We had a very good experience with Natosha and would recommend this Co. to anyone who asks us about Debt relief. The process was very simple and everything was made clear to us before we signed anything. We hope this will relieve some of our angst about our bills.

I just signed up with National Debt Relief. The sign up process went very well. It is transparent and so far I understand everything. I read all the reviews from others about NDR. I need help desperately with my bills and that is why I went with NDR. I feel I can breathe easier now and I can sleep because I want to pay my bills. It is now much easier to pay them.

Everyone was very helpful while helping me make the decision to consolidate my debts. I felt comfortable with making the decision after speaking with Michael **. I would recommend this company to anyone. The welcome call was very important to me because the representative explained everything in great detail.

I am just in the beginning of the processes. I think that everything has been well explained and easy to follow. I have a lot of faith that this will become a rewarding experience. Joe was very good about explaining the process. Enrolling is a quick and easy process. My Welcome call came from Monica. She was nice and helpful. I do, however, believe that she talked too fast.

Outstanding customer service. I have encountered few organizations with the level of sincere concern for the customer. Step by step assistance were extremely helpful and caring and the agent that I spoke with could not have been more pleasant to work with.

We're retired and on very limited income, but we put ourselves out there helping our adult children which got us in a bind. We needed assistance so I did some research on the internet, looked at different options, and ended up with National Debt Relief. I've never had a negative experience with them. Anytime I've called them, they've been very helpful and professional. Working with NDR affected my life to the extent that I don't have bill collectors calling me constantly. It's affected me knowing mentally and emotionally that we're doing the best that we can and that we've taken the step to take care of our obligations and work them out with the assistance of NDR.

When I decided that I needed to have my debts consolidated into one monthly payment, I was afraid I would not get any help, or that it would be too complicated for me to understand. However, Christian ** was so patience with me and he explained everything in a way that I understood by reinforcing the information with "You understand that..." and I would get what he had explained to me. I thought it would be really scary, but the employees made me feel so comfortable with what I had decided to do. They were sooo helpful and being my age, I appreciated that they did not try and take advantage of me. I was treated with so much respect. I felt really good after talking with them.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and knowledgeable. I felt very welcome. I am not proficient on the computer especially the typing part but they were real patient and allowed me the time I needed. The legal stuff was explained in layman's terms and I believe I understand it.

Thanks to Mark ** for all his help in explaining the entire program. I do hope all goes well with the creditors in getting this accomplished. Thanks again Mark and Debt Relief. I would welcome anyone to this program if asked and explain to them reasons for contacting you all for advice with their problem.

The staff has been very helpful with all my questions and concerns. I am glad this program is out there to help people in hard times and situations. My first initial contact person was very nice and informative. She was able to help me decide if this was something me and my husband wanted to do to help clear our debt.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been a very positive one. I received a phone call within minutes of filling out a short questionnaire online. The representative was very friendly, professional, and patient, as I had many, many questions. At my request he allowed me to think things over for 24 hrs, at which time he called me back. I did not feel hurried or pressured at all. I am anxious to be out of debt in a few short years, and to finally take control of my finances.

I had a great experience doing debt relief with National. At first we looked at a lot of different options like bankruptcy but debt relief seemed to be the better option for us at the time because our debt wasn't enough to justify bankruptcy. It was very easy to set up and their people informed us of what's going on, especially when we're ready to close out an account. They've been very honest and open with us. Everything has gone according to plan as they said it would.

I have credit card debts and National Debt Relief helped me on two of them so far. It's nice that they take smaller payments so I can still pay some other ones. They're very courteous and it definitely took a lot of stress off me. It's taken care of and it's just a matter of time before it's all gone so I'm glad of that. So far, so good.

When I signed up for the National Debt Relief program, I was really being sold on it. When I talked to the person who had to initiate me, she kept saying I was fine. I didn’t realize certain things about the company and I'd never done anything like this before. I thought it was a debt consolidation company, and I didn’t know what I was getting into. I was a little naive going into it and I didn’t pay attention to anything. I handed everything over to them thinking, “They're gonna take care of it. Please don’t call me.”

Communication with National is great. For the initial set up, they told me everything that's going to happen, which is good. However, I did have a frustrating moment where I wasn't informed that I should close my account with the bank, but we worked through that.

National Debt Relief has been fantastic. Anytime I had a question, I just call and they are more than willing to help and answer any questions. They've been really great at settling with our creditors and so we've been able to get good settlements at a payment we can afford each month. It takes the stress off. We had them to negotiate with anybody.

