When I first gave National Debt Relief a call it really seemed too good to be true. I was literally drowning in debt. It was mostly the Pay Day Cash Loans that were killing me! I understand the welcome call intent is to provide a lot of very useful information and I found it a horrible experience. I know you are trying to provide excellent service and I have to say I spoke to a women who did nothing but read from and ran through a script and it was one of the most unpleasant 15 minutes I've had to endure. This is a scary process and she had no care other than to read the script so she could say she did.

I'm looking to buy a house in the next couple of years. I just researched National Debt Relief online and the company looked good. Their representatives were also really nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and I had good experiences with them. National Debt Relief is also stress-relieving. I just pay them every month and then they get everything done for me. It’s really easy and I don’t have to worry about it.

I had too much debt and I wasn't able to manage it. It was out of control and I couldn't get a consolidation loan to take care of my bills or credit cards. I didn't have any other choice. It was either get relief help or file bankruptcy so I went with National Debt Relief. The team has been great. They're super courteous and they've been very nice, helpful and understanding. At first, they were very deflective when I would ask them how it's gonna impact my credit. They just wanted to get me enrolled in the program. But they've come through with everything that they said they will.

Both representatives I spoke to today and yesterday were a little rushed to get off the phone, and when I asked a question or asked for them to repeat a question - they seemed annoyed. I am sure all representatives deal with a number of clients on a daily basis; but being new to this program I have concerns.

The reason why I gave the service 4 stars is, I received my portal information and had two accounts on my account. I don't know if I did not understand correctly, but either my medical bills were not included for a short amount individually. Total was an estimated amount of $900. Besides this confusion, I want to say your workers are professional and the company is well developed. Every "t" is crossed and every "i" is dotted. I've got a few credit cards that are still maxed out. Some of the accounts have been closed because of NDR. Bottom-line is I looked into relief help because of the credit card debt. Initially I called in and they broke everything down for me. I provided credit card information and through email, I did a digital signature on a contract. One of the representatives will call me when they have reached a settlement or an agreement with one of my creditors and they will tell me, “okay, based off of the funds that you have in your account, we can pay this off completely or a portion and then you will have to pay X million dollars to meet the rest of the payout”.

I can't explain the weight that's been lifted since finishing this program (and finishing early to boot!) NDR was so much help. They even called me to tell me I was done about 6 months earlier than I had originally been scheduled. I would absolutely recommend them!

My contact was very articulate and knowledgeable about the services provided. He was accessible by phone and email. He verified the information I provided. When he had a question about something I provided to him, he emailed me instead of guessing. I put my trust in Better Business Bureau. And because they accredit National Debt Relief an A plus while other locations didn’t really have great ratings or weren’t on BBB at all, I decided to sign up with National. But it turns out that it wasn’t everything I expected it to be. I contacted them to ask why it’s taking so long to reflect on my credit report that my debts are being taken care of. When I spoke with them they said that they told me this in the beginning. I've been on the program since August but so far, they have only handled three of the 15 accounts that I have with them and my credit report is still being dramatically affected because of this.

So far so good, like I said just getting started. They have been very patient with me and trying to get all the information. Let me have about 2 months and I will be able to tell you more. But as for now they do a very good job, being very thorough with all the info.

We have been very happy with the deals that were made with our creditors, which saved us quite a bit of money. Apparently we did not fully understand how this worked however, as we thought that all our creditors would be contacted and then as money accrued in our account, settlement amounts would be reached. As far as I can tell only 2 creditors have been contacted, and there is a list of debt that has not been addressed. Our phone calls have stopped but we are still being contacted by e-mail and mail and late fees and interest continue to build. And for this month, one creditor insisted on a bigger amount than available so we are having to scramble to come up with the extra payments. This is a wonderful program and it does save us money, but our credit scores have tanked and I wonder if bankruptcy would have been the better way to go.

No complaints. So far my experience has been great, no problems. They are quick to help where they can. Website leaves a lot to be desired but it's workable. Would love to be able to add creditors online. Would just save a step in this busy life!

My experience with NDR has been very positive. I can see results happening to resolve my debts. I can now see the end to a bad experience of getting too much in debt and then having a hardship and setting me back on paying my bills. I have had a great experience at this time. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a monthly update on the accounts and a review of what is being done or what is completed. I think it would be a great way just to be kept informed if there is not time to log on. Calls and customer service are excellent. Everyone is willing to help and assistance as much as they can.

I'm too far in debt and it seems like I can't get out. I heard about National Debt Relief on XM radio here and I reached out to them. I'm still in the program and they're the best. They do a good job and I can get a hold of them anytime. They also call me when they go to pay another bill. I'm doing my part but I'm still getting phone calls from these creditors. NDR said they can't do anything about it. They don't reach out to the creditors until they got enough money in the savings account to make an offer.

I had gotten behind on my bills when I owned my home and saw National Debt Relief as a way out because I wanted to purchase another home and get into better standings. I wanted to get everything cleared up as I could to be able to do so. I seeked relief help from them, signed the paperwork and pay the bills. NDR calls me on occasion to want my approval for some settlement and we go with that. They've called me to try me get started and obtain a loan, as opposed to the way I'm paying it off, with more interest and longer payments. None of it made sense, and I'm not interested in doing that.

Every representative was friendly, helpful and very thorough. You will be amazed at how quick they respond to you, via phone and/or e-mail, even into the early evening. Don't be afraid if you have a problem, they can get you on the right track.

I have a lot of credit card debt from an ex so I sought the help of National Debt Relief. It's made my life a lot easier. Basically they just call when it's time to have a settlement and the rep that I talked to initially was awesome. I would recommend them.

I'd gotten overextended trying to help kids with their finances. And then, I started having issues about five years ago and then it got out of control with my health so I looked into relief help. National Debt Relief did try to settle some accounts. But the accounts that we had settled ended up going back in because I got out of the program and I went on Social Security Disability. I've got a bad back now and my income dropped dramatically so I can't afford it right now. But, all the relationships I've had with them have been good. They did what we asked them to do. I'd recommend them.

I didn’t want to file bankruptcy and I wanted to pay the companies I owe. I just couldn’t afford the interest that was piling up on me so I started looking up at debt relief companies and National Debt Relief was the first name I recognized since I’ve heard of them before. I called another place but I didn’t like what they were telling me. So, I called NDR and they made the process simple for me which was nice. There are still a couple of debt companies that they are fighting with and they’re winning the collections. But I think three of the major ones are already rolling and making payments on them. If I ever get a credit card again it’s going to be really low limit. But I'll probably never get one though. If I can’t afford or can’t pay for it, I don’t need it.

This was a trying time and National Debt Relief made it as painless as possible. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner, I may have actually saved myself some grief and also some money. I liked the fact that I could pay off the plan early with no penalties, if I was able.

I made good choice dealing with National Debt Relief. It made it easier to get out of debt. Their guys are nice and friendly, they know their process well and are able to answer all of my questions. We have made two settlements far. We have been with them for a year, and they predicted that everything will be complete in two more years. Payment arrangements were a little harder than I expect but it's okay for me. They sent me an email for my settlement they just did, and they put how much they would be paying to the company but they didn't explain that I'd still be paying the amount that I pay now. I called customer service if they could lower it and they said they can but not right now. It just confused me. But other than that, it was pretty good.
