National Debt Relief has helped me so far, and I would be glad to get everything settled. They got all my information and got everything together, and everything’s been a good experience. Everybody who I talked to at NDR did a great job and when I had any questions, they answered them for me. I just wish that when I send in a service request that they would send some kind of feedback showing that they’ve got it for it may be a couple of weeks down the road before I hear anything back from them. But I’d tell others to go ahead with NDR, and not be afraid for it will be a good experience for them.

I had a financial issue that I wanted to have some options on. National Debt Relief has a good rating in the Better Business Bureau, which was attractive. I couldn’t find any negative indicators and it was a scary proposition but they seemed to be the best. I brought over 5 accounts to them and they did a settlement negotiation for me. Payments have been on automatic draw set up. I have a bunch of people dealing with the accounts themselves who have been great for the most part and have high level of professionalism. They clinch the numbers and see if it’s something they could attempt while still being profitable. Three of the smaller accounts have been settled but there’s a much larger one that’s got some legal components attached to it right now so I’m in a sticky spot. National Debt Relief has been organized and working with them has put me in a goal. So far, the experience is good.

I feel comfortable with National Debt Relief. I looked online to see what might be out there that can help me through the situation that I was in. I happened to come across them and I liked what I read. I started almost six months ago and enrolling was smooth, very strict and clear. They told me step by step what I had to do so it wasn’t complicated at all.

I had a bunch of credit card debt. I researched on the internet and National Debt Relief seemed to be the most reputable one. Their enrollment process was pretty easy. They laid everything out for me and told me what I needed to do and made me feel assured that they were going to take care of everything and help me. Their rep told me that we can get it done and he would work with me and keep me updated on everything that was going on and he was very good. He asked what can I afford and what is the best monthly pay for me. He let me decide if I wanted to do it bi-weekly or monthly. Then he said that they're going to work around with me and are going to do what's going to best benefit me.

I saw relief help as a reputable way of taking care of some issues as far as our debt as opposed to filing bankruptcy. National Debt Relief has been on top of things. I recently gave them a list of our debts. And they initiated a lift of automatic dates where withdrawals would be made from our checking account. They negotiate with the creditors and let us know whenever an agreement has been made. And as long as we're making the initial deposits allowing them to withdraw from our account every month, so far, it's been working. National Debt's representatives have been very responsive and very good at callbacks and initiating written documentation of what we're doing. There was one time that I noticed they were doing an automatic withdrawal three times instead of twice out of one particular month. I contacted them and they were able to readjust the schedule so that it was continuously twice a month.

The team members seemed well informed and repeatedly asked if I had and questions and if I understood. Quick response times on callbacks and email of information. I appreciate these things because this is my first time ever doing anything like this.

They are professionals. They helped me a lot with good recommendations so far. I appreciate their efforts. Also, they provide me with all information that I needed. I received many letters right away. I can find any question in the package they get sent to me. I feel comfortable now.

Customer service are prompt in responding inquiries. Did a good job in making a settlement payment in a very reasonable and affordable amount. The fees are low cost. I would definitely recommend this program to people who are having a lot credit cards.

I am very happy with NDR. They have been nothing but excellent and friendly through the entire process. The call you get when a debt has been resolved is such a good feeling. They are helpful and understanding and really put you at ease. I would recommend NDR to a friend.

Excellent customer service. Courteous, timely, respectful. No shaming or negative comments. The process was simple and Wade ** was persistent, but not pushy. He worked well with my busy schedule. I feel hopeful that I can be free from this debt in a reasonable time.

The only suggestion is you can tell they are Robots reading the same things over and over. I can tell they were just reading what they had to get through the process but both representatives were nice and very understanding to my needs and answered all my questions as needed.

So excited to see that 3 of my debtors have negotiated quickly in 6 months time. I have received exceptional customer service over the phone. They are knowledgeable and care about helping me get out of debt. I would never have been able to do this on my own.

My experience with National Debt Relief was wonderful so far. I needed help paying my debt then. I looked up for debt relief companies online and National Debt Relief had higher ratings so I went with them. Their enrollment process was easy and I've been with them since March. The cost was reasonable and their reps have all been really great. National Debt Relief helped me deal with some of the debt and settled a couple of things that I needed to be done. They did really good. I'd tell a friend to give them a shot.

