It's a process but works out in time, I'm satisfied with it. Agents are nice and helpful not to mention very patient. After some scheduled phone calls and a few emails, which are all simple questions, got this rolling... then change address and phone with your creditors and let the NDR do their thing!

This has been a great weight off my shoulders and I will be debt free before I know it. People are easy to deal with and talk to. I am very happy to be on my way to financial security and peace of mind. First couple of months were trying but customer service was ready and waiting... with a listening ear and help.

I have been treated great with the staff, every time I call in they have help me with all my question and have assisted me with any help I needed and above all made me feel good about my decision for join NDR to help me get out of my debt.

Working with National Debt Relief has been such a relief. They were always courteous and answered every question or concern that we had. It was nice for me to have a company that helps with relieving your debt, as well as having the staff work with you making you feel at ease.

I was not given the run-around. Each person I spoke with was straightforward and thoroughly explained what I needed to know. The monthly fee is extremely as well. I've worked with other companies that have charged 5 times as much.

I have only had to call twice since becoming part of the National Debt Relief program. Both times were to have them help me get into my account. Both times (as well as when I joined) everyone has been helpful and professional. In fact I recommended a coworker who is now in the program. Thank you.

I am a bit upset with the speed of things. I know you are waiting for funds to build up but I still have the collectors on your program calling me at home and at work trying to collect when I keep telling them about being on your program... It is mostly with the two Key Bank accounts. Hopefully you can use that against them to further settle my debts.

They are professional, informative and extremely helpful in this process which is very stressful. And they are kind people. I appreciate this program very much! I do wish it didn't take as long but I do understand they are helping me so much and that the time is essential. A great program!

I haven't completed my program but only a few months in they have solved a few of my credit card issues! Very awesome and helpful group of people. I love NDR! I would recommend it to anyone who may be struggling with their financials or is just looking to get out of debt altogether!

The focus on creating a positive experience can be summarized as truly professional. All my questions were responded to in a timely manner. Each negotiation was handled to maximize the potential outcome. I recommend this organization without hesitation. We had a great experience.

Overall been a positive experience, some of the settlements have been very good, others so-so once you factor in the fee they charge for each settlement offer. Had a lot of momentum early on (about 3-4 months in), but haven't had anything more in quite some time, about 7 months in and still have more than half of my creditors without an agreement. Wish expectations for how long it can take them to reach an agreement with my creditors had been better set/explained. So some things very good, especially the customer service, and other items, primarily the timeline for settlement agreements has been mediocre.

So far, I have been very pleased with this program. Customer service staff is wonderful in helping me with procedures and with emotional support. The program will save me a great deal, and I'll pay off my debt a lot sooner. My only problem is with the password to get into my account. Resetting it doesn't work. I would definitely recommend the program to someone else.

We have only been in the program for a few months and only one of our debts has been settled that I know of so far. We are receiving fewer phone calls (which we don't answer) than before we started and that is good. I do wish there was more communication with us, I kind of feel our money is being taken every payday but nothing is being done. More communication would be nice. All in all I guess it is working.

They have been professional and very helpful to all my needs and questions. Great staff. They understand my situation and act very well to every situation or questions. I gotta give them props for that. Also will recommended them to any of my friends and family. Great job.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience has been with this company. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to please the customer. I highly recommend them. It have helped me immensely. If you have debt they are the go to.

National Debt Relief has done a great job relating the status of my account to me. Also every time I've called with questions they answer them right away or transfer me to someone that can. Honestly calling National Debt Relief was the best decision I've made regarding my credit!

I am very pleased with National Debt Relief so far. They acted quickly as soon as my deposits started to come in to take care of my debit with creditors and was able to settle for less than half on all of them. I have been enrolled with N.D.R. since October of 2016 and so far they have settled about half of my debt and have closed 2 of my accounts.

My only regret is that I wish I started this process a lot sooner. They have very friendly customer service reps - who are ready to assist you and guide you through the process. Being a part of the process, in deciding whether to take an offer or not, gave me great confidence in this program.

So far everything has been great. I do not really know what's going on with my account, so I wish there were more updates and communication with my account. I feel like I am still unaware of the process and I hope everything is ok with my account.

