The only issue I have is that you provide too much information over the phone which makes it very difficult to observe and digest. No person can get so much information in such a short period of time and remember everything he had heard, especially older people, (like me). I think you need to develop a shorter version to use over the phone, and train your representatives to talk a little bit slower.

I was very nervous about doing this but was impressed by the friendly people that I have dealt with. I had to ask Karee to slow down a couple of times but she did. It was a little difficult to understand the second girl (couldn't catch her name), but she repeated when I asked her to. All in all, the experience was easy and I was comfortable doing this.

I reached out because I needed help. They did my intake and welcome call, they had it set up to take the 252.00 out of my account on 2/3/17. A week later no word from anyone, so I emailed a couple times. Finally got an answer. Then I get an email everyday from Jared **, no one told me about to sign this paper, I do not because I know that they will take the money out. 3 weeks later instead of next scheduled date, I emailed Jared **, asked him not to take out till next scheduled date march 3rd. Well they took out the 252.00 and now with that I'm 365.00 overdrafted with fees and amount!!! How is this helping!!! It's not. ** fix it now!!! I'm cancelling!!!

We are only able to pay the minimum amount on our debt. We were constantly paying and not going anywhere. Then life happened, I needed to help my parents out, and I had to look for other things. The Debt Specialist was very courteous, understanding and made me feel better about myself. After completion of necessary forms that needed to be filled out, I was approved and then I received a Welcome Call from Customer Service.

You can quit the program whenever you want and there's no penalty in that." I like that. It was nice and sounded good. The other thing that I like was that they were registered with the Better Business Bureau, so they are legitimate.

I shopped a few different debt settlement companies and my interactions with National Debt Relief appeared to be the most promising. They would do what they actually said that they would do so in that sense I had to follow through. I also looked at its rating on the Better Business Bureau and found that it was the top-rated available. I did call and inquire to get information. The staff is very polite and they're always willing to explain things to me when I'm not exactly very well-minded in economic policies. They have always walked me through it very patiently.

The people at National Debt Relief were extremely helpful, very attentive, and in fact excellent in every way. Working with National Debt Relief helped improve our life. The only real way is giving the money away, but we'll be out of debt in less than two years from now. It's going to save us around $30,000 so it's been fantastic.

I looked through the different companies online to get help with my credit and National Debt Relief showed up. They have very good reviews. My credit was fantastic but for eight months, I had to take care of my dad so I was behind all loans for medical bills. I want to pay my debt but I couldn't because it was too much. NDR submitted a program and they said it's going to be 48 months. I have six months to add if I want to add any debt. Then we agreed on an amount to pay monthly. Whenever I call their staff, they called me back. They got me three settlements so I know they're working. So far I'm happy but these things take time. For me to see the results, it's going to be at least a year.

I wanted to pay down my debt and my experience with National Debt Relief was pretty much straightforward. They talked to me about the program and how it works. Then they let me decide how long I wanted to be in the program, sent over the contracts, and let me know what each page is about. They walked me through the process as it was the first time I ever did something such as this. I've been trying to just pay my debt but they took me by the hand and they really care. I remember one bank treated me like a criminal telling me I gotta pay and they took care of it so they really looked out for my interest. I'm not being hassled. There are things that have been paid off and a couple of accounts left. It's made a difference instead of going the regular route so this was definitely a better option.

My job gave me a big pay cut so I couldn’t afford to deal with my debt anymore, so I had to seek the help of National Debt Relief. Some of their reps were very helpful and some were not. In fact, in my call before my last call with them, I asked for some information and the guy didn’t seem he wanted to help out at all. He gave a brief run-through of a script he was reading. I’ve had a couple of calls that way. A lot of my calls has a little run-around. Either some of the information wasn’t thrown out or either I forgot it, or I didn’t understand it when I first went through it all. For instance, they said there were negotiation fees but they didn’t really break it down when I first went through it. So the negotiation fees ended up more than I expected.