Took 7 months before any accounts were negotiated, only 3 of my accounts were paid and the mark up rate very high 25%... I don't even know where the money went literally. In one week I've made 4 payment arrangements without a problem or fee, and another thing they had a lot of phone issues or some reps really didn't know what a power of attorney was. I wish I would of done this myself from the beginning because I feel like I gave away money. When you're undergoing a lot of financial stress you really aren't thinking clear enough to even handle these issues.

Some of my credit card debt has been negotiated and I'm very pleased. I received emails about it and a phone call. The person I spoke with was very professional and explained everything. I'm so happy that NDR is handling all of this for me. Saving me a lot of stress. I definitely recommend them. I've been very pleased with them since I started the process. They really seem to care.

National Debt Relief is in the process of helping us with our overwhelming debt, which we allowed to get out of control. They have stepped in and stopped 15 to 20 phone calls per day, contacted and organized our debtors, saved us a lot of money by negotiating our debt down and keeping us well informed of their success bailing us out of debt.

National Debt Relief was willing to work with me about the payment being able to bill twice a month instead of all at one time. They usually keep me informed once a month of what's going on and who they're dealing with. They answered all my questions and they were real courteous. They also sent me a copy of everything that we discussed and before I made a final decision. I kept in touch through emails and they also have their own website set up to my account so I can see everything that's going on. Working with them has eased the phone calls of collectors. Now, I've got a little bit of more money that I could take care of my family with. Everything they're doing is great and I highly recommend them. It's one of the better things I did in my life.

My bank said that they couldn't help me out so I looked for the next best thing. I called National Debt Relief and I told them my situation and they said that was exactly what they were there for. It has been easier since working with them because I don't have to worry about the things. So far, they told me all the stuff and they all sounded legit. Also, they have lawyers that represent me so it seems normal to me. They're dealing with all the issues and I'm satisfied with them. I had S&N Debt Solutions before but they weren’t covering hospital bills and payday loans. National Debt Relief did and their reps have been good to me. They have been settling everything and they told me at what plan I would be able to settle quicker. They also tell me if I need something or if I could get more funds but I’m giving them all I could do right now. It’s a slow process but they’re helping me and I appreciate it.

We had gotten overwhelmed with bills and we have lost part of our income. We had sold the house and we were getting payments for so long, which stopped, and we didn’t have the money to keep going. I was doing research and National Debt Relief seemed to have a good standing with the Better Business Bureau, so they were the one I called. They went through what I needed and then they faxed it to me and then sent it to me, too, so I have a copy of what I needed to do.

I heard one morning that National Debt Relief was offering their services to consolidate someone's debt and would help pay a locked and lowered rate without the high interest that one normally pays on cards. It just felt right and I did a debt consolidation. Christian was my rep and he was caring and concerned about the hardships I was having. I believed he would be able to fix it and he did. But the process takes time and I have to give National a little time to do their work. They're looking into upgrading some of the account services and it seems to be doing well. So far, my experience has been good and I have paid off some things.

I had the pleasure and the great blessing of working with Val ** who very patiently and helpfully explained the program to me in very simple terms that I could easily understand. He earned my trust right away as he was very knowledgeable about how the program works. It's extremely tough to talk about one's financial situation to a stranger, especially if it's not in great shape, but Val made me feel comfortable to be forthcoming and ask the difficult questions. It was a very good experience dealing with NDR!

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and seemed to care about me as a person and my personal situation. I could tell they weren't just trying to sell me into the program. They truly were trying to do what was best for me. No one made me feel bad about my situation. They answered all questions in a way that could be easily understood and took all the time we needed. Received correspondence from Collectors on one of my recently resolved debts. Had questions on how it should be handled and was informed by your Agent that NDR was already in contact with the Collectors. Feel that I made the correct decision back in August with partnering with NDR on resolving my our of control debt.

Everything went smooth since last year I requested services from National Debt Relief, so most of the process was something I was familiarized with. During both processes, the filling all the information process and welcome phone call, both representatives were kind to me, wish makes me feel that there are people that do care for their customers.

