Great customer service. They do exactly what they agree and really seem to care about you as a client. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone that finds themselves in any hardship situation as I did. Bad situations happen to good people sometimes and this is the best way out of debt.

It took 4 months to finally get one creditor to agree to a settlement. No communication from NDR from the day I enrolled until then. Would be nice to get at least a canned e-mail stating that it can take up to 4 months. Otherwise, I am please with the first settlement.

During enrolment, I was a little nervous about it but after everything calms down on my nerves, everything went pretty smooth. At first I was really worried, but I went through consumer reporting and found that it was not a scam. The enrollment process was easy. They called me and I gave them all the information. After I got things set up, I wasn’t getting into my account, so NDR helped me do that and handled everything. The reps explained the process and the settlement amount and they're very knowledgeable, not pushy. Plus, they don’t do anything unless I agree on it. I haven’t had to worry about anything except to agree or disagree on the settlement.

I was trying to combine all of my credit card bills and make one lump sum to get them paid off and went with National Debt Relief for the things they could do compared to the other companies. The enrollment process was really easy. I did the majority of it online, they called me back immediately and it all went from there. The first representative whom I spoke to was really nice and they explained things well but every time I call in, I get somebody different. But NDR has helped because my bills are not increasing interest to make my bill and my monthly payments even higher. Also, they've started settling debts and hopefully, I can get everything paid off in a couple of months or years and start fresh.

National Debt Relief is really helpful and friendly. They hear my concern and they work with me. They showed me what they were going to do and what their plan was. Each time they start with one creditor, they let me know. They just take up the money on the times when they’re supposed to take it. I started with them in October and my only concern is with this one creditor who called me and told me what National Debt Relief told them. I found out with them that the amount was too low for them to pay. National Debt Relief asked me to put this on my lease. We already talked about it and they know, so I don’t know if they wanted me to make a payment. I just told the creditor that I would inquire about it. I didn’t call them though, but after that, everything was okay. NDR is doing a good job.

I was overwhelmed with so many small payments on so many different accounts. National Debt Relief taking it over and handling that part while we just pay them a lump every paycheck was what clinched it for us to use them. Plus, they have better reviews than another company. We knew that one way or another, it was going to cost us in the long run. This way, it's actually going to cost us less because of the amount that they're saving us on each account. In the long run, it's better.

National Debt Relief’s negotiator gave me all the information I needed. They got one of my cards paid off and there is two more. Everything has been going smooth but things went a little weird when one of my credit cards got moved to a debt collection agency and NDR wouldn’t work with them. So, I tried getting them both on the phone at the same time but NDR wouldn’t talk to them. I felt something was fishy and I’m going to find out in the end if NDR is worth it.

I was in debt and NDR sounded the most reliable for debt consolidation. It's been around for a while and I saw some good reviews. I spoke with them a few times before I made the decision and they made me feel comfortable. The enrollment process was very involved and very detailed. It took a long time but they didn’t leave any of my questions unanswered. Most of the time, the reps have been very knowledgeable. However, I spoke with two different people and they didn’t get back to me on two occasions. It took a couple of weeks and I'm still in the process of resolving it. But the last person I spoke to finally gave me the answers that I needed and I'm hoping to get it resolved. Other than that, I didn’t feel like I was talking to a used car salesman.

NDR had a clear path to debt relief. They were offering 24 to 48 months for that relief path and that appealed to me. It has worked great and I’m still with the program. So far, they’ve been able to resolve four creditors. I like the feedback and the simplicity of the website. I can go there with one click and check what’s happening. I also get feedback by email and if there is anything that I need to know, someone calls me and I really appreciate it. We have an open conversation when they call. They’re doing a great job. When they call me, they have a settlement already and we discuss it a bit and then approve or otherwise. Usually, they come up with the plan and they are great. The cost is delayed until everything has been paid off. I put money in the savings account and then they settle some accounts, and it keeps on going like that. National Debt Relief took care of my life. It’s a 5-star service and I’ll recommend it to anyone.

