The welcome call was horrible. The gentleman was difficult to understand and was apparent he was reading from a script. He did not appear to be very well informed. This call did not make me feel very comfortable with the program I had signed up for, since he didn't seem to know the program himself.

The representative that I spoke with (Tiana) was talking way too fast. If I had a question it was hard to get her attention because of the script she was reading. That tells me she wasn't listening to me unless she needed a response. I finished the conversation feeling pretty confused about some of the things she was talking about.

After being turned away by a few debt consolidation programs, it was amazing to speak to someone that understood our situation and ability to afford a reasonable program. I was afraid to call the company because I am nervous about fraud. They put me completely at ease - went over things so I could understand - and let me ask about a 100 questions. I tried to get the forms printed on my computer to sing and fax back - but I couldn't do that because I have no knowledge of how this is done. So I called and asked the forms to be sent. The girl was very nice and said they would get them sent to me. I feel that they really cared about how I felt and put things right with me - thanks so much.

So far my experience has been pleasant and precise. All questions have been answered. My only concern is creditors calling me. I have always paid on time but my husband and I have not had bad credit for years and years and it's an adjustment for us to finish this.

Really good company. Does what they say. Only downfall is their charges seem a bit high. But they are doing all the work. So I guess I can live with that. Pretty quick at getting things started. I've just finished my 1st year. Would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the customer service of NDR. All the people I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. Also, so far I have been able to settle my credit card balances much lower than I owed. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief. The only drawback from this program is the recurrent phone calls from creditors.

Works with you on the phone nice. Customer service and Reps are very helpful and with account web page is very helpful. Only drawback is when trying to fax a copy of a letter from a creditor it will not go through on the fax. So you have to upload it to the your account page. Wish they would indicate if it was looked at.

I was extremely nervous and skeptical when enrolling in the program this past August. I had enrolled in February but quickly changed my mind and continued moving funds around and transferring balances until I couldn’t keep up any longer and was forced to re-enroll with my husband in August. It was embarrassing and we felt defeated but realized we would never meet or financial goal juggling debt. Since enrolling National Debt has settled 30% of our debts within the first 5 months. Amazing to us! Their fee is well worth the cost. We even had to get a car and despite our low credit were still deemed credit worthy without a co-signer. This has been our best decision ever!