The start up process was okay and simple but whenever you need help or ask questions you can't just ask it and get an answer till you pass the 50 other questions. You have to start the email conversation about the issue, wait for the email to verify your information then wait again to hear from them just to be told you should call about your concern. There isn't a simple way. Communication needs improving.

I was skeptical at first, but within 6 months they have helped me with 2 of my accounts. They are polite and friendly when you call. If you don't understand they take the extra time to explain. If you miss their call they will follow up with an email. Glad I'm using them.

Nearly seven months into the program, only one account representing ~5% of the total debt has been settled. Numerous fees have been deducted from deposits made for what appears to be very limited activity. My interaction with customer service when I responded to annoying automated telephone messages, that came almost daily, was less than a desirable experience. I was transferred many times before a customer service rep would response to my issue.

Hello. So far, I am very pleased. The negotiation hasn't been finalized yet but they are very professional and know their stuff. The only complaint I have is that, when I signed up, I didn't realize that they don't negotiate right away. They want your accounts to go into nonpayment status so they have more leverage to negotiate.

Happy with the response so far and the money they are able to save me. They contact me with every deal and let me know before I decide to go ahead with it. Have been very professional and would definitely recommend them to others.

Throughout my program, I have been contacted whenever there is a change in my account or if any activity comes up. The customer service representatives have always been very friendly and willing to help. Whenever I call with a question, they have the answers or go through any length possible to find the answer for me.

They are very helpful and answer all your questions. In the beginning it might take some time but it's worth the wait. I now have 1 payment versus 16 and all balances were cut in half. I will finish this program in a couple of years. I recommend this company.

Literally saved my financial situation when I thought I was too deep in it for any saving to be done. I am so grateful for their patience and drive to work with me and all my financial creditors. I started out getting updates, but then it has completely stopped. I am unsure where the other creditors stand. The customer service when I do hear from them is very helpful and explains things very well. The company is great, just would like periodic updates!

They have been collecting a monthly amount of money from me for the last 5 months and so far they have done nothing. I am still receiving calls from my creditors. They have not made any offers yet. I have to wonder what is taking them so long and if I made the right decision to go with them to represent me.

They have been great in arranging payment and getting my settlements, they communicate before making any decisions. I even got my husband into the company to settle his debts. They make sure they run everything through me and do try to get the best settlements. I am glad I would be debt free and not having to keep on wasting money just in interest. If I would had never partner with National Debt Relief I most probably in Bankruptcy. I feel such a relieve.

New to this. So far my experience has been good with them but still waiting to see when will my creditors be contacted and what will be the outcome. Also will I be contacted with what is the outcome with the creditors. So far all I am getting is calls from my creditors but I did refer them to the number that was given but they also informed me that they do not work with debt creditors.

I'm very confused at how your program works. I know I was given a time frame and I'm expecting to be finished in 3 years. I wish I could get monthly or even bimonthly calls or emails as to where I'm at and who is getting paid. I know I'm given a link to check but I would rather have one on one communication. I am happy that I was accepted into the program but I still don't have that peace of mind. I get so many calls from creditors that it is overwhelming. I just hope these 3 years go by fast and I can complete the program. My work email is **. During the week I prefer that email.

When I registered I was told that National Debt Relief was going to contact the creditors. When I asked according to National Debt Relief and the creditors no information was exchange. When I contact I keep getting told that I have to wait.

At this point I would recommend them highly. They settled one account so far. Looking forward to getting the rest resolved. They were very understanding and work well with you to help you out of debt. They explain everything thoroughly to help you.

Our experience with National Debt Relief has been very positive. Their customer service is particularly strong, and they have been very interested in working to find solutions with all of our creditors. I actually anticipate that with their help we may be out of debt even earlier than planned, and I am grateful to have the option to pay back at least some of what we owe to our creditors, an option that bankruptcy did not allow.

I wasn't behind on payments; I just had too many and couldn't get out of the hole I had dug for myself. National Debt Relief came to my rescue! Enrolling in their program was fast and easy, and customer service is excellent. I have already, through National Debt Relief, paid off a couple debts, and soon, they will all be gone!!!

