I looked into relief help since I had a lot of credit issues and I wanted to get my credit score up, and I want to buy a house in a few years. A friend of mine recommended National Debt Relief. I had two brief phone calls with two different people, but overall, they went very well. They were very nice and welcoming, and I had a great customer experience. So far, they have brought my credit score up by close to 100 points. That has definitely been helping me for the future endeavors that I want to encounter.

I had a lot of medical bills to pay and I've been using my credit card. The only way to pay off my credit card is to ask for help. National Debt Relief has been very nice, friendly and they treat me well. I just started working with them but they made a solution of one credit card already. The other credit was $13,000. I sent a message yesterday and I didn't receive any answer yet but I will.

I had a stroke and got into debt. I didn't have the money to pay off these people, so I was looking for somebody to help. I talked to National Debt Relief and they looked up my credit and told me how their program worked and how they could help me. Every time I have a problem, they would always help and take care of it. Just like the other day when somebody was suing me - they had me fax it over to them and they looked into it and handled it from there. They are dealing with all my creditors and so far, I haven't had them calling me up or writing me. It's working alright so far and I'm recommending them to a friend of mine.

I was interested in getting a home. Then I just thought I needed to take the steps and looked into relief help. They were very cordial, nice, and helpful. There wasn't a person that's been particularly bad. It's been outstanding. It has been very easy working with them as far as payments and schedules. One time, I called to make sure everything was going well and the lady I spoke with me was extremely helpful and very funny. She made things a lot easier for me to understand what was going on. It was a very laid back kind of phone call.

I looked into relief help because of the overwhelming number of creditors that I had. I've only talked to National Debt Relief a handful of times, but they've answered my questions as needed every time. I just asked a question and it gets answered without any runaround. Working with them has definitely helped. My phone is no longer ringing off the hook and now I only have one payment versus five or six. l'll be able to get all that debt paid off within 30 months with lower interest rate and it's as simple as it is.

My hours had gotten cut back at work, and I wasn’t able to make minimum payments. And I've gotten so far behind that even if I could have made the very minimum, I still would’ve not been able to make them for all of the cards. I Googled the best debt consolidation companies and National Debt Relief was at the top of the list. Working with them has been great. Everything has been very positive and beneficial to my situation. They’ve had two settlements so far. One was one of the larger amounts and I was pretty surprised to hear about the settlement because of the amount of time between the two I had accumulated debt with my account to really cover it. They worked with me and moved some stuff around so we were able to settle with both companies and pay fees later.

My credit has gone down and I’m in a situation where I can’t even purchase a vehicle, but it’s a step in the right direction which I'm excited about because it’s taken some stress off my plate.

For seven months, I was trying to find a job and wasn’t getting hired at the time for whatever reason, so I was behind my bills. I've been working for five months now, and I figured I needed help since I have some debt and there is so much stuff going on in my personal life as well. I figured going with National Debt Relief will help me, and so far, it has. We have a payment plan and we’ve been working towards it, and they’ve been eliminating my debt as well. Everything’s working for me financially.

I like their customer service a lot. Whenever I call, everyone that I talk to has always been very caring and interactive. They always ask me if I have any questions, explain everything to me, and clearly make it known what’s going on and when they are going to settle a debt and things of that nature. They’ve been good to me. I'm happy that they were able to work out all the situation with my financial stuff. Everything is already up to par, and it’s much easier for me to keep track and follow. I haven’t missed a payment ever since, so if everything goes on track, I should be debt-free in three years or hopefully even before then. I need to work two jobs and then still do other stuff to take care of the finances right now, but also, I'm getting a promotion, so I can take care of it even faster.

Working with National has helped me a lot. Everything has been good so far. Even though all the credit card companies are still calling me, I’m not really worried about it. It’s going to get paid as long as I make all my payments. As an addition, the rep also told me that after everything is done and I'm be debt-free, my credit score should go up.

I was to the point where I was getting calls since I couldn’t afford to pay some of my revolving credit lines and medical debt. It needed to be consolidated into one lump sum and with the impact that had on my credit, a refinance or a debt consolidation loan wasn’t possible. National Debt Relief was the only route short of turning to Chapter 7 or 13. Their team has all been professional and thorough and good at the explanation. I've had a few questions on my account and the customer service interactions that I've had since then have been good. I’ve had good communication with the team even after the process started on new adjustments. It’s been a good, positive change so far.

