    I have had Chase bank telling me that they do not deal with your company. How are you going to pay them off and when do you start making payments or contacting my creditors so that they will stop calling me?     Overall I am pretty satisfied with the service. National Debit Relief are helpful, friendly and respond professionally. The only thing I suggest is a little more interaction with the customer. I started in Jan 2017 and have only received a phone call when my first credit card company had reached a settlement. Don't get me wrong that was very exciting but I also want to know how it is going with my other companies. What are we stuck on? How close are we? Things like that.     Amazing communication and customer service as we were getting started and setting up our account. However, they are harder to reach now that we have an account and relationship with them.     My initial and consistent primary contact (Nate **) is great. He is helpful and informative without being condescending. Other contacts in customer service varied from being very helpful and spoke clearly in a supportive way to being robotic and difficult to understand. I know that legally there needs to be formality in going over documents, etc. - But there's got to be a more tolerable way to do this when transferred to the departments that deal with these formal issues.

    Excellent program. My only disappointment was the confusion setting up the monthly deposits. We thought it was 2 x's/month when in fact it was Bi-weekly which meant an extra deposit during some months. This was a financial mess for us and the program could not fix it because they need 5 days before the next deposit.

    Thus far my experience has been mixed. I have spoken to some support staff earlier on who have been outstanding. Early on, in getting my account completely set up, I have spoken with some staff who were downright rude and the information I was given in such a case was not in keeping with what the person who set up my account had told me. If I had not been persistent in reviewing the information again, I would have been lost. My wish is that it doesn't take so long for NDR to actually start paying creditors. It has been months since I opened this account, so my thoughts are not as fresh as they would have been had this been closer to the time that I opened the account. As I said, thus far, I'm absolutely in the middle about services I have received or will receive in the future from this company.

    Debt Relief has the best customer service than any other company I have dealt with. They stay in touch all the time to see if I have questions. They encourage clients to check their status online so they know how much they have paid.     My biggest question is, where am I in the process? After my initial phone conferences I haven't heard anything. I think I completed all the necessary paperwork but I'm not sure. I wish there was a checkup call or email updating me if I have everything filled out, where we are in the whole process, etc. Should I still be getting calls from creditors? They call mostly when I'm at work so I'm not able to give them the number and address I'm supposed to. I guess I feel a little lost in the whole process right now.

    Four months in and only 1 of 6 accounts resolved: Active Creditors: 6, Resolved Creditors: 1; still receiving phone calls from creditors even with giving NDR contact information; being told by creditors that NDR has not contacted them. There has been very little contact and updates...     While I am a long way from eliminating all of my debt, I can certainly say that National Debt Relief has not only been very informative, but all along the way they have been extremely kind and understanding. No matter what your position in life, it would be very easy to be made to feel the full forgetting oneself in such a horrible position. Every person I have spoken to at National Debt Relief has been kind, courteous and understanding. They go out of their way to make sure I know that I can call up any time for questions. There is no way any organization or entity can make going through this kind of a process easy; however, the NDR people to make me know that I have help out there and to make me know that they are on my side and every feasible way.

    I was in a lot of serious debt and I needed to get a way to have that consolidated and paid off in an aggressive manner. National Debt Relief has excellent customer service and they took care of me right away. They have a team of negotiators that talk with the creditors. They also work on coming up with an agreement, which is much less than I owe. And they came up with a time frame on when the debt is going to be paid based off on what I’m paying National Debt every month that is being deducted out of my account. It's nice of them to take care of the issues and creditors instead of us being bombarded with phone calls and harassed. I'm on my last year and by next year in June, I'll be debt free.

    I was surprised to find out that NDR doesn't make any contact with creditors until after 90 days. So far, I have been making all the effort and doing all the work. I have sent NDR all the forms they requested and have closed all my accounts. I have sent address and tel. no. of NDR to my creditors along with my unpaid bill. I have been following instructions from the book on dealing with creditor calls. Some of the creditors said they couldn't call the telephone number I gave them until they heard from the company I was working with first. I have already given NDR the signed permission slips to enable them to contact my creditors, yet NDR hasn't done so. There also hasn't been very much communication between NDR and me unless I initiate it. I'm getting kind of discouraged and very uneasy.

    The welcome guide sent to consumers is good but I believe National Debt Relief should contact debtors upon signup or registration in order for their legal administrators to take note that debt is not being overlooked or ignored making consumer having to inform debtors and debts are not being ignored with outstanding amounts which in truth are indeed being worked on to settle outstanding amounts. I believe debtors being contacted once enough (at least 40%) funds is too long and should be contacted immediately once registration is complete.

The only thing I wish they would do is have a letter you send to your creditors letting them know that you are going through National Debt Relief.
