dollars extra was not coming in anymore. So I had to make a debt because the bills continued on. When they disappear, I thought that the debt would disappear too. I had to try to break my income down so I can afford to pay one lump sum to bills and then try to keep my car, house, insurance, and all that stuff. I'm overwhelmed with debt and I was looking for someone that could help me to get rid of some of the creditors I have. I called around and talked to George and he told me about National Debt Relief. I thought that was the best I've heard so far; he had the best offer 'cause I had talked to a couple of others. Their customer service is among the best as well.

I haven't really finished with them yet, but I'm hoping that I am on the road to recovery because I'm retired and on a fixed income. I'm getting too old to have a job but I'm able to drive. So between National and me trying to drive Uber, it might work out. Instead of sleeping two or three hours, now I can get up to about six hours a night now. That's good because I couldn't rest as that's how bad the debt was. Also, my pressure was not high anymore. And when they say relief, that was a big help to me because I had to find somebody that I can feel comfortable with.

They gave me some good information on who we have to check. Then they said my check didn't go through and that doesn't happen except that I didn't hear nothing about my creditors. They gave me feedback on a couple of others but I haven't heard from them concerning some of them. I would like for them to call me about the other creditors so I can know where we are standing. All in all, the company itself has treated me fairly. They have done what they say they were gonna do. It's been good so far.

It came to a point where I just couldn't even pay anything because I was back in school and wasn't working. I decided that it would be best to just do those programs to get rid of the debt as quickly as possible because it would have taken much longer if I did it on my own. I was going through a bunch of companies online, but I took a shot and chose National Debt Relief.

They were professional since the beginning and they've become a relief. I'd get emails or calls from them when they found something where they can help me. There was one thing that I didn't understand about the fees and I got the explanation after the second time we had a call. I didn't get to read through all of the papers, so I didn't realize that there is a fee until that call. But since having their help, I no longer have to worry about getting calls from collectors and I haven't gotten one in the last month. They used to call my dad before this, but he has not complained about getting their calls anymore. Now, I am working and able to focus on paying it off and starting up again.

And National Debt Relief has been awesome. They’ve been very professional in explaining things like they should and calling me with new possibilities so I’ve been very happy. I noticed that they’re working with the creditors for things like interest rates to be brought down so that’s been very helpful.

I'd figured it would be easier to use National Debt Relief. A friend of mine had used them a couple of years ago. The main person that has my file has been fantastic. He answered all the questions that I've had so far that have come up. They get back to me very quickly and they seem to know what they're doing, unlike other places I was calling prior to actually calling them. They seem like they're very on top of the ball. National Debt Relief has been doing everything that it needs to do to help me get back to where I should be, and it's been a positive experience all the way around.

I started 2 months ago and there are no changes yet. I was wondering if I could get an email showing that a payment is going out because they only called me and told me that they’re set up for this account and a certain amount a month is going to be paid. I’m not seeing the payments so if they could, that would be much appreciated.

My husband and I were swamped with debt and we needed to do something. The whole thing came from my husband losing his job and we have four children. We went through an 18-month period with no income. We had been doing very well, and then went down to having zero income because I was home with the kids and it set us back in almost every way. We were getting these notices from different creditors offering us different payment plans, and we were trying to do it on our own. It was too much to handle all at once. In essence we were trying to do what National Debt Relief does, but because we were just individuals and didn’t have a sum of money all upfront to negotiate, we didn’t have the power to do it. Some creditors were cutting back and making it really affordable and advantageous, and others weren't.

I contacted the rep at National Debt Relief and he got on the line with me. It was amazing how calm and professional he was. He explained everything and gave us a clear idea about the steps of the process. He helped us through some of the rough spots and let us do how to go about using their company in our best interest. Once we got approved and things began - and it’s only been a couple of months - there has been such a huge sense of relief that the end is in sight, recovery is on the way and that we can afford the process. I would definitely recommend them.

National Debt Relief is an amazing company. They did amazing things for me and they're perfect. I was getting ready to finish a very ugly and very expensive divorce and as an act of good faith, I made my now ex-wife debt free, and paid off her medical bills. She went through four surgeries with breast cancer. My divorce should've been final in 2012 but I let it ride to get her cancer-free and pay the medical bills and everything. I destroyed my own credit but I make enough money as a federal employee and that being debt-free here in two and a half years until it's finished. I know my credit score will rebound quickly.

National Debt Relief has an exceptional team and they helped me. I threw all my cards on the table and asked if they can help me, and a gentleman named Andy said, "Yeah, we'll make this work." We went forward and dealt with two other associates there on different occasions. Once they reached agreements on three of the nine accounts that I have in the company, they were amazing. They're prompt, courteous and professional. Now I'm making progress as we're paying things off, and it has ceased the harassing calls. I'm dealing the legal portion of this with debt. National Debt Relief's outstanding team and the outstanding things they do helped me out. I highly recommend them to anybody finding themselves in really horrible situations as I found myself at.

It's excellent that the person that I was dealing with when I opened my account called me right back when I needed him to. They also made me feel comfortable. I was very stressed and about to close the account but even with the first two payments I already started, two accounts have been negotiated so far. They were detailed in their information, too. Reading their website was really easy, and so was the online log-in. I can check exactly what's going on with my account. Everything was quite fast with National Debt Relief.

I have had a major struggle to deal with and unusual extra circumstances. Although I might have been able to deal with every creditor myself, National Debt Relief takes that burden off of your plate to free you up to move on to other things in your life and they get results. The creditors stop calling or writing directly to you eventually -- a major relief (although I also suggest paying the small extra fee for the contingency legal support if needed). I have seen some complaints about their fee structure, but as a self-employed person at different times, I think the fees are reasonable for the time they have to spend on the phone talking to creditors & even with my questions at times. The staff is always very courteous with me & always understanding when I run into unexpected complications that they have to address.