Nation Debt Relief they help you get rid off debt. Customer Services is very helpful and they listen to any question you have. They review your account step by step. They answer all question. They are great, fast and you don't wait on phone line.

Very good with your debt. They take and contact all your creditors and make a great deal that almost 1/2 of the amount you owe and set up monthly payments that covers all of your bills in one payment. They will even work with you to make sure you can make the amount and if not then they will try and lower it and whatever they can do to make it more simple to pay all of what you owe to all of them.

I was feeling overwhelmed in making all my payments and barely knocking them down after the interest each month. This was a reasonable way for me to resolve my debt. Everyone is very understanding and helpful when I call for information or assistance on the portal.

They were quick to respond when I contacted them for information and both the woman who helped me initially sign up and the woman who provided my welcome call were both friendly and thorough. The process was easy and they answered all of my questions as well as provided additional information I hadn’t thought of.

My husband and I had several large medical bills after we moved. We didn’t want to file for bankruptcy but couldn’t afford to pay everything. National Debt Relief has helped us to do this. We were able to settle with our first creditor in 4 months of starting the program.

They have helped me so much. Can’t say enough good things about them. They did better than expected that is why they are rated number one. Because of them my credit score is going up faster. Every single person I spoken to has been a big help.

My experience with National Debt Relief wasn't great. There were a lot of problems and they couldn't keep our agreement. They told me that they will only charge this amount but they would end up charging me over that amount. I started the program around February and made the agreement to pay off all the debt because I felt overwhelmed and I made the mistake of using cards. I said that I'll do what's needed and they made the agreement with different credit card companies.

I was paying more every month than I was getting ahead on my credit card. I was paying one at a time, and it was still getting too high. I sought National Debt Relief's help and I talk to the team a few times, and everything’s cool. They’ve answered my questions, and they even called me a couple of times and told me to go online and check everything out, which I haven’t even thought about it since I’ve been in a lot of pain in the last several months.

We got into trouble with credit card debt and I was making an extreme amount of payments every month so I decided to put it all in National Debt. They are saving me money in negotiating and bringing down what I owe to each creditor. It's working well and they are paying off things quickly. I talked to a very nice woman when I first called. She told me my debt could be paid off in 22 to 24 months. She explained the whole process and it sounded too good to be true so I was a little skeptical at first. However, it worked out great and I'm very happy. They looked at my credit report and they were able to pull all the companies that I had debt with. I was able to choose which companies I wanted to put in with them and which companies I wanted to leave out. I had a couple of credit cards that I still use. I left those out and I put the rest in.

I found National Debt Relief online, I filled out the online form and somebody contacted me within 30 minutes. We came to a number that was right for me at that time and things went from there. I've been with them now for almost a year. The rep I worked with seemed knowledgeable. They call every now and then and if they come to a settlement, I get an email and I get the option of receiving if I want to accept or not. I was paying more and then trying to pay my bills, so I’m paying out less money. I'm not quite done yet but so far, things have been going well.

It was getting difficult to handle things in time, so my wife and I figured that getting relief help would be the best option for us to handle things. The reps at National Debt Relief explained everything to us. They sent out the papers for us to read and decide over what was expected of us and the monthly time when they would withdraw the money from our account. Everything was set up and in order. If I ever have any problems, I just call them back up and they try and give me answers that I'm looking for. They're also courteous and professional. We've seen that though other things are still in the process of negotiations, a few of our things have already been taken care of.

A great help in the time of hardship. They stay by my side all the way through. I would recommend my friend to National Debt Relief. I called twice, once to find out details and the next to sign up. Both times I was treated courteously--no pressure to make a decision right away. When I called back to enroll in the program Justin explained everything clearly and patiently. I feel I made the best decision for me and will be helped along the way. Forms were easy to read, sign, and return.

We have been in the program a little bit over a year. So far 1 creditor out of 5 has been completely paid off and two have agreed to settle. It's not easy but it's a good solution for us. Once it's over we will be debt-free. We are grateful.

