The negotiation with Lending Club Corporations needs my notarized signature in the negotiation process. I submitted the documents and still waiting for the results/update because my account is bought by Velocity Investments LLC. Yes I would recommend to a friend.

I feel like I'm not being informed of whats going on with my case. I'm getting so many phone calls that I've stopped answering them. Most of the creditors say they won't work with you which makes me nervous to see that my credit score keeps dropping and no one seems to be working to settle the debt.

After my first contact with NDR, I was dealt with in a very considerate and compassionate manner. Which was greatly appreciated by myself as I was in a very difficult emotional state. With their help I have been able to take care of one of my accounts and on the way to completing my goal of being debt free.

It is nice to have someone in your corner. Of course all the I receive and calls are annoying but to be expected. I do not like that they are turning things over to collection or that they keep adding more and more interest but I guess that is to be expected.

My interaction with National Debt Relief during the process is been very smooth. Setting up the account and all the documentation to get to the agreement is been extremely simple and easy. So far is been the first month. I'm excited about to start the process of being release from my debt. But so far I recommend The National Debt Relief to anybody who need to be free of credit card debt.

I have just been with National Debt Relief for a few months, and I am happy with my service to date. I feel like they have done an excellent job of making sure all of my information and paperwork is in order. So I am optimistically awaiting the results.

I have not made it through the program yet but, I am very pleased thus, far with it. I was not sure there was a way out and now I am able to see that there is. I wish I would have done this sooner instead of later. I would recommend this to anyone who is having issues with their debt.

I am a new client to National Debt Relief. So far so good. I am just starting. No settlement yet. It was easy to change the payment from biweekly to monthly. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they are only available Monday through Friday.

I started this process in March 2017 and it has been very easy so far. There has been settlement offers with two of the creditors already. Whenever I need to contact Customer Service, the Representatives are always so helpful. This was definitely the best decision I have made!

Working with Debt Relief, what could I say? They were great, everybody I dealt with at the company was great. They provided excellent customer service and they were very friendly. I also like the fact at the beginning I worked with one person and she was great! They were all great!

I just started up with the company but I feel super confident and less stressed about bills. I love having 1 payment a month and knowing the bills are paid. The only thing I wish they would do is have a letter you send to your creditors letting them know that you are going through National Debt Relief. Even though I have talked to all my creditors I still have them calling me. I even changed the numbers and address.

I signed up with National Debt Relief several months ago and so far am pleased with their performance. They advised it would be several months before I would build up enough in my account to begin negotiating with my credit card companies.

My experience has been good so far. Have not heard from anyone about if anyone has agreed with any payments as of now. Some of the companies have turned some of the account over to collection companies. I don't know what to do about these accounts. Should I call them and let them know I'm working with a debt relief company.

At this time I am still getting phone calls from creditors and even though I am paying for the legal services it just seems as like it takes a very long time for the creditors to get their power of attorney letters etc.

Was apprehensive when first contacting National Debt Relief as I knew nothing of the company's success rate. The personnel were very kind in their explanation of the process of repaying debts. So far so good with my Debt Resolution. Their website for customers' accounts shows every step of the accomplished process. Very thorough to make the customer feel at ease. I was surprised as to how fast they called me back after I submitted the initial application. And I so pleased with the lady that called me back because she was so patient and understanding. Keep up the good work.

So far I have had an excellent experience with National Debt Relief, that are working hard to get my debt down to a manageable pricing for me. Since I've registered with NDR my Credit Score and also risen so I'm very pleased with NDR.

I've only been enrolled with National Debt Relief for 6 mos and I have already had one creditor to accept the program. So far I'm pleased with the program and now I have at least 8 more creditors to accept the program.

NDR has been fast and efficient settling my debt. I expected this process to be extremely time consuming, but surprisingly, NDR has been able to solve a lot of my debt problems in a matter of months. Their customer support has continuously been supporting, attentive, and always on top of things. They constantly call me to let me know of updates or any concerns I might have and always implore me to go onto my personal account in order to maximize all the services provided.

