When we contacted NDR they looked up our credit report and then gave us a list of creditors that they would help us with. They then told us that it might take as long as a couple of months to reach settlements on all of the accounts. After paying for 3 months they have settled one account and have informed me today that they may, repeat may, have the rest settled within the next 6 to 8 months! I feel like I have lied to, but they are saying that they are sorry that I "may have been misinformed" and that I still need to get them more information before they can work on some of the accounts. After 3 months of payments they still do not have all the information that they need! If I had known then what I know now about them I would never have agreed to use them.

I looked into relief help to get rid of the credit cards. I had made mistakes and I had bad advice but I figured bankruptcy was not the way to go. I've been paying interest prior to going to National Debt Relief. I was paying about 1% to Wells Fargo and 5.9% to Barkley. I knew how the program was going and I knew they were charging about $35 a month. That was their fee. But when Toyota wanted their money, they didn't handle the creditor that I was working with. So, when I saw National Debt Relief's advertisements I ended the program that I had and went with them. They were able to handle everybody and they got everybody under one roof. We negotiated and Toyota rode off what I owed. They got a tax break out on me from what I owed on at least so that turned out good.

My credit cards were getting out of whack and I want to get on top. National Debt Relief worked with me in a way that helped me get everything done. They also explained it to me so I understood what was going on and they helped me understand how to do it. Also, they're very courteous and helpful. NDR made it a lot easier to deal with and they got things down to where it's not paying the full amount back which is handy. It's about what I expected it to. At least it's not more than that because 25% isn't bad but it's what it is. I was really satisfied with what they're doing on how they got things arranged. I have no qualms or problems with anybody. They did a lot better than what I could have done and that's for sure. It's really excellent.

The online reviews from previous consumers convinced me to go with National Debt Relief. When I initially called, a gentleman took the account up for me. He was very friendly. I asked about the process and he provided me with a lot of information. He also informed me that once all the accounts were paid up, all the negative feedback from the creditors would be removed and I would gradually see my credit increase.

I was struggling with extreme amount of debt and found National Debt Relief online. They've been good however, it doesn't seem to have affected me at all. I'm still making the same amount of payment, just a different place, then things will start clearing up. I've been using them for over a year now and I'm still waiting to see if anything actually comes up or if it pays off at all. I had a credit card debt that I knew I wasn’t going to be able to pay. So I called National Debt Relief and listened to what they had to say and it seemed all legit and fair and so I went with it. I’ve been with them for three years and my whole account should be done in July. What they do is negotiate with all of my creditors individually. I make biweekly payments and when they have a certain amount in my account, they work on negotiating with someone and when they come up with an offer for them, the creditor agrees to that. They then contact me and make sure that it’s okay with me before they go forward with it.

My dad had a lot of debt so he wanted to consolidate them. I researched different companies online and I was the one who told him about National Debt Relief. We had six credit cards but they only took care of two which I don't understand because they gave me a two-year timeline that everything's going to be done. We're about to hit the first year so I'm trying to find out how we're going to finish the rest of the credit cards before the two year mark.