National Debt Relief was there to help me move forward from debt I incurred during a difficult period of job loss. They worked with me on a monthly payment plan and negotiated with my creditors so I would not be stuck just making minimum payments on interest.

Thankfully, I found Debt Relief just before I was in really big trouble. I had at least 5 credit cards so full, I was about to not be able to make minimum payments. It took 3 years but I am now debt free. Some cards required serious negotiations but they were handled and in the end, I actually was refunded an overpayment of $5000. In the meantime, I learned to control my card usage and now save the previous monthly payments.

When I contacted NDR I was in big trouble - having accumulated much debt due to a year of unemployment and a sudden medical emergency with no option other than bankruptcy. I heard the ad on the radio and called. The first agent I spoke with was wonderful and supportive - and nonjudgmental - and assured me that although settling my debt would take time, I would be whole again. She was extremely helpful and optimistic about the results and set up a plan I could live with. NDR has already settled 3 of my most aggressive accounts and I know that the end of this financial nightmare is near. I am a huge supporter of NDR!

As a newly single mother with 3 children, working 2 jobs and trying to make a home, I ran up credit cards to fulfill my needs. Once the monthly payments on the credit cards became too much to handle, I called National Debt Relief. I was welcomed by the friendliest people whose only concern was to help me! I was scared first about how this worked. Bill collectors calling us both at work and home and cellphones. After contact with National Debt Relief no more calls and they stay in touch with me. 2 payments a month and it's paid off 12 account already and ten to go. Good and no problem. Would recommend.

Overall very good. The only problem that I have, I've been asking NDR to try to work on a hospital quickly. This is going on for months. I wanted NDR to work on a hospital bill. After several months the bill went to a collection agency. This collection was very nasty. If NDR should have started the process this could have been avoided. I'm Bipolar and legally blind and disabled and don't need these calls. Overall very good experience.

Very satisfied with my settlement with the first creditor. Just waiting for the next two. Can't wait until I'm finished. Was not happy about one of my creditors that was put hold on, because they were not to be included in my package.

I was pretty much pleased with the overall handling of my accounts. I guess one of my gripes would be the length of the process and the dodging of the phone calls from the creditors. I think it do well for your customers to get some kind of feedback on their credit report through you all while they are with the program.

Customer technical service is always only a phone call away. I thank you for the monthly account update even though I don't always check it. I've had a couple opportunities to refer friends to National Debt Relief's customer service # for their benefit.

I was not expecting to have to pay income tax on the monies deducted from my debt. It was my understanding that the lawyers hired by your firm using our money was to fight this sort of thing. It has negatively affected my life in that I am unable to pay these taxes. After all my bills are paid including gasoline and food, I have been living on $20/month. If any emergencies arose, I was forced to sell some of my belonging that I was unwilling to part with, but the choice of losing your home or some other belongings makes the decision obvious. This debt relief program is tough to live with but I am determined to get the "albatross" off my back by sticking it out. The offer to give me a loan to pay this debt off is contrary to what the program is all about and I was very insulted that you would even offer it after reading the premise of your program.

I have been working with NDR for over a year now. They have gotten 2 out of 3 of my debts settled. Every time I have contacted NDR, they have been professional and helpful. They have always made me feel comfortable and never ashamed of my situation. Plus they are helping me get out of debt in a timely manner! They are great!

Recently, I was notified of and was able to accept a settlement offer of one of my debtors by email. I appreciated the ease of that process... An email with the details, push of one button to approve and receipt of confirmation! Painless! This is so much easier than receiving a phone call!

I could have gotten in many cases a better settlement than NDR did and saved the fees. Their customer service has been difficult to deal with and in many cases have not told the truth so you have to know what the contract says. Very slow to respond and drag their feet on processing ACH requests. Overall one of the biggest mistakes that I have ever made. I make sure to tell everyone I know that might consider this same path that I took to stay away from NDR.

Because of changes in the economy I made the mistake of relying on my credit cards to keep my business afloat. After a while, I found myself getting deeper in debt. Between the finance charges, sky high interest rates and late fees I couldn't reduce my principal debt even with paying more than double the minimum. I tried to deal with the credit card companies on my own but they wouldn't budge. National Debt Relief was able to negotiate on by behalf to settle my debt for about half the amount. I didn't have to deal with harassing phone calls and threats of foreclosure. They took all the stress off my shoulders, they have been amazing.

