Service representatives have been very helpful, pleasant and friendly and very professional. We have appreciated their expertise and guidance through this process and their encouragement has been very reassuring. They have managed to reach a settlement on our largest debt for a substantial savings which just amazed and thrilled us. We are looking forward to becoming debt free and know that we would not be able to do it as quickly without their help. I have had Chase bank telling me that they do not deal with your company. How are you going to pay them off and when do you start making payments or contacting my creditors so that they will stop calling me? Does your company make payments to my creditors or do you wait until my contact is up before you pay them off?

Needed help with 2 debtors and I need to place my June payment on hold. Very helpful team and had some answers for me and very polite. I will continue my payments in July. I would recommend your services to friends and family.

Just began the process but so far so good. Have been very responsive to all questions and concerns. This is a difficult time for a person to realize they need this type of help but I am happy there is a professional group of people to help.

It sounds great and is a relief to know our debt is getting taken care of in a short period of time. The people I talk to were very professional and patient. I was very happy that the customer service and the Debt Specialist were from the US so I could understand every word. That was a plus and important to me.

Overall I am pretty satisfied with the service. National Debit Relief are helpful, friendly and respond professionally. The only thing I suggest is a little more interaction with the customer. I started in Jan 2017 and have only received a phone call when my first credit card company had reached a settlement. Don't get me wrong that was very exciting but I also want to know how it is going with my other companies. What are we stuck on? How close are we? Things like that. Would recommend to family and friends.

Amazing communication and customer service as we were getting started and setting up our account. However, they are harder to reach now that we have an account and relationship with them. What WAS a very personalized and helpful experience has become what feels like dealing with just another faceless, corporate entity. Nobody knows our name or account. Seems like they are doing a good job, I just wish I felt like they actually knew who we were anymore.

Still stressing the last weeks the creditors still call me a lot and my son. I don't know if debt relief is helping me still. I can't say if this is good or bad yet. I did sign all the forms, the people seem to be nice. I hope the calling stop soon.

The people from National Debt Relief gave me clear direction of the program and a step by step plan for what is going to happen and how it's going to help and total savings by reaching a settlement with the creditors.

My initial and consistent primary contact (Nate **) is great. He is helpful and informative without being condescending. Other contacts in customer service varied from being very helpful and spoke clearly in a supportive way to being robotic and difficult to understand. I know that legally there needs to be formality in going over documents, etc. - But there's got to be a more tolerable way to do this when transferred to the departments that deal with these formal issues.

Excellent program. My only disappointment was the confusion setting up the monthly deposits. We thought it was 2 x's/month when in fact it was Bi-weekly which meant an extra deposit during some months. This was a financial mess for us and the program could not fix it because they need 5 days before the next deposit.

From the first person I talked to I felt welcomed. They have helped me step by step become debt free. At the beginning it is very stressful by getting all of the calls but I know it will eventually go away and help me become debt free.

Enrollment was fairly straightforward. No settlements yet but we will see! The information about how to respond to phone calls and such was helpful. The debtors seem to accept the script they provide and after the initial embarrassment you get the sense that everyone involved has dealt with these situations before. Relief.

Everyone I have talked with has been very considerate and helpful. Each time I have called the representatives have fully explained the process and benefits of the National Debt Relief program. I would recommend this program to friends and family.

Thus far my experience has been mixed. I have spoken to some support staff earlier on who have been outstanding. Early on, in getting my account completely set up, I have spoken with some staff who were downright rude and the information I was given in such a case was not in keeping with what the person who set up my account had told me. If I had not been persistent in reviewing the information again, I would have been lost. My wish is that it doesn't take so long for NDR to actually start paying creditors. It has been months since I opened this account, so my thoughts are not as fresh as they would have been had this been closer to the time that I opened the account. As I said, thus far, I'm absolutely in the middle about services I have received or will receive in the future from this company.

I am very pleased with my first settlement and am looking forward to having other offers accepted by my creditors. I don't think I could ever have done this on my own. Thank you so much. Hopefully with your help my credit will be back on track before long.

