    When I reached over $10,000 in debt, I didn't think it could be that fast in less than five years. I live in a big home and I'm the only proprietor at the moment, and everybody has everything on me and my girlfriend.     I am very new to this process and am just finding out what I need to do to deal with creditors that take out automatic payments. I have talked to 3, maybe 4, of your customer service agents about this. One told me to email the company saying that I revoke my authorization and not to send them the notice to close account. I asked why. She said if I did that they would not negotiate with us. Today I was told the opposite. I did block them from taking anything more out of my account. I am unclear as what to do in regards to a notice to close, do I send it or not? Also I do not feel as if I was told everything from the start in a clear and concise manner. For example there was either none or very little talked about the notice to close, which from customer service they all had different ideas. Do not send them yet, send them now, I am confused. Sorry to rant but you asked.

    National Debt Relief had a very high rating with the Better Business Bureau. That was why I chose them when I considered relief help. I over expended myself and I figured it was a better option than declaring bankruptcy. I called the number and talked with one of their reps. He explained the program to me and it sounded exactly like what we wanted. So, he sent some paperwork and we signed up. Everything's been going pretty well.

    We're still strapped for cash but we know that there's light at the end of the tunnel. We have a couple of creditors that have been a pain in the butt and have not resolved anything with NDR. One of them has sued me so I'm supposed to be in court or NDR's attorney will be in court for me tomorrow. My wife has gotten one and she's supposed to be in court at the end of the month. So, we'll see how it goes with NDR's attorneys in resolving the case.

    I called NDR and talked with several people and number one, they assured me that the attorneys would take care of it. Plus, number two, some of the companies on our debt list are the type that like to press the issue hoping that NDR or my wife and I would succumb to their demand and pay the full debt. On the whole, we have a good relationship with NDR so far.

    I read reviews for debt consolidation companies and National Debt Relief had the highest rating so I contacted them first. My certified debt specialist Dylan ** was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and has a very caring attitude that made me comfortable with National Debt Relief. He allowed me all the time I needed to digest the information I was receiving, the offer made to assist and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.

    Unfortunately, I was less than happy with his client support team member, Donna, who not only spoke very quickly, but appeared to want to quickly conclude the transaction without any understanding of client needs. She quickly went over what appeared to be a script and then immediately asked for signatures to complete the documents. While she did ask at the end of each document presentation if I had any questions or concerns, this seemed to be a mere formality. When I informed her that I was not comfortable with the legal documents and wanted to review them, she was unable to answer my questions satisfactorily and when I told her I needed to review the document more carefully, she seemed to concede to allowing me to review and sign later.

    I noticed in the email I had several weeks to review, but she called the next day to tell me I needed to sign the form. I had to tell her that the email noted I had another couple of weeks to sign it. I called Dylan ** after speaking with Donna and he was able to listen to my concerns and explain the agreement and reasons for it. Seeking debt relief is a difficult action for most of us to take, and an informed, thoughtful and caring person to assist is great. Thank you Dylan and National Debt Relief.     First of all when I was talking to National Debt Relief to help me out the gentleman was very nice and said all the things I wanted to hear. Things like, "We'll negotiate for you, contact your vendors and work with you every step of the way." So I signed up and sent in my information. Not bad. Then to find out that the person that signed me up can only sign people up and cannot and will not talk to you. Only customer service can talk to you once you sign up. Not very convenient. Next was that they cannot negotiate until they have a large enough amount of money in your account to make a deal. So far I have paid into the program 9 months and still have only 60% of my accounts negotiated and the others are killing my credit because National Debt Relief will not settle with them until I have more in my account.

    Hello, that is why I am using you is because I am short on money. I have never missed a negotiated payment and was at least hoping they could settle with the outstanding companies and then I know exactly where it is we are headed. Not the case. Lastly is the hidden fees. Since they are stretching this out way further then I wanted, it's going to take over 2 years at this rate, then I will be paying quite a bit in fees and negotiated expenses that they take out each month. Read the fine print. Use them for only 1 or 2 accounts you need settled. Don't expect to reach the same person twice. Ask for reduced fees or % amounts. Maybe go with a local company for more personal services.

    I was at a point where I was consistently overdrawing my checking account because I didn't have enough money to pay for everything. I tried to fix it myself for more than four years, but I can't. Then when I had spoken with Freedom Debt Relief, I had a girl that was really rude. I know my situation and I know that I got myself here, but I don't need to be treated like a jerk. But, I never felt that way with National Debt Relief.

