A friend of mine told me about National Debt Relief, and I trusted she wouldn't give me someone who was a fraud. So far, our experience with them has been great. I've always had positive interactions with them. Every time I'd call, they're always quick to answer my questions. Also, they've always returned my calls or updated me when things are happening with my account. Half of my debt is gone, and it's been a positive experience overall.

I researched online and it was said at the Better Business Bureau that National Debt Relief is really a good company. Their people there are awesome and very positive. Plus they answered my questions. I would recommend them.

I wanted to improve my credit score and National Debt Relief was the first debt relief company that I looked into. It’s been great with them and their team is really informative. They walked me through everything step-by-step. I also like the fact that they’ll give me a call if there’s been an update or a new finding so that I can add that in to my current program. I'm in their 36-month program but I should complete closer to 24 months. I’ve noticed some improvement in my score since working with them.

Overall, my experience with National Debt Relief has been good. It was time for me to get my credit back to good standing, so I looked into relief help. Initially, the guy explained everything and he estimated on how long it was going to take. I could deal with it, so I signed up with them. Since working with National Debt, I'm looking at my credit score change every month, which is good. I'm happy with them.

Everything's been great with National Debt Relief. They were very helpful in trying to get rid of all of my debt. They have done excellent service so I haven't had any problems. I'm satisfied.

The representative was very knowledgeable and provided detail answers to my inquiries. He was available at a time when my spouse would be available to ask questions about the program. I felt comfortable speaking with the representative regarding my situation.

I needed National Debt Relief to deal with loan me and another unsecured loan. Another debt relief program would not deal with loan me. Once she said she deals with unsecured loan totally freed me. She proved to me that they are performance based.

Two years ago National Debt Relief gave us a call, sent us some information and we read over it. Their team is friendly but not as knowledgeable as I wanted them to be. Whenever I call, no one knows what's going on with the file. They say that anyone could answer my question but I end up getting moved over to someone else who says, "I can't handle it at my level." I'd rather them be more knowledgeable on their processes and the ability to explain it differently. I'm still paying the same amount of money out-of-pocket and by having it done in four years, my credit is gonna suffer or it is suffering for the next four years. Two years after I'm done, it will probably take two more years to get up to a healthy 750 or above. It still stings to have my credit suffer so much but I'm glad that we made the choice to get out of debt sooner.

The people at National Debt Relief have been very informative and quick. It's always been as if they cared and they've been good all around. I've been with them for a year and I'm already halfway debt-free, and I thought that it was impossible, so I'm happy. I have recommended them to a couple of friends.

Both associates who helped me get set up were very knowledgeable, polite with the authorization and set up of my account and patience to boot. They made the process as pleasant as possible. This program was the best that happened to my family. My debts were getting to a point that I actually owed more than own. Even though during the process of the program your credit does go low, it will go back up once your accounts start to be settled by the negotiators of the program. National Relief Program gave me and my family peace of mind knowing that in 4 years or less we will be completely out of debt without going bankrupt.

My personal experience so far is good. Everything has been fully detailed. Lots of information is given plus an email. Customer service is perfect. The initial sign-up was awesome. I spoke with a young man by the name of Randolph. He was very helpful and helped ease my anxiety. The Welcome phone call was fine. The young lady was very helpful but I sensed an urgency in her voice. I felt a little rushed. But other than that she was very helpful as well.

National Debt Relief has been good and we feel a little bit less obligated. We know we’re paying off debt now, so it’s nice instead of just sitting there when our debt just stays the same or goes up and we’re not spending any money. The guy that started this off was very punctual. He called when he said he was gonna call and he was able to communicate with us pretty well.

My phone was off the hook 24 hours. I had like four cards that were going into collection. I couldn't be on the phone negotiating and I needed help. Working with the people at National Debt Relief has been very good. It helped me calm down a little, knowing that everything was under control. They send me a statement every other week. They were supposed to mail me the power of attorney form, but I haven’t seen it come in the mail. National Debt relief is what I can afford. They try to squeeze more out of me. But I have to put my feet down because I'm also paying off the IRS and American Express. Now, everything is settled. It's just a matter of me, paying up. I can now pay attention to more important things.

When everything became overwhelming I sought for relief help. After looking at several companies, a lot of them charge $150 and even more, to pull out of your account or they charge monthly service fees that are ridiculous to be able to use them. National Debt Relief was the only one that did not. They're definitely reasonable, price-wise.

Both customer service representative and Welcome call advocate were a great help. They were understanding and supportive through the entire process explaining credit Ramifications as well as the tax ramifications. I would definitely recommend them. The legal department explained and went over the accounts, bank information, and everything needed for my understanding of the process.

