This is the best way to go when there is a family hardship. I am finally able to sleep at night without stress. I also know that I now have the help to get my debts taken care of and I am not in this alone. I would recommend this to anyone that needs some help getting their life back to a more normal state.

I looked into relief help when my bills were getting more than I could handle. National Debt Relief's representatives called me periodically to let me know what’s going on. And then they explained step-by-step what’s gonna happen, when it’s gonna happen, and how it’s gonna happen. They broke it down quite nicely too. NDR has been very professional and working with them has helped a lot. I'm glad that I found them and now I'm getting everything on track.

We had a lot of debt. We were paying it and we tried to make it as long as we could on just my income. My wife was in school and we got to a point where I couldn’t do it anymore so I finally cracked. It took me about three years to finally realize that we needed some way to get a relief so we got in touch with National Debt Relief. I get periodic calls from them to update all my accounts and let me know where I stand, what bills are being paid off and then if there’s any way I can add extra so we can start looking into closing the other accounts out. They work with me as far as they wanted an 'x' amount per month and I couldn’t do that. It was better for me to do by paycheck and they worked with me on that so that helped me out. National Debt Relief has relieved a lot of financial stress I had and tension in the house. It was a relief and a comforting experience. I’d recommended them to a family member, a friend and to anybody.

The agent I talked to on the phone at the first contact was quite helpful and reassuring of my debt situation. He explained the debt relief program in detail which gave me comfort. In taking my details for the application to check my qualification for the program he was quite polite and understanding and showed care for me as a person needing help. The team at National Debt Relief seem to be a little bit rushed. In the couple of times that I have either called to ask questions or been on the phone with them, I got the impression that they were trying to hurry and get me to finish up whatever my question was or get me off the phone. The creditors don’t call anymore and I reckon National Debt Relief is doing what they said they were gonna do. However, I thought they’d pay off all of the credit in one time when I first started but it doesn't work like that. Still, it's been a fair experience and it went through okay. I had a credit card debt that I knew I wasn’t going to be able to pay. So I called National Debt Relief and listened to what they had to say and it seemed all legit and fair and so I went with it. I’ve been with them for three years and my whole account should be done in July. What they do is negotiate with all of my creditors individually. I make biweekly payments and when they have a certain amount in my account, they work on negotiating with someone and when they come up with an offer for them, the creditor agrees to that. They then contact me and make sure that it’s okay with me before they go forward with it.

I was trying to get rid of a couple of credit cards. I went through National Debt Relief's process and I did not have any difficulties at all other than coming up with the money. Their reps are really good and when I've had to get back with them a couple of times, I've gotten right through them. They've done good and I'm happy with them.

My dad had a lot of debt so he wanted to consolidate them. I researched different companies online and I was the one who told him about National Debt Relief. We had six credit cards but they only took care of two which I don't understand because they gave me a two-year timeline that everything's going to be done. We're about to hit the first year so I'm trying to find out how we're going to finish the rest of the credit cards before the two year mark. Also, there are some credit cards where the balance is really low so I'm wondering why we aren’t paying those off first. But generally, they were very friendly and helpful. They're a good company to work with.

I logged on to their site one day and it said the settlements were 50% completed. And they have two more where they have to get the okay or the settlement amount.

National Debt Relief said they could get everything, what I’d be paying off, and I decided I like to do it that way. The team members told me one thing and couldn’t do it so I thought they would go to lenders because they work with them and get it all paid off and go through that. Whenever they called me back to tell me anything, they just put it on my email. That was fine with me but they could have called and said it. So far, so good. They just go ahead and get everything done like they say. That’s all I want them to do.

National Debt Relief always contacts me for questions if I haven't used the portal for a while or if there's any upcoming payments, they do reminders. And when I call in for any questions, they're always friendly. Since I am a client of theirs, they go through some authentications to verify that I'm the person who I claim I am. From that, they're off to see the questions I have. I'm close to ending now and the entire experience has been beyond excellent. I knew somebody that did National Debt Relief's whole program and it helped them out so I thought it couldn’t hurt to try. The team has helped me out a lot. Anytime I call, they’ve been able to answer any questions or concern that I've had. They gave me an estimate of about a year or so and I just passed that year, which is fine. I’ve been able to at least get almost two of my creditors down right now. I finished one of them and then I got another one that’s in the process. They do all the talking to the creditors who have stopped calling me. We had too much credit card debt. We had tried other ways to get out of debt but it wasn't helpful. Moreover, we had some medical bills that we had put on our credit card. It got to the point where we were paying bills but didn't have money to do anything else. We found National Debt Relief on the internet and they have been very helpful. Before, we were always nervous and frightened about spending. NDR worked out how much we had to put in the bank every month. They had us putting $300 less than our bills in their bank. Since then, we've been putting that money away and saving it. Also, some of our credit card companies have settled with us for a lot less than we owed. We got one card paid off already and we're in the middle of another one. Now, NDR is working on a third credit card.

I was talking to National Debt Relief representative and they tell me that I need to contact each of the payday loan companies to tell them that I want to stop the automatic withdrawal from my checking account. I have done what they asked and I am still having funds being debited from my personal checking account. I thought if I am paying for a service, and I am giving them the right to talk in my behalf, basically, a power of attorney, why am I having to do their job? If there is something that I am suppose to do in this situation that I am not doing, please contact me, email me. My phone is disconnected at the moment because of the funds that are continuing to be taken out of my account. Some assistance would be nice.

I called three of the credit card companies that I owed money to. I needed them to reduce the interest rate so I could continue payment, but all of them said they couldn’t help me. I used the money on the credit cards to buy commodities. And when the market didn’t go up, I was able to sell the commodities off to pay for the credit cards. I explained this to all three credit card companies but they all said, “The only way we could help you is if you stop payments on this and then we could come back and negotiate a deal with you.” And I thought, “How stupid is that?” I’m telling them what my problem is and they have a record of my prompt payment for years. That wouldn’t work.

I was going to get certified from the state of Washington, got a head-on collision and I wasn't able to even take the test or allowed to lift certain weights anymore. Everything was good in the beginning and I was willing to start the program but when I was concerned about my money situation and not being able to mail payments just yet, Valentine got very rude and hung up the phone. He was very unprofessional and was not showing concern about the situation. My situation is deeper than I described so all I wanted was a confirmation about how things would be if I wasn't able to keep up. His choice of words which I won't say led me to become very upset, I will not recommend this company to anyone I know.

We filed for bankruptcy before and it didn't do us any good. We're getting head over heels with bills and there's no money coming in to pay them sp we decided to look into relief. The team members at National Debt Relief were really helpful. Their guy helped and walked me through everything that was needed to be done and explained things if I had questions. I didn't have any issues with them but there have been times that I needed to rearrange my payment. They told me that they can't and that it has to be within a certain amount of days. But sometimes, I don't have that many days to call and change something. There were things that I needed to be done and sometimes they're last minute. I thought of looking into relief help so I could consolidate my bills and not go bankrupt. I sought help from National Debt Relief and the interactions I had with their team have been good. I’ve had a hard time sometimes understanding how the money works though and I feel like I didn’t get a good explanation about that. For example, I have a bill that they're paying $100 a month off, and I'm giving them $300. I'm then wondering why they can't pay more on that bill but I've never been able to get a good and straight answer on that, and I'm a little confused. Other than that, they've been very helpful, always reassuring, and keeping me up to date on things. They've also done well with negotiating and I would recommend them. They’re there when one calls them and are willing to answer any questions, so I'm happy with that.