    There was the initial call with them and they were helpful, but I don't have a whole lot of interaction other than if they needed something from me. I'd get an email and a call from them and it's immediate and not delayed. I also appreciate how quickly the process moved because I thought it would take the full three years or whatever that they had suggested and they also have the loan option that they offered. However, the fees are crazy, though it's still a little bit less than I would have been paying out of my pocket and it's a much shorter term than if I had been trying to pay it off myself.

    We're in love with National Debt Relief. If it wasn't for that company, heaven knows where we would be. They have been so helpful in so many ways. They have taken control of the whole thing. It's almost like being in a real bad car accident and the insurance company, the lawyers and everybody takes control of everything and I hardly have anything to do but get better. I've been there and that's what National Debt Relief has been doing for us. We hardly get any calls from them except for when they want to settle with a company and they want to know if we want to go ahead with it. They've been a godsend and gave us total peace of mind.

    I've already received two summons and I faced them both through National Debt Relief. I called them right away and the customer service rep transferred me to whoever needs to take care of me. She also told me to fax them the documents so I did and I haven't heard anything back from them as far as needing me so I am sure they're on top of it.

    Everybody is so understanding and so kind. They treat their customers with total respect and I haven't had one person be nasty or mean. And they don't assume anything, which is really great. I've had a credit card since I was 16 years old and I'm 68 now. And this is the first time I've ever been in trouble. But the credit card companies still treat me the same as the Joes out there that do it on purpose. That's mean and uncalled for.

    Moreover, we tried two other companies before signing up with National Debt Relief. The first guy never called back but the second guy was cheaper and would cover more coverage than the first company so we started the ball rolling with him. But my husband saw National Debt Relief online and we saw that they were number one. They also said that they were cutting 50% of our $200,000 debt right on top. And so I had to call this other guy and tell him we're canceling and we decided to go with someone else. He got really nasty and I was so glad we didn't go with him.

    Also, I always called National's customer service and it is so perfect. It's like everybody knows everything and no matter how young or old they are, they all know their jobs. And if it's another department that needs to take me further, then they do that. It's so cool how they do it because it's like a three-way where I can more or less hear everything and they don't shut me down or put me on hold and play music.

    And sometime in the beginning of this year I thought I would need to skip a payment because something went wrong with my teeth and my dentist insurance wasn't going to cover it until the middle of March of next year. So I called National Debt Relief right away. They told me not to exclude it from the payment plan and that we'll just keep going. And when the first of the month came, they still took the $2,560 that they use for paying all my debts off. So they've been a total blessing. They should be number one. There's no hidden thing about them and they're awesome. They're also professional, courteous, gracious and loving. I am so glad we're with them and I have never regretted it once.

    I'm 51 years old. I've always met all my obligations and just finding myself in this situation at this time of my life was a nightmare. There was a change of circumstances with my income so I did a little research and found that National Debt Relief was very highly rated. I called and they very clearly outlined how they can help me. There was some initial contact with an individual. He was very helpful and he explained everything. He's more than willing to spend a lot of time on the phone with me to work out the initial startup process. After that, I was signed up. I received information on how to continue and I was advised on what to do.

    I signed on with a not for profit organization and I knew that I would be taking a hit financially. But I didn't realize the degree to which I would be taking a hit in order to help this organization.     Getting into relief help was extremely expensive but my husband had lost his job and that was the only way we knew to get out of the situation we were in.     I've had very few meetings with the National Debt Relief team members and every time I've met with them, they've always been really professional and working with them has been good. It's good that I don't have to spend the money and I've significantly decreased the amount of money that I spend for months now. I was spending $2,600 a month on bills and when I started the program that went down to $700.

    They said I'll be working with them for three years. However, I don't necessarily believe that because they're not getting in touch with all of the different debts that they say they're going to and that's the problem. I'm still getting hounded by companies that they need payment or they're overdue and that we're going to go to collections. I've been paying the money per month and they've only taken care of two or three out of the six or seven different things that they need to take care of. I’ve brought it up and they say that they are working on them in the order of importance. It almost seems like a fallacy because what National Debt Relief is supposed to be doing with whatever I spend a month, they're not taking care of their obligation.

    The reviews National Debt Relief had and what my brother told me about them made me decide to look into relief help. My brother wasn't as bad as me but he had gone through NDR's program first. Also, I've talked to other companies and other programs. If it's not simple and not basic, I'm not doing it and National Debt was simple and easy to go with. I called up and gave them some information so they can see what the situation was. They came back with a game plan and we've been going through it for eight months. At first, it was a little confusing but they sorted it out. If you're confused, you talk to them and if you can't get an answer from one person, someone else will for you. They make it very easy for you and woking with them sets you straight. So far, it's been perfect. They've solved almost everything but two. I recommend them to everybody I know.