Having been in the program for only a couple of months, it's hard to rate NDR. I'm currently being hounded with phone calls from my creditors and it is making me feel very stressed out. I'm not sure why NDR hasn't started negotiating with my creditors. I'll come back and rate them again in a few months.

It's very nice getting debt pay off at a lower amount but I would like it paid off yesterday not the next 3 years. Little upsetting with all the phone calls from National Debt and I know they are just doing their job. I'm happy with just a Email from them because I am busy guy and can't always attend to a phone call. I guess I have to go with the flow until all my debt is paid and up to date.

The process to send proposal to the creditors is very slow and a little scary since all creditors are telling that it shouldn't take too long. Hope to see some action soon. Follow up to customer should be monthly to keep customer calm.

I signed up, but have not heard from anyone at NDR since then. Hence I have no idea how my case is going. What is the next step? I was told that I would be receiving continuous updates as to the status of my case. So far, NOTHING, NADA. Just radio silence.

I have e-mailed SEVERAL times about this. I have given your creditor hotline number to my creditors. ALL the creditors state that YOU MUST CALL THEM in order for them to stop calling me. My phone rings off the hook day and night. I get a minimum of 10-15 calls per day. This has to stop. You are being paid for a service. Do your job! Do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau? That will be my next step if my phone does not stop ringing by tomorrow.

The people I have spoken with from National Debt Relief have been nothing but kind, professional and encouraging. I enrolled in March 2017 and while I feel a great relief for finally doing this, it is not the easiest thing in the world to do when you have lived off of credit cards for 2-3 years. Debt Relief was very professional, made it seem easy and unstressful for me to do. Creditors still send their monthly statements and call me about payments, saying they do not work with Debt Relief of America and they have plans to help me pay off my card. When I mention the DR of A is handling this for me now they are somewhat acceptable of that. Looking forward to the last payment and be debt free.

The staff at NDR have always been professional and kind. They provide excellent service and make sure they are able to answer any questions I may have. They have also been able to give me status updates on my account and make sure I am fully informed about the settlements made on my behalf.

So far, so good. We just applied for this service about 6 weeks ago. Haven't had any problems yet. We haven't heard from any of the bills we consolidated. So we're hoping for the best. We're keeping our fingers crossed that we don't develop bad credit from this. However, we probably won't know for at least a couple of months.

Haven't had to deal with them since I signed and agreed. Don't know if anything is moving forward but they have taken 2 payments and taking another one next week. Communication would be better. My credit card companies are calling me daily after giving them your info...

I would have to say I feel disappointed. I would have like to have National Debt Relief contact all the credit cards I consolidated so that I wouldn't be hassled by my credit card companies. I had to call all my credit card companies and change the phone number and address so that everything would go to National Debt Relief. I'm still being hassled by my credit card companies and I really don't understand what part you play in this situation.

I haven't seen any progress yet. I'm starting to worry when I will see progress. All I see is my credit report plunging. I want to purchase a house within a year. I don't see that happening if my credit scores aren't rapidly improving. No lender would be stupid enough to give me a mortgage.

We have been dealing with National Debt Relief for about 3 months now. I cannot believe how easy it was to get started and how helpful they are. I understood when I signed up for this that it was going to take some time for arrangements to be made. However, I am being totally harassed by phone calls starting at 8 am (7 days a week). They are harassing and threatening and I have given them the proper information to contact NDR. I still receive the phone calls and now my 19 year old daughter is receiving them as well. Seriously considering cancelling the whole thing.

I was freaking out because while my credit score was plummeting and I was getting calls which I expected, I didn't know what was going on until I called in and Amy let me know that everything was OK. A little communication would be awesome.

It would be nice if they updated you on what they are doing. It has been over 3 months since I enrolled and I have not heard anything from them regarding what or who they have heard from and what they are doing. I received an email asking me to log on to view my payments on a statement and I was never given the log in info to do that so I sent several emails and to date I have not heard back from anyone, the only info I have is the auto deductions from my bank account.

