National Debt Relief has been very helpful in paying off my debts. I am still very early on in the process, but everything has happened just as they said it would. I receive communication as soon as a decision about a creditor is made. I have 24 hour internet access to my own account information and control how that account is used. I am happy to have found them!

I signed up with National Debt Relief program in September of last year after being swamped in debt. Being a single mother of two with a heart condition I almost could not breathe. After being in this program for a couple of months 2 of my 5 accounts have been settled and paid off. It feels as if some heavy burden lifts off the shoulder, and working with them to get the other 3 accounts solved for a financial freedom. I never looked away from my responsibility. When many friends advised me to file for bankruptcy - I only wished to pay what I could, when I could. I am just plain grateful to this program.

We had some charge accounts and we couldn't meet the payments anymore. And with all the interests, we just wanted to get out of that. At first, we were getting so many letters from all the different charge account companies and we really felt bad about that. But the reps at National Debt Relief were all very helpful and encouraging. They also kept reassuring us that everything will be straightened out. We let them know every time we got a bill and they helped us through it. Now things are going so much better. We're not getting letters and hearing from the companies anymore.

I was in a car accident. I was out of work for three months and got behind on my bills. I have a family and had no idea how I was going to pay my debts. National Debt Relief has done everything I've asked so far and they've resolved a couple of my creditors within six months. Everyone in their team has been great. I've called their customer service several times and they're always right on top of everything. The person that helped me the most was Andrew. He's the one who I initially had the conversation with and set up a program. He told me what that's going to take, what was needed, and told me how the whole thing would go.

So far I've had the best experience. Customer service is so helpful and they're always there to answer questions and encourage you when you need it! They have been willing to work with me on any request I've had and I've settled one account already within 3 months! :)

The communication can become a nuisance when you have obligations occurring during the day. I have received repeated phone calls throughout the day and even so after speaking with someone and finding solution. I had to repeat an issue numerous times to get the point across for solution in a legal matter and grew extremely frustrated. I sure hope this company is able to continue to handle all of my debt is timely and polite manner.

It takes NDR several months to get the creditors off your back, but since they've started negotiations, all but one of many creditors have ceased trying to call. Once negotiations are in progress with the final creditor, I won't be receiving any telephone calls from a bank! Every time I have talked with a representative at NDR they have been knowledgeable and very friendly and yes, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to bypass bankruptcy. My FICO score is shot but it's only a matter of time until it goes up again.

Everyone at NDR has been very nice, professional. However Monday 6/12 my phone rang. It showed me it was NDR. I picked up although we aren't suppose to take phone calls at the post office. The guy didn't introduce himself or anything. All he said "This is NDR. I need your date of birth & last 4 of your social". I hung up on him.

Joining NDR was a life-saver for me. I had maxed-out my five credit cards, just paying the minimum payment each month & getting nowhere. I finally took the plunge & signed up for the program. The people I dealt with at NDR were great---personable, interested in getting my financial life back on track, professional & really knew their business. The greatest personal benefit from my working with NDR was that they were very effective at deflecting creditor calls away from me. I opened my account with NDR in December of 2013, and just finished paying off my last creditor in June 2017. After opening my account and following instructions to direct creditors to NDR, I received almost no direct calls from creditors. All phone representatives I spoke with at NDR throughout the 3.5 years were very professional and courteous, though some were more knowledgeable than others.

It's been a good start with National Debt Relief. I hope the rest of this journey is as good. Micheal and his team were extremely helpful in explaining the process and how everything works. Hopefully I won't need to call for help, but if I do, I feel comfortable that National Debt Relief will help me with ease.

I never could have paid off my debt of over $11,000 in less than 3 years without the help of this company. My deposits were manageable and all resolutions were cleared through me personally. The fees for each credit card account that NDR resolved can be a bit high but still less than I would have paid over the years slowly chipping away at each balance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am now free of credit card debt.

The representative was courteous and responsive when my husband and I reached out for assistance. For the first time, we were not treated like derelicts because of our debt issues. We are looking forward to being out of debt for good in the near future - much closer than it was before!

Customer service agent was very helpfully. She explained to me what I needed to know. The agent answered all my questions and concerns especially on some topics I was not aware of. She was very friendly and had patience answering my questions.

So far it has been a good experience but I am just at the beginning of the process. I hope that it continues to go as smoothly as it has gone so far. All my questions thus far have been answered satisfactory.

