They were very successful in reducing my debt and negotiating with debtors to lower their interest rates on my debt. My students loans were out of control to the point where I didn't have gas money to get to work, but I needed to get to work in order to pay for gas money! I'm very happy with this company and wish more companies were like them!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of all persons that I talked to on the telephone. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process that National Debt Relief Company was going to do for me. I did not have to wait very long for a decision to be made and for me to receive a telephone call confirming the fact that I was approved.

National Debt Consolidation was so easy to work with. They were always very informative and answered any questions I may have. The representatives worked very hard to help us through the process. They were able to suspend payments during hardships for a couple of months if needed. We were able to complete the process in 3 years and we had 4 different Credit Cards to pay off. They negotiated each one of the card's balance down helping us to save a lot of what we owed. I would recommend them highly.

Every representative I spoke with was very helpful and never made me feel like I was being judged. I have recommended this program to friends and shared our experience. The only issue I can share is that I wish there was more help after graduating the program to help repair credit and guide us on the right direction to repairing our credit reports.

It's a little slow at the beginning and there are long periods of time without communication which is a little unsettling but with patience they work it out somehow. My credit beacon score went down to nothing but just today my score jumped 68 point which I was not expecting. Overall, it is a very good service.

I'm not the top to write reviews, but after all that National Debt Relief has done for me I figured I'd leave something. I definitely recommend to anyone in debt and looking for a way out. They set you up on a nice payment plan. Also all the annoying calls from the creditor stop. They handle everything as well as a legal team.

Very pleased watching the balances go down and being resolved. Customer service for the most part has been very good. Some of the agents could use more training. Overall very satisfied. Some of the fees are a little high for resolving your account but you still end up saving a lot of money and become debt free.

One of my accounts has already been resolved and another is pending payment. I'm extremely happy with the outcomes so far! I do wish that they responded back to messages a little more quickly, but overall I have received great customer service.

We have been with National Debt now for two years and we are almost debt free. They are so helpful and accommodating with us. The program was great. This really helped me to manage my bills and debt. I was able to pay off all my loans with the helpful consolidation monthly payments. It helped me to take this very serious if I wanted to improve my credit again.

After 6 months I find out that my credit is destroyed again and the monthly money withdrawn from my bank account is a slow process to pay off the settled debt because National Debt Relief takes out its fee right off the top and not a monthly draw, which makes your payoff very slow and the CC companies keep pounding your credit score until they are contacted by NDR.

I was very hesitant to enroll in the program, but their expertise and professionalism has exceeded my expectations. Since July last year my credit has improved by 100 points after bottoming out in the low 400's a few months into the program. I have settled 1/4 of my debt. Great program and company.

I was expecting better settlements. I don't think they are working very hard to get me better offers. Payments are too high. I'm always talking to someone at the call center and not speaking with someone who knows what is going on. Way too slow.

My experience was great. I was able to pay off my credit card debt in a little over 2 and half years. I was happy with most of the settlements. The only issue I had was when I would call for an update it would take forever for me to get information from agents.

I experience a bad negotiation between National Debt and one of my debtors. I owed $800 but the negotiation landed $1800 to settled the debts. A customer service supervisor (not Mr. **) who help me to understand why the negotiation turned out that I owed the debtor more money than I had my loan and she was very persistent that I should agreed upon to the negotiator. Please improve how the negotiator negotiates to cut half of the debt instead of being on the debtor side. Please improve your customer service area of how to handled the desperate customer to cut down their debts. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I have had to use different forms of credit recovery over the many years of my life. This company, National Debt Relief, has been by far the best company I've ever had the opportunity to work with. The monthly schedule and budget that will help me lower my debt by thousands of dollars has greatly improved my peace of mind! I have been a National Debt Relief customer for approximately two years and I am glad to say that four out of my seven creditors that I've applied for with them have been paid off which means I have three more to go and they should be paid off by the end of this year. The company has helped reduce my debt at a very high payment to the company. It has been a struggle for me to be able to make my normal payments, aside for the bills they are helping with. I wish that the company would post remaining balances on the loans so I could see how much is remaining to pay on those loans.

