So far, so good. Too early to tell, as we just signed up. We'll see how things go as time progresses and we start to get nasty collection calls and letters. Hopefully all will work out as planned!!! Will provide another review in a year or two, and as this moves along. We're quite concerned about our credit record, so will try to pay this off ASAP!!!

I signed up for this program through the Internet, after completion of information needed I submitted through the Internet and received a follow-up call within an hour with a Debt Specialist. The Debt Specialist was very courteous, understanding and made me feel better about myself. I had been struggling for months, never behind on any of my credit card or personal loan bills and found the courage to proceed with National Debt Relief program. After completion of necessary forms that needed to be filled out, I was approved and then I received a Welcome Call from Customer Service.

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the program. I am just still worried about the fee and how it comes out. I was told it would be by percentage of the total, not each settlement. I am so hopeful that this program works and I will be debt free soon.

I have too much credit card debt so I decided to seek the help of National Debt Relief. My first call with them was exceptional. They explained the way it worked and how much time it takes to get me off situated, and they've estimated two years. So far, I've been working with them for about six months now. They've taken out a lot of stress off of me and the payments that they've set up were working fine. In fact, they've settled a couple of the credit card cases for me already. Overall, they're quick and they have exceptional customer service.

My bills were getting out of hand and National Debt Relief has helped out tremendously. Working with them is very easy to do and the people are very easy to work with. I've dealt with Gary the most and he was very helpful, kind and concerned with my situation. Also, I don't feel as anxious and stressed out. I wanted to clear some debt on my account and looking to buy a home soon, so I looked into relief help. I went with National Debt Relief and my experience so far has been good. Everyone was friendly and they really made me understand what was going on and what their role was.

I didn't want to go into debt and bankruptcy was the least thing I wanted. I needed debt relief help, so I looked into it. I signed up for the services of National Debt Relief about a year ago. The rep was very friendly and compassionate, and said, "We're here to help you." He explained everything thoroughly. He said, "We get all your information, run your credit, and see how much debt you are in. We can save you about 25% or up to 50%. We will help you manage what we need to do. We have a third party bank that the money goes in. Then we draw from the money that's accumulated in that separate bank account. It is your money all the time. You can quit the program whenever you want and there's no penalty in that." I like that. It was nice and sounded good. The other thing that I like was that they were registered with the Better Business Bureau, so they are legitimate.

I shopped a few different debt settlement companies and my interactions with National Debt Relief appeared to be the most promising. They would do what they actually said that they would do so in that sense I had to follow through. I also looked at its rating on the Better Business Bureau and found that it was the top-rated available. I did call and inquire to get information. The staff is very polite and they're always willing to explain things to me when I'm not exactly very well-minded in economic policies. They have always walked me through it very patiently.

I was getting close to paying off one of my vehicles and I always wanted to get a brand new vehicle but with my credit score being where it was at, I wasn't gonna get approved anywhere. I wanted to fix it so I googled how to fix my credit and National Debt Relief was the first one to pop up. I looked into it, gave them a call, and asked what I needed to do and how it works. I wanted to be on safe side and they never judged me on the questions I asked. They always answered questions and always made me feel good about working with them. They explained to me how it works that I pay every time I get paid and it eventually builds up money and then they will start settling some of the stuff that's on my credit. It was real easy and I didn't have to pay money upfront. They were taking it out of my check automatically as I went, which was a good thing for me and what I like the most. I don't have to sit, log in and go and pay a bill.

The people at National Debt Relief were extremely helpful, very attentive, and in fact excellent in every way. Working with National Debt Relief helped improve our life. The only real way is giving the money away, but we'll be out of debt in less than two years from now. It's going to save us around $30,000 so it's been fantastic.

National Debt Relief was able to help me resolve some of my debts and we're still in the process of it. They're usually pretty friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have if I call them for any. Everything's good so far.