I looked NDR up at Better Business Bureau and they were awesome at the setup. They walked me through the whole process of what would happen, what wouldn’t happen. So, I have absolutely positively no complaints with them working with me and trying to help me everywhere they could. After using them, life felt tough but I just got through the storm -- at least I have another avenue to go down. I have a limited income and it's hard at times to make that payment strictly because of the amount of medication I'm on and the copays, which is 500$ off the pocket, of that medicine. So, when it comes time to order medicine, there are times when it's rough to make the payment. So, there are times that they have been able to reduce my monthly payment to work with me to get me through it.

I looked up consolidation on Google, National Debt Relief came up and I called them. They take $300 a month from my account and they call credit companies to settle my debt. Most of the time their team is good, but they're taking more out now than they're supposed to and I need to call them back about that. The past couple of times I called I asked what was going on, and they said that they didn't show a balance in my account. I don't know how that's possible when I pay them $600 a month now. It's supposed to be $300 but I missed a couple of payments and now they're taking $600 out every time. I go swipe my card to get some diesel for my truck and it gets declined. When I go look at my bank account, they took out another payment. I don't like what's going on. At this point, I'm dissatisfied but they did settle one debt.

My husband has been sick for several years and wasn’t able to work, and then I was sick and wasn’t able to work, too. Also, our house burned down, we had a lot of car trouble, we had a couple of international moves, and we lost a job. We didn't want to do a relief help because we didn’t want to ruin our credit, but it was necessary after a while. I started researching relief help companies, and National Debt Relief had the highest rating. Getting set up with them was super easy. There was one guy who went over a questionnaire with me to find out the averages of how much debt we were in because I couldn’t remember each individual thing. And he had to get a list of why we needed the help to make sure we qualify, and they sent me a pamphlet in the mail and explained to me exactly what to do.

I had credits, and when I searched for debt relief online, NDR came up as number one. At first I spoke to somebody, and then we sent emails back and forth, which was great because they answered every question I had in 24 hours. They also call me every once in a while to see how things are going, like if they have a settlement and go from there. With the program, I paid off a lot of my debt already -- good work to them! I’m probably to be three-quarters of the way, and I have like three more accounts or two more accounts. The negotiator I dealt with was very helpful, very easy, and very informative. She took care of mine right away. Working with them is comfortable and they made a track of the payment plan for me. The program is great and affordable too. They are professional and they are efficient.

We wound up falling on hard times. My husband had gotten hurt at work, was put on to disability and lost his job. I'm disabled, so I'm on a limited income. The different creditors always asked if we were having a hardship and we said no. But when we started to get to the point that things were stressed, we called and told them that we were having a hardship but they said there was nothing they could do for us. Then we called National Debt Relief to see what we could do to try to make our debts more manageable.

They work great with me starting today a new life. They said it would be 259 a month and it was. That's what it was. Amazing people thank you so much for taking your time and helping me find the best solution to my problem. Always will recommend you for your efforts and time.

The staff was very patient, thorough, and understanding. I was amazed at their patience in answering my questions. Even the questions that I repeated several times. I was really concerned about my credit score going down in the process. They were able to explain in great detail how the benefits of the program would outweigh the temporary drop in my score. They were not able to help me with a account that I was told could be enrolled. The rep said they were gonna reach out and when discussing the debt when it came up they would enroll it. Now two months later I'm being sue and they can't help me. I addressed this concern in the beginning and it did not get taken care of.

I am amazed about how fast the program works. I've been enrolled for less than a year and already have 2 of the 3 creditors resolved. While there was a hiccup with one of my creditors I am completely confident that this will be taken care of in a timely manner.

We know that doing your best to enable us to pay off loans without filing in court, however we do want to pay off our creditors. The application process was simple. The payments are low and flexible. The perfect program for my situation. I've been trying for years to catch up on my debt, with this program I'm on track to be debt free. I wish I found this program earlier. It would have saved me thousands more.

I have been enrolled for about 4 months and they have already negotiated two of my creditors. One amount went from over $900 to $300 and the other I paid half of what I owed. If you have debt issues and are drowning like I am, go with this company, do what they say, follow the scripts they gave you, and try to relax. It will be okay!

I'm satisfied with the help I've been given. After many attempts at addressing my concerns regarding how the payments were being handled. I was finally able to speak to a representative who explained it to me and I signed accordingly. Yes I would recommend a friend.

