I'm very happy with the way everything is progressing... Out of 7 creditors, 2 have been rectified and I'm very grateful. My credit score has inched up and that makes me even happier. I want to thank National Debt Relief for helping me with my debt. They have been great. Thank you.

I love that it is about my success and getting on track. They work with me on payments and payment plans and realize that life happens and things come up. It isn't just about them making money, it is truly about making sure that I can get out of debt. Even though I put myself there, it is never made to feel judgmental or accusing.

I have been mostly happy. I just didn't realize that I could lose settlements because they over promised and when I say I can't make an extra, I feel almost ashamed. The reason I started this was because of the low monthly payments. It's getting harder to make the payments if I will continue to have to pay more than I can at the moment.

Great experience, they took care of ALL my debt problems, but each move cost me money from my account. I thought there were more charges than need to be. If not for those charges I would've gave it five stars, but they were extremely easy to deal with. In retrospect I'm glad I had them handle my stressful debts.

I am in the very early stages but I have had nothing but a good experience. They are taking care of everything so far and have been very helpful and prompt with my inquiries. I would recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with debt.

It has been 6 months and only one account has been settled. I never get updates on how the other accounts are being handled. It's hard to get a case worker to call, and just say everything is going well. I'm sure they are working on things. But it's disheartening to see my credit score go down and down and not know for sure if anything is being worked on.

Very nice and responsible with my case. They keep communication always with me letting me know my case status. One of my debts was solved so fast. Now they are negotiating my others. Thanks to them now I'm feeling better. They demonstrated to be very competitive and responsible.

I was excited that I would receive the help I needed and how National Debt Relief was able to accommodate my limited payments. But after signing in and sending all the papers. I haven't received one phone call to keep me updated... Disappointing.

I enrolled in the program in April and a little over a month I had one creditor accept the terms saving me over $2000!!! I am looking forward to the other creditor's response and hopefully accepting of the terms. I have been trying to get out from under my credit card debt for too long.

To this writing (dated 06-13-2017), I am still receiving calls from my creditor regarding late payments. I started paying my monthly dues of $338.00 to the National Debt Relief. I wonder when will NDR contacting my creditors for negotiations. Please advise.

I am glad that I finally called! I was struggling for years and not getting anywhere with the debt on my credit cards. As a matter of fact I have recommended them to 2 people and they are going thru them as well. They are the best, has only been 5 months and they have already settled 2 of my debts, very courteous and quick responses. Thank you for the help, don't have to hold my breath anymore.

I have been extremely happy with the rate at which my debts have been settled. I have one that hasn't reached a settlement but I am hoping that it will be taken care of shortly. I haven't even been with this program for a year yet and 4 of the 5 debts have either taken a settlement and been paid or have taken a settlement and payments are being made. The staff is always friendly and helpful and don't make me feel bad for having to go this route. My credit has been hit hard but not as hard as if I had filed bankruptcy and for that the recovery process shouldn't be as difficult.

The program was/is perfect for my situation. It's everything they said it would be and I love that the payment is pulled right from my account so I don't have to do anything. It's a really well organized program.

The associate of National are so helpful. They have brought my debt down in a reasonable amount of time. When I call in. To ask questions, I am never on hold long. They find the answer to all questions. I have been in this program and wouldn't change for any other company.

I've just recently been enrolled with National Debt Relief (about 4 months) and they have already reached a settlement with one of my creditors. It has been a painless experience so far and I am hoping to be able to increase my monthly contributions soon to hasten the process.

Have not been in program long enough to see a major impact yet. Time will tell once been in a few more months. Nothing bad or good to say at this point. Just be very grateful when all these credit card companies stop calling me numerous times a day.

In 5 short months, I've reduced 25% of my debt. I paid off a personal loan. Every month someone else is paid. I'm very happy I made the decision to go with National Debt Relief. So far, they have made good on their promise and I am very, very thankful.

I would be more satisfied if my creditors had all been contacted so that I don't keep hearing from them. I have one that has sent me to collections and I don't know why they would do that if National Debt had been in contact.

Still in the program but in less than one year I have one debt paid off. Waiting for my second debt to be resolved. The only I wouldn't say complaint but not a lot of contact with them other than when they contacted me with a settlement amount. So far I'm pleased.