We joined National Debt Relief because we were out to our ears in credit card debt and personal loan and it was a last resort. We didn’t know what else to do and we happened to stumble upon it online at the best, or worst time depending on how we look at it. But they saved our lives. We are actually able to pay all of our bills and we’ve chipped away in all of that debt and we're down to the last couple that will be paid off within a year. I like what they're doing but I feel that they do not give me an update on the work. When I asked for an update I get "will get back with you in two days or give us a call". And I never can go to my account directly and see what's going on. My password never works.

I would call or send a request for help and I would get the same lame response every time! Not enough help or support!!! I am so happy they found someone to fund my debt so I could get away from them! I thought I was doing the right thing but so many times they had me wondering if I should just do a bankruptcy!

Customer service are friendly and they will explain it to you very well. Gives you update on what's going on to your account. Customer service team are helpful. They also suggest what's good for your account. All in all excellent service.

I thought long and hard of a plan to get myself out of debt. I was strapped to 10 credit accounts that were keeping me in the hole at all times. All I could do was make the minimum payment on the accounts and stay broke. I asked NDR two years ago to help. In one phone conversation I began the process of becoming debt free. Currently nine of my ten credit account balances have been eliminated. I am anxiously awaiting my final settlement with my one remaining creditor. After that is accomplished I plan to remain debt free. I learned my lesson the hard way. These good people can actually help. I could not be happier with the service provided by NDR.

So far this has been a great experience! NDR always is quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone. I've already resolved a debt in about six months and hoping to get more resolved soon. You can make extra payments and payoff early if possible.

Delivered Results As Advertised. Negotiated settlements very satisfactory. Customer support excellent. My requested copies of final creditor settlements were not always forthcoming to me. Not transparent. Settlement documents (letters) were requested from National Debt Relief for my Credit Reporting agencies dispute (paid) backup data. The final settlement letters are not always available from the creditor to assist in the Credit Report disputes (edits). Would encourage National Debt Relief to produce and share negotiated settlement letters with customers.

National Debt Relief are so professional they know how to explain what the company is all about. I really admire how they make their clients understand how it works. I would and always recommend to friends & relatives. I feel so comfortable when I speak any of them. They're part of my family. They never brush you off when speaking to anyone. I just calling them every now & then.

Taking too long to get done. Fees too high. Seems unbeneficial to me. Will probably never go this route in the future if I'm to get in a similar situation. I never get exact answers when I call in. Very annoying.

Would highly recommend NDR. Extremely helpful, professional and have had no problem getting creditors to negotiate...even payday loans which are extremely hard to consolidate. My monthly debt payout went from 1100 to 400. You will not be disappointed. Stop stressing and make the decision to use NDR to help consolidate your debt!

They had to extend my payoff time by 6-9 months, which disappointed me, but they also took care of EVERYTHING. I was $18K buried in credit card debt with about 10 different creditors and they will have got me free in 2-1/2 years. They also contact you to offer settlements and find out how you're doing money wise. This is a good company.

I wish I knew what was going on with my account. It would be nice to know how my account negotiations were doing. Other than that I usually am happy with the outcome of the negotiations and the settlements of my accounts. I also wish I they could be settled faster so I can get my credit score back up.

I have been with National Debt Relief for about 18 months. Originally I was given a quote for a 33 month program, nearly 2 years. Employees are extremely knowledgeable. Always courteous. An observation though: Some creditors are severe predators. Won't settle. Won't settle. Et. al. Then, when the balance is huge with late fees, offers to settle for the original payoff amount. This is not a good deal for the client. There should be a mechanism to give creditors a max time to settle. If creditor refuses, Debt Relief sends last best offer and begins to pay off debt.

