We weren’t getting anything done by trying to pay our debt this little bit and that little bit, and we were getting further and further behind. I saw National Debt Relief's advertisement on the internet. I looked them up on the Consumer Reports and they were at the top of the list. I figured if I was going to get somebody to do it, I might as well get the best. They filled up the debt that we had and lifted it out. They told us what it would cost us a month and what they would do. They’ve been right on top of it and it’s been unbelievable. So far, it's been worry-free for us because we’ve been able to manage debt. We’re letting National Debt Relief take care of it and it’s been an absolute pleasure for us. It’s a God-sent. We just make sure that their money is there every month.

I was a graduate student with no income and I decided that I needed to do something about the interest rates that were being charged on my accounts. National Debt Relief was referred to me by the bank and they were very professional. Everyone I interacted with was very considerate and personable. They were people that I would enjoy talking to. National took a huge burden and offered the convenience that I otherwise would have only been able to start addressing two years later. One part that was disconcerting for me, though, was the credit score aspect, but the representatives did a good job of explaining that. Until I am able to settle the debt, it lowers the rating but eventually, it should be restored.

Our experience with National Debt Relief has been very positive. We are early in the process but so far everything has been well explained and very simple. Everyone we have spoken with on the phone has been very friendly and helpful. The plan is well laid out and seems easy to follow. We look forward to being debt-free in not so distant future.

Consultants repeated information several times during enrollment process. This made the large amount of information easier understood. Both consultants were well informed, courteous and answered all questions. Well run company. I would suggest the consultant give his extension. We were discounted several times.

The customer service people helping me were very knowledgeable and on point. When they said they would call back they did. They were helpful and answered all questions giving me a better understanding. The only thing I recommend is when someone is calling and leaves a message, speak clearly and slowly.

They very polite and professionally, explained all process of the issue with detailed information. It did not take much time to go through paperwork. They answer all questions and concerns very clear. I am very happy to use this firm and will recommend to anybody!!!

Everyone I have spoken with have been extremely helpful and understanding. I have had a lot of hardships within the past two years and National Debt Relief is helping through these. He explained every detail of the program, allowing me to ask many questions, and in terms answering them very, very professional, yet he was extremely patient and understanding of all my concerns. ** left me being extremely impressed with both him and the program.

Still have questions but I ask as I go along and start this process. I hope it's a good outcome, I am hoping for. How do they get a hold of creditors if they don't respond to me. Most are very rude and I choose not to associate with them. Please let me know other options for this.

I had too much credit cards and it felt like I was not getting anywhere. Everyone from National Debt Relief that I spoke with was great. They explained a lot and had questions. Also, I was talking to them when I was at work and I would tell them that I'll call back in half an hour and they were good about it. My life has been way better since working with them. I don't feel like I'm swimming in the debt and not getting anywhere. Also, they have turned me over to the Liberty Lending, which I start at the end of the month. It's been good. That money was set aside my account and it was on every month.

I was never behind on any of my payments and I was making at least the minimum on all of my credit cards, but it has gotten to the point where I didn’t have any money for myself. And every bill piled up and I got overwhelmed. So, I tried to get a loan from the bank and they denied me. They don’t really care why I was taking a loan out. They just cared if I'd be able to pay it back or not. When I looked into the National Debt Relief, they told me that they could get me to pay much less than what I owe, so I went with them. Also, what I was trying to do was get a loan so that I could pay everything off, so I can only have one payment a month. In fact, that's what the debt relief program is doing. It allows me to have one payment a month so that I can still be able to have a couple other things and be able to grocery shop and stuff, and knowing that payment is coming out.

My personal experience working with National Debt Relief was excellent. I saw it online and they were considered the best. My son got really sick. I’m a postal worker so I have great insurance but even with that, I had to put a lot of his hospital bills on credit cards and then I got behind. We almost own our house and got no car payments. I just want to get rid of the debt because I don’t really need credit. I get an email from NDR first. The reps would call me once in a while and let me know that they settled. Everybody I ever talked to has been nice and they are good people. But it’s my wife who deals with them more because I gave her the power of attorney. Also, NDR has made my life easier. I don't have to deal with the creditors calling me constantly and if I have a problem, sometimes I get too many fax letters; and NDR takes care of all these. They are great and I'd suggest NDR to anybody who wants to get out of debt.