I would recommend, they are very flexible professional and friendly. The fact that they take care of you every step of the way by calling and sending you emails for updates is very good. The customer service rep was very courteous. By far best customer service experience.

Have not seen any progress. It could take a while though I was told. Not impressed yet as my accounts keep adding late fees. Hopefully I will see progress soon. As soon as I see some progress my rating will go up and I will be satisfied.

I'm fairly new to NDR. The process was very professional and timely. Looking forward to the help and support of this company. I would and have recommended this company to a couple of my friends who need help. Trusting they will have the same outcome I did. So far very happy!

They helped with 3 of my accounts so far... so far so good. Great communication and they call you ever so often to check up on you. Haven't received any calls from creditors as yet. The fee schedules could have been explained a lil bit better though, but aside from that so far no complaints. Fairly easy process.

All accounts so far have been settled at low amounts. I don't have to deal with any creditors and everything is handled for me. I'm amazed at the progress from the past year already. I can't wait until everything is taken care of. Only one creditor left to settle.

Providing a completed application does take several communications with your agency. Mr. ** has been extremely helpful throughout this process and he promptly returns my phone calls should he not be available when I call. His job takes knowledge, understanding and patience and he has these attributes. My thanks to him and your agency.

Company is been withdrawing from My bank 205 Dollars for over 5 months now every other week, and I have several accounts that need to start been taking care of but this company apparently is not doing its job. Only one account is been taking care of so far!!!

They have been more than helpful and answered any question I have had which puts me at ease. They are very kind and pleasant on the phone each time that I have talked to any representative. They have been great!!!

I really love this program and now that I've have a financial hardship they were able to help me pay off those debts and now that I've been very ill for the last few months. I have over a year to go before I finish the "program"... Also as one point I had to submit a bunch of paperwork. They had trouble receiving my fax so I had to resend. Then later on I find out they didn't even need half of what I sent them. Waste of time/money.

They took money out earlier than what was set up and I was charged an NSF fee and overdrew my account! I can't get anyone to help! Also, I wish they would call and talk to the creditors earlier than 120 days!

When I first called NDR, I wasn't looking for much. I was knee deep in debt even after finally paying off my student loans. However, because I was largely commuting to another city for work, it seemed like life expense after life expense kept coming up and I was still left running in place with over 50% of my paychecks going to debt payments. Since calling and working with NDR, I've honestly never felt better about my finances. Yes, I'm still working at the same pace to pay them off but I feel like I can finally focus on moving my career forward to the places I want to be again.

Am satisfied overall. There needs to be more email updates about current status, especially about accounts being worked out, even if they haven't been resolved yet. I would like to see more suggestions about how to repair credit scores with the major credit reporting agencies, as well as a clearer way to submit new debts for consideration of consolidation.

Expect exactly what you're signing up for. They deal with everything you tell them to, and they do it good. It's only been a year on a 33 month term and they are more than half way done, and the best part, they keep you posted on everything. They are really good at communicating with you and help you with any questions you have. I know this isn't a typical situation even having to use them, but to me I made the right choice. You take a Long Time to contact the creditors thus creating a Bad Credit Report on your clients!!! I was not late on my payments and my credit score was around 715 and it has DROPPED over 100 points since I signed up with you!!

I guess I am satisfied with my experience so far. I have not heard from anybody since I sign on to National Debt Relief. I still get calls from my creditors and I just ignore them as best I can. I hope negotiations are going well on my behalf. How do I find out if everything is going well and no issues are on the horizon.

I find the fees after my first settlement was very high. Example my original balance was $2,122.00. The settlement was $1,090, which is a somewhat good amount at less than 50% of balance. But, the additional fees were for $530.50. I want to know how is that amount is figured out. I find that it is extremely high being at 25% of original balance. And if you add settlement plus fees, I am paying back practically 75% of what I originally owed.

Every part of the process has been very easy to follow. As I am just getting started. However it is reliable and the people that work with you are very friendly and helpful. If in doubt be sure to ask questions. It is great to know there is some help out there.