I just wish it was a quicker process. I am just tired of the phone calls. Not the fault of National Debt Relief though. They have answered all of my questions and been very helpful. I will have to be patient and follow the process. Overall I am satisfied.

Debt Relief has the best customer service than any other company I have dealt with. They stay in touch all the time to see if I have questions. They encourage clients to check their status online so they know how much they have paid. They work with their clients if there is a problem, I had to have one month's debit reduced due to many medical bills. Contacting Debt Relief was the best thing I did.

Nothing has happened yet. I have only been enrolled for 3 months. I have had no communications since the time of enrollment. None of my debts have been settled. I will update my review after there has been some progress with the settlement of the debts.

Very responsive to emails and calls. It was a little use slow to start but out of 11 account they have settled 4 as of today and it's only been 2 months. One thing I will say is you have to be patient. Would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of debt for less than what is owed.

My biggest question is, where am I in the process? After my initial phone conferences I haven't heard anything. I think I completed all the necessary paperwork but I'm not sure. I wish there was a checkup call or email updating me if I have everything filled out, where we are in the whole process, etc. Should I still be getting calls from creditors? They call mostly when I'm at work so I'm not able to give them the number and address I'm supposed to. I guess I feel a little lost in the whole process right now.

My experience has been very good, they have been so helpful and understanding. Being vision impaired can make a little harder to do things!! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I hope everyone, experience has been as good as mine has. Thank you.

I didn't know how I would ever catch up with my credit card balances. I was paying over $600 per month and the balances were hardly moving. NDR negotiated my debt to half what I owed and has me paying less than what I was paying and for a lot less time. They have given me hope that I will be debt free and be able to breathe again financially. They are for real.

I think it's gonna be ok, but I don't know what's been paid and I'm getting calls from creditors everyday. I tried to change my information over to where the calls would go directly to the main office, but I can't find on their main page where to do that.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience when I called National Debt Relief. The representative was professional, so knowledgeable, very courteous. I never in my life thought I would be in the position I found myself in when I decided to call and ask for help, rather than continue in a downward spiral financially. I was treated with respect and not in any way was I coerced or pressured to accept their plan or help. I hope I never need this type of help again, but if through some unfortunate turn of events I do, I will again seek guidance from National Debt Relief.

A great organization to be on your side. No matter who you talk to each time they all know what is going on with your account. No need to start over each time. I've only been with them for four months and already the creditors are not bothering me, with some of their advice and letters to send to my creditors. Couldn't be more happy with how this is going so far.

They have just collected money nothing else. There is not one person in charge of my account. No one has contacted me in three months about anything except to ask if I was going to deposit more money. They haven't reached out to any of the companies. I had to tell them all that I joined this ridiculous program. I am not very satisfied at all.

I have enrolled with National Debt Relief because I knew I will be unable to pay off my debts. They have been very accurate and courteous and helpful. I literally just went through with this procedure/program. I am skeptical, as with any situation of this latitude. I have NEVER not paid my creditors on time, I am 100% on time, that's why this is new to me. The experience I had with Anika was good. She was nice, but maybe a bit pushy. I guess I feel like a kid going to school for the first time. Funny. I will leave feedback when I get through the program.

All representatives were very helpful, understanding and explained the program very throughly. First rep was very informative and easy to talk to which helped me feel better about my decision to enroll. I would definitely recommend anyone to make this decision if they are overwhelmed with debt. Hopefully as the program moves along I will be happy with the results.

Been with the company for a while. They assured me everything is okay. I do not have to worry about anything. I follow all their instructions and the phone call stop coming. You just have to be able to communicate with everything that is going. They will do in the power that is right for you.

I found enrollment to be easy, especially with the support of client service representation... They were patient and willing to walk you thru anything that was a problem to you. I haven't been with NDR long, however, I believe it will solve my problems!

