I have had a great experience at this time. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a monthly update on the accounts and a review of what is being done or what is completed. I think it would be a great way just to be kept informed if there is not time to log on. Calls and customer service are excellent. Everyone is willing to help and assistance as much as they can.

I've been a customer since July of 2016. Since then they have already resolved 2 of my accounts. They were able to work with my budget to find out what worked best with finances. I am very pleased with the way they conduct themselves. They are very professional.

I'm too far in debt and it seems like I can't get out. I heard about National Debt Relief on XM radio here and I reached out to them. I'm still in the program and they're the best. They do a good job and I can get a hold of them anytime. They also call me when they go to pay another bill. I'm doing my part but I'm still getting phone calls from these creditors. NDR said they can't do anything about it. They don't reach out to the creditors until they got enough money in the savings account to make an offer.

I wasn't able to pay my month-to-month bills with all of them together. I signed up with National Debt Relief and they were there for me to answer any of my questions. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They call monthly to check up on me. I’ve only been in the program for just a few months and I'm pretty satisfied with my experience.

My credit union told me that the National Debt Relief program might be able to help me and they have tremendously done so. As far as whatever has to be paid, they take care of it out of the money that I’m supposed to put in. I just called them and I'm going to have my dates changed. Their rep said she can't do it until after tomorrow so I would have to call back then. They are overall absolutely a fabulous group to work with. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anybody.

I had gotten behind on my bills when I owned my home and saw National Debt Relief as a way out because I wanted to purchase another home and get into better standings. I wanted to get everything cleared up as I could to be able to do so. I seeked relief help from them, signed the paperwork and pay the bills. NDR calls me on occasion to want my approval for some settlement and we go with that. They've called me to try me get started and obtain a loan, as opposed to the way I'm paying it off, with more interest and longer payments. None of it made sense, and I'm not interested in doing that.

Every representative was friendly, helpful and very thorough. You will be amazed at how quick they respond to you, via phone and/or e-mail, even into the early evening. Don't be afraid if you have a problem, they can get you on the right track.

I'm glad I checked out that your company was #1 in helping debt relief. When I called the person was helpful and listened to my situation and helped me out. When I called back for welcome call the person talked me through more of process and answered my question. I felt better already. I hope everything goes well.

Great. Eric ** was great and everyone else was good also. Whenever I called Eric if he wasn't in I would leave a message. He would call me back right away. I thought that was great. Because some time when you leave a message you may get a call back a day or two.

I was over debt so I looked for relief but I had very little interaction with the National Debt Relief team. I just set everything up and started taking the deductions and paying my bills. They're courteous and they answer my questions. It's a lot easier to be able to know that my debt is paid and I don't have to worry about it. It's better than going bankrupt so I appreciate the help. Having National Debt Relief is an option much better than debt.

I'd gotten overextended trying to help kids with their finances. And then, I started having issues about five years ago and then it got out of control with my health so I looked into relief help. National Debt Relief did try to settle some accounts. But the accounts that we had settled ended up going back in because I got out of the program and I went on Social Security Disability. I've got a bad back now and my income dropped dramatically so I can't afford it right now. But, all the relationships I've had with them have been good. They did what we asked them to do. I'd recommend them.

I didn’t want to file bankruptcy and I wanted to pay the companies I owe. I just couldn’t afford the interest that was piling up on me so I started looking up at debt relief companies and National Debt Relief was the first name I recognized since I’ve heard of them before. I called another place but I didn’t like what they were telling me. So, I called NDR and they made the process simple for me which was nice. There are still a couple of debt companies that they are fighting with and they’re winning the collections. But I think three of the major ones are already rolling and making payments on them. If I ever get a credit card again it’s going to be really low limit. But I'll probably never get one though. If I can’t afford or can’t pay for it, I don’t need it.

This was a trying time and National Debt Relief made it as painless as possible. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner, I may have actually saved myself some grief and also some money. I liked the fact that I could pay off the plan early with no penalties, if I was able.

I made good choice dealing with National Debt Relief. It made it easier to get out of debt. Their guys are nice and friendly, they know their process well and are able to answer all of my questions. We have made two settlements far. We have been with them for a year, and they predicted that everything will be complete in two more years. Payment arrangements were a little harder than I expect but it's okay for me. They sent me an email for my settlement they just did, and they put how much they would be paying to the company but they didn't explain that I'd still be paying the amount that I pay now. I called customer service if they could lower it and they said they can but not right now. It just confused me. But other than that, it was pretty good.

So far so good. Great Customer Service! They were very quick and covered everything in the initial call and then just to make sure everything was clear I received the Welcome call confirming everything I'd discussed with my representative. So far I'm happy. Just getting started but I don't see any issues. I already have a sense of relief.