National Debt Relief is great with settling claims and the overall payments. I worked with them because of the amount of payments I was making and how much debt I owed. Their staff members always seem to be focused on what's going on, why I'm calling and always try to make sure they're answering any question I might have. They have very good customer service and they're great in getting me out of debt.

I looked through the different companies online to get help with my credit and National Debt Relief showed up. They have very good reviews. My credit was fantastic but for eight months, I had to take care of my dad so I was behind all loans for medical bills. I want to pay my debt but I couldn't because it was too much. NDR submitted a program and they said it's going to be 48 months. I have six months to add if I want to add any debt. Then we agreed on an amount to pay monthly. Whenever I call their staff, they called me back. They got me three settlements so I know they're working. So far I'm happy but these things take time. For me to see the results, it's going to be at least a year.

I had bills that were getting out of hand so I started to go with one place but I found out about National Debt Relief and then switched because they had a better plan for me. At that time they were the best place to go. Everybody's been really polite and I've had really good help so far. When I've had to skip payments as I had kept pricey doctor's appointments for my back, they've been very nice about allowing me to do that. I wish there were more options to move it further out as there's a lot of situations now that I'm running into but so far everything's been really good with National Debt Relief.

I strongly suggest that you send agreement documents and others, which contain sensitive information including Name & address, Social Security No., DOB, and bank account number, in a password-protected file. This would assure the document if sent by mistake to a wrong address, cannot be viewed by a third party.

But so far, it hasn't been so good and that's what they said, that right now it won't be so good but give it time and it will get better. Apart from that, they're a good company.

My job gave me a big pay cut so I couldn’t afford to deal with my debt anymore, so I had to seek the help of National Debt Relief. Some of their reps were very helpful and some were not. In fact, in my call before my last call with them, I asked for some information and the guy didn’t seem he wanted to help out at all. He gave a brief run-through of a script he was reading. I’ve had a couple of calls that way. A lot of my calls has a little run-around. Either some of the information wasn’t thrown out or either I forgot it, or I didn’t understand it when I first went through it all. For instance, they said there were negotiation fees but they didn’t really break it down when I first went through it. So the negotiation fees ended up more than I expected.

I researched National Debt Relief out of several listings of debt settlement companies then looked them up and contacted them. I gave them a listing of all my creditors and they looked up my credit report and we came to a structured payment agreement based on the number of creditors that I can put into the program. From there, we decided how much I can afford to pay monthly to pay off those creditors and so we set up a certain amount that would come out of my checking account bi-weekly. Then whenever they reach a settlement arrangement, they contact me by email and phone call and ask me if I want to settle with a creditor based on the settlement amount that they were able to get for me.

My girlfriend lost her job and we had some expenses that we didn't know that came up. We were doing okay for a while but then our payments got behind and we couldn’t catch up. The rep from National Debt Relief set everything up and she was nice about it. They had some settlements and they let us know what was settled. Working with them has helped a little bit but it's a slow process. Hopefully, within the four years, it will get a lot better. Our debt was large and I know it takes some time but I wish it would be faster. Other than that, our experience with them has been fine.

I've had telephone and email contact, and now I have access to a page to monitor how everything is being broken down. One time I got called out and they said that they have a debtor that has agreed to settle but in addition to all the monthly payments I've been making, they need x number of dollars right then in order to settle. That was out of the blue with no warning. I also don't hear a lot from them. Overall I hope that everything works out in the three-year time span that they've laid out. They're taking money from me every month and all I can do is hope that they're doing what they're supposed to do but I'm happy to know that somebody's helping and I'd absolutely recommend them.

My experience with East Coast office was less than pleasurable. Their office welcome center was hard to get hold of and I was not advised they close before customer service. In spite of my complaint and request for assistance I was not offered an appointment time convenient for me. I called the welcome center number today after 6pm PST and was able to speak to the welcome center only to find out you have a Las Vegas office that stays open later. I wish I had known this before. My experience with Jimmy in the Las Vegas welcome center was very well.