The marketing material advertises "no hidden fees" but they require two "hidden" monthly fees: one goes to the bank account to hold your money and the other to a legal team to retain them in case there is a problem. It's about $22/month in extras that are not advertised. On top of that, you'll pay a fee for each payment transfer (phone transfer fee is what they told me) to pay the settlement to the creditor of $1.50 and the commission percentage of the debt settlement. I would think they could pay the $1.50 with what they charge for their services and what their mandatory monthly bank fees are (my bank is free, how about yours?).

I apprehensively entered into this 4 months ago. My need for this was extreme, but I was still terrified. Upon speaking with NDR's representative I felt an immediate sense of relief. I looked this company up in the Better Business Bureau and found great reviews. At this point I have found NDR's process not difficult at all, and the people very easy to work with. My account is still young, but I can see that the process is working. Even though no real financial "progress" has been made yet. (remember, only four months in...) I am benefiting personally... I still have difficulties financially but they're nothing compared to the overwhelmingness I had before contacting NDR. I am relaxed now and can think clearly... Thank you for that. I enjoy the customer service representatives. They always know how to answer a question and get me the information I need. They are kind and helpful. They have helped me keep tasks on time and orderly. I couldn't ask for a better staff to handle my credit problems.

Everything has gone very smoothly. When I've had to call everyone has been very considerate and polite and always helpful. It's not always easy to do something like this, but NDR never made me feel ashamed of what I had to do.

The representative was very informative. I'm very pleased with the progress that the NDR negotiators are making to reduce my debt owed. They were able to reduce my second highest card by more than half the amount I owed. I can't wait to see just how much more they can settle my debt.

When I was looking for a means to consolidate my debt I never thought about what the National Debt Relief does for people and that it would work for me. I have been enrolled in the program since January and so far, I have been pleased to the max! I would say they helped me feel a little bit better about getting a hold of my debt. I am starting to get letters from collection agencies and still have not seen any action on any accounts. I understand that it may take 4-6 months but it’s just frustrating giving money and not seeing any results so far.

I wish I could have been kept more up to date about progress being made on clearing away my debts. I have no clue how much is still in this program or how much longer I will have to make these large payments each month. My credit is totally destroyed, which is what I wished to avoid... at least to some degree. The one positive thing is that most all collection calls have finally stopped.

When I entered into this program, I was lead to believe that my priorities would be their priorities. Unfortunately this has not been the case. While they have settled 2 credit card debts, they have yet to prove they can actually settle any of my outstanding loans. I was also under the impression that the intense creditor calls would cease once they began handling my affairs but they have not. I wish there was a message board that I could review so I know exactly how each account is being handled. When I call NDR, I am given different versions of how things are being handled each time. I'm still trying to determine if I made the best choice.

National Debt Relief has been great in handling resolving my debts. Several holders of my debts have been paid or settlement to be resolved over a number of months. When I had a question the staff at National Debt Relief answered my questions.

I am fairly new to the program and feel that there is a lack of communication from the National Debt Relief team. No one ever calls or communicates with me about my status or what the next steps are. I would like to hear more from them. I just keep watching my credit score go down and down and nothing has happened.

I am more than satisfied with my experience with National Debt Relief. They have given prompt attention to my questions and concerns that I have asked about. National Debt Relief was absolutely fantastic in helping me to relieve some of my debt. The only thing I didn't know is that my credit would be messed up because they instructed me not to pay anything while they were negotiating with the creditors to lower the balances. I was under the impression that they would consolidate the debt but on my credit it just looked like I stopped paying for 6 months. I've consolidated in the past and it didn't affect my credit score that much as this time. In the end, NDR did a great job lowering my balances to half. It was no hassle and they handled EVERYTHING. There are 2 matters which cause me to not be satisfied with National Debt Relief: 1.) You have chosen to pay off the largest debt first, which causing a delay for the others to be dealt with. If you had chosen to pay off the smaller ones first I would have satisfied the payoff of at least one or two companies already. 2.) On more than one occasion you have contacted me under the guise of reviewing my case but really to try to sell me products, such as a loan to more quickly "pay off my debt". I became quite angry the last time that I was contacted for this and so it has been several months without a call. Perhaps I have been place on the Don't-Bother-This-One-List. I feel that you are preying on your own customers, many of which are in their situation for having borrowed too much money... Very predatory on your part.

