National Debt Relief always contacts me for questions if I haven't used the portal for a while or if there's any upcoming payments, they do reminders. And when I call in for any questions, they're always friendly. Since I am a client of theirs, they go through some authentications to verify that I'm the person who I claim I am. From that, they're off to see the questions I have. I'm close to ending now and the entire experience has been beyond excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs to gain their life back.

We had too much credit card debt. We had tried other ways to get out of debt but it wasn't helpful. Moreover, we had some medical bills that we had put on our credit card. It got to the point where we were paying bills but didn't have money to do anything else. We found National Debt Relief on the internet and they have been very helpful. Before, we were always nervous and frightened about spending. NDR worked out how much we had to put in the bank every month. They had us putting $300 less than our bills in their bank. Since then, we've been putting that money away and saving it. Also, some of our credit card companies have settled with us for a lot less than we owed. We got one card paid off already and we're in the middle of another one. Now, NDR is working on a third credit card.

I looked into relief help as besides being massively in debt and going months going, "Okay, what can I pay this month?", I was trying to get the most out of everything. I picked National Debt Relief by reading people's comments and reviews and working with National Debt Relief has been a relief. I’m waiting for this Liberty to take effect that they got me onto, which I’m very thankful for, which will help my credit faster than it would have if I wouldn’t have gotten selected for. So I’m very happy about that.

I was talking to National Debt Relief representative and they tell me that I need to contact each of the payday loan companies to tell them that I want to stop the automatic withdrawal from my checking account. I have done what they asked and I am still having funds being debited from my personal checking account. I thought if I am paying for a service, and I am giving them the right to talk in my behalf, basically, a power of attorney, why am I having to do their job? If there is something that I am suppose to do in this situation that I am not doing, please contact me, email me. My phone is disconnected at the moment because of the funds that are continuing to be taken out of my account. Some assistance would be nice.

The gentleman said he wouldn't take out the payment from my son's account, but my son said that they did. I guess I didn’t call in enough times and we're supposed to call a week ahead. I ended up having to give the payment back to my son the next week and he was very upset. But overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them to a friend.

I called three of the credit card companies that I owed money to. I needed them to reduce the interest rate so I could continue payment, but all of them said they couldn’t help me. I used the money on the credit cards to buy commodities. And when the market didn’t go up, I was able to sell the commodities off to pay for the credit cards. I explained this to all three credit card companies but they all said, “The only way we could help you is if you stop payments on this and then we could come back and negotiate a deal with you.” And I thought, “How stupid is that?” I’m telling them what my problem is and they have a record of my prompt payment for years. That wouldn’t work.

The attitudes of all their staff are very professional and they really put me at ease when I came to them. I liked the way the lady who interviewed me talked. National Debt Relief has been a life saver for me. I was in an accident a couple of years ago and lost my job doing in-home care. I was going to get certified from the state of Washington, got a head-on collision and I wasn't able to even take the test or allowed to lift certain weights anymore. I lost what I was going to be doing. I'd already been retired twice and then this was going to be a supplemental. The staff is all great in explaining everything to me. I would refer them to friends. I was so upset for what I have caused myself (money worries). They have relieved some of those for me. I will be debt free in 3 years and 5 months.

Everything was good in the beginning and I was willing to start the program but when I was concerned about my money situation and not being able to mail payments just yet, Valentine got very rude and hung up the phone. He was very unprofessional and was not showing concern about the situation. My situation is deeper than I described so all I wanted was a confirmation about how things would be if I wasn't able to keep up. His choice of words which I won't say led me to become very upset, I will not recommend this company to anyone I know.

I don't know my complete registration would include a Welcome Call. But it was helpful, because made understand the whole process quicker. The person I spoke was professional and encouraging. Look for great things to come from this experience. Most of all more leisure time and relaxation.

We filed for bankruptcy before and it didn't do us any good. We're getting head over heels with bills and there's no money coming in to pay them sp we decided to look into relief. The team members at National Debt Relief were really helpful. Their guy helped and walked me through everything that was needed to be done and explained things if I had questions. I didn't have any issues with them but there have been times that I needed to rearrange my payment. They told me that they can't and that it has to be within a certain amount of days. But sometimes, I don't have that many days to call and change something. There were things that I needed to be done and sometimes they're last minute. But they were great and I've tried recommending them to my in-laws.

I've been approached by a company and that started the idea of getting relief help. I was cold-called and then I decided to look at different companies and National Debt Relief seemed to be the most credible. Everything has been good and they have been proactive. They call if they get an offer to pay off a loan. They offered a loan to pay off the entire amount but it didn't seem to be right since it was gonna increase my total payout amount and the price was high, but I understand that was for offering some options. But they're continuing to work on it and they're doing a good job.

I did research on Google and after reading through several ones, I picked National Debt Relief. Everybody I've talked to has always been real nice and I've always had a good experience. However, I had one of those that I sent them call and tell me that there was a court date that I had to go to if I didn't pay a certain amount to get rid of that account. I was upset about that because I thought NDR initiated talking to those people but I ended up taking care of it. I didn't go to court, thank God.

I thought of looking into relief help so I could consolidate my bills and not go bankrupt. I sought help from National Debt Relief and the interactions I had with their team have been good. I’ve had a hard time sometimes understanding how the money works though and I feel like I didn’t get a good explanation about that. For example, I have a bill that they're paying $100 a month off, and I'm giving them $300. I'm then wondering why they can't pay more on that bill but I've never been able to get a good and straight answer on that, and I'm a little confused. Other than that, they've been very helpful, always reassuring, and keeping me up to date on things. They've also done well with negotiating and I would recommend them. They’re there when one calls them and are willing to answer any questions, so I'm happy with that.

First of all when I was talking to National Debt Relief to help me out the gentleman was very nice and said all the things I wanted to hear. Things like, "We'll negotiate for you, contact your vendors and work with you every step of the way." So I signed up and sent in my information. Not bad. Then to find out that the person that signed me up can only sign people up and cannot and will not talk to you. Only customer service can talk to you once you sign up. Not very convenient. Next was that they cannot negotiate until they have a large enough amount of money in your account to make a deal. So far I have paid into the program 9 months and still have only 60% of my accounts negotiated and the others are killing my credit because National Debt Relief will not settle with them until I have more in my account.

The only thing I wish we had was more communication on status updates. I've emailed a few times and have gotten no response. I had to call to get updates instead, which is hard to do when you work all day. Your office is usually closed by the time I'm able to call.