Unsure if it's working for me - I have hardly any contact with them. Not much communication. However they do take out their large fees often. I guess I misunderstood. I thought they took out fees after debt was settled but there are monthly withdrawals I was recently told.

When I called National Debt Relief I was a little skeptical. I was in pretty dire straits - I had almost 10k in debt, I was constantly getting letters from consolidators and it was stressing me out so badly. I didn't feel like I would ever be able to pay off my debts. I was so ashamed of the situation I was in because I was the one who got me there - I was in a living situation that I couldn't afford, and the balances were piling up. Finally I moved and I had come into some money and tried paying off my debts, and somehow it seemed like it didn't even put a dent in it. I decided something needed to be done. I was really drowning in debt, struggling to make payments. National Debt Relief has helped me manage my payments to my collectors in a very professional manner. I didn't have to speak to my debtors, NDR did everything. NDR negotiated payment terms with my creditors and I'm on my way to a simpler life.

It feels like it has taken forever, but happy to say 12 more payments and I am DONE! The only thing is that they keep asking me to increase the amount of the payment. If I had it I would! They were nice to not take a payment when my car broke down and I had to pay to fix it. They are good overall, I just wish they would not do a payment every month, and just do a payment every 2 or 3 months like they did for the first card I paid off. I would like to know about all these fees I'm paying, that is confusing. I feel like they are taking money they shouldn't be sometimes. I just want to get this over and done. I will never do this again.

Very clear and precise, no hidden agendas, inspiring trust with an excellent outcome. So far all that had been explained to me in the initial phone call has been in compliance and fulfilled along with all positive results. I am very satisfied with this service and all departments involved.

They're not bad. They are in the process of settling 6 of our accounts. My main issue is that they don't update you on progress with the companies that they haven't reached a settlement amount with. Like, if a company says they aren't going to work with us, let us know so we can contact that company directly and see if there is something we can get figured out. It's just frustrating. The only time we get any kind of information is if we reach out to them. Currently 2 of our 6 debts are being settled but we haven't gotten any information on the 4 that are just sitting out there.

I have finally graduated from the program! They are great at negotiating your individual accounts and they're always so friendly and are willing to help. Ex: if a creditor is harassing you they want to know! I believe I started in the program in 2013 or 2014 and it's been a great experience. You can easily call and someone is able to get on the phone with you right away and if that person cannot help answer your question they find someone that can. I have referred people to this company, it's been overall a great experience and I'm now debt free!

It works. I started the program at the beginning of 2015, and I will have nearly $40,000 in credit card debt resolved in four years or less for around $30,000 total cost. 5 out of my 6 creditors are currently resolved, and National Debt Relief will negotiate with the final creditor when there is enough in my escrow account to work with. I have not had to speak with any of my creditors, since NDR does all the negotiating. Their customer service is wonderful and very responsive. They pay themselves well out of fees from the settlements, but I will still be paying considerably less than I otherwise would have. My credit score took a hit when I closed all of my accounts and stopped paying the cards, but it started climbing again as soon as the accounts began to be marked "resolved". It is a decision I will never regret.

I am very pleased with the service I have received. Love the online portal. It is user friendly. Customer service has also been very helpful when any problems arise. Service is prompt. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family in the future.

Making the decision to work with debt relief services is difficult, but words cannot express how happy I am that I did this. My debt was unmanageable and no matter how many jobs I worked or how much money I was making, I couldn't get ahead and make any progress. My debt was cut in half with this program and now that I am debt free, my credit score has improved that maybe owning a home one day isn't out of the question. The customer service was fantastic and I never didn't know where I stood in the program. The goals are very realistic and my monthly deposit was less than what I was paying all creditors each month, making it manageable.

