Undetermined at this time. However I am still getting statements from the creditors and I thought they would stop after you were given the power of attorney letter to send to them. When will do you think that they will stop sending these statements.

Draft change - representative was very professional, courteous, helpful, and asked if she could help with anything else and she did answer the question that was asked. Her tone remained polite and made me feel very comfortable asking her questions. When placed on hold she would click back on and let me know what is going on and was sorry for the wait.

I'm a brand new customer for NDR and the process to sign up was super easy and when I finally spoke with a representative they were very helpful and knew what they were talking about so they could make everything easy for me. Everyone in National Debt Relief is nice and willing to work with me. It’s been a very positive experience with them. They were helpful in explaining everything to me such as how the process is and what to expect each step along the way. They also handled my situation well. They also helped me with budget better. I was in between jobs for a while, so they made sure that I make the payments I needed to and they were really great about that, so I'm able to keep going with what I'm trying to do. I know I'll be out of debt in the next few months so that’s nice. I’d tell my friends to go with NDR if they need debt relief help too.

This experience was a little bit scary for me but I knew that it was the right thing to do. From my first call to the Welcome Call it made as easy as it could be. Now I'm hoping that it will continue to go smoothly.

I'm just satisfied with my experience. I'm disappointed that the amount negotiated to pay off debt has been less than expected. It was insinuated the percentage of actual payment for loan would be much less than what I have experienced. I would probably use a different service had I known I would be paying as much as I am.

One thing that was important to me through this process was that I was assured over and over again that nothing happens with my money without minimum of being notified. Well lo and behold I resolved my very first debt then a few months later realized my balance wasn't going up. $473 dollars went to National. I wasn't notified, not even an email or some kind of receipt, all it said were "fees". I had to call and find out where it went and why. They take 15% of your total debt which fine but after a year it slips your mind what is going to happen after a resolution of debt. They don't care to remind you. All I wanted and asked for in the beginning was to be communicated with. They won't even consider doing courtesy calls or emails.

I did not understand that bills would not be paid until an amount of money was in the account. I feel like I am paying a substantial amount of money each month and so far still have very bad credit. Was told debt would be paid in about 3 years... It has been almost 10 months and nothing has been paid yet. I am hopeful things will start happening soon.

Thus far, I am very satisfied with the prompt attention, and professionalism of the entire team. From the onset they have helped me feel more at ease regarding my financial situation, and gain trust which is difficult when it comes to debt and financial matters.

I thought that the company would be contacting my creditors. I didn't understand that we had the potential to be sued or taken to court. When I have tried to scan and send documents to the company, they have not been received successfully.

I have not been dealing with NDR for very long. However, so far, I have very much enjoyed every bit of it. The people are always so friendly and prompt to be in touch with you and they are so willing to help and understand. I was so worried about making my upcoming payment because I had to take a leave from work due to the passing of my mom, but I called and they were so sincere and so understanding. They assured me that everything would be fine and I could skip this payment and they passed along their condolences to my family. I wasn't managing my money very well and I was in debt. I needed to do something besides bankruptcy. I saw National Debt Relief's ad on a website and I gave it a try. I filled out an online application and then someone contacted me right after that. NDR talked to my creditors and got me reduced rates or the balance was greatly reduced, which would help me take care of my debts faster. I worked with a couple of their reps and they were very helpful. They explained everything and made sure that I understood what was going on and how long it would take.

After being enrolled two years and paying into my account diligently each month, I am still being sued by one of my creditors because NDR had failed to reach out to them and settle. Terrible company. I plan to sue you in the future. I would have been better off filing for bankruptcy.

National Debt Relief is a joke. Customer service is beyond lousy and the constant calls, emails and demands on my time completely voided the usefulness of the program. I could have negotiated on my own quicker and more efficiently than National Debt Relief. I chose this route so I wouldn't have to spend the time and energy dealing with it, instead, I spent FAR MORE time and energy on it. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I found the Entry and Welcome team to be very knowledgeable and expedient in this process. I felt a great weight (stress) lifted off of my shoulders and a sense of relief right away. The employees were easy to speak with and took me through the process step by step.

It's been great since I started in this program. Would tell anyone who is having problem with pay your bills when you have a hardship to let them help you. The sooner you do the better off you will be. It will let you sleep at night.

The two people I spoke to were friendly and compassionate. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I contacted NDR hesitant to join the program but after speaking with Debt Specialist, Kim ** who explained the program thoroughly and was very knowledgeable I made the decision to enroll in the program. Kim was patient, she answered all my question, did not rush me into making a decision and did not rush me off the phone. The entire team was amazing and I look forward to working with NDR to becoming debt free.

