So far, it's been a very good experience! Ben ** was the representative I dealt with and he was fantastic; he walked me through everything a couple times so I could make sure I truly understood everything completely. I have dealt with Customer Service a few times and each and every time it's been a pleasant experience. I've received respect, knowledge and complete answers to any and all my questions.

The debt counselor was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained their product in detail and answered all of my questions. I know I made the right decision with choosing NDR to help me get out of debt. Thank you for helping me and giving me hope to be debt FREE!

The debt specialist was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and polite. At first I was hesitant, but she answered all my questions. After years of being enslaved by my student loans and credit cards, I am finally hopeful of being debt free.

When I reached over $10,000 in debt, I didn't think it could be that fast in less than five years. I live in a big home and I'm the only proprietor at the moment, and everybody has everything on me and my girlfriend. We're the only ones that do everything and we got 12 bills altogether which is a lot of bills a month between us. I heard about National Debt Relief on the radio and then one of my friends referred me to them. They're trying to repair my credit and that's the best thing I needed. Please help me with the Power of Atty that you people keeps denying that the form is incomplete which is not. You sent me this electronic forms. I completed it and it's still not acceptable. You people didn't attempt to help me unless I keep calling from your representatives to send me another email of that form. So far I am not happy for the lack of support from the representatives.

I am very impressed about the professionalism of the representatives of NDR and highly recommend them to anyone who has doubts about how this program is implemented. They were courteous, answered all my questions and provided agreements to support our discussions.

First of all when I was talking to National Debt Relief to help me out the gentleman was very nice and said all the things I wanted to hear. Things like, "We'll negotiate for you, contact your vendors and work with you every step of the way." So I signed up and sent in my information. Not bad. Then to find out that the person that signed me up can only sign people up and cannot and will not talk to you. Only customer service can talk to you once you sign up. Not very convenient. Next was that they cannot negotiate until they have a large enough amount of money in your account to make a deal. So far I have paid into the program 9 months and still have only 60% of my accounts negotiated and the others are killing my credit because National Debt Relief will not settle with them until I have more in my account.

The only thing I wish we had was more communication on status updates. I've emailed a few times and have gotten no response. I had to call to get updates instead, which is hard to do when you work all day. Your office is usually closed by the time I'm able to call.

From initial inquiry to approval of application, Chris made all the difference in helping us understand the process & make us feel comfortable. He answered all of our questions & worked around our schedules to get things done. His customer service skills could not be outdone!

The only complaint I have so far was the fact that once you enroll in the program you can't even speak to the person who signed you up! I am excited to see how this program works for us. We had some problems with emails being sent back and forth. I was required to sign paperwork multiple times because they made spelling errors and did not receive my signed documents but other than that the process so far has been easy.

Eric was very informative and helpful. I didn't feel pushed into it, but educated. The only issue I have is the ability to show a hardship. My problem isn't making payments, but never gaining ground. But, I've paid into these creditors for many years, thus they've earned their keep from my money.

The reviews National Debt Relief had and what my brother told me about them made me decide to look into relief help. My brother wasn't as bad as me but he had gone through NDR's program first. Also, I've talked to other companies and other programs. If it's not simple and not basic, I'm not doing it and National Debt was simple and easy to go with. I called up and gave them some information so they can see what the situation was. They came back with a game plan and we've been going through it for eight months. At first, it was a little confusing but they sorted it out. If you're confused, you talk to them and if you can't get an answer from one person, someone else will for you. They make it very easy for you and woking with them sets you straight. So far, it's been perfect. They've solved almost everything but two. I recommend them to everybody I know.