Everyone I spoke with was very kind and courteous. The forms were easy to follow and sign off on and send back. The only issue that I had was contacting the Welcome center. Once emailing the person I originally spoke with I was informed that your systems were down.

From my initial contact to the welcome call this process was smooth. Orion was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was able to get me approved and explained all my instructions thoroughly. Looking forward to becoming debt free.

The initial call for me was hard to make, as I was quite embarrassed how my debt got this bad. I've talked them a couple of times, mostly female reps, and we corresponded back and forth. They're usually pretty friendly. Today I reached out to them and they were very quick to respond. I've already done debt relief before. About 20 years ago I needed to do it and it worked great and I was able to take care of everything in a quick manner. So National Debt Relief seemed like a very similar company to the one that I used before.

The people at National Debt Relief are understanding and they try their best to work with me. I got caught off guard with some of my daughter's student loans, and it's been great working with National Debt Relief. However, I'm paying more than I can afford right now. But otherwise, it's stopped all the collection calls.

The people that I have spoken to have been very kind and upfront, however, there are some points that I am not sure about yet. It scares me how creditors will be knocking on my phone and calling me. I know it is the people's job to help me and they are doing a great job doing what they can and could to help me.

Everything went smoothly as far as taking funds out of my account and making payments. They've also been very gracious to help me out whenever I couldn't make a payment. I moved from California to New York then I started making less money. I have a bunch of school credit cards and two loans, and I fell behind on payments. I had asked several times for the Khols account to be removed and it was not done. Gave rep information several times during welcome call. She even called back to ask me about the account but there were no changes made that I could see where I was not sent another agreement at the time.

My Certified Debt Specialist was awesome!!! She responds quickly and with direct answers and information. I asked, she answered. This is my 2nd time to sign up and compared to my first specialists, she was by far the best. Not that he was bad or anything. Krystal was always pleasant. The lady who called to verify everything was very nice too. She was quick and direct. She walked me through everything with confidence. National Debt Relief saved me from drowning in debts. Their team has provided excellent service from the very beginning. Since working with them, I don’t have phone calls anymore, because they are the ones talking to my creditors. Also, they went with the payment plans that I could afford and have never asked for anything more. Depending on who is being dealt with and how much is owed to them, the debt settlement could take anywhere from three months up to a year. But so far, NDR already settled a few of my debts. It is great working with them. They try to make a bad situation better and you get the sense that they do care. They want to help you get out of debt.

I was overwhelmed with a lot of credit debt so I went with National Debt Relief. The lady there that I talk to calls me all the time when some new updates are happening and she explains everything really well. If I confused her, she would back me up and explain it again. She's very nice and professional when she does it. Since working with NDR, I notice that I'm a little bit more relaxed now that I'm seeing things getting done. One of the accounts I had was K Jewelers where my wife's wedding ring was at and I didn't know if they were gonna sue me to take that back. I know she would have been upset but NDR worked it out where I got a chance to keep everything I had. I'm very satisfied and it took a lot of pressure off my brain.

I wanted to pay my debts and see that what I owe is paid off. National Debt Relief's representative asked about my income and what kind of bills I had. They used my credit data then called back and said I qualified and had to pay $213 every two weeks. I now sleep knowing that I'm paying my debts. The only downside is that my job closed and I can’t change my payment schedule which falls on the 1st and 16th of the month. I don’t get paid from my new job until the 10th and 23rd of the month so I have to get loans and make sure I'm able to pay certain people fine but besides that, the service from National Debt Relief is good. I like how they update me with my payments and they keep in contact with me.