I am a senior relying on Social Security & a small retirement. Right now I am overdrawn every month like 3 days after the first of each month. Being overdrawn I have been changed $35 for each returned check. When NDR figured my amount to pay we didn't cover some things and we're never brought up.

Four months in and only 1 of 6 accounts resolved: Active Creditors: 6, Resolved Creditors: 1; still receiving phone calls from creditors even with giving NDR contact information; being told by creditors that NDR has not contacted them. There has been very little contact and updates... I feel like there is nothing happening with my accounts other than the negative replies added to my credit rating -- yes, it was explained about credit rating, but with not seeing any positive feedback in 4 months is a little troubling.

So far have had a good experience. Still working with them, but so far I am satisfied, it was a little bit of rough start. I wish there would have been a little bit more contact with the creditors, so they would not have been calling so often. I changed all my contact info but they still called me often, but once it started, have been pleased.

While I am a long way from eliminating all of my debt, I can certainly say that National Debt Relief has not only been very informative, but all along the way they have been extremely kind and understanding. No matter what your position in life, it would be very easy to be made to feel the full forgetting oneself in such a horrible position. I signed up around 4 months ago, hoping the creditors will stop calling me but when I talked to them (Chase 866-781-4039 x ** and USAA 800-531-03787) I was told no one from National Debt Relief (NDR) contacted them. Until now no positive status from NDR though funds are available. Always same information as usual while my late charges and other charges are piling up.

Just wanted to say that in choosing a company to help me in this scary process, I was met with a kind, compassionate person in Alban **. He was prompt, considerate and calm even when I was busy and had to cancel our phone meetings in two occasions. He explained and addressed my concerns in a excellent way. I chose Alban at this point. The representatives are very helpful and easy to talk to about one's situation. They are very accessible when need to contact them. They give me confidence that I made the right decision to choose this team help get myself out of financial debt.

Just started with them in April and no changes yet with creditors. Too soon to see any settlements with any of our credit card companies. Customer service and website to see account and statements are A+ so far. We have had no problems with the company thus far.

I just feel like I've been forgotten. I would appreciate more updates or at least an agenda, like when you plan to start talking to my creditors and which one you will talk to first. I would just like more information on what you're going to do and when. I started this journey in March and I haven't heard from anyone yet.

I have been enrolled and made a couple of payments. There is no follow-up or contact. Feel like in a vacuum with creditor sharks swimming all around. Not even sure if they have spoken to anyone. Follow-up emails would be appreciated on any progress they have made.

So far I have been very pleased with their attention to getting in touch with my accounts and settling the debts that I have. I usually get a response to questions within 24 hours, with answers. Very courteous reps. The setting up of the program was fairly easy, the instruction book was very helpful and easily understood.

Thank you for everything, in the future if anyone need help I willing reference your team and if I need for your support I will contact your team or if I have any question about my debt I will call and talk to you about that. I been stress for few months until I talk to you. I feel more air to breathe.

I was in a lot of serious debt and I needed to get a way to have that consolidated and paid off in an aggressive manner. National Debt Relief has excellent customer service and they took care of me right away. They have a team of negotiators that talk with the creditors. They also work on coming up with an agreement, which is much less than I owe. And they came up with a time frame on when the debt is going to be paid based off on what I’m paying National Debt every month that is being deducted out of my account. It's nice of them to take care of the issues and creditors instead of us being bombarded with phone calls and harassed. I'm on my last year and by next year in June, I'll be debt free.

I was heavily into debt and I didn’t see a way out. I researched National Debt Relief online and it got good reviews. When I first called, they explained things very clearly. After that, I had questions and made repeated calls and they always were available and very clear on their explanation of things. Working with them made me feel very relieved. The communication has been excellent and things happened faster than I expected. I was able to increase the amount of money that I was putting towards my debt. I don’t know how they do it, but they worked with these companies and they got my debt down so it was manageable. Overall, they provide a great service for people with credit problems.

I received a threatening letter. National Debt Relief gave me instructions on how to handle the problem and made me feel a lot better about the situation. I emailed the letter and the problem was taken care of. I have always been treated with kindness and they are very professional. It isn't easy when you are in a situation like this but they have helped in resolving my problems.