They should tell you upfront that they will pull accounts that are way older than 7 years old to pay off, as well as current ones. This opens up new negative reports! They will pay off the smaller balances first, which will continue to drive down your credit score. I am only halfway in, so in the next year I expect big things from NDR! I will report as necessary!

Going to NDR was the best decision I have ever made regarding my financial situation. They really are customer focused and helped me to get out of a financial burden loop that almost ruined my life. The payment plan they set up and negotiated with all my creditors were very easy and affordable on my part based on my income. Thank you very much. The only thing I dislike about this program is that some of the credit card bills go months or even years before getting paid at all. It kills your credit. I was on a debt management program before, and the creditors got paid something every month, even if it was a small amount. National Debt Relief has to allow a certain amount of money to accumulate before they will even attempt to negotiate. I did not realize this when I signed up for the program.

Happy that I am taking steps to clear my debt. However, when I signed I was told that a rep would follow up with me regularly. I have only spoken to them once when I didn't call first. I would appreciate more contact. All show settlement amts but I have only agreed & been spoken to about 1.

National Debt Relief has always been available to answer any questions or difficulties that I have. I received information both online and also on paper. All of the folks I spoke to were courteous and helpful. Any contacts from Credit Card companies were referred to the Service, so I did not have to deal with them.

All in all, I am happy that I joined this credit program. Their customer representatives are always very helpful and courteous. So far, they settled with one of my creditors, and I just have one more to go. The only downfall with joining this, and any other credit relief program for that matter, is that the time it takes to settle one's debt takes a bit too long. I wish that there was a way to shorten the time duration! Other than that, I've had no problems or issues so far.

So far so good with Nat'l Debt. I am informed by email and phone when an offer from a creditor needs to be approved by me. The customers service representatives are very friendly and helpful, both when they call clients or if a client calls in for information or questions. Fees seem fairly reasonable.

We have been signed up for months now and have only see 1 account (it was a major account) closed out. Would be interested to see more action on the other accounts. I was told that this would be done in 2 years max before I enrolled and when I called back they say well maybe 2 but it could be more and that they do not know. I went with debt relief based on that fact and now it's another year with them collecting a percentage for another year when I could have handled this on my own and not had to pay debt relief. I was drowning in credit card debt and was only able to afford the minimum payments. After reading reviews online about NDR I figured why not give them a shot. I am SO happy I pulled the trigger and had them settle out 8 accounts, totaling around $15,600+, with interest rates over 25% and with NDR I only had to pay around $11,400 over 3 years with no interest. I would of been paying WAY more over MANY years with interest if I didn't go this route. The debt is gone. My credit score is already near 700. If you can, it always helps to have one or more open, good standing accounts while you do this, so your score can keep going up while the others are settled out. Love working with the manager Coasta. He is fast and efficient. Don't like that the process takes years and you must go delinquent and ruin your credit in the meantime. I’m in debt because of an event that took out all of my income and savings. Though I don't hear from National Debt Relief very often, everybody has been very polite when I have heard from them or needed to call them. Working with National Debt Relief has not helped in any way with my credit score but it made it possible for me to pay my monthly bills which is something I needed to do.

But, I had a different idea of what National Debt Relief would do. I closed out because it was taking really long. The first agent to contact me did not keep his appointment for scheduled calls which resulted in a delay in my enrolling. The delay has resulted in my being unable to stop the scheduled payment to Lending Club for the month of June. This will cause a financial hardship that could have been avoided if your representative had been better at doing his job. However, the second agent, Brian ** was very helpful and courteous.

I enrolled with NDR believing that ALL my accounts would be addressed and that local creditors would be contacted and that I would not be harassed to pay the amount due to their acct. Not only my Credit Score is also taking a hit. NDR's Mr. ** tells me "not to worry" but local people "threatening to bring the Sheriff to get stuff out of my garage" tells me that NDR is taking my payment and???
