I looked into relief help since I had a lot of credit issues and I wanted to get my credit score up, and I want to buy a house in a few years. A friend of mine recommended National Debt Relief. I had two brief phone calls with two different people, but overall, they went very well. They were very nice and welcoming, and I had a great customer experience. So far, they have brought my credit score up by close to 100 points. That has definitely been helping me for the future endeavors that I want to encounter.

I had a lot of medical bills to pay and I've been using my credit card. The only way to pay off my credit card is to ask for help. National Debt Relief has been very nice, friendly and they treat me well. I just started working with them but they made a solution of one credit card already. The other credit was $13,000. I sent a message yesterday and I didn't receive any answer yet but I will.

I wasn't able to pay off my debts and wanted to try to manage it. National Debt Relief made a few mistakes in the beginning but later rectified everything. So far, they were able to make settlements with two of my creditors. Their team members always call immediately and keep me up-to-date on stuff. I'm happy with my experience.

Working with them has definitely helped. My phone is no longer ringing off the hook and now I only have one payment versus five or six. l'll be able to get all that debt paid off within 30 months with lower interest rate and it's as simple as it is.

My hours had gotten cut back at work, and I wasn’t able to make minimum payments. And I've gotten so far behind that even if I could have made the very minimum, I still would’ve not been able to make them for all of the cards. I Googled the best debt consolidation companies and National Debt Relief was at the top of the list. Working with them has been great. Everything has been very positive and beneficial to my situation. They’ve had two settlements so far. One was one of the larger amounts and I was pretty surprised to hear about the settlement because of the amount of time between the two I had accumulated debt with my account to really cover it. They worked with me and moved some stuff around so we were able to settle with both companies and pay fees later.

For seven months, I was trying to find a job and wasn’t getting hired at the time for whatever reason, so I was behind my bills. My experience with NDR has been great! I had a lot of issues at first with contact because when the people were there at NDR, I was at work and could not contact them. My credit was bad and I had some outstanding debts so I decided to call National Debt Relief. Their reps inform and let me know every time they’re going to do a settlement with a company. I started 2 months ago and there are no changes yet. I was wondering if I could get an email showing that a payment is going out because they only called me and told me that they’re set up for this account and a certain amount a month is going to be paid. I’m not seeing the payments so if they could, that would be much appreciated.

National Debt Relief is an amazing company. They did amazing things for me and they're perfect. I was getting ready to finish a very ugly and very expensive divorce and as an act of good faith, I made my now ex-wife debt free, and paid off her medical bills. She went through four surgeries with breast cancer. My divorce should've been final in 2012 but I let it ride to get her cancer-free and pay the medical bills and everything. I destroyed my own credit but I make enough money as a federal employee and that being debt-free here in two and a half years until it's finished. I know my credit score will rebound quickly.

I have had a major struggle to deal with and unusual extra circumstances. Although I might have been able to deal with every creditor myself, National Debt Relief takes that burden off of your plate to free you up to move on to other things in your life and they get results. The creditors stop calling or writing directly to you eventually -- a major relief (although I also suggest paying the small extra fee for the contingency legal support if needed). I have seen some complaints about their fee structure, but as a self-employed person at different times, I think the fees are reasonable for the time they have to spend on the phone talking to creditors & even with my questions at times. The staff is always very courteous with me & always understanding when I run into unexpected complications that they have to address.

I couldn't do debt relief on my own so this pushed me to look for relief help. I went with National Debt Relief and working with them raised my credit score a little bit. I also appreciate their team's pleasantries and niceness. Parroting back everything and saying "How can I help you?" repeatedly is what one has to do in customer service, but what National Debt Relief team did was a little over redundant. So, I would suggest them to have a little wiggle room to be themselves but still offer the niceness and pleasantries to the customer.

I got tired of being in debt, and it seemed like going to National Debt Relief was the best way to go about getting ourselves out of it. But now, I'm paying $320 a month and it seems never ending. I pay $160 every pay period, and it doesn't feel like we're any closer to getting it resolved. I haven't heard anything from them for a few months, so I have no idea where we're at, and if there's anything else that's in the process of getting paid or taken care of. They answer phone calls, however, they said they would reach out to my creditors, and as I talked to my creditors, there was no indication that they had. So, I started removing accounts from the program. Communication was lacking on their part. It was misleading when they said they’re going to reach out to my creditors to let them know I’m on National Debt's service, and I’m going through a debt settlement program. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I've been out of work for nine months and my little sister looked up National Debt Relief for me. They've done a fine job so far and I don't have any problems experienced with them. Working with them has made my life a little easier because the phone doesn't ring every 15 minutes.

I was in transition between different jobs. I've been with three different companies in the past two months with some of those jumps. I work in the healthcare field so I take someone to work and if they got a unit, then I get paid, but if they don't, I normally don't get to work throughout a week until they come in. So I've had the issues like that. I started off at $240 and then I miss a payment but it's never gone over two weeks. I get the increase, but at the same time, it hurts me too. But other than that, everything has been pretty great. Right now, I'm satisfied, and have recommended National Debt to someone else.

He also made it very thorough and very well understood by me and my wife. So we printed out the paperwork, signed it online and that was so quick. However, if it could be like a one-stop shop where we don't have to go to another bank when we would like to add some more money to paying our debt, it would be much easier and more convenient.

My daughter told me about National Debt Relied and I had to pay off my bills so I called for assistance. Our interaction with their team was very good. However, it'd be nice if they'd keep in touch with me to let me know what's been paid or what's not. I can go online with that but I call once in a while. It'd also be nice if they could at least send an email to tell me the status. They've been paying some but I don't know if they have finished any of them. Honestly, I really haven't been keeping up. There's no communication from them until they make some kind of a deal with the debt and then they call and tell me we made this deal with them. I say fine, go for it or don't go for it. A bunch of bill collectors were hounding me so I looked into National Debt as it was cheaper to go that way. However, their team didn’t explain things very well at the beginning and I was a little upset. I didn’t know how the program works and I have been here for 10 months. I was about to cancel the program because I was frustrated but yesterday, a lady explained things completely for me. She sat down for two hours with me and explained everything.

National Debt Relief's okay but sometimes I would call and say, “When will I be up and I don’t have to pay anymore?” They would say, “Through December 2017”. Then I call another time and they’d say "Through September 2016." This last time I called, they said that I would be done July 2016. They were not telling me exactly when the program would be over and when I have paid but I think I'm one payment away from paying it off and getting it done. That’s the only complaint I have. The rest of the time, they were very helpful to me.

I was in a serious relationship to get married and did not want to bring it up into debt, so I wanted to try and start getting on the right foot with getting rid of the debt and the credit cards. The National Debt's team have been wonderful - they worked with me really well, answered all of my questions and were very understanding. We’re down to the end of the program and I asked them when they foresee my last payment because out of the five accounts, we settled the three. We have two that we’re paying off. One’s telling me August, then the other one’s telling me November, and the other one’s telling me January of 2017. I told them that I have a payment schedule for the end of August. National Debt Relief's service was great. The representatives were always pleasant. My program has been done for about a year and a half now but I'm still dealing with it. There was one account that was lingering. I had to find some papers for an attorney so they could take care of that last file I have over there. One of the hassles that I didn't like about it was I'll get one account power of attorney then two months later, they want another one. I suggest that they get all that preliminary stuff done right off the bat. My credit wasn't bad when I started the program. I really wasn't aware of how it would go and it really tarnished my credit instead of fixing it. But they were upfront with me about that to begin with so I can't really blame National Debt Relief for that. But their service worked out for me eventually.