I got behind in my payments because I was supporting two households so I was looking for help and stumbled across National Debt Relief. I hadn't heard of them so naturally I researched and read the reviews. I was impressed and decided to give them a call and I'm so glad I did! My experience with NDR was that of a pleasant one. Communication was good, they certainly helped clear a lot of debt. About the only complaint I would have is the few times they asked for additional funding to settle a debt quicker than expected. I understand it saved me money and time, but when you have a lot of debt and live on a very limited fixed income, it is difficult to come up with the extra money. On at least one occasion, that additional funding resulted in an overdraft of my checking account, costing me $35. They were of absolutely no help in that matter. But all in all, it was a positive experience.

I was incredibly nervous to fill out the form requesting more information (worried I would be bombarded with spamming calls) but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a personalized email asking when we could talk over the phone. When I did speak with my representative, she was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and respectful! We have been put in a tough financial place, and yes, part of it was our own fault, but she never once made me feel guilty about my hardships nor did she treat me like a problem to be fixed. Her wonderful customer service made me feel very human, but also incredibly hopeful that they could actually help me. I was sold right away after our chat, and have had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders already. There is a reason these guys are rated number one, and I am so glad I went with them!

GREAT!!! So far this has really been a RELIEF! Knowing that I have someone taking care of the situation that I have gotten myself into and has truly been right there on my behalf has helped me a lot. Every time that I have called and just even asked a question the staff has always been great!!

When a worker calls me about a settlement offer or even when I call for questions about my settlements, they always treat me with a caring and a friendly service. Even though I can't see them through the phone but I can still tell that they are smiling when they are talking to me and for that I am very grateful for having National Debt Relief on my side and they will help you out in your time of need. I would suggest if you are having some debt just call National Debt Relief and they will help you out.

Please contact my credit card people at 1-866-702-9947. They keep calling but I don't answer their call. When I did they said Nat'l Debt Relief has not contacted them that I am working with them to clear this debt. I am afraid they are going to take me to court over this. I wish it didn't take so long for you to start working on my case and didn't have to collect so much money from me before you do.

The Agent was very professional and explicit. He was very respectful even when my doubts set in and I asked very pertinent questions. When I received my Welcome call I was hesitant and needed some reassurance that I was making a good choice.

Once a premier service provider, National Debt is presently outstanding only at collecting their negotiating fees and leaving their customers to fend for themselves thereafter. Poor customer service practices at best are to be expected. Questions are not understood or answered accurately. Administrative paperwork is not followed through, details are not clearly explained, overlooked and/or brushed aside. Questions are referred on to other areas both within and outside the company.

The staffs that help me are friendly and helpful. I sign up with the right Company. I will recommend National Debt Relief to all my friends that are desperately want to get out of debt. During the interviews the staffs treat me as nice and I don't feel like I've been judge.

Update on 12/22/2018: I use the auto payment thing through National Debt Relief, where I don’t even have to worry about what day and what time or anything that would happen. They have all that set up and that’s a convenience, over and beyond. I have a total of eight accounts and four of them are completely done and paid off without pending any issues at all. There have been occasions where I asked to decrease the actual payment that I was making because of other things. I called NDR and talked to their rep, explained it, and they handled it.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that is drowning in debt and doesn't know where to turn. They are friendly, helpful, and understanding. I am so glad that we decided to pick up the phone and call National Debt Relief. I now have a peace of mind financially.

I am not satisfied at this point in the process. It takes too long to negotiate and start paying creditors. My credit is horrible now and I know that is expected but I should have just filed bankruptcy so I wouldn't still have to make payments.

I signed up for the program in March. As of this writing, none of my accounts have been settled nor is there any negotiations going on that I am aware of. The only thing they have managed to accomplish is to stop my creditors from calling me and diverting all calls to them. I feel as that they are very slow to settle or want to negotiate with a creditor, and the only answer I get from them is, "We are just letting funds build up in your account." Well while that's happening, get something on the table. So far my opinion is not good. Let's hope it changes in the next few months.

The representative was knowledgeable and provided me with more information than I expected. She even asked about my online account and gave me the tools I needed to access it. She made sure I had received the email prior to disconnecting with me. She was awesome.

I've been satisfied with my experience so far with National Debt Relief. They are very responsive and keep in touch often. They are helpful anytime I need a question answered or if I'm questioning what I'm suppose to be doing. I've recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so anytime someone mentions being in a similar situation I am/was.

