Big Thank You to Nate**! Without his help and always able to answer my questions even at 2AM was a big stress reliever. He made my application process easy and was able to do everything online as I was not able to connect with him directly over the phone.

I've only just signed up with NDR and so I'm still extremely worried about the whole thing. It worries me that no one contacts the credit card companies to let them know what's going on until there is enough money in your account to settle the bill. That could mean 6-8 months of no payments whatsoever to the credit card companies - YIKES!!!!! All the representatives that I spoke with were very nice and very knowledgeable.

National Debt Relief deleted a lot of stress off of me. They've always resolved a couple of my credit cards and I have a few more that they're working on right now. I'm very satisfied. They're helping me get back to my feet again.

National Debt Relief has been good so far. We seem to be moving in the right direction. The guy that helped set everything up was very detailed. He helped us through a couple of different scenarios and ran those. So that's a good thing. Their staff also called us right away when we were working on paying something off. I'm less stressed working with them.

I went on the internet looking for a bankruptcy attorney, instead I found National Debt Relief. One of the happiest moments in my life. I need some relief from high interest rates and bad judgement. Shea ** was like a family member who DOESN'T stab you in the back. Very thorough and any question I had promptly answered. And then he transferred me to the underwriting Dept. where I spoke Corina ** and she is very thorough and patience with and answered all my questions. Went out of her way to make SURE I had the answers to my questions and made me feel that I had made the right decision in using this service. Thank God for Shea ** and Corina **. I can sleep at nights.

I started my experience yesterday by filling out a short form on the internet with National Debt Relief (1/31/2017). Later in the day, I received a call from Paul **. He explained the program to me and took information from me to see if their program appeared to be suitable for me. He was personable and very knowledgeable. At the end of the call I agreed that I was very interested, and I agreed for Paul to call me back in the morning. This morning Paul answered my questions and then we filled out the necessary paperwork. Again, he was extremely helpful and professional! A little later, the Welcome Desk called and quickly reviewed the process making sure that I understood. I know that the process is just starting, but I am feeling profound relief that my debt is being handled, and that I will now be able to deal with my life in a much more normal way!!

There was a lot of legal verbiage given to me at one time so I am not quite sure I understand it all, but the process was simple and easy. The gentleman who first helped me sign up was very nice and tried to help me along during the long time of him having to go over the application with me. He tried to make it not as boring which was nice and unlike the Welcome Call girl who was like a machine telling me a lot of stuff and totally lost me.

While signing up and receiving very good service so far, it is still too early to tell how this will work out for my wife and I. All the interactions so far by email and phone have really went well. I do have to say the staff is very helpful. Thanks!

I am very pleased with the experience. All the representatives are very cordial, respectful, helpful and professional, I was surprised as to how easy they made it for me. My credit cards' consolidation was a quick process and I am on my way to recovery now.

I searched on the internet and saw National Debt Relief come up, looked at further reviews and decided to give them a call. I was always treated with professionalism and concern by the staff. I got my answers when I had questions, so I was very happy with the process that took place. My daughter had spoken to a representative and then I spoke to a different representative later in regards to the settlement. It appeared that my daughter had implied that she agreed to certain premises, which seemed a little confusing but it was all straightened out and worked out fine.

I was looking for student loans and was already struggling because of college. Then, I was looking around, researching a particular relief help program and I popped up on the Better Business Bureau's website. I originally signed up to get information and then I received a call like my welcome call. Basically, the representative answered all of my questions. Then, National Debt Relief sent me a budget, some things to find and I just now make the monthly payments. I'm pretty happy, the payments made my life easier. It's like a one-time lump sum payment and it's nice to be able to see my loan shrink. They were also very informative and knew what they were doing.

I lost my job and my wife and I were having a hard time paying our debt. The credit cards were killing us up to the point where we couldn't keep up with the minimum payments. However, there was one call I made where this lady wanted me to be authorized by my wife. But I opened up the account and have been handling it since the beginning, so the person whom I spoke with, spoke with my wife in the first place, and then she authorized me to make all the moves in the account. I've called several times. But not long ago, I called again and this lady didn't want to give me any information because she said I wasn't authorized. I told her that she should review the notes because I was.

They give you a lot of respect like they don't look down on you at all even though you're not able to pay your bills. Then you tell them everything that you owe, what financial hardships you've run into, and then they walk you through the steps. They're taking care of the bills that I can't afford. I still got some other debts I gotta pay and National Debt Relief helped me out quite a bit. The only problem I got was that I didn't know I had to file income tax on that stuff. They sent me a form for one that was paid off in advance and I already filed my income taxes. It said that it was gonna be sent to the IRS, so I had to call my tax person who could go ahead and file amendments on it. I thought I'd stop and call them. I bought a new dryer, a new computer, and I needed the money for that. But they're top-notch, great, and I couldn't ask for anybody. So far, they've been very helpful and it's changed my life.