Everything is going well so far. They get back with me pretty fast when I have questions and they have taken care of everything as far as communication goes in dealing with the creditors. I'm confident that everything will work out and I can get this taken care of soon! I highly recommend them to assist you with debt!

Feel like I'm getting ripped off. Fees are being taken from my account and it doesn't seem right. They don't cover how much the service will cost so they can surprise you with the hidden charges. Credit score tanked, paying money to them for who knows what.

We've had some issues where we lost income. We had too much debt and needed help. NDR stepped in and are doing a great job. We are about 30% done, but are getting there. Their fees are pretty high, but you still work out paying less with their negotiations in settling accounts with creditors. Most creditors recognize them and will stop calling you once you give them NDR contact info. I have been very happy thus far and highly recommend them as an alternative to making decisions that will greatly impact one's credit. Plus, I never not wanted to pay my bills, so I am glad that I have someone who is helping me. Thanks NDR.

The only thing is when I ask my agent the interest rate he said there was one, I knew that you'll had to charge something, but found out later is was 21% of the total balance I owed. Why is everything under National Debt Relief but if you want to cancel you have to cancel with Global Credit Solutions. Are you National Debt Relief or Global Credit Solutions or both. I signed up with National Debt Relief. Why would I need to cancel with Global Credit Solutions? Fraud.

I deposited a large amount of money is the reason I feel a lot of these offers were settled, but I feel like I had to push them to get the 1st one done. After the first offer then they starting coming through. For the most part they are great with settling debts. Most of their staff are pleasant to deal with.

I was really impressed by the person who enrolled me in the program. It's been almost 4 months and I haven't realized any progress yet. I am not being harassed by creditors as I followed the directions and changed my phone number and address with creditors. This tactic worked very well!

They are great! They handled all my creditors and took the stress off of me. I am now debt free thanks to National Debt Relief. All my debts we reduced and paid off just as they said. They set up a payment plan that made things a lot less stressful.

All questions asked were gone through & explained thoroughly. I had very few calls from creditors, & that was only at the start, once National took over they took care of everything. My hat's off to them, I have a ways to go yet, but I feel I am in safe hands.

So far so good. 10 out of 10. The representatives are always nice and accommodating. Every time I have an inquiry, I can always contact a rep. They are always available and respond quickly to emails. This company should be proud of the individuals that work so hard for it!!!

This program was referred to me three months ago and I didn't have any problem to get signed up. My understanding was that you have to be qualified for the program. However I was and everything went smooth so far. Customer service rep who walked me through the process was phenomenal. I called and spoke with the Customer service rep and they're competent. I just hope for the best. I don't have any problem so far. Just waiting for the four months period to see the outcome...

So far I have had four negotiations. The first two negotiations excited me, they were about 50% of the original debt amount. Which is what they promised. The third negotiation was awful and very disappointing. I am paying 90% of the debt. I feel like I could have negotiated better than that. The fourth negotiation was ok, I am paying about 55-60% of the debt. However, the service rep whose name I can't recall was Amazing. He answered all of my questions, did the math with me and just make me feel like I was a priority. Thank you to him. He changed my star rating from a 1 to a 3.

Hi. Happy that we're able to get deals quickly with some of the creditors. Not happy with the time it's taken to get the others settled. Also not satisfied with the lack of communication. I'm the one that is always calling to find out what progress is being, I've asked to get a weekly update phone call to be kept in the loop which has NOT happened. Not very good customer service. Don't get a warm feeling that someone actually cares...

I am new to this concept and experience. I have been highly satisfied with the services that have been provided thus far. I am very eager to see how the rest of the experience plays out. National Debt Relief has truly eased the financial burdens I was previously experiencing.

I really don't know what to be thinking at this point... When I first signed up the gentleman had told me that it will take anywhere between 24-48 months to pay off my accounts! The time hasn't passed yet but it has been at least 8+ months with no account paid! I check my global account and I have more than enough to pay off 2 bills but nothing has gotten taken care of yet! At this time I am not so sure I made the best choice in picking National!