WE have not progressed far enough to know. I had a bad experience with a debt relief firm several years ago. They did not negotiating until their fee was paid, which took almost a year. By that time two judgments were obtained against me. They told me to not bother. They sent a representative to both hearing. After about three years they called me and said everything was paid and settled. I soon found out differently. When I tried to contact them, their phone was disconnected and they were out of business. This experience makes me very worried about Debt relief service. Your team has been nice and able to get me to reconsider.

He was VERY impatient and EXTREMELY unprofessional. He would not listen to me when I asked him to slow down talking & yawning so I could better understand the program. When I had questions he responded to them as if it was annoying him to have to stop during scripted speak and attempt to answer, which he never fully did. At one point I heard him hold phone back and laugh. This is No laughing matter to my husband and Myself. His job i.e. To welcome us & understand program and I feel he did a terrible job with it, but exceeded in making a uncomfortable situation as client feel worse. Still am not completely understanding program but am slowly learning from my debtors when I tell them that I'm Enrolled in a debt relief program.

National Debt Relief was able to take care a lot of my other debts. Dealing with their team members went very well. I've hardly ever had to wait on hold for anything to get taken care of every time I called and everyone has answered my questions the first time.

I was looking for some alternative methods of trying to get my bills taken care of. I was going through different websites when National Debt Relief came up, and I did a little bit of research on it and reached out to them. They are always easy to get a hold of and are always courteous. One of the things I like about them is that they take notes. They can tell me when the last time I called in, who I spoke to, and what I spoke to them about. I like when one hand knows what the other hand is doing.

I was looking for somebody to help me. I did a little research and National Debt Relief was one of the companies that popped up. I called them and the initial interview that I had with one of the fellows there. He explained to me the steps that would be taken and the waiting time. And so far, I’m satisfied with what’s been going on. The only thing is some of the creditors have been bothering me. And they’re waiting for their results because right now we’ve only settled two. So I’m waiting for a response from National Debt Relief in terms of when they’re going to start taking care of the five more creditors. I know they explained to me that there has to be a certain amount of money in the account before they’re going to start doing that. But it’s been a couple of months already and the creditors keep calling me.

I had a series of financial hardships that occurred within a year and they compounded on top of each other. I had some debt that we had promised to pay back and I knew that I couldn't, given the situations that occurred. National Debt Relief called shortly after I went with them and asked if I could contribute more money than I already promised, which I didn't like. But they explained that I didn't have to since they were trying to make deals with other clients. It just took me a while to understand the process. They’re really knowledgeable and helpful. When I call about something, they direct me to the right information. It was also fairly easy to enroll. They were really accommodating and they helped me through filling out the forms.

National Debt Relief was a sponsor on The Howard Stern Show and I know he wouldn't let sponsor anybody that wouldn't help people. It's been good and it's been obviously improving my credit. It's taking some stress off my shoulders and it's been nothing but positive. Also, they get back to you, call you on time and email you what you would need. They're very responsive and don't let you feel like they're collecting your money and then forget about you.

I was never behind on any of my payments and I was making at least the minimum on all of my credit cards, but it has gotten to the point where I didn’t have any money for myself. And every bill piled up and I got overwhelmed. So, I tried to get a loan from the bank and they denied me. They don’t really care why I was taking a loan out. They just cared if I'd be able to pay it back or not. When I looked into the National Debt Relief, they told me that they could get me to pay much less than what I owe, so I went with them. Also, what I was trying to do was get a loan so that I could pay everything off, so I can only have one payment a month. In fact, that's what the debt relief program is doing. It allows me to have one payment a month so that I can still be able to have a couple other things and be able to grocery shop and stuff, and knowing that payment is coming out.

I’m a postal worker so I have great insurance but even with that, I had to put a lot of his hospital bills on credit cards and then I got behind. We almost own our house and got no car payments. They're always very friendly and professional and have always been helpful. Whenever I can't make a payment, they don't make me feel bad about it. They help me to get things in order. They've always been very supportive and nice people to work with. I would recommend them to somebody if they were looking for something.

I’ve been laid off for about eight months, but I had excellent credit prior to the layoff. I had a lot of it but it was manageable. Being without a job, I went on the whole drill fast and wanted to make sure that I was being responsible and trying to address my debt, even though it would be settled for less than what the original debt was.

I moved from California to New York then I started making less money. I have a bunch of school credit cards and two loans, and I fell behind on payments. I had asked several times for the Khols account to be removed and it was not done. Gave rep information several times during welcome call. She even called back to ask me about the account but there were no changes made that I could see where I was not sent another agreement at the time.

Very good customer service. Only problem was in the fact that the customer service representative was speaking with an accent, and I had to have then repeat certain information. But on the whole process, GREAT. Hopefully, this will be beneficial.