I looked National Debt Relief up and I did some research on them, they appeared to be a good company. They negotiated some credit card debt for me and the enrollment process took about an hour. I faxed some papers back and forth and it was nothing too hard to do. I am about a fifth of the way through the program and they have settled two out of five of our debts so far. The payment plan that we have requested worked out good. I had no problems with them and any time we have had a question, they answered it. The program is going to save us some money, so I’m happy with that NDR is a very good company to work with.

National Debt Relief has been very helpful, and I'm thankful that our communication is good. We've been doing our credit card debt settlement with them for almost a year. They are doing a great job and it has eased our stress for our situation. Our negotiator has been very good. We make our payments twice a month, and we have it on the fifth and the twentieth of the month. And we negotiated with that because it's better for us to pay half-half on our monthly payment. I'm very happy.

National Debt Relief is negotiating my debt and I’m paying one monthly payment. The timeframe they gave me was forty-eight months and now I’m about six months in the program. They have lowered some of my payments. Their reps were all pleasant and any question I had, they answered it. Everything that I asked was done and I’m very comfortable with them. The payment plan they gave was good and it's easy to make the payment. The program seems very beneficial and I will recommend them.

I got a divorce and so I had all that debt on me. The process with National Debt Relief took four hours on the phone and then a couple of days before it was finalized. So far, they're doing fine, but I don't think they're calling my creditors fast enough because I keep getting calls and letters from my creditors. I assumed that once I start with NDR, they would call all my creditors stating that they're in charge of it so the creditors would leave me alone, but that didn’t happen. They only call me when they're going to settle a bill. And the way that I understand it is that I have seven different debt people and as I paid those off, then I'd be done paying. Overall, they're awesome and I'd recommend National Debt Relief.

I would recommend National Debt Relief. They are a good group to work with. When I googled the best debt relief company, I read some good reviews on NDR so I used them since I was looking at consolidating some debt. I used their services to negotiate my debt down to a lower premium that I can afford. During the enrollment, they had me compile all of the most recent bills associated with the different credit lines or the people I'm indebted too. I scanned the bills over and sent it to them then they put together a plan and restarted drafting out of my bank account every couple of weeks. Then, they did all the negotiating on my behalf.

I had a lot of debts and when I signed up for National Debt Relief's debt settlement program, I had my own person assigned to me. He walked me through the enrollment process and everything was sent electronically and signed through electronic signatures. I told them what I needed to be around and they let me know whether or not it would work or if I was completely out of my mind. It was a give and take type of situation. They had my monthly payment fit in to my budget and if I need to move a date, it's really easy to do on their portal. When I have questions, I call their negotiator and they always get with me.

I was busy out of a job and was unable to just get rid of my credit card payments so I sought help from National Debt Relief. Enrolling was quick and easy. I called a gentleman. He was pretty detailed with his explanation and went through a plan with me on how soon the debt will be paid off with National Debt Relief as opposed to if I decide to stay and just pay my credit card payment.

It was easy enrolling with National Debt Relief. They are good and so far, it’s been working for me. I get a statement every now and then but they could keep a little more in touch so I know where I stand.

I love National Debt Relief. My debt-to-income ratio was very high and so I was looking to consolidate my credit and get it back to what it should be instead of what it is. I was doing some online research and they were rated number one and so I went with them to alleviate some of the debt that I have. I had to show them my credit report and then show them my bills to what I make and it was considered I'm paying more out in bills than what I'm making. I had to write a letter and I gave them the letter and then from the letter they were able to start consolidating my bills.

National Debt Relief could handle for me all the credit debt and loan I have at once and they had good communication from the get-go. The rep was nice and very informative. With any email I sent to him, he would get back to me within an hour at most. Even when I called and left a message, he would return my phone call almost immediately.