When I joined National Debt Relief I was so far in debt. I had many many credit cards and I was drowning in depression. All I was able to do was pay my bills each month, the minimum payment, which means I was never going to get ahead. Things were ok while I had the job I worked for, I was making decent money and I was able to keep my head above water. But the company closed where I lived and I was out of work. While I found another job, it wasn't near the same amount of money, made me realize I needed help. I heard on the radio about debt relief for credit cards, so I went online and found this company. It was the best thing that I could have done. It's been a year and I've gotten 6 of the cards negotiated and paid off. This actually feels like sometimes it saved my life. I would recommend it to everyone even if they weren't my friends.

I realized that I keep paying minimum balance on my credit card and though it's not gonna look bad on my credit because I am paying for it, I'm never gonna get out of it besides keeping paying the minimum. My friend told me that National Debt Relief may be able to help me and I don't have to do bankruptcy. She also told me that National Debt Relief will help me save out money. They can help me negotiate paying the creditors and then eventually build my credit. I applied but almost got denied because someone stole my identity. They had a credit card for Target for $10,000 which was insane for a 19-year old.

This is a good company to help you resolve debt problems. However, I recently tried to settle with one creditor, and on at least three different occasions, I was told by 3 different people there "you are with me now and I will call you back". No one ever did. The issue was that since it is a legal contract, the creditor didn't want their money and account closed until the contract was up. This payoff was at least 7 months ahead of payoff date. No one seemed to want to assist me and physically call creditor, as emails were ignored.

Quite frankly, I feel as though I've been left out of the loop. Except for the one booklet that NDR wanted me to fill out and return parts of it to them, I have no idea of what's going on. I keep getting tons of phone calls each and every day from creditors, Sundays included, but since I have an answering machine, I let it answer and very seldom does anyone leave a message. Occasionally someone will send me a letter, but not often. They always want me to contact them. If NDR is doing their job, they should realize what the problem is and they should contact NDR.

It is over! This company is a lifesaver. They did all the work for me and I would have struggled trying to pay each creditor on my own separately. I was saved from going bankrupt and my credit score is already improving. I was skeptical like most at potential clients but making one solid payment compared to multiple kept me financially sane. When in doubt NDR solved it out. P.S. I saved over 65% of my original debt.

In order to deal with the larger of the accounts that I had in the program, I was told that I'd need to provide 25% of the total amount I had outstanding for negotiation. I provided a lump sum of almost $3,000 with the express caveat that the funds be applied to the larger account... I was ignored and everything BUT that specific account was addressed. I spoke to several representatives with my concerns with no resolution. After three of the four accounts were resolved and the larger account hadn't been addressed for more than 18 months, I was offered a loan (at 20% or more APR NOT including the fees of NDR for negotiation) to resolve through NDR to "quickly" resolve this last account or 1) be open to potential litigation from my creditors or 2) wait even LONGER to accumulate the 25% to now 40% to negotiate with my final creditor. After fruitful negotiations of the other accounts, I was very disappointed.

I have been very pleased. Representatives I have spoken with are very thorough and able to understand. I have felt comfortable with the process. There has been no pressure but very willing to work with me to solve my debt issues. As a senior citizen on a limited income, this has been a good decision for me. Thank you.

Working with creditors. Even though it's taking awhile for creditors to sign on I'm hopeful all will be taken care of. I really do have faith that NDR will be able to resolve it. This is really my last resort. Without NDR, I would most likely be in debt for the rest of my life.

I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it is working out with my debt since becoming a customer. They have done well so far and I noticed the difference it makes as far as paying off my bills. I can't wait to see how it all works out once we get closer to finishing.

I join National Debt Relief about 3 months ago due to my search on Google and their promises. So far, they've deducted money from my account religiously for 3 months, my credit took a dive (all expected due to prior communication before signing up. My dissatisfaction is: no further communications from them. I've sent them several collection emails from my credit card companies and received no responses whatsoever from NDR, no even an acknowledgement that they received my emails, nothing. Took my money for 3 months, no results whatsoever, then no further communications from them and didn't response to my emails. Not acceptable to be a consumer service company, esp. for a debt relief company whose clients have much anxiety and need communication to let them know what's happening and what actions have they taken to help me. Again, not recommended.