It's good and fast but it says I'm saving over 1000, and National is charging 400 out of a small debt, that's per debt and it could be a larger amount of charge. I'm really just saving 300 dollars not 1000. It's good just expensive when it comes to your credit dropping for 300 dollars of savings per this debt.

Today is the first day I've been in contact with NDR so to be honest at this time the grade is incomplete. They seem to know what they are doing and did explain everything to me well. This is not something I wanted to do as a debt consolidation loan was the first avenue I tried to take. Due to my credit falling because of my increasing debt I was unable to get a loan. The final grade will be determined when and if my creditors agree to the settlements that are offered. As I said, until then the grade is incomplete.

I was pleased with the amount of savings I received with the settlement of my account. The first settlement offer came through in the time frame that was given at the beginning of the process. The customer service has been clear and professional as well.

National Debt Relief sounded like they were the most reputable from all the stuff that I read. I signed up with them and their process was totally easy and painless. It took two phone calls and I haven’t even talked to them since then. I haven’t got any harassing phone calls from anybody and they’re paying my bills. It’s a wonderful life. I have them since spring and so far, they have closed a few accounts. The cost of the program is substantially different than if I was incurring late fees from everybody and it's a wash in my opinion. It’s worth its value because I don’t get all those dunning calls and my credit score is frozen. I think that less is more and they seem to do a really good job with the total minimum of hassle. That’s huge.

I'm 61 years old but I knew better than to get such a high interest on something so I looked into relief help. Working with the team at National Debt Relief was great. Every time I spoke to someone I didn't have a problem. They were there and always very friendly. They let me know when I paid it off. We had sold vehicle and I used that money to pay them off. But then it was on automatic withdrawal and they took a month out that's supposed to be taken. All I had to do was call and let them know and in two business days, I had that 257 back into my checking account, which I was very amazed and happy because most of the time companies want the money but they don't really want to give it back. This month I'm going to keep an eye on it just to make sure. But the biggest thing is that it didn't take long for them to give me the money back.

NDR advertised that they might be able to reduce my credit card debt down by one-third, so I thought that would be worth looking at. They were friendly and very helpful. They worked with me by email at first, then later they sent me the booklet that they put out. They also followed up with letters and phone calls. They did away with the entire debt from my Chase Bank credit card. Then I had two other credit cards that they reduced down. Now, I'm working with Liberty Lending making payments of $355 a month for the next couple of years or so. Working with NDR has relieved a lot of stress and my debt is manageable now. My experience with National Debt Relief was very satisfying and very helpful to my overall personal lifestyle. I would be willing to recommend them to anyone who has a sizeable credit card account.

It was kind of rushed when I dealt with National Debt Relief at the beginning, and I wasn't sure what was going on. But the gentleman slowed down and he told me how much I could save and what card were mine and what were my husband’s that I wasn't responsible for any longer. Then they sent me the contracts, and everything works good. They said within four years I'd be free of my debt which is great. I just now have one monthly payment. And I don't have any credit cards, just my debit card. As long as I make a monthly payment to National Debt Relief then in turn, they pay the creditors. They get a bunch of it down the last.

We've been working with National Debt Relief for 7 months now. As long as we put money in it and we get enough money to pay one of the credit cards. It's moving along pretty quick. Everything has been fine. They're very helpful, understanding and always there when we need them. Whenever we called them, they were always nice to us and answered our questions and basically fixed things if we had problems. We even had a problem with the two credit card companies that sent us letters. They said, “Just send them,” and we haven't gotten anything back from those anymore, so I guess that was fixed. It's been great. We were able to crop two to three credit cards. We also don’t get the hassles of them calling us for money. It's been really good to be able to get back on our feet. The more money we put in, the sooner it gets done.

There was an urgency of getting my debt paid off so I just decided to go with National Debt Relief. They seemed to be organized and their reps were all fine. I have a big financial debt so I have a payment every month and they get it deducted. So, I’m hoping I can get my debt reduced very soon so I don't have this big payment. So far, NDR has already resolved two out of five accounts in a span of six months. I'm glad that the debts are being paid off and I'd like to check out to see when the next debt is going to be paid so that I can get out of this debt relief thing.