I've always found the team at National Debt Relief to be helpful when I've spoken to them. If I have an issue or if they need to contact me, they usually email me and I've never found them to be rude or unpleasant. They've done what they could to get me out of debt and I've only got a few more weeks to go. I'm nearly finishing the program. It's a good experience if you're willing to go through the hardship of going through the program. It's been hard because I'm in a program to get rid of my credit card debt, and it takes half of my salary every two weeks but if you want to get out of debt, then it's something that has to be done. My credit cards were getting a little out of control. I clicked on a link on National Debt Relief's site to request for more information and got a call back really quickly. And then within the next 24 to 48 hours, I was totally set up. They made the payments easier because I only have to pay one person versus two, three or four. NDR was able to do negotiations with my creditors that I wasn’t able to do. I had one instance where my negotiation actually cut the total amount that I ended up paying them in more than half. And if I have gone to that agency and tried to negotiate, I don’t believe I would have been that successful. My credit has been completely screwed over, but the amount that I’m actually paying out to the creditors is significantly less. But they need to get in the habit of leaving voicemails because I screen most of my calls. Other than that, it’s been pretty good overall.

I interact with their customer service 5 or 6 times a mo. and they are helpful. I would recommend National Debt Relief.

I started my own business in 2014 and my business didn’t work out so I still owe a lot of people money that I'm paying back and that’s why I called National Debt Relief. The hard part is that I pay them $1,700 a month every single month and I still have creditors calling me. Part of it is flawed in that my monthly payment is paid up based on paying everyone back but I still have people calling me saying that they’re not getting money and that's really frustrating. And I thought National Debt Relief is gonna take care of that. With me basically paying a second mortgage to National Debt Relief, I expected a little more. I also had a creditor call me because National won’t call them back on one of the loans that I owe them. But it’s sweet in that I know in about three and a half years or hopefully a lot less than that, I’d have all the debt paid off.

I was trying to avoid bankruptcy and with National Debt Relief's reviews and their whole set up, it was a very good choice for me. They build their relationship from the get-go. They're very personal, thorough and tried to explain the process and what the next step will be and how it usually goes. So, you never close the phone call feeling anxious that your questions haven't been answered. Every time I do call for whatever reason, they always answer quickly so it's great, great customer service.

I was drowning in debt from college so I Googled debt management company reviews and National Debt Relief had a high review. I’ve been in the program for a couple of years. The one-on-one interactions have been good. When I call they always have a quick response to stuff, but I wish that they would move a little quicker handling my accounts. My credit got really bad at first but it’s starting to come back and I'm seeing a little difference in my credit report.

It was a good experience up to a point that I end up in a hardship. National Debt Relief was doing what it was supposed to until I lost one of my jobs and I could not afford $410 monthly to take care of those accounts. So I asked National Debt Relief to close the program but they said, they’ll put me on hold and we’ll see what happens in December. But they went ahead and withdrew $400 and some dollars leaving my account a negative $90, putting me in a difficult situation. It is my fault, to a certain extent, because I should’ve called. But my understanding was that we were going to talk, but it didn’t happen that way. I called them and they could not help me. They said they cannot do anything and they're going to have to drop me from the system. But, I will still recommend them to someone. People will just need to clarify very well and that National Debt Relief has to call them before doing anything so these kinds of issues don't come up.

I googled National Debt Relief and then saw their Business Bureau rating and clients' reviews. I was straining as I'm already living paycheck after paycheck and it's not enough so I reached out for their help. Their team is great and I'm happy that some of my debts are being paid. They really make it affordable to where I can be able to fix my credit. There are 2 major accounts right now that I got served summons and National Debt Relief is actively working on that. There was a few back and forth that I had to make calls in between because they kept calling me but they weren’t supposed to, so I've already told them that I’m going through National Debt Relief program and they should directly call National. But so far, so good since I haven’t heard any bad news yet.

I'm not very compliant but they are constantly on the phone calling me for me to do what I'm supposed to do.

In the beginning things were going smooth but in the end there are a couple of things I was expecting differently, like when I used to call and after a long hold they told me I have two more creditors. And I said, "Actually, it's only one now, so that I used a second time." Then they agreed and said I'm right that it's only one. And then I said, "Okay. I think that this is the last payment" and they said, "No, I don't think so." I said, "Yeah. I know it's the last payment."

NDR told me to forward all the information to them and they would take over the account but I'm still getting harassing phone calls from the creditors.