My experience is great. Most of the services are online which works fine for me. I can check the progress of the accounts, see how much has been paid off, what is pending and ones that are awaiting a settlement and they always give you updates on your account.

Good customer service, easy to talk to, very helpful, understanding, absolutely recommend to anybody who needs help like me. I am glad I did it. It helps a lot and gives me peace of mind not getting a lot of calls anymore.

The first contact was a local attorney who was very helpful. Unfortunately further contact was from people who had such strong foreign accents and were obviously reading scripts that it was impossible to understand them and take in the information. I am still receiving collection calls after several months. I have used these programs in the past and found them to be very helpful. I have hope this will work out. The BBB has no complaints registered.

Updated 05/02/2018: We’ve had a very pleasant experience with National Debt Relief. They made things very easy for us. They had been very kind and they let me know when they've made a settlement. They let me know by email and then they gave me a call and I called them back. They've been very cooperative. However, the enrollment process was lengthy and they asked a lot of questions. But, the rep helped me do what was needed to be done. The rep also told me what we should turn in and what we should keep. We're getting good service. They're working hard to get our debt cleared up and that's a good thing. I feel very comfortable working with them. Also, they don't make you feel like a loser.

The enrollment process was fast, all of my questions were answered, and the counselor seemed to really understand all of my fears and apprehensions. I'm newly enrolled and am looking forward to seeing the results - and being debt free.

I was sinking deeper in debt and then hubby lost his job. That was the beginning of HELL. However went online to find solutions. Every time I call in every representative is super nice and knowledgeable. They help me with any questions and even suggest solutions I didn't think of. We have had several debts resolved and some on payment plans. Our biggest with Lending Club has yet to be resolved which worries me a bit but I am sure you will take care of it. We are 100% pleased!

I will know more once they start using my payments toward my debt. As it is now, I am still too new to the program. It seems some of my creditors required actual and not electronic signatures, therefore I am hoping to not be receiving any more calls shortly. As it stands now, they are still calling because I just emailed in my actual signatures last week.

I've only been in the program for a few months. Have not seen much from them yet to rate the experience good or bad, but the interaction I have had so far I am not too impressed with. The website is not complete so there isn't much one can do with it. Not a lot of guides and support so far. The one time I called left a message for someone to call me and no one did. Customer service is OK not very informative. Hope to see a positive outcome soon.

I really like the plan, even though it does a number on your credit score. So far I've been able to settle one account and hopefully the others will follow soon. I hope to be done within the next two years.

I am very content with National Debt Relief. What I like best is how they place themselves between you and your creditors. I don't have to become stressed out by phone calls and letters demanding immediate payments I do not have the ability to make. I feel a sense of safety because I am enrolled in the program that provides legal support should it be needed.

They are good but not too understanding when you cannot make your set deposit. When I asked if I could make my deposit on a different date. They made me feel that they would make my account inactive. Never mind if you have an emergency.

The new service request section has been extremely useful so far. All inquiries have been answered promptly and is a good tool. So far, my experience with NDR has been very good. I never thought my financial situation would have gotten to this point. When I heard of NDR on a radio commercial, a little voice told me to check into it. I wish National Debt Relief would contact all creditors immediately after receiving their information indicating that they will be negotiating the debt as money is deposited into the account set up by the client. This would make the client feel more comfortable about the eventual debt relief and less worried about the creditor bringing action against her.

I've been with the company for a few months now and I'm still getting calls from the creditors wanting payment. I was under the impression that they would take care of that for me. Other than that everyone I have talked to has been very helpful in what I called for.

I joined the program for help with three creditors. I have been enrolled since January. There is still one creditor of the three that hasn't been dealt with and I get 4-5 calls a day from them. In the meantime my credit score is so low that I have no option but to continue this program. I would like to have had an option of relief from my student loans too, but there is no help for that.

