I just wish there were more flexible terms and dynamic rates. I have already recommended two more people who have signed up and already started in the program earlier today to also get debt free hopefully in a timely manner and pain-free.

When I called I did not feel pressured to make a decision right away. My debt consultant was great! She made my concerns be a ease. I'm happy I chose National Debt Relief. I feel stress free for now. Now I can focus on what really important for me and my family.

Very confident employees and covered everything very clearly and made me feel very comfortable and took a lot of worries off my mind. I am looking forward to getting the debt resolved and live a non stressful life. I think the program is great and will help improve my life.

I was drowning in debt and my credit rating was tanked. I wanted to pay the bills but I couldn't do it all on my own. I was searching for help and read about National Debt Relief. Their team walked me through everything and talked me through the whole process. I spoke the other day with one of their reps about a bill that I was wondering if they were going to pay for me and that has been since taken care of. I was pretty desperate for help when I called because I felt like I was drowning in debt - Chris ** quickly made me feel like there was a way out of my situation - he was very professional and I fell I made a good choice.

He assured me that I can always call him or if he wasn't currently available I could call the customer service number and I will always be helped. My initial contact with this process to eliminate debt was very scary and overwhelming. The agent that first contacted me with the initials J.F., was very comforting and reassuring. I was at ease at less overwhelmed after our first interview.

My Certified Debt Specialist was awesome!!! She responds quickly and with direct answers and information. I asked, she answered. This is my 2nd time to sign up and compared to my first specialists, she was by far the best. Not that he was bad or anything. Krystal was always pleasant. She understood that I didn't have much time to talk on the phone. She was very helpful and she told me things that I didn't know the first time going around. Krystal is awesome. The lady who called to verify everything was very nice too. She was quick and direct. She walked me through everything with confidence. I had very little questions because she discussed all the information well. I feel much better about this go around. Thanks to both of them!

I wanted to pay my debts and see that what I owe is paid off. National Debt Relief's representative asked about my income and what kind of bills I had. They used my credit data then called back and said I qualified and had to pay $213 every two weeks. I now sleep knowing that I'm paying my debts. The only downside is that my job closed and I can’t change my payment schedule which falls on the 1st and 16th of the month. I don’t get paid from my new job until the 10th and 23rd of the month so I have to get loans and make sure I'm able to pay certain people fine but besides that, the service from National Debt Relief is good. I like how they update me with my payments and they keep in contact with me.

I was overwhelmed with a lot of credit debt so I went with National Debt Relief. The lady there that I talk to calls me all the time when some new updates are happening and she explains everything really well. If I confused her, she would back me up and explain it again. She's very nice and professional when she does it. Since working with NDR, I notice that I'm a little bit more relaxed now that I'm seeing things getting done. One of the accounts I had was K Jewelers where my wife's wedding ring was at and I didn't know if they were gonna sue me to take that back. I know she would have been upset but NDR worked it out where I got a chance to keep everything I had. I'm very satisfied and it took a lot of pressure off my brain.

National Debt Relief saved me from drowning in debts. Their team has provided excellent service from the very beginning. Since working with them, I don’t have phone calls anymore, because they are the ones talking to my creditors. Also, they went with the payment plans that I could afford and have never asked for anything more. Depending on who is being dealt with and how much is owed to them, the debt settlement could take anywhere from three months up to a year. But so far, NDR already settled a few of my debts. It is great working with them. They try to make a bad situation better and you get the sense that they do care. They want to help you get out of debt.

I had used the internet to find us a salvation company that we used to be with a long time ago and National Debt Relief came up as one of the answers to my query. We went with them because of the grittiness of our rep, George. He's very pushy in a good way. However, there was some misunderstanding about how the program worked initially. I was under the assumption that they would contact a company to settle a debt and then they would call us to tell us what the negotiation was. Then we would have the option to pay it right then and there, add extra money to it, or they would make monthly payments to them. But that wasn't the case. I think they don't talk to the companies to make or start a negotiation until they have the money and we didn't know that. That was shocking for us because we wanted to make the process as fast as they do it.

Very pleasant and helpful people who seem to have your best interest in mind. Very helpful and answer all questions. They understand your dilemma and are concerned. They have your best interest in mind and that is helping you pay your debt off.

So far, everyone has been very helpful and considerate and have answered all my questions. I'm hoping that things will continue to go smoothly as I complete the program. I have been very impressed with the associates that I have spoken to up to this time.

I am very pleased, and elated how quickly my matter was handled. The Approval was done in about two hours!!! The team of employees of National Debt Relief were extremely, thorough to expedite my matter. They were all very kind, and courteous to say the least.

I had debt so I looked into relief help and found out about National Debt Relief online. My interactions with them were really positive. They were upfront and it was nice. I understood everything that they were talking about. The credit’s still not good but it’s working there.

My husband lost his job and we were having trouble financially so I contacted National Debt Relief for help. I initially talked to a team member who signed me up for the program and explained how the program would work. And then periodically, I got phone calls when creditors wanted to settle and emails showing my account or what the balance was. Working with them has been beneficial because two or three of the creditors settled at a much more manageable amount than what we owed. The program takes time and sometimes it takes a long time for creditors to contact National Debt and settle so it can be nerve-wracking when creditors and debt collectors are calling.