In my investigations of debt relief and debt consolidation I interviewed a number of companies to inform myself about the various programs and conditions offered. Although many of them were similar in format I found NDR to be the best, most coherently laid out and most clearly presented both in the advantages presented to the potential client but also in the safeguards to protect the client. It was this clarity of presentation as well as the reasonable offer (with terms and conditions) that convinced me to continue under their umbrella.

Answered all my questions without feeling of being rushed. The agent who I spoke to from the welcoming department was very helpful as well. I'm excited and hopeful that I will be debt free someday with their help.

They helped me get my life back on track by helping get my debt taken care of. When you have an ex-husband that took cards out in your name, maxed them out, and don't pay them you get into a situation of you have a new life and trying to buy a home and find out you no longer have great credit. It's a punch in the face and creditors don't care that someone else opened the cards without you knowing it's in your name so they blame you.

I'm drowning in debt and after about a year of trying to get myself out of it I realized that I needed help. I contacted NDR and was put in contact with Salvatore who has been amazing in getting everything set up and made sure I understood everything. He made me feel like there was finally some hope. The monthly payments are affordable and my debt is going to be cut substantially. I should complete the program in about 42 months. All the paperwork is signed and now I start the process of changing my info with my creditors over to NDR so they can intercept any calls and begin negotiations. I would absolutely recommend this company! Efficient, friendly, and worth the peace of mind!

I had a job switch and I was not having enough money to live. I also got tired of constantly calling people to ask if I can pay them another day and my credit wasn't going up even though I was making payments on everything. But in the long run, I'm not paying extra money because of interest. He also allowed it to be my choice to choose and he wasn't trying to force it on me so it was a good experience. My experience with Esther from the Welcoming team, as well as Art ** was amazing. They thoroughly answered all my questions, and left no stone un-turned in the beginning process. I called National Debt Relief and the rep that I spoke to did a really good job at making me feel that I was gonna be taken care of and accomplish what I wanted to. They were knowledgeable and also supportive, giving me the information I needed, and answering all my questions. They are ethical as far as informing me what to expect. They are thorough and it was just over-the-top good customer service. They gave me the ability to take care of some things that would have taken me 25 more years to take care of.

When I call to inquire about the program after I did some research, the first info that caught my attention was the 5 star rating and A+ with BBB. I have a good feeling this program with help pay off the creditors I have enroll in the program. My goal is to be debt free within 3 years and I sticking to my plan. When I contacted National Debt Relief initially, I was curious what services they had to offer. Their representative walked me through the process and it seemed like it was going to be beneficial for me in my situation. I chewed on it for a while before I went through with it. They laid out all the options for me to not have to go through the litigation and collections. They talked about any equity I had that I could liquidate and try to settle some of those debts. We also discussed bankruptcy as an option. Some of their associated fees are a little high, so I have to make some money to make those work. But I started with about six credit cards and I since had three of them paid off.

I was doing my own research and National Debt Relief seemed they were one of the better ones, so I went with them. When we first got the program, it was just one amount. Then later on, National Debt Relief came back and said they needed more. I tried to work with that and I've been giving them almost $1,000 a month. I’m trying to do everything I can but I've gotten so behind on my other bills and I’m on the verge of losing my house because of back property taxes. I might have to stop the program for a little bit. I know if I stop it, I’m gonna be pulled from it, but I can’t lose my house. I gotta call them to see where I stand. They used to send me the little emails all the time, but I haven’t received an email from them in about six months now. National Debt Relief went through all the debt that I had and whatever was unsecured is what they wrote down so they negotiate that. The only thing I'm really upset about was they didn't negotiate the smaller debt first, which they probably should have. Also they did not explain to me from the get-go how much they were gonna charge me, percentage-wise for each negotiation. But other than that they did a good job and they have all been very nice to me. So far, they have been able to get some of my debt relieved off my head. The only thing about this is it's still hanging on to my credit.

I called National Debt Relief and did this whole thing because of medical reasons. I've had several of my debts turned over to collection agencies and I have had a couple of them just charged off. I was reading about National Debt Relief and a couple of other ones, and National Debt Relief's rating was tops. The initial consultations that I had with them were very good. They were right on the ball and got everything rolling really quickly. They told me exactly what to do, how to do it, and how to change everything on my internet thing. However, I don’t feel like they’re contacting my creditors like they should have. They are still calling me. So, I was a little disappointed in that. And as far as them following through with what they said they were going to do once I said okay and started paying them, I feel they’ve dropped the ball. And they’re very hard to get a hold of now. They don’t return phone calls or emails. I finally gave up after five or six times.