Outlined programs available to my particular financial hardship. Explained how program worked, fees that were involved, timelines involved, instructions to creditors, instructions to what I had to do and figured the exact amount I need to pay each month; explained what to do if I needed to miss a payment or late on payment. Explained I could cancel at any time and the results of that. And also explained that some creditors might not participate.

My experience been great. I just wish the negotiation start now. I been have some unavailable numbers calling. I know this is the process. I hoping to get my debt paid off in year. Your staff been great. Clinton ** have been great. Thank you for helping save money.

Due to the loss of my husband I was having a hard time with bills. I called and talked with one of your employees. He was easy to talk to and very helpful. I wanted to pay my bills and he helped make it possible. I trust and feel NDR understood me.

What am I paying for? Since I have signed up with National Debt Relief, I have paid almost $400, twice a month, and my phones continue to ring off the hook with calls from my creditors. My mailbox is full of letters from my creditors threatening to take me to court or turn my debts over to collection agencies, which will keep my phones ringing with real threats from those **! When will I see some form of relief from this madness? I know that I wouldn't be going through this if I hadn't spent over $30 Grand to start an e-Commerce business, which only left me high and dry after they squeezed me for ALL THAT FREAKING MONEY! My credit score was almost 800 before this fiasco! Now it is 520! Now, I am paying almost $800 a month for some form of financial relief and so far I have seen no relief from my own mistakes and financial burden. Please HELP SOON!

I am very grateful for how easy the customer service representatives and NDR have made it for me to not only enroll in their program but to find answers to any questions or concerns I have in a timely matter. This experience has been good and they have relieved my financial stress tremendously.

Very satisfied with the service that the company has provided so far. I'm feeling less stressed now that my credit cards are getting paid. I have been in the program for about 6 months and already 3 of my accounts have been already taken care of.

Have not had any communication or anything happen with my account in 3 months. Except lots of calls from creditors. Still waiting & hoping something happens soon or a waste of my time & money. Still charging my account the monthly fees & taking my money. Not a satisfied customer at all. Try to contact them, but no one ever returns my calls.

I really had a great person talking to me. She help me with everything I needed to get my debt relief. I got my weekly payments to the lowest they can do for me and affordable which is great. And they explained all I need to do and what phone number and address I should put in those account I'm trying to get help with.

I canceled the service because the creditors call continuously and nothing was being done about it. I also realized it was better to file for bankruptcy and get it all done with rather than stringing everyone along and filing bankruptcy in the end anyway.

So far, all I have done is get enrolled. I checked with Better Business Bureau which gave the company an A+. I have received a booklet of what to do and how to do it which has been very helpful. This includes addresses, emails and phone numbers. I also have appreciated the fact that a legal firm is involved from the beginning. I have asked two questions which have been promptly answered.

I was surprised to find out that NDR doesn't make any contact with creditors until after 90 days. So far, I have been making all the effort and doing all the work. I have sent NDR all the forms they requested and have closed all my accounts. I have sent address and tel. no. of NDR to my creditors along with my unpaid bill. I have been following instructions from the book on dealing with creditor calls. Some of the creditors said they couldn't call the telephone number I gave them until they heard from the company I was working with first. I have already given NDR the signed permission slips to enable them to contact my creditors, yet NDR hasn't done so. There also hasn't been very much communication between NDR and me unless I initiate it. I'm getting kind of discouraged and very uneasy.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Able to help, or will quickly find a staff member that can. They help take away a lot of financial stress. Their friendly reassuring information is paramount in regaining financial stability. They have helped tremendously. Thank you NDR.

I had never heard of this company but l saw their ad on TV and decided to call. I spoke to Marvin ** and he was so helpful and beyond patient with me explaining all about the program and helping me with the app on the phone: l am not real savvy on the phone but he helped me all the way.

The welcome guide sent to consumers is good but I believe National Debt Relief should contact debtors upon signup or registration in order for their legal administrators to take note that debt is not being overlooked or ignored making consumer having to inform debtors and debts are not being ignored with outstanding amounts which in truth are indeed being worked on to settle outstanding amounts. I believe debtors being contacted once enough (at least 40%) funds is too long and should be contacted immediately once registration is complete.