My husband and I were swamped with debt and we needed to do something. The whole thing came from my husband losing his job and we have four children. We went through an 18-month period with no income. We had been doing very well, and then went down to having zero income because I was home with the kids and it set us back in almost every way. We were getting these notices from different creditors offering us different payment plans, and we were trying to do it on our own. It was too much to handle all at once. In essence we were trying to do what National Debt Relief does, but because we were just individuals and didn’t have a sum of money all upfront to negotiate, we didn’t have the power to do it. Some creditors were cutting back and making it really affordable and advantageous, and others weren't.

I contacted the rep at National Debt Relief and he got on the line with me. It was amazing how calm and professional he was. He explained everything and gave us a clear idea about the steps of the process. He helped us through some of the rough spots and let us do how to go about using their company in our best interest. Once we got approved and things began - and it’s only been a couple of months - there has been such a huge sense of relief that the end is in sight, recovery is on the way and that we can afford the process. I would definitely recommend them.

National Debt Relief is an amazing company. They did amazing things for me and they're perfect. I was getting ready to finish a very ugly and very expensive divorce and as an act of good faith, I made my now ex-wife debt free, and paid off her medical bills. She went through four surgeries with breast cancer. My divorce should've been final in 2012 but I let it ride to get her cancer-free and pay the medical bills and everything. I destroyed my own credit but I make enough money as a federal employee and that being debt-free here in two and a half years until it's finished. I know my credit score will rebound quickly.

National Debt Relief has an exceptional team and they helped me. I threw all my cards on the table and asked if they can help me, and a gentleman named Andy said, "Yeah, we'll make this work." We went forward and dealt with two other associates there on different occasions. Once they reached agreements on three of the nine accounts that I have in the company, they were amazing. They're prompt, courteous and professional. Now I'm making progress as we're paying things off, and it has ceased the harassing calls. I'm dealing the legal portion of this with debt. National Debt Relief's outstanding team and the outstanding things they do helped me out. I highly recommend them to anybody finding themselves in really horrible situations as I found myself at.

I was very stressed and about to close the account but even with the first two payments I already started, two accounts have been negotiated so far. They were detailed in their information, too. I have had a major struggle to deal with and unusual extra circumstances. Although I might have been able to deal with every creditor myself, National Debt Relief takes that burden off of your plate to free you up to move on to other things in your life and they get results. The creditors stop calling or writing directly to you eventually -- a major relief (although I also suggest paying the small extra fee for the contingency legal support if needed). I have seen some complaints about their fee structure, but as a self-employed person at different times, I think the fees are reasonable for the time they have to spend on the phone talking to creditors & even with my questions at times. The staff is always very courteous with me & always understanding when I run into unexpected complications that they have to address.

I was investigating about bankruptcy and a lot of different options and advice on it. Then I ran across some posts on people as to how they got out of trouble and they mentioned National Debt Relief. They said these people are highly rated, quality company, reputable and that encouraged me to call them. I did an online form on email and I got a response back the next day if not sooner, maybe even the same day. There was someone who seemed very confident, encouraging and sympathetic telling me I've done the right thing. It was amazing to me how quick and competent the person was who gave me that call. It was a hard sales pitch, but on the other hand it made me feel supported and comfortable that somebody was saying I made the right choice. I was advised of the technical reasons why I made the right choice and that trying to pay off used credit cards fully over a long period of time is probably not the best option for my situation.

Working with National Debt Relief saved me time and has made life easier. I still don't know how the outcome is going to be. I'm expecting I can get hauled into court, but I'm not too worried about it. I feel like it's basically taken a burden off of me because before I was not able to keep up with my credit card payments. It was definitely getting worse and so instead I wrote all these letters to all my creditors. I explained what was going on and it seemed like there's been a general acceptance by the creditors but they tried to discouraged me. Some of them did because they didn't want that option, but it seems like most of them even the ones that are hardest to deal with eventually accepted it and so far no problems. So I think it's going to work out.

They're also very polite that they didn't make me feel like I was a bad person for being in debt and that was really helpful. Everything that I've sent into them, I've already got three offers and it's running very smoothly. I've gone through bankruptcy and this is a lot easier than going through bankruptcy. We just got back up and I feel a lot more relieved.

We had just moved to Washington. We knew we were in debt and that if we don't get out of this hole, it's going to get bigger. And we knew that if we didn't do it now, we're never going to do it ever. So my husband and I decided to look into something that wouldn't hurt our credit where we wouldn't have to declare bankruptcy and they would help us get out of this big, humongous hole, especially since we have the kids. We looked into National Debt Relief and they were perfect. So far, they've met everything that they've promised us. I'm very satisfied.