I was trying to take out a loan online to pay off some bills and then National Debt Relief came up. They spoke to me and I told them the situation and they said that that if I take out a loan it'll make things worse and that I'll get myself in deeper debt. They said that what I should do, even if it may damage my credit a little bit temporarily, is to consolidate. I had done that years ago and thought it was a good idea. I asked how much it's gonna cost, and it was affordable. So I decided to do that and am really happy that I did it because they have done a great job.

After discussing my debt with my account rep, I felt a sense of relief. Although I've been current with my accounts, but I felt I was drowning. I could barely keep up with my debts. Now I can't wait until my debts are cleared -- cut half the time by paying less interest than in years to come. Thanks NDR.

Igor answered my original call. He was very patient with my questions. Explained the program very well. He explained it very thoroughly. When I have called back with questions, he answered them immediately. I was very nervous about entering the program, but felt at ease at the conclusion of our conversation. He did not make me feel guilty for having the high bills, but helped me find a way to deal with them more effectively.

The application process with National Debt Relief was easy and the staff very helpful. I did everything online and the staff was there to answer any questions. They walked me through the whole application and was very patient since I type so slow.

I got into an accident and had a surgery. Then my husband was hospitalized and he had a surgery too. So we're out of jobs, even until now, and when I saw an online ad for National Debt Relief, I decided to click on it. Then I called them and the rep I worked with was so helpful, guided me through the procedure and sent me emails and updates. I like their service. It saves a lot. They also helped me and they're wonderful. I'm happy that I am able to chance upon them on the internet and had called them.

We were heading toward a path that we couldn't recover from our current situation if we didn't make some quick adjustments, and National Debt Relief was the one that seemed to best fit what we needed to do. I had plans to look into buying a house, a mortgage for my family so I was looking at a way on how to get out of debt and start over in life. I call in every month and a half to get an update or feedback on how everything's going and so far, everything is going well.

A friend of mine was enrolled with National Debt Relief and he talked about it and said it's a good company to enroll in. They're good in helping me out. I usually call them and ask what's going on and they reply through email, and I got an answer every time I had a question. The only thing that I didn't like was I got numerous calls from them asking me if I want to increase my monthly payment, but I told them the contract said that I'd be paying a fixed amount for a certain time. Then the last time that I called, I was told that I was told beforehand that my contract will end in two or three years, and now the girl said probably it's gonna be 5 years, so I said, "What happened?" I was not informed that it's gonna be for five years.

When I looked into this program, I was pretty apprehensive. However, my certified debt specialist assured me that everything would be OK and that I was on the right road to debt recovery. I would like to please acknowledge Noemi **. Without her dedication and knowledge about the program, I may have continued on the path that I was on. If you some sort of recognition program, please recognize my debt specialist Noemi.

I was very happy with the quick response to my needs. Earl is the gentleman with whom I am working. He made helpful suggestions and has been there every step of the way for me. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. The process was easy, fast and effective. Overall, I would say that I have had a really good experience.

My sister told me about National Debt Relief when I was looking for help with my enormous debt. Everybody there has been helpful. They explained everything clearly and they would call back, which is a novelty these days. The bills are getting lighter. It's been a fantastic experience and I'm really happy with them.

I got in a situation where I had to look for help, so I was looking at several companies that deal with relief help. I signed up with National Debt Relief and their service has been good. They were honest and they didn't know they were going to be doing that quickly but it's amazing that they were able to resolve 60% of my debt. I've had a chance to breathe and I was overwhelmed. Also, I'm paying less than half of what my minimum payments were and they promised me it will be paid off in four years. If I kept minimum payments, I'd still have the debt or probably higher. So it's given me a perspective that I'd be debt free in four years and that's a nice feeling. I still got 40% to go for this last six months but so far, so good.

The reps at National Debt Relief were really great. They told us they'd take a look at my debt and figure out what they could do and make some recommendations for how to get it paid down the quickest. They said, "We'll negotiate with everybody. Report all of your contact information to us and then the companies will just deal with us." It meant to sacrifice the consumer credit, which I no longer have, but it's been easy, relaxing, and stress-relieving. So far we've had zero calls from creditors. It's been wonderful.

Precise, friendly, to the point, what more could I ask for in a customer service representative. I am a retired business owner and I would love to have a replica of Ms. Kim **. I had payment struggle then and the amount that I was going to have to pay was ridiculous for the amount of time so I sought the help of National Debt Relief. I gave them my information, went through the normal steps of signing up, and they guided me through what to do next. Their staff has been really amazing to make sure that I have a full understanding of everything I need to know for the process. Every time I called in for assistance or questions, everybody’s been extremely helpful to make sure that all the information I was asking for was received immediately, which has been a really nice interaction for me. If I ever have any questions, they’re always right on top of it. About two years ago, I do not know when I was going to be able to get out of the credit card situation I was in. And now, hopefully in a few months, I’ll actually be done. So, it has definitely lifted a huge burden on my life.