So far I can say that I am happy with the experience and that I am already starting to feel the overwhelming feeling being lifted off my shoulder. I look forward to seeing the progress and I am actually hopeful for my future. I just want to say thank you.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been great so far. They have already gotten a settlement on one of my accounts. They have been very helpful and informative. I am grateful to have their help getting out of debt once and for all.

I liked the way that this business handles the contact the credit companies to make a deal with them to lower the amount that you once had and makes them an offer that they're happy with in order to get the bills off your back. This company knows how to do business and have taken care of two for me so far.

I have been a client for over a year and have 1 consolidation. My creditors are not happy and neither am I. I was up to date when I started and now I'm year delinquent. When you call all you get is attitude. Even the managers. Worse company ever.

Since starting NDR I have had 2 credit cards resolved. My score went way down at first but now is coming back up. So far I am happy with the way things are going. I am looking forward to having more of my debt erased.

Different representative each time I call. When I first enrolled with the program I was told I would speak with the same rep. each time, which is not true. In addition I was informed that the program was 44 months, that isn't the info first conveyed, I believe it was around 36 months. Can some one call me and let me know the length of time. I also am paying an additional amount that I formally agreed.

Your George **, was extremely helpful in not only guiding us thru your process, but was very accurate in how the process would work and thus, establishing our expectations. No surprises. George address every one of our questions to the best of his ability. He was patient and circled back to us once - when I asked him to circle back. (We had about a 35 day period between my initial contact and when we started the process.) The entire process was an experience for us. To go thru the process is not an easy thing to do. However, it was the right decision for us.

They are nice and seem helpful. Have been in the program 8 months and trying to be patient. Have not attempted any collections though as far as I am aware. Collected enough money from me so far to at least pay off one debt.

I have nothing to rate as I am never contacted by your staff. My payment is drawn from my bank account every month but I never receive communication on how it is being used. I would greatly appreciate receiving information on the process. How does anyone find out what is being accomplished?

Just started the program and already there has been progress. They were quick to help and I'm really grateful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is struggling to get out of debt. I wasn't sure at first but thanks to my brother saying it doesn't hurt to try and ask for help.

The negotiation with Lending Club Corporations needs my notarized signature in the negotiation process. I submitted the documents and still waiting for the results/update because my account is bought by Velocity Investments LLC. Yes I would recommend to a friend.

I feel like I'm not being informed of whats going on with my case. I'm getting so many phone calls that I've stopped answering them. Most of the creditors say they won't work with you which makes me nervous to see that my credit score keeps dropping and no one seems to be working to settle the debt.

After my first contact with NDR, I was dealt with in a very considerate and compassionate manner. Which was greatly appreciated by myself as I was in a very difficult emotional state. With their help I have been able to take care of one of my accounts and on the way to completing my goal of being debt free.

It is nice to have someone in your corner. Of course all the I receive and calls are annoying but to be expected. I do not like that they are turning things over to collection or that they keep adding more and more interest but I guess that is to be expected.

I am a new client to National Debt Relief. So far so good. I am just starting. No settlement yet. It was easy to change the payment from biweekly to monthly. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they are only available Monday through Friday.

I started this process in March 2017 and it has been very easy so far. There has been settlement offers with two of the creditors already. Whenever I need to contact Customer Service, the Representatives are always so helpful. This was definitely the best decision I have made!

My experience has been good so far. Have not heard from anyone about if anyone has agreed with any payments as of now. I've only been enrolled with National Debt Relief for 6 mos and I have already had one creditor to accept the program. So far I'm pleased with the program and now I have at least 8 more creditors to accept the program.

NDR has been fast and efficient settling my debt. I expected this process to be extremely time consuming, but surprisingly, NDR has been able to solve a lot of my debt problems in a matter of months. Their customer support has continuously been supporting, attentive, and always on top of things. They constantly call me to let me know of updates or any concerns I might have and always implore me to go onto my personal account in order to maximize all the services provided.