I like National Debt Relief's ratings and the way that they worked with me, like their customer services. They went into real details to explain to us everything that we need to know, like it will take us a certain amount of years if we do it ourselves paying all the interests and our credit cards, and over ten years to pay out everything. But with them, it will take us no more than two and a half years. They also answered questions if we have them. The negotiators have done a loan and two credit cards in a span of six months. I'm really grateful that that's going down and they're really helping me a lot. Cost seems pretty fair. They're doing basically all the heavy lifting. If my friends were in debt like me, I will send them straight to National Debt Relief, no question asked, 100%.

I went from two incomes to one and there was a lot of credit card debt that I couldn’t meet anymore at that point. I tried a title loan on my car and that just made it worse. National Debt Relief's name sounded familiar, and I only saw overwhelmingly positive reviews about them. They also had the Better Business Bureau certification and that made me feel a bit more comfortable than with some of the other credit advisory companies. There's a lot of talk about scams with other companies, and I didn’t see any of that with NDR. I gave them a call and started with the program.

National Debt Relief has nice customer service and they are polite and easy going people, but I was concerned about the high fees that they charged me and I didn't understand it. I did two payments of 500 and 650 dollars. They paid my debt collector 50 dollars each and then they charged me 550 dollars upfront. I owe Chase Cars 2000 and they’re sending me a settlement for 1800. National Debt will charge me a thousand dollars for that. I also had a settlement with American Express, Bank of America and Capital One. I used to pay them 75 dollars every month and I thought National Debt Relief will help me out with that, but I figured out I can’t pay all this money for them. I will just call my collectors again and I will go ahead with all settlements that I have if they can do that.

I needed too much money to declare bankruptcy and National Debt Relief was the first thing that popped up on the internet that was decent for a debt settlement. Signing up with them was very simple. It only took less than half an hour. We had a list of all my debts, they pulled my credit report and set up a plan for me. It's a tight plan that they have, but they're always very kind, positive, and helpful. I like their overall customer service. So far, I’ve eliminated almost a quarter of my debt. The fee was a little steep, but they also handle all the calls. For what it costs, it's about the same if I would've done it myself, but it's just nice to have them handle my debts for me. I only have six months since I started this and it resulted in a lot less stress in my life on a daily basis. I'm pretty happy with NDR.

I’m on a fixed income and I’ve got enough income that I would be able to pay off my debts. I could pay the principal, but then the interest that would add on to each account would be growing. That got me interested in NDR otherwise, I was making the minimum payment, and the debt was still going up. I had one company tell me that they weren’t legit, which I didn’t believe. When I went online, it was debtrefief.gov, and I’ve got notification from them which was debtrelief.com, which I didn’t understand why it changed from .gov to .com.

I had to close a business since the mall I was in went bankrupt. And when it closed, I was overwhelmed by debt. Now I'm doing a debt liquidation program with National Debt Relief, their sales pitch got to me better than everybody else’s. They’re all great and so far, they’re helping me close out my debts just as quickly as I can and negotiate to reduce my debt with my credit card holders and still pay good on my debt without having to file for bankruptcy. I’ve only been in there six months and I'm paying monthly. We’ve already got two creditors cleared off. Hopefully, we’ll add the others real quick. Working with National has reduced my stress.

I was accumulating debt. I called NDR and one of their reps answered. He asked me questions and I told him what was going on. I want to go for the program and they asked me about how much I owed and my credit cards. They settled a lot of debt for me. However, they called me and asked me if I wanted to get a loan. For the most part, the experience has been fine. I started in June and they have only settled two out of all my things. It has put me in the bind right now but I do know that once they start paying stuff off, it will get better.

I got a consolidation form National Debt Relief due to an unexpected financial situation. I read through their website and information, and it seemed to me that it was somewhat better than the other ones that I have been familiar with. I completed all the paperwork, including a listing of which debts I wanted to include in the consolidation program. The negotiator seemed to be very knowledgeable. He initially contacted me and discussed whether or not some certain debts could be approved. He was very efficient in reviewing the debts, telling me which would be automatically excluded because I’m under the program guidelines they didn’t qualify, and the process went pretty rapidly.