I signed up with National Debt Relief a couple of years ago. Everything was explained very well and paper works went back and forth. A couple more months and I will be done with my debt. I've suffered from melanomas for the vast majority of my life since childhood and I've been in therapy for the last year and a half. Too many phone calls & too many different people calling me while I am at work when I asked not to be called during work hours. Also much repetition of the same items. While I understand that there are some people that need this kind of repetition, I do not and found it burdensome.

All employees gave prompt service, easy contact and availability, personal attention, and were patient with relating information and answering questions. Many of the doubts I had about enrolling were assuaged by their attention. I feel like any future questions and issues will be well attended.

That was a long phone call and a lot of information was put out there all at once but the process was explained as simply as possible and any questions I had were answered in a way that I could understand. I've only just signed up with NDR and so I'm still extremely worried about the whole thing. It worries me that no one contacts the credit card companies to let them know what's going on until there is enough money in your account to settle the bill. That could mean 6-8 months of no payments whatsoever to the credit card companies - YIKES!!!!! All the representatives that I spoke with were very nice and very knowledgeable.

National Debt Relief has been good so far. We seem to be moving in the right direction. The guy that helped set everything up was very detailed. He helped us through a couple of different scenarios and ran those. So that's a good thing. Their staff also called us right away when we were working on paying something off. I started my experience yesterday by filling out a short form on the internet with National Debt Relief (1/31/2017). Later in the day, I received a call from Paul **. He explained the program to me and took information from me to see if their program appeared to be suitable for me. He was personable and very knowledgeable. At the end of the call I agreed that I was very interested, and I agreed for Paul to call me back in the morning. This morning Paul answered my questions and then we filled out the necessary paperwork. Again, he was extremely helpful and professional! A little later, the Welcome Desk called and quickly reviewed the process making sure that I understood. I know that the process is just starting, but I am feeling profound relief that my debt is being handled, and that I will now be able to deal with my life in a much more normal way!!

There was a lot of legal verbiage given to me at one time so I am not quite sure I understand it all, but the process was simple and easy. The gentleman who first helped me sign up was very nice and tried to help me along during the long time of him having to go over the application with me. He tried to make it not as boring which was nice and unlike the Welcome Call girl who was like a machine telling me a lot of stuff and totally lost me.

I am very pleased with the experience. All the representatives are very cordial, respectful, helpful and professional, I was surprised as to how easy they made it for me. My credit cards' consolidation was a quick process and I am on my way to recovery now.

I was looking for student loans and was already struggling because of college. I originally signed up to get information and then I received a call like my welcome call. Basically, the representative answered all of my questions. Then, National Debt Relief sent me a budget, some things to find and I just now make the monthly payments. I'm pretty happy, the payments made my life easier. It's like a one-time lump sum payment and it's nice to be able to see my loan shrink. They were also very informative and knew what they were doing.

And then within the next 24 to 48 hours, I was totally set up. They made the payments easier because I only have to pay one person versus two, three or four. NDR was able to do negotiations with my creditors that I wasn’t able to do. I had one instance where my negotiation actually cut the total amount that I ended up paying them in more than half. And if I have gone to that agency and tried to negotiate, I don’t believe I would have been that successful. My credit has been completely screwed over, but the amount that I’m actually paying out to the creditors is significantly less. But they need to get in the habit of leaving voicemails because I screen most of my calls. Other than that, it’s been pretty good overall.

Everyone doesn't pretend like they have all the answers. If someone doesn’t have it, they make sure that I speak to somebody that knows how to give me the answer instead of trying to make stuff up. It was a good experience up to a point that I end up in a hardship. So I asked National Debt Relief to close the program but they said, they’ll put me on hold and we’ll see what happens in December. But they went ahead and withdrew $400 and some dollars leaving my account a negative $90, putting me in a difficult situation. It is my fault, to a certain extent, because I should’ve called. But my understanding was that we were going to talk, but it didn’t happen that way. I called them and they could not help me. They said they cannot do anything and they're going to have to drop me from the system. But, I will still recommend them to someone. People will just need to clarify very well and that National Debt Relief has to call them before doing anything so these kinds of issues don't come up.

I had very good interactions with the National Debt Relief representatives. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Aside from a few very small hiccups along the way, it's been 90% like perfect and no flaw. There had been a couple of times when we've had some miscommunication. Otherwise, everyone has been super professional and very good. They have helped us get our debt from unexpected medical bills under control and be able to really move past stuff that we would still be paying on and almost have still balance left if we hadn’t have done it.