Having been in the program for only a couple of months, it's hard to rate NDR. I'm currently being hounded with phone calls from my creditors and it is making me feel very stressed out. I'm not sure why NDR hasn't started negotiating with my creditors. I'll come back and rate them again in a few months.

It's very nice getting debt pay off at a lower amount but I would like it paid off yesterday not the next 3 years. Little upsetting with all the phone calls from National Debt and I know they are just doing their job. I'm happy with just a Email from them because I am busy guy and can't always attend to a phone call. I guess I have to go with the flow until all my debt is paid and up to date.

The process to send proposal to the creditors is very slow and a little scary since all creditors are telling that it shouldn't take too long. Hope to see some action soon. Follow up to customer should be monthly to keep customer calm.

I have e-mailed SEVERAL times about this. I have given your creditor hotline number to my creditors. ALL the creditors state that YOU MUST CALL THEM in order for them to stop calling me. My phone rings off the hook day and night. I get a minimum of 10-15 calls per day. This has to stop. You are being paid for a service. Do your job! Do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau? That will be my next step if my phone does not stop ringing by tomorrow.

I enrolled in March 2017 and while I feel a great relief for finally doing this, it is not the easiest thing in the world to do when you have lived off of credit cards for 2-3 years. Debt Relief was very professional, made it seem easy and unstressful for me to do. Creditors still send their monthly statements and call me about payments, saying they do not work with Debt Relief of America and they have plans to help me pay off my card. When I mention the DR of A is handling this for me now they are somewhat acceptable of that. Looking forward to the last payment and be debt free.

The staff at NDR have always been professional and kind. They provide excellent service and make sure they are able to answer any questions I may have. They have also been able to give me status updates on my account and make sure I am fully informed about the settlements made on my behalf.

So far, so good. We just applied for this service about 6 weeks ago. Haven't had any problems yet. We haven't heard from any of the bills we consolidated. So we're hoping for the best. We're keeping our fingers crossed that we don't develop bad credit from this. However, we probably won't know for at least a couple of months.

I would have to say I feel disappointed. I would have like to have National Debt Relief contact all the credit cards I consolidated so that I wouldn't be hassled by my credit card companies. I had to call all my credit card companies and change the phone number and address so that everything would go to National Debt Relief. I'm still being hassled by my credit card companies and I really don't understand what part you play in this situation.

I haven't seen any progress yet. I'm starting to worry when I will see progress. All I see is my credit report plunging. I want to purchase a house within a year. I don't see that happening if my credit scores aren't rapidly improving. No lender would be stupid enough to give me a mortgage.

I understood when I signed up for this that it was going to take some time for arrangements to be made. However, I am being totally harassed by phone calls starting at 8 am (7 days a week). They are harassing and threatening and I have given them the proper information to contact NDR. I still receive the phone calls and now my 19 year old daughter is receiving them as well. Seriously considering cancelling the whole thing.

I was freaking out because while my credit score was plummeting and I was getting calls which I expected, I didn't know what was going on until I called in and Amy let me know that everything was OK. A little communication would be awesome.

It would be nice if they updated you on what they are doing. It has been over 3 months since I enrolled and I have not heard anything from them regarding what or who they have heard from and what they are doing. I received an email asking me to log on to view my payments on a statement and I was never given the log in info to do that so I sent several emails and to date I have not heard back from anyone, the only info I have is the auto deductions from my bank account.

Everything is going well so far. They get back with me pretty fast when I have questions and they have taken care of everything as far as communication goes in dealing with the creditors. I'm confident that everything will work out and I can get this taken care of soon! I highly recommend them to assist you with debt!

Feel like I'm getting ripped off. Fees are being taken from my account and it doesn't seem right. They don't cover how much the service will cost so they can surprise you with the hidden charges. Credit score tanked, paying money to them for who knows what.