Parroting back everything and saying "How can I help you?" repeatedly is what one has to do in customer service, but what National Debt Relief team did was a little over redundant. I was investigating about bankruptcy and a lot of different options and advice on it. Then I ran across some posts on people as to how they got out of trouble and they mentioned National Debt Relief. They said these people are highly rated, quality company, reputable and that encouraged me to call them. I did an online form on email and I got a response back the next day if not sooner, maybe even the same day. There was someone who seemed very confident, encouraging and sympathetic telling me I've done the right thing. It was amazing to me how quick and competent the person was who gave me that call. It was a hard sales pitch, but on the other hand it made me feel supported and comfortable that somebody was saying I made the right choice. I was advised of the technical reasons why I made the right choice and that trying to pay off used credit cards fully over a long period of time is probably not the best option for my situation.

Working with National Debt Relief saved me time and has made life easier. I still don't know how the outcome is going to be. I'm expecting I can get hauled into court, but I'm not too worried about it. I feel like it's basically taken a burden off of me because before I was not able to keep up with my credit card payments. It was definitely getting worse and so instead I wrote all these letters to all my creditors. I explained what was going on and it seemed like there's been a general acceptance by the creditors but they tried to discouraged me. Some of them did because they didn't want that option, but it seems like most of them even the ones that are hardest to deal with eventually accepted it and so far no problems. So I think it's going to work out.

However, their team didn’t explain things very well at the beginning and I was a little upset. I didn’t know how the program works and I have been here for 10 months. I was about to cancel the program because I was frustrated but yesterday, a lady explained things completely for me. She sat down for two hours with me and explained everything.

In 10 months, they’ve already settled four credit cards and are working on the fifth one. It was supposed to be a three-and-a-half-year program and taking their advice, it might only be a three year program or less. It’s a big help. They've freed up enough debt that I can pay extra payments to them. It’s nice to have extra money now. I’m just a little disappointed that it took me 10 months to figure out how the program worked. That’s the only bad thing I’ve had with National Debt and I hope they could change that.

We sought relief help because it was a little overwhelming trying to get back out of that. National Debt Relief were always very helpful and willing to do whatever they can to get the information we may need and ensure that we're well informed as to what's going on. It's been an all-around easygoing experience as debt relief can be. Now I'm not worried about what needs to be paid when because they're taking care of it. Plus they're there whenever we need to call them. I work during the day now so it’s nice that I can call them as late as 7 or 8pm.

Any time something happens, they're on the phone with us to let us know. It's been a pleasant experience working with them. I have recommended them to family members, they have enrolled in a program and everything is working for them as well.

I needed debt relief so I looked for help. National Debt Relief's okay but sometimes I would call and say, “When will I be up and I don’t have to pay anymore?” They would say, “Through December 2017”. Then I call another time and they’d say "Through September 2016." This last time I called, they said that I would be done July 2016. They were not telling me exactly when the program would be over and when I have paid but I think I'm one payment away from paying it off and getting it done. That’s the only complaint I have. The rest of the time, they were very helpful to me.

I was in a serious relationship to get married and did not want to bring it up into debt, so I wanted to try and start getting on the right foot with getting rid of the debt and the credit cards. The National Debt's team have been wonderful - they worked with me really well, answered all of my questions and were very understanding. They have worked with a lot of my credit card companies and have lowered a lot of my overall pay. The payments I make right now monthly are less than what I would have had to pay minimum with all my cards combined. Plus, they reduce the months where I can't pay as much and add them to the end of the program.

I read a few personal reviews from people and they had a great experience with National Debt Relief. They've helped me and my family take control of our debt and get our credit score up. And they negotiated like crazy for me and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They got creditors to come down to an amount that I never would even try to negotiate myself, and if I did, there's no way I could have done as well as they did. Almost everything that was in their wheelhouse is paid off so I have until August 24th as my last payment and I'm excited about it. My credit score is hundreds of points higher than it was and we've almost cancelled out all of my old debt. I only have healthy debt now, in fact, I'm sitting in a car dealership right now looking to buy a car. They did great and the customer service representatives that I dealt with were helpful and personable. It's definitely a company that I'd recommend to a friend.

I have all positive interactions with their reps although sometimes I will ask a question and they cannot answer me. We’re down to the end of the program and I asked them when they foresee my last payment because out of the five accounts, we settled the three. We have two that we’re paying off. One’s telling me August, then the other one’s telling me November, and the other one’s telling me January of 2017. I told them that I have a payment schedule for the end of August. I don’t see why we’re talking November and January and that’s the only thing I’m a little bit confused about. I was planning to call and speak to a supervisor. But other than that, they’ve been wonderful.

National Debt Relief's service was great. The representatives were always pleasant. My program has been done for about a year and a half now but I'm still dealing with it. There was one account that was lingering. I had to find some papers for an attorney so they could take care of that last file I have over there. One of the hassles that I didn't like about it was I'll get one account power of attorney then two months later, they want another one. I suggest that they get all that preliminary stuff done right off the bat. My credit wasn't bad when I started the program. I really wasn't aware of how it would go and it really tarnished my credit instead of fixing it. But they were upfront with me about that to begin with so I can't really blame National Debt Relief for that. But their service worked out for me eventually.

I wish I would've known that. They are doing what I expected them to do but they’re taking a bigger chunk for themselves than what I anticipated. They did a payment reduction and for their part of doing that, they took out the balance I had in my account, which was $3,000. That was too much. The other complaint is why I have to have so many of my grandson's bills piled on me. A lot of what I'm paying is his instead of mine. They said it was necessary so that's what we're doing.