I received a phone call from National Debt Relief in response to my review. First, I was impressed that they actually took the time to look at it. I didn't think big companies did that. The manager who called me was very concerned about the number of calls I had received with no message left, just a blank voicemail. He said that he would look into it. I had two creditors needing to be resolved. They so far resolved one. It's been a year and still waiting to have them make a settlement with one. Keep in mind if you plan to go this route and do the program, your credit score drops tremendously. My score was 750... now it's 535. Yes this program is good because it reduces your debt but be prepared for many phone calls from creditors. Also I got a letter in the mail last week from a debt collector (since it's been over a year now and National Debt still hasn't resolved anything with them) that they would settle with me for a much lower amount. Why hasn't National Debt settled with them then? It shouldn't be that hard. That's what I'm paying them to do. Yes they take a chunk of your money to settle for you. I may just settle with them myself since my credit keeps dropping from them taking no action.

When doing research on debt-consolidation companies, I saw that NDR had a very good rating with the BBB. Divorce made me more dependent on credit cards than I would have normally been, and found myself drowning in about $15000 debt that I could only make near-minimum payments on. I decided to go with NDR, and have had only positive experiences with them. The initial consultations got me set up on a program that I can get by with. They worked with the creditors for me, then NDR and I came up with a doable pay plan. I'm biting the bullet for about a year and a half, and then the vast majority of the debt will be settled. Subsequent contacts with the service team have been equally good. They have excellent customer service -- very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I regularly recommend them to my friends and family.

They have been very helpful in negating a fair settlement of all my debts and helping me pay them off. They collected the money from me and made the appropriate payments to my debtors. I should be finished by December 2017 with all of my debt.

I recently completed this program & did not receive any paperwork or the debt settlement letters from my creditors that were promised to me by NDR. After the final settlement payment was received, one of my creditors posted inaccurate info to my credit report which consequently dropped my score over 60 POINTS! And despite numerous attempts made to NDR, I had not one ounce of proof that I paid it. Perhaps the most frustrating part was all of the time wasted having to re-explain my story to one uneducated individual after another via phone calls, emails, etc, and I still do not have the documentation I requested almost 3 months ago! I would not recommend the services of NDR. If you choose to utilize them, I would highly recommend you request your settlement letters after each account is settled or you will never see them, despite what they tell you.

It's been months since I see any progress in my case. After working on my case and doing some good deals with creditors it had been silence for long time. Also I called many time for special attention to one of the creditors on my report. Nothing happened till now. That been for more than 4 months long.

I am thankful for this system of paying off my debt!!! Every 1 or 2 months... A negotiation is made on my behalf to pay off one of my creditors. It feels like a weight has been lifted. I am recommending this system to people that I know... that has high debt.

It's a little slow at the beginning and there are long periods of time without communication which is a little unsettling but with patience they work it out somehow. The program was great. This really helped me to manage my bills and debt. I was able to pay off all my loans with the helpful consolidation monthly payments. It helped me to take this very serious if I wanted to improve my credit again.

After 6 months I find out that my credit is destroyed again and the monthly money withdrawn from my bank account is a slow process to pay off the settled debt because National Debt Relief takes out its fee right off the top and not a monthly draw, which makes your payoff very slow and the CC companies keep pounding your credit score until they are contacted by NDR.

I was very hesitant to enroll in the program, but their expertise and professionalism has exceeded my expectations. Since July last year my credit has improved by 100 points after bottoming out in the low 400's a few months into the program. I have settled 1/4 of my debt. Great program and company.

I experience a bad negotiation between National Debt and one of my debtors. I owed $800 but the negotiation landed $1800 to settled the debts. A customer service supervisor (not Mr. **) who help me to understand why the negotiation turned out that I owed the debtor more money than I had my loan and she was very persistent that I should agreed upon to the negotiator. Please improve how the negotiator negotiates to cut half of the debt instead of being on the debtor side. Please improve your customer service area of how to handled the desperate customer to cut down their debts. Thank you.

The company has helped reduce my debt at a very high payment to the company. It has been a struggle for me to be able to make my normal payments, aside for the bills they are helping with. I wish that the company would post remaining balances on the loans so I could see how much is remaining to pay on those loans.

Unsure if it's working for me - I have hardly any contact with them. Not much communication. However they do take out their large fees often. I guess I misunderstood. I thought they took out fees after debt was settled but there are monthly withdrawals I was recently told.

When I called National Debt Relief I was a little skeptical. I was in pretty dire straits - I had almost 10k in debt, I was constantly getting letters from consolidators and it was stressing me out so badly.