My mom couldn't afford the payments anymore so we looked into relief help. The payment arrangements set by National Debt Relief are okay. It's not the greatest, but it's something that's doable for her. I also understand their procedure but their negotiation with the debt and how they go about waiting for all the money to be in and then settling the debt could be a little different. Other than that, we're satisfied with National Debt Relief.

I desperately needed help. I recently spoke to two people at National Debt Relief. One was the manager and the other was a regular worker and they're both very nice and helpful. Working with them hasn’t impacted yet where I could see it but I know it’s getting there and they did tell me that it’s moving along quicker than some of the people have it.

I just gave them my debtors, debt collectors, and they figured out a payment plan that would work for what I can do. Their follow-ups were pretty harassing though. But as long as they take care of the bills, then I'm fine, then they're doing a good job. I would recommend them.

I am disappointed. I feel like once they get your permission to withdraw money from your bank, they stop responding to your emails. They gave me a wrong fax number to send my POA so now they ignore my emails and they don't have to talk to my creditors because they didn't receive the POA but can keep debiting my account. I emailed the man who set me up and NDR email. I always get an auto reply that someone will contact me and they never do. This is concerning. I may have to close my bank account if they don't respond soon.

I was very surprised at how quickly I was enrolled into the program and proceeding with the process of becoming free of my debt. The customer support team was very knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful. Though the whole process of being free of debt is intimidating, knowing that I have assistance makes it seem attainable.

I'd thought about getting relief help for a few weeks before I took the steps in starting my research, and National Debt Relief had the best rating as far as the research that I did. I got a phone call from their team the same day that I submitted online asking for more information. They checked out all my information and they showed concern for my debts or the reason that I'm calling and also the bills that I have going on right there and then. I had six to seven credit cards, which didn't sound like a lot but if you add up my rent and spendings at home and gas, it seemed like a lot. They keep me posted on everything that's going on with my account. I get a phone call at least once a month asking if I have any questions, so they're honest and I'm happy.

There's a medical person who is trying to collect money who kept harassing me, my fiancée and her family member for money and I'm trying to get clear with them. National Debt Relief did their best to accommodate her but they said the best thing we can do is just ignore the phone calls. I was looking for something that can get my problems knocked out quicker than I can do myself. I saw that there were some positive reviews for National Debt Relief. I then made a phone call to see what they had to offer. Getting things set up with them was really good and positive but it was really slow getting started with the program and getting things negotiated. When I called to get some explanation, I get a run-around. In one of the negotiation settlements, I wasn't really in agreement with it and I had a push-back and said, "We won't continue negotiations if you don't agree with it. We'll just drop it and you'll have to figure it out." I didn't really like that response. I feel like there should be some improvement with the negotiations. When a client paying them for these types of negotiations don't agree with it, they should try to go back and try to renegotiate something on behalf of the customer.

I had a pile of two loans and I was getting back on them and I didn't want someone to bear me down. In the beginning, everybody at National Debt Relief was very available and approachable. They answered a lot of questions that I needed to be answered. So far, they've been keeping up on a lot of things and ended up consolidating four things and two of them are pretty much far in by now. They've been easing my life because I don't have a large amount of money to pay out to each creditor against my salary. Everybody was really kind and they've been helping me a lot a great deal, especially being a single parent, and I appreciate it. My experience with National Debt Relief has been great and awesome.

Everything has been pretty well working with National Debt Relief except for the fact that they are slow in terms of contacting. I really wish that they would communicate with all the creditors on my list, let them know what they are doing, how it's going to be done, and then go from there. They were supposed to get all the information they needed. There's about a few creditors that's still calling me because of the fact that nobody has talked with them at all. It's not the experiences that I thought it would be. But in talking with these people that they should be dealing with, NDR is not quite doing what I would like to see it done. I'm hoping that they would talk to people who are competent and get something arranged. But other than that, I don't have any complaints.

Interactions with National Debt Relief was very professional, nice and informative. They went over everything, the type of program and how many months it will last. I have a large credit card so I know it'll take a while for NDR to work with them but they've done a good job taking care of four of my six credit cards. Also, they've given me a sense that someone's got my back trying to help me and I'm just patiently waiting for them to get back to me. But I have no problems and no setbacks. The only issue I have is that you provide too much information over the phone which makes it very difficult to observe and digest. No person can get so much information in such a short period of time and remember everything he had heard, especially older people, (like me). This program is helpful and has allowed me to reduce my interest rate. I am immensely grateful for their financial help and I would recommend this program to any one with financial issues, thanks to this program I have huge weight lifted off of my shoulders.

So far, so good. Too early to tell, as we just signed up. We'll see how things go as time progresses and we start to get nasty collection calls and letters. Hopefully all will work out as planned!!! Will provide another review in a year or two, and as this moves along. We're quite concerned about our credit record, so will try to pay this off ASAP!!!

I signed up for this program through the Internet, after completion of information needed I submitted through the Internet and received a follow-up call within an hour with a Debt Specialist. The Debt Specialist was very courteous, understanding and made me feel better about myself. I had been struggling for months, never behind on any of my credit card or personal loan bills and found the courage to proceed with National Debt Relief program. After completion of necessary forms that needed to be filled out, I was approved and then I received a Welcome Call from Customer Service.

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the program. I am just still worried about the fee and how it comes out. I was told it would be by percentage of the total, not each settlement. I am so hopeful that this program works and I will be debt free soon.