The few times that I called National Debt Relief, they were very helpful especially that they notify me in different ways, if an arrangement has been done, and what is going to be the conditions of the arrangement, and if they might approve it. The only thing is that the process is slow. Setting up an arrangement with each vendor is taking too long and it really depends on the consolidation company making that. But other than that, everything is going fine. The consolidation is really working for me. It's helping me go through my hardships. Also, communication has been on time and it's been working great.

I had a little bit of trouble in getting started with National Debt Relief's program because I had to pay two months at once. We owed so many debts and credit cards, but so far it's been pretty good. I'll recommend it.

When I was maxed out on my credit cards and VA disability, I called National Debt Relief. After I talked to one person, immediately, the ball was rolling. That person definitely knew the job and had a really good business and education, and that's the doorway opening. National helped me out a bunch. Anytime I call, I'm only on hold for 20 seconds. When the VA stopped my pay for a couple of months, I was able to call them and pull out money from my savings account and they were able to move the money around so that I'd still able to pay off my debt. And whenever I have the extra money, I just send it straight to them. I call them and they pull it right off my account. Other than my mortgage, I will be debt-free eight months from now. If I'd done it through the conventional ways, I'd be swimming in debt for the next six years, at least. I'd recommend them to anyone who has a lot of credit card debt. I had a great time with National and I would do it again.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been a very positive one. I received a phone call within minutes of filling out a short questionnaire online. The representative was very friendly, professional, and patient, as I had many, many questions. At my request he allowed me to think things over for 24 hrs, at which time he called me back. I did not feel hurried or pressured at all. I am anxious to be out of debt in a few short years, and to finally take control of my finances.

When I signed up for the National Debt Relief program, I was really being sold on it. When I talked to the person who had to initiate me, she kept saying I was fine. I didn’t realize certain things about the company and I'd never done anything like this before. I thought it was a debt consolidation company, and I didn’t know what I was getting into. I was a little naive going into it and I didn’t pay attention to anything. I handed everything over to them thinking, “They're gonna take care of it. Please don’t call me.”

A friend of mine was enrolled with National Debt Relief and he talked about it and said it's a good company to enroll in. They're good in helping me out. The only thing that I didn't like was I got numerous calls from them asking me if I want to increase my monthly payment, but I told them the contract said that I'd be paying a fixed amount for a certain time. I've suffered from melanomas for the vast majority of my life since childhood and I've been in therapy for the last year and a half. Since I wasn’t able to work and my work history was erratic, the debt came to a substantial amount to the point where something just needed to be done. The people at National Debt Relief were very helpful, answered all my questions and were very direct about how the process worked. So far, the experience has made things a bit easier. It has allowed us to work on paying some of our other debts and given us a bit more money so we can live a little easier.

I signed up with National Debt Relief a couple of years ago. Everything was explained very well and paper works went back and forth. A couple more months and I will be done with my debt. Too many phone calls & too many different people calling me while I am at work when I asked not to be called during work hours. Also much repetition of the same items. While I understand that there are some people that need this kind of repetition, I do not and found it burdensome.

All employees gave prompt service, easy contact and availability, personal attention, and were patient with relating information and answering questions. Many of the doubts I had about enrolling were assuaged by their attention. I feel like any future questions and issues will be well attended.

That was a long phone call and a lot of information was put out there all at once but the process was explained as simply as possible and any questions I had were answered in a way that I could understand. I definitely feel like I made a well informed decision and am relieved that I went through with this process.

Cheryl ** completed the welcome call with me and was very friendly and reviewed the program and agreement with me thoroughly. My experience with both representatives was excellent and I would definitely recommend this company to a friend if there were considering to consolidate their debt. On my way to a debt free life and although it is a scary process in that I have never been late on paying a bill and have been in good standing, paying the minimum amount each month is getting me nowhere!