I had used the internet to find us a salvation company that we used to be with a long time ago and National Debt Relief came up as one of the answers to my query. We went with them because of the grittiness of our rep, George. He's very pushy in a good way. However, there was some misunderstanding about how the program worked initially. I was under the assumption that they would contact a company to settle a debt and then they would call us to tell us what the negotiation was. Then we would have the option to pay it right then and there, add extra money to it, or they would make monthly payments to them. But that wasn't the case. I think they don't talk to the companies to make or start a negotiation until they have the money and we didn't know that. That was shocking for us because we wanted to make the process as fast as they do it.

Very pleasant and helpful people who seem to have your best interest in mind. Very helpful and answer all questions. They understand your dilemma and are concerned. They have your best interest in mind and that is helping you pay your debt off.

It's not the greatest, but it's something that's doable for her. I also understand their procedure but their negotiation with the debt and how they go about waiting for all the money to be in and then settling the debt could be a little different. Other than that, we're satisfied with National Debt Relief.

I initially talked to a team member who signed me up for the program and explained how the program would work. And then periodically, I got phone calls when creditors wanted to settle and emails showing my account or what the balance was. Working with them has been beneficial because two or three of the creditors settled at a much more manageable amount than what we owed. The program takes time and sometimes it takes a long time for creditors to contact National Debt and settle so it can be nerve-wracking when creditors and debt collectors are calling.

I am disappointed. I feel like once they get your permission to withdraw money from your bank, they stop responding to your emails. They gave me a wrong fax number to send my POA so now they ignore my emails and they don't have to talk to my creditors because they didn't receive the POA but can keep debiting my account. I emailed the man who set me up and NDR email. I always get an auto reply that someone will contact me and they never do. This is concerning. I may have to close my bank account if they don't respond soon.

I was very surprised at how quickly I was enrolled into the program and proceeding with the process of becoming free of my debt. I'd thought about getting relief help for a few weeks before I took the steps in starting my research, and National Debt Relief had the best rating as far as the research that I did. I got a phone call from their team the same day that I submitted online asking for more information. They checked out all my information and they showed concern for my debts or the reason that I'm calling and also the bills that I have going on right there and then. I had six to seven credit cards, which didn't sound like a lot but if you add up my rent and spendings at home and gas, it seemed like a lot. It took off a lot of stress for me consolidating my credit cards and them taking care of dealing with my creditors as opposed to me doing that. They keep me posted on everything that's going on with my account. I get a phone call at least once a month asking if I have any questions, so they're honest and I'm happy.

I had a pile of two loans and I was getting back on them and I didn't want someone to bear me down. In the beginning, everybody at National Debt Relief was very available and approachable. They answered a lot of questions that I needed to be answered. So far, they've been keeping up on a lot of things and ended up consolidating four things and two of them are pretty much far in by now. They've been easing my life because I don't have a large amount of money to pay out to each creditor against my salary. Everybody was really kind and they've been helping me a lot a great deal, especially being a single parent, and I appreciate it. My experience with National Debt Relief has been great and awesome.

I saw that there were some positive reviews for National Debt Relief. I then made a phone call to see what they had to offer. Getting things set up with them was really good and positive but it was really slow getting started with the program and getting things negotiated. When I called to get some explanation, I get a run-around. In one of the negotiation settlements, I wasn't really in agreement with it and I had a push-back and said, "We won't continue negotiations if you don't agree with it. We'll just drop it and you'll have to figure it out." I didn't really like that response. I feel like there should be some improvement with the negotiations. When a client paying them for these types of negotiations don't agree with it, they should try to go back and try to renegotiate something on behalf of the customer.

Everything has been pretty well working with National Debt Relief except for the fact that they are slow in terms of contacting. I really wish that they would communicate with all the creditors on my list, let them know what they are doing, how it's going to be done, and then go from there. They were supposed to get all the information they needed. There's about a few creditors that's still calling me because of the fact that nobody has talked with them at all. It's not the experiences that I thought it would be. But in talking with these people that they should be dealing with, NDR is not quite doing what I would like to see it done. I'm hoping that they would talk to people who are competent and get something arranged. But other than that, I don't have any complaints.