I was in a credit card bind. I called NDR and they explained what they had to offer. I accepted the offer and since then everything has went exactly as they described. My life has much less stress thanks to NDR. I wish all companies work this way.

We have been enrolled and sending you all money for distribution to our creditors since 02-04-2017. So far we have had to be proactive when needing to know about the progress, if any, of our program. Last time we called, we were told it can take 6 months for the distribution of funds to start. In the meantime, our credit scores are dropping like stones in a pond! This is very painful, but we are hopeful that all will be settled and we can begin getting out of debt within the 2 year margin we were given. When decided to use a debt relief service we searched through several and did comparisons with the Better Business Bureau to determine length of time in business, overall rating, and what kinds of complaints people had. National Debt Relief was the first choice. Once we called they explained everything clearly and had no issues answering questions we had through the process. It does take a bit as they need all the information of those listed on the debt and what debts they are to handle. Once setup you have access via a secure website or the phone. We have used both depending on the question we had. They always explained everything and sometimes to an extent beyond what we needed to be sure everything was clear.

We were astounded when the offer to close one of our 5 debts came in. It was a relief and gave us hope for settling with the other large creditors. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the fee to National Debt Relief was not REstated at the time. It would have eased the 'sticker shock' we experienced when we saw the dollar amount we still had to pay the negotiators after the deal was closed. It wouldn't have caused us to reject the offer, but we would have had a clearer picture of the future. We look forward to knocking off the rest of our debt soon.

I signed up for this in January 2017 and I was recently informed two of the companies are on board. My only concern at this point is John ** was my initial email contact. Since then I have sent him at least 2 emails with questions where I never received a response.

After a bad divorce I am settling with 4 credit card companies. I had good credit up until I started with NDR. Never paid a bill late in my life. Joined NDR before my credit was destroyed to tried and take care of my debt, just as things started getting really difficult for me financially, and I could no longer pay. Well, it is seven months later and only 1 of the 4 companies have settled. I was expecting NDR to send me updates on how things are going and let me know as things progressed, but they have made no contact except with the one settlement offer.

I really like how accessible my information is to me by using the website. The customer service is always on point. When I call with questions they always have an answer. I was able to add new debt accounts easily. I have been in this program for a few months but I have already seen improvement on my credit score and I am working to get it even better. We were told you had relationships with all of our creditors and you would reach out to them on our behalf. Instead you chose not to reach out to them until they wrote off our account, saying now, "We work with the collection agencies your accounts have been sent to". You misrepresented your services and have left us in an even more difficult situation. I am extremely disappointed in myself for believing you had our best interest at heart, given the unfortunate situation we are in.

I called after talking to my sister about my issues and breaking down often because I barely had any money to live after paying my bills. My payment was reduced drastically and I am grateful that they will be negotiating terms for me.

I'm very happy with my experience. At first I was thinking twice what have I done and people around me telling me I made a mistake. However now I am very relief and most importantly happy with the fast outcome in my account. I have finished paying 4 to 5 of my creditors in less than one year. We were given an amount in the beginning that would be deducted from our bank account and told that number was all inclusive and we would not be asked for more. We've been asked for more. We were told to contact our creditors and close our accounts and to send the do not contact me forms. When National Debt Relief called our debt holders the phone calls would stop. What we have learned had been that those forms mean nothing to the creditors/collectors and that it may be many, many months before the creditors would even be contacted by National. We still have a few that have yet to be contacted at all. We were told by National Debt Relief that what we were doing was not a consolidation but we have been informed by many others that it is. Overall, I'm glad we are at least trying something to tackle our debt but deep down I feel slightly deceived.

At first I had doubts because my credit score dropped so low really fast, but since I've been in the program I see that it's slowly going back up - NDR has resolved one of my debts and trying to settle on more.