I needed help getting back on the right track financially. I have talked to other people who have been in the same predicament and National Debt Relief came highly recommended. National Debt handled pretty much everything. What stuff I did have to do, they walked me through it and they made me feel like somebody cared and it wasn't all my fault. We didn’t read the fine print that after such and such the interest and all those stuff was gonna go through the roof and we hit that point with our credit cards and that’s what nailed us. They told us that we are by far not the only family that’s ever hit that point. I was ashamed of the fact that we let things go the way they did and they would say, “You don’t have to be that way. It happens. That’s why we’re here. We’re gonna help you get this taken care of”

Their reps have been very helpful. They send me a lot of emails and they call me when there’s any new updates, so it’s been simple. Now I don’t have to be paying 20 different banks. I just have to pay one that covers everything. They got the job done and I have no complaints.

National Debt had a good grade with the National Business Bureau and I also had heard a lot of good things about it. I had a lot of debt and was having a very difficult time paying it off. I reached out to them and we’re just at the beginning of the program but they're doing a really good job so far. The enrolment process was easy. I talked to them and viewed our accounts. National Debt's negotiators were very knowledgeable. I really like the company and how good they’ve been with us and I feel like they’re helping us out.

I had credit card bills due to an on-the-job injury. I went on the internet and National Debt Relief had a high rating. I called them up over a year ago and the enrollment process was smooth. I didn’t have any problems. They said they could help me and worked out what I could afford to pay a month. You always wish it could be more but you do what you can. Everybody was helpful and my experience with National Debt Relief has been fine. I'm about a year in out of 42 months. They’re keeping my creditors off my back and settling on a reduced amount, keeping me out of debtor’s person.

I've got friends and family who used them and said they had a positive experience. I just finished grad school and I'm teaching. But if you don’t get to teach a summer class you don’t get a paycheck for three months. Even though I got a class, my entire summer pay became equal to what I would make in one month. I got five different creditors who I was working with and it took more time than I was comfortable with for NDR to come up with the numbers that they could agree on with the creditors. I could barely request for it to speed up so it was a weight off that things started to kick in recently and that two of the creditors had agreed to a number.

I was in debt and and National Debt Relief negotiated the debt settlement. The representatives have been great, except for a couple occasions when I had asked them to postpone a payment but I ended up not getting them anyway and it caused some overdraft. The cost has been good in comparison to the quality of service and the payment plan has been reasonable. The last settlement that they negotiated for me was a Chase account and Chase was playing hardball and wanted things structured in a certain way. But at the end of the day, National brought a $13,000 debt down to about $3,000 so I can't really argue too much with them. National Debt Relief has impacted my life for the better. Others should give them a call and see what they can do for them.

I'm on their 3-year debt settlement program and the enrollment was easy and was done on the same day. Their people have been very friendly and they've made everything clear. Their price is also reasonable considering they're doing all the work to reduce what we owe. Even with the cost of what I have to pay them, it's still a bit less than having to continue to pay how it was. My credit took a ding and I knew that was going to happen but it's slowly going back up. I'm almost done with the first year and it has now forced me not rely on credit card anymore. Do your research and make sure NDR is the company you go with.

I have a lot of debt and it was getting very tight. I just filled out some of my information online, then somebody called me back, and then just talked about my case on the phone, then they helped me to set up everything. It only took a couple of days. The customer service agent named Gaber was very nice, and he helped me to start it. I started in July of 2016 and it will not be done yet until July 2018, so I am halfway done already. Everything is going well right now, but, in the middle, somebody did not understand what I was saying. I have two credit cards, and they transfer my balance to Citibank because they changed my credit card from Costco. I had some troubles on that, but it is fine right now. Also, they can't cover all my debt too.