The best thing I like about them is that they ask for my permission for all of the settlements. They're very flexible and I don't have to go over the phone to give them permission. I could email them which is what I use most and it's so much easier. I had this big elephant lifted off of my shoulders because of them and I can live my life a little normal now knowing that they're handling those affairs.

And with the downtime in the economy, I was unable to make the wages that I may pay this thing. So, I needed help resolving some of my debt. I went with National Debt Relief and their team members have all been very helpful and always answered questions. They've been quick to get back to me with answers and they've been good to work with. They've been very upfront about everything and made sure that they keep in contact, either via phone or email and both.

They've got some resolution with a few of my different accounts but they explained that process. And if they knock out the different accounts, then they move on to the others. We're still in the process of taking care of the early ones. So, right now, not a lot has changed. But I learned to budget better. I still have outstanding balance but I'm making payments to get that taken care of. I've been pleased so far with what National Debt Relief has done. They answer phone calls, however, they said they would reach out to my creditors, and as I talked to my creditors, there was no indication that they had. So, I started removing accounts from the program. Communication was lacking on their part. It was misleading when they said they’re going to reach out to my creditors to let them know I’m on National Debt's service, and I’m going through a debt settlement program. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

However, their team didn’t explain things very well at the beginning and I was a little upset. I didn’t know how the program works and I have been here for 10 months. I was about to cancel the program because I was frustrated but yesterday, a lady explained things completely for me. She sat down for two hours with me and explained everything.

In 10 months, they’ve already settled four credit cards and are working on the fifth one. It was supposed to be a three-and-a-half-year program and taking their advice, it might only be a three year program or less. It’s a big help. They've freed up enough debt that I can pay extra payments to them. It’s nice to have extra money now. I’m just a little disappointed that it took me 10 months to figure out how the program worked. I wanted to better establish myself so I decided to look into relief help and National Debt Relief has been helpful. I’m almost complete with my program so I can get back on track. My only complaint with them is Global Client Solutions, who takes the payments, because they keep screwing up and not taking my payments when they’re scheduled, saying that there are insufficient funds or it’s a non-transaction account when the money’s been there.

I was in an $8000 debt and wanted to start paying it off so that I could be debt free and start focusing on building my credit. National Debt Relief has been really helpful whenever I need any assistance or information on anything. They're very helpful with discussing settlements with the company and they'd call me whenever they reached something. So far, they’ve gotten me closer to paying off my debt in a reasonable amount of time. In fact, I’m looking at being out of debt by the time I’m 26. They also helped me focus on working on my credit and being able to improve it as opposed to continuing to hurt it.. They’re very understanding and the customer service is fantastic.

I had a couple of little credit issues and I was trying to find a company that can help get those debts resolved especially when trying to buy a house. National Debt Relief was the best one that I've seen that was available and I decided to go with them. At least once a month, they call me to check up on me to see how everything is going and make sure everything is okay. When offers were available, they call me to see what I think about it. I love the interaction that we have. It took a while before they were finally able to get an offer on the table so me and wife were initially concerned in the first five months but so far since then, it's been good. Having a couple of deals in place by them, it brought a smile to me and my wife's face. It's been an awesome experience.

We were drowning so I have to get a relief help. The debt relief has been really easy. They pretty much did everything for me as soon as we decided which ones that we needed help on. The gentleman who was getting the process started was very helpful, went over everything with me, and made sure everything was understood. Plus, he remained in email contact for a while until they got the ball rolling. National Debt Relief allowed us some financial freedom. Although we still get calls constantly from one of the credit cards that's supposed to be part of the National Debt Relief program and I'm still getting their bills, National Debt Relief has resolved all the other debts so quickly. So we're just waiting on that final debt problem.

The reps I've dealt with at National Debt Relief have been great. From the first time I called, I felt like they had my best interest in their mind. They worked hard to get me set up on manageable payments to get my debt satisfied. They've been really good to work with. I would recommend them.

I was drowning in credit card debt so I searched on the internet for debt relief companies. National Debt Relief was the first one that came up and my experience with them has been fine. Their representatives were always courteous and able to answer all my questions. It's been expensive working with them and it would've been even more expensive had I not put it into their program where it could be consolidated. Now I'm ready for the whole thing to be over with.

I looked into getting relief help because I was in a hole. With National Debt Relief, it was really easy to convey my budget, get thoughts about my hardship and get approved. I’ve been with them over a year now and paid off a majority of my debt. Within three years, I will be completely debt free. So that’s pretty awesome and more of a light at the end of a tunnel. They're straightforward about tax approximations or settlement. They've been fantastic and I’m glad I did it.