It's been about a year now that I have not even gone into my account to see any of my $700.00 that has been pulled from my checking every month. I live in HI so phone calls are not the easiest with the time frames. I don't believe that the person helping me "Steve" should have that much of a cut into my funds when I never, ever have a call from him concerning my Debt. I see that only one has been negotiated and I still have lots of them sending me letters. Especially my BOA, which was the one I wanted to work with first.

I needed to defer a deposit. All people involved were amazingly helpful. I have some family events and obligations and needed funds. NDR was very empathetic to my needs. I am very glad that I am allowing them to help me with my debt resolution.

The people at National Debt Relief were very helpful for me. They explained everything in great detail. Everything from your credit score taking a hit to explaining the tax forms (10-99 I think if I remember correctly). They were so nice and didn't try to force anything on me. Within the first two months of enrolling I had two accounts settled so National Debt Relief has been a lifesaver for my wife and I would recommend them anytime to anybody for being honest, forthcoming and right to the point and accurate with all the information.

I'm not certain what to say about my experience. So far, I'm still feeling uncomfortable because the creditors are constantly calling me. This is very hard, as I have never been late paying my bills. How long is it going to take before we can negotiate with anyone? The bills were going down, now they are higher than ever. It's feels like I'm going backwards. Do you understand my frustration?

As a private citizen, NDR has been a welcomed blessing. I was experience, as many, the struggle of trying to make ends meet. I was at my wit's end when NDR came and assisted me. They have been wonderful with me; counseling me with every step.

I recently moved and had a lot of moving cost on my credit cards. I also had a loan that I had to take out. A lot of my cards were almost maxed out and I could only afford minimum payments so the balances just kept going up. So I looked for other options and found National Debt Relief. I knew that by going with a company like that, initially my credit would go down. The overall pay off on that would be lower because they've been negotiating with each of the companies individually. So, I decided to just go ahead and go with that and just make one single payment that was easier to keep track of. I also looked them up in the Better Business Bureau and it was pretty highly rated. People seem satisfied with the service. Everything seemed to check out. I didn't have a lot of experience with a company like that 'cause it's my first time having to handle my debt that way.

So far so good. Easy and thorough to get started. Provided detailed information and allowed me to ask any and all questions. Explained every aspect in detail so that I fully understood what the process and procedures are in order to make an informed decision about moving forward with this program. Not sure what is going on with this company. Made three payments and don't have any idea what is happening. Going to call this week and ask if they have done anything with my balances. It would be nice to have them call me with information. That would make me feel like they care about their customers.

Only been with company 3 months so I am still in a wait and see position. They have been helpful but as of today only 1 of my 6 accounts have been settled. I'm expecting to see a major improvement in my settled accounts by the end of the year 2017.

The program is good, wish it could have been a faster process. My process was about 3 years. Also I wish they would clean your credit in the process too. When I started the program I was current on all my credit cards but was told to stop paying them. Wish I knew from the beginning not to do that, so now I'm trying to get my score back up.

When I reached out to NDR, I was treading water on my credit card bills. Unless something drastically changed (for the better) I would be making the same payments on my credit cards for life and still never make a dent. I spoke with several other companies including NDR which added to my anxiety. My concern was that I was giving away information to someone who might take advantage of me and leave me worse off than when I started. Got the pamphlet in the mail. A lot of information. Helpful with responses to creditors. Needed help in dealing with them without being rude or critical of them. They are only doing their jobs. My health hasn't been good and worrying about bills has put an added burden on us. National Debt Relief has truly helped.

So far it has been ok but the issue I have is that I am not sure which bills have been paid off and which ones are still in the works. Can't tell if you have made a deal with all of my creditors or if we still have more to go. All of the names that are on the statement are not the original name of the creditor so I am not sure what bill they go to.

I am being hounded by creditors who have NOT been notified. I was told that you didn't do that. Initially I was told that, in fact, was WHAT YOU DID. I contacted one who said they hadn't heard anything from you. You contacted two creditors, got them to lower the debt and they are getting paid. Everyone else is being ignored. This is NOT what I expected. I am considering ending this relationship.

I signed up in January 2017 and so far it appears that 3 accounts have been settled, one I have received confirmation. I feel that National Debt has done a great job resolving my debt but, I feel that I have been over charged for their services. Charging a percentage of the entire debt is wrong. Clients should only be charged a percentage of the debt that is written off therefore, giving National debt Relief more of an incentive to negotiate and get creditors to write off more of the debt. I chose National Debt Relief because I needed help and I feel overcharging client is taking advantage of people whose only other choice is to file bankrupt.