I researched National Debt Relief out of several listings of debt settlement companies then looked them up and contacted them. I gave them a listing of all my creditors and they looked up my credit report and we came to a structured payment agreement based on the number of creditors that I can put into the program. From there, we decided how much I can afford to pay monthly to pay off those creditors and so we set up a certain amount that would come out of my checking account bi-weekly. Then whenever they reach a settlement arrangement, they contact me by email and phone call and ask me if I want to settle with a creditor based on the settlement amount that they were able to get for me.

The reps at National Debt Relief were wonderful. Everything went step-by-step and it was nice. They told me how they were going to do it and that they're going to take care of it. But so far, it hasn't been so good and that's what they said, that right now it won't be so good but give it time and it will get better. Apart from that, they're a good company.

My girlfriend lost her job and we had some expenses that we didn't know that came up. We were doing okay for a while but then our payments got behind and we couldn’t catch up. I've had telephone and email contact, and now I have access to a page to monitor how everything is being broken down. One time I got called out and they said that they have a debtor that has agreed to settle but in addition to all the monthly payments I've been making, they need x number of dollars right then in order to settle. That was out of the blue with no warning. I also don't hear a lot from them. Overall I hope that everything works out in the three-year time span that they've laid out. They're taking money from me every month and all I can do is hope that they're doing what they're supposed to do but I'm happy to know that somebody's helping and I'd absolutely recommend them.

I called the welcome center number today after 6pm PST and was able to speak to the welcome center only to find out you have a Las Vegas office that stays open later. I wish I had known this before. The few times that I called National Debt Relief, they were very helpful especially that they notify me in different ways, if an arrangement has been done, and what is going to be the conditions of the arrangement, and if they might approve it. The only thing is that the process is slow. Setting up an arrangement with each vendor is taking too long and it really depends on the consolidation company making that. But other than that, everything is going fine. The consolidation is really working for me. It's helping me go through my hardships. Also, communication has been on time and it's been working great.

I did a little bit of research and I liked the reviews for National Debt Relief. I saw their A-plus rating and that looked like they are reputable. I talked to them and they answered all my questions and weren't hesitant about answering them. Communication has been great every step of the way and they let me know where we're at and what they're doing. Plus, they still check in even if there is nothing to say. It's been a great and awesome experience working with them and it takes the tension off of me and all the overwhelming feeling. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I had a little bit of trouble in getting started with National Debt Relief's program because I had to pay two months at once. We owed so many debts and credit cards, but so far it's been pretty good. I'll recommend it.

When I was maxed out on my credit cards and VA disability, I called National Debt Relief. After I talked to one person, immediately, the ball was rolling. That person definitely knew the job and had a really good business and education, and that's the doorway opening. National helped me out a bunch. Anytime I call, I'm only on hold for 20 seconds. When the VA stopped my pay for a couple of months, I was able to call them and pull out money from my savings account and they were able to move the money around so that I'd still able to pay off my debt. And whenever I have the extra money, I just send it straight to them. I call them and they pull it right off my account. Other than my mortgage, I will be debt-free eight months from now. If I'd done it through the conventional ways, I'd be swimming in debt for the next six years, at least. I'd recommend them to anyone who has a lot of credit card debt. I had a great time with National and I would do it again.

The person was very nice and explained well. I would recommend to others, and, this will help me bounce back and get back the right way. Before I called National Debt Relief I was lost and unsure of where I needed to be. I'm happy to have made the move to fix my credit.

I signed up with National Debt Relief in November and they've already resolved a lot of my debt and my credit score has gone up. They're great and they've made my life better. I'm happy with my experience and I've recommended them to a couple of people.

With National Debt Relief, I have paid off my highest debt. Their communication to help and talk to me has been fantastic. Creditors always called me and when I got sued, I called National Debt Relief and they talked to my creditors about it. It was a pain having a company like National pull my finances every two weeks, but it has helped me since they dealt with the communication with my creditors and I don't have to worry about making individual payments to various places.

I called National Debt Relief to find out some information and they got back to me. They sent me a pamphlet of what to say to my creditors if they're harassing. They also told me everything that I needed to know regarding the financial and what I would be paying ahead of time. So far, they've been really good and I'm very happy.

I need help, my Capital One pay for long time I cannot get head it. Fee and interest charged too high. I stop used card Capital One in January, all pay up. Tell Capital One not sent me application form than did in November get more money from me.