So far I'm satisfied. Too soon to really rate at this time. Starting the process was easy and the reps were very helpful... I hope this month I'll get some feedback on the status of my accounts since I haven't heard anything as of yet.

They so far have been great to work with. I am very please with the progress they are making for me and everyone there is great to deal with. It feels good to have some debt off of my back. It takes a few months but once you start getting settlement offers it goes fast. They are super nice and understood my concerns. Relieved me of all my worries! Would totally recommend for anyone with large credit card debts and really wants to work hard to get out of debt and increase their credit scores.

So far my experience has been good and hopefully, it'll continue in the same manner. I wish I could see the statements by account as well as by date which is how they are now. I have to keep a separate calculation for by myself to show the payments being allocated to the accounts where an agreement has been approved.

Dealing with all of this debt I would like to thank your company for making this a very easy process, the hardest part was picking up the phone and dialing. Although I just started I am yet to make my first payment, so hopefully the next 39 months will be easy to get through this problem. I would especially like to give Theresa a big shout out. With the money I was making at the time, I couldn’t keep up with my bills as they were coming in. I did some online search and the National Debt Relief was the first one to come up. I figured that they’re on the top, so I picked them. The National Debt Relief team were friendly. They had to explain the whole process to me since I’ve never been in this kind of situation before. After walking me through it, I decided that was feasible for me and I went through with it. Despite a quarter of my money going to them, working with the National Debt Relief has been stress relieving.

For the most part I am very satisfied. I have a conversation with one lady who was rude and not helpful. I don't remember her name, it was a one time deal so I can overlook it. I do feel like all customer reps need to be reminded that all clients are stressed out and sometimes may not use the best approach when calling. It is important to me to feel like whoever I speak with is interested and willing to do whatever is needed to help me. By that, I mean courtesy, compassion and willing to go that extra mile to make a client happy. There was a lot of paper to read and digest. I should have asked more questions and/or more time to review. I am had a hard time with the creditors continue to call me. It would be helpful for you to contact them, telling what is going on. Several have tried to talk me out of going with a Debt reduction company.

This program is helping me save money and also working with my creditors at the same time. They are very quick in responding to all my questions and concerns. The process has taken a little longer than I anticipated but I know they are working hard for me.

I have been with them it seems forever. I have 2 remaining both hospital bills. They can't seem to do anything with them. They have raised my monthly payment every 2 weeks. I pay 165.00 a total of 330 for what? I'm getting a little pissed off.

Debt relief program: My experience was OK but I was not called back when I was told I would be and had to call her back several days later to get the info. This time she was very helpful and helped me finish the process.

Great communication - they always update me on the progress. They are easy to talk to - always accommodating. Every time I call whatever my question is, it always gets resolved and answered on that call. I have had no contact since I signed up for this program almost three months ago. I have no idea what's going on, what the status of anything is... nothing. All I know is I'm making payments. Would like some kind of communication from NDR. It seems once they get you signed up, they forget about you.

The entire process was easy. Every aspect of the program was described in a manner that made it comprehensive. The "jargon" was omitted so that there would be no misunderstanding concerning the very important legal aspects of my situation, which was/is appreciated.

I joined in January of 2017 and have been putting money in twice a month since then. I've yet to hear anything from NDR about the status of my account or anything. Very disappointed so far as their information said a representative would be checking in with my monthly.

I have been contacted by creditors and our representative has not been in contact with them even though I have told him to. The creditors will only talk with the representative and our representative has not done so even after explaining it.

So far, all that has happened is they've taken my money. I was not informed up front that they would wait up to 6 months to contact my creditors (or until a certain amount in payments had built up) therefore dealing with the creditors has been very challenging and unexpected. So, Ill continue to wait to see how things progress once that 6 month mark hits.

National Debt is very courteous and helpful. I feel good about having them resolve issues with debt collectors. I can sleep at night knowing I am paying my debts back and not just crying and worrying how I was going to do so. They already settled one debt for me that was at ridiculous interest rate that would take me 10 years to pay off. Thank you National Debt Relief.