So far the best decision I've ever made joining this company. They have excellent customer service that will always give you a peace of mind 100% all the time. They will help you manage and achieve your goal to be debt free. Thanks National Debt Relief for helping me get back on track.

I was always treated respectfully & given honest information. They were always willing to answer my many questions! I think some of the fees were a bit on the high range and the website was confusing, but they walked me through until I understood everything! They were able to get my debt down for me to a level I could pay. I have no complaints! They did exactly what they promised they would!

The calls to start the program were very fast but once I started making payments I didn't hear anything about the progress. I still had creditors calling me six weeks after beginning so far. Some creditors even told me that they do not work with National Debt Relief and said that they would keep calling unless I submit to using their own debt relief programs.

I am new to the National Debt Relief program. So far I am pleased with the customer service that I have received. I have fortunately never had to use a program like this before but I am thankful it is available to those who need it. During the past six months, the NDR Team has resolved two of my debts at less than 1/2 of my balance. They have been great to work with and they seem to be the experts at the negotiation process. Person whom I talked to was very easy to understand. It is a lot of information all at once. Should try spreading it out in a couple of days. Seniors who do not have a knowledge of the computer would not be able to complete this process. Takes time to list all creditors. Should not be in any hurry to complete all that is asked of you. Mistakes happen and things are not included. Very difficult to take in all at once.

My experience with Eric ** was a very pleasant one. He made it very easy for me to fill out the forms and answered patiently all my questions. But it seems to me, I still have forms to sign and I hope it will be as easy as when I was dealing with Eric **.

From the very first phone call, National Debt Relief's staff made the process of debt consolidation easy and helped me with a payment that fit my budget. Also, there were a couple of months when I couldn't even make my minimum payment due to medical expenses, debt relief staff helped me breakdown the payment over a few months so that I was able to stay on the program. All the correspondence goes to them so I don't have to deal with creditors at all. Best Company do deal with.

All is good. The only thing I was not satisified with is being told that I qualify for a loan to pay off this quicker but then add more debt. Then being denied was a blessing. I rather stick with this plan and not be offered a loan to pay this and other credits cards off.

I have to say, signing up and getting the account set up was a breeze. Now that my account is accruing money, I thought I would hear from National Debt Relief, with closing of my small accounts. I have not heard from this company since I finalized my contract. This may be normal procedure, but it would be nice to hear from someone by email or phone call.

I had gotten myself into quite a financial mess and they really helped me clear up the debt by taking over and negotiating settlements with creditors who had intimidated me! Consolidating and allowing National Debt to renegotiate with our creditors is the best financial decision we ever made. It cut our monthly payments in half, and reduced our overall debt significantly. Short term detriments to our credit scores are worth the end game of a debt-free life.

I first signed up and was a little unsure but as I talked with my contact person I became aware I had made the correct decision. I have been notified when a settlement is offered and is approved only when I have approved of the terms. The staff is amazing and is always there if and when you need someone or something. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has issues with their credit and past due on the bills, contact them before you think about chapter 11. It will be worth your time to speak to someone. I am truly a happy customer and would recommend them to my family and friends. Don't take my word for it. If you have issues call and speak to someone, you will be that much closer to becoming debt free.

Debt Relief Service. The process was handled in a profession manner. We applied online and then phone and we were led through the process of signing online. The person helping was patient throughout and explained and answered all of our questions.

National Debt Relief has taken care of all my worries when it came time for me to manage my debt. Even when I was sued they took all of the pain and time away so that all I do is make my monthly payment and they do the rest. Would definitely recommend.

In order to see how their client is progressing, they use Global Client Solutions where by, any client can go at any time online and look up their status. Global Client also sends reminders to the clients that they are there with the updated information at any time.

I love National Debt Relief. They have made this debt consolidation easy and have help me every step of the way. You can call or email them and they get back to you quickly. They have settled all my debt for at least half of what I owed. They also call you to see if you want to take the settlement that is offered.

I wasn't fully aware at the beginning of the program that my pay would have to substantially increase. I was a little disappointed by that simply because the requested additional amount was more than half the original payment amount; otherwise, I was paying much more than the original agree upon amount. It takes speaking to several different people before a problem is fixed which is also a problem. I am appreciative that they are working to relieve me of my debt.

So far my experience has been good .The hardest part is waiting for the resolution, but I am sure it will be worth the wait. Every person I spoke to has been helpful. The only glitch I had occurred when I faxed items over and for some reason the faxes were not located. We were able to handle this problem when I scanned the items that were needed.

It is too soon to say. I only enrolled about 2 months ago and so far nothing has happened that I know about except for phone calls from creditors that are very unsettling and embarrassing as I have never had to go through this before.

National Debt has been there negotiating for me for a couple or three years now. When I needed updates, current status of payments I always had that info within 24 hours of asking. I appreciate their patience is keeping up my info regarding my income status to assess any changes.

These people really know what they're doing. Much better experience than with previous companies who offer this. They covered all the pertinent information and made sure I understood everything. They sent copies of everything and walked me through a lot of forms.

If I could have waited until all my creditors were over 120 days late, I would have waited because in some I wasn't even late yet when I signed up and all it did was make National Debt collect their fees from me for the past 4 months without having to do a thing. They just barely started negotiating with my creditors as I've just recently reached the 120 day late mark, which makes me mad because I could have saved me all that money that National Debt has collected for themselves for doing nothing for the past 4 months. I just barely received notices that they have started negotiating with my creditors, but it took over 4 months to do this. My advice to anyone who wants to consolidate, wait until you're over 120 days late on your payments otherwise you're going to be paying National Debt to do nothing until you reach your 120 late on payments. And their fees aren't cheap either.

How can you asked me my address a million times and still get it wrong? Since May 2 I haven't received the welcome package. I tired of all this bs And my bills were never late until I did this crap. Bad decision by me.

Haven't had as much communication as I would like. I would like to be kept up with the ongoing progress. I feel left in the dark until something happens. All y'all have done so far is to ruin my Credit Rating, which I was told would happen. But, I was also told that you would Contact the Companies Concerned to let them to know what was going on and it looks like that did not happen.

We were hesitant to start this journey but have been pleased with the care, service and progress we have made towards our financial goals! In just a few more months we will be 1/3 of the way to the finish line and it feels great! It's easy to upload documents and follow up on progress. The consultants we have interacted with have been very professional and helpful in stressful situations with creditors!

Would like more "in the loop" information as to the progress being made with my situation via email. Contacts once a month would be fine. For instance, I don't know which creditors have been contacted and where we are at this point. I know that apparently Citi Bank has accepted your settlement (?) but no other information beyond that.

I needed to notify NDR of the change of an account number. I had to change my bank account number to prevent any further unauthorized withdrawals. The NDR customer service person made it an easy experience with very clear instructions.

Terrific. The way the customer service on phone calls are so courteous, professional, quick and accurate. And actually a live person quickly answering a call. My only negative was the surprise that you pay the accounts monthly, not all at once, even when I have the money in my account to do so. I feel this might be unfair, like holding my money, instead of paying right away and clearing my credit score sooner. I mentioned this on the phone. It was not part of the process I was aware of. And I asked that they would pay the debts with my funds immediately, but received no comment or reply. Otherwise, a terrific company I would trust again.

When I was over my head in debt, I felt there was no hope. I called NDR to gather some info and immediately felt comfortable with their program. I have been enrolled in the program for 4 months and one of my debts has already been settled for half. They work hard for you and keep you in the loop through it all. I feel on top of the world knowing that I am on the road to being debt free without paying penalties and interest through the roof. Your credit will go down, but credit can be rebuilt after time. My experience to join was pleasant, but the concept is so frustrating because the creditors are calling my home and mobile starting at 8 am and ending at 8 pm. I give them the phone number to call you but most time they will not accept it. It's getting very frustrating. Some call 3 and 4 time a day. They have helped me to get out of the whole cliche of an ocean of debt. I had so much I was paying almost half my income in minimum payments. Then I had to move, because of that I had no money to pay the credit card bills. Creditors were calling nearly daily and I couldn't help them. Working with NDR I've gotten most of them to quit calling and I'm paying down my debts slowly but steadily.

Overall it is a good program. Our biggest concern is the fact that it takes forever for each individual debt to be resolved. We continue to get calls from collection agencies and there does not seem to be any indication that the agencies are aware that we are working with National Debt Relief. I also wish there was monthly communication. I cannot access my account online, which is also a problem. I still think this was the best decision we ever made and we hope to be debt free within four years.