My experience so far, has been a positive one. Handled very professionally by Crisanta ** who guided me and patiently explained to me the processes involved. I am not one to seek help and in spite of being in financial hardship, I still manage to be current with my bills, so this is an entirely alien experience to me. I enter this program with much trepidation and uncertainty but Ms. ** was able to reassure me. I give NDR 5 stars as of this writing based on my experience so far. I just hope that my rating of them remains the same until I complete this program.

My only input is National Debt Relief needs to communicate more frequently on status of the account. "We have contacted all the companies", "we have $$$$ in the account", "we are negotiating three out of five currently"... I feel like we signed up and then NDR disappeared. All we heard was from the companies we owe money to. NDR has negotiated one and probably the largest debt to 50%. So that is going well.

Clinton ** was very helpful and knowledgeable. After talking with him for a few days I felt much more at ease. Everyone I talked with was very helpful, walked me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to others struggling with debt.

I called National Debt and right away they helped and explained to me what would happen, so I signed up, so far not much has happened as what they said, but I'm new so not much has happened so far. When do they start to settle an amount with what credit card they choose? Please advise- thank you.

I enrolled at the end of April, haven't heard from NDR since then. I called the guy I signed up with to ask a question and he still hasn't called back, over a month later, so just plan on calling the main number when you call. They said they would be in communication with me about my debt but I haven't heard from anyone. I'm not sure what's going on with my debt and they aren't friendly or comfortable to call. I hope I end up liking it but so far I'm only so-so.

The person I talked to was very helpful and pleasant. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I found this through my daughter who also went through National Debt. This will help me get my highest credit card paid off. I went to National Debt Relief because I could not see where I would ever get it paid off.

This was so much easier than I thought!! I had talked to someone elsewhere and they did not want to talk to me. They only wanted to do through email. I understand doing the paperwork that way but even my question they wanted me to do that was! This was way more personal and made me feel so much better about asking for help!!

The person who enrolled me (Matt **) was awesome, very knowledgeable, very accurate, and the process really was seamless. Now the welcome team and the customer service team are not as friendly over the phone. Kind of hurt. It could be a geographical difference since I am from the south and NDR headquarters is located in NY. However, since this is a national company I still think that those two departments should be friendlier since they deal with people from all over the country.

Very well explained and made sure I was confident and okay and in agreement with what the contract stated. Agent was very polite and resourceful. Worst customer service ever... They never seem to know about the status of my account and I always have to bounce from one department to another. Very frustrating! I usually don't like to give negative reviews but I had no other choice in this case.

So far so good. Appropriate and courteous communication with prompt follow-up. Advice has been helpful. It's early in this process for me, but from what I can tell at this point things look positive. I welcome any additional suggestions and NDR seems to be in my corner.

My customer service Kevin was very professional in his presentation to me which really helped me as I was hesitant to with NDR program. Although he went very fast; he did stop when I had a question. I've already referred him to one of my friends! Customer Service 10 out of 10!

Everything moved along smoothly and quickly, and once I was handed off to Global Client Solutions (GCS), I never heard from NDR again. I thought one phone call from NDR would have been nice since they were the one who got me started back on the right track! I'm very happy, and WON'T abuse a credit card again!! LESSON LEARNED!!

I've only been with National Debt Relief 3-4 months, so nothing has happened yet. There probably is not enough money in the trust account at this time to make any progress. The representative was very knowledgeable and I expect something to happen soon, but he said it might take up to 4 years to pay off my bills.

I have been getting phone calls from creditors and receiving emails for FOUR MONTHS! All National Debt Relief has done is move my money to another account and pull fees from it EVERY MONTH. The longer they do nothing, the more fees they get! How long until you do SOMETHING/ANYTHING?

I would like to receive emails reminding me of payments other than my monthly payment that will be debited from my account. First time in my life, five checks got bounced in one month because I forgot about the statement I received last year listing the added fees that would be debit from my account.

As of today I feel grateful and excited my debts are being taking care of. Although I think the settlement fees for each account is high, this is working and will continue with the program as long as it keeps helping me getting out of debt. Thanks.

I am happy with National Debt Relief. I have a small budget for the month and my rent is going up in Aug. I cannot find a job age and I can only make ends meet. I will try to comply with my contract. It is just so hard. Please get Wells Fargo to down to the least amount of payments you can. Thanks.
