Update on 12/22/2018: I use the auto payment thing through National Debt Relief, where I don’t even have to worry about what day and what time or anything that would happen. They have all that set up and that’s a convenience, over and beyond. I have a total of eight accounts and four of them are completely done and paid off without pending any issues at all. There have been occasions where I asked to decrease the actual payment that I was making because of other things. I called NDR and talked to their rep, explained it, and they handled it.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that is drowning in debt and doesn't know where to turn. They are friendly, helpful, and understanding. I am so glad that we decided to pick up the phone and call National Debt Relief. I now have a peace of mind financially.

I am not satisfied at this point in the process. It takes too long to negotiate and start paying creditors. My credit is horrible now and I know that is expected but I should have just filed bankruptcy so I wouldn't still have to make payments.

I have been stressing over debt for years and not getting anywhere. After working with National Debt Relief I could finally breathe. They have been really great with keeping me informed on my account. Thank you for helping me get a life back.

I signed up for the program in March. As of this writing, none of my accounts have been settled nor is there any negotiations going on that I am aware of. The only thing they have managed to accomplish is to stop my creditors from calling me and diverting all calls to them. I feel as that they are very slow to settle or want to negotiate with a creditor, and the only answer I get from them is, "We are just letting funds build up in your account." Well while that's happening, get something on the table. So far my opinion is not good. Let's hope it changes in the next few months.

The representative was knowledgeable and provided me with more information than I expected. She even asked about my online account and gave me the tools I needed to access it. She made sure I had received the email prior to disconnecting with me. She was awesome.

NDR is a company that is honest and it does a really good job of helping you get out of debt. All the people who work there have been real nice and friendly and have helped me in any way that they can.

I was in a lot of debt and was thinking of filing for bankruptcy when I heard about National Debt Relief. They made the process so easy. They have successfully negotiated several of my debts that are now almost paid off. I would definitely recommend them to others who might need this kind of help.

I've been satisfied with my experience so far with National Debt Relief. They are very responsive and keep in touch often. They are helpful anytime I need a question answered or if I'm questioning what I'm suppose to be doing. I've recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so anytime someone mentions being in a similar situation I am/was.

It's been about a year now that I have not even gone into my account to see any of my $700.00 that has been pulled from my checking every month. I live in HI so phone calls are not the easiest with the time frames. I don't believe that the person helping me "Steve" should have that much of a cut into my funds when I never, ever have a call from him concerning my Debt. I see that only one has been negotiated and I still have lots of them sending me letters. Especially my BOA, which was the one I wanted to work with first.

I needed to defer a deposit. All people involved were amazingly helpful. I have some family events and obligations and needed funds. NDR was very empathetic to my needs. I am very glad that I am allowing them to help me with my debt resolution.

The people at National Debt Relief were very helpful for me. They explained everything in great detail. Everything from your credit score taking a hit to explaining the tax forms (10-99 I think if I remember correctly). They were so nice and didn't try to force anything on me. I discussed it with them once, talked to some friends in finance about it and then called them back to start the process.

I just got a call after my first payment that NDR had settled a credit card debt that was $2,400 for $1,400!!! What a great relief for me. One down and 6 more to go. Thank you NDR!!! I had doubt anyone could help me. I was so in debt and behind. This just proves this Debt company means what they say!

I am very happy with National Debt Relief. Within the first two months of enrolling I had two accounts settled so National Debt Relief has been a lifesaver for my wife and I would recommend them anytime to anybody for being honest, forthcoming and right to the point and accurate with all the information.

I'm not certain what to say about my experience. So far, I'm still feeling uncomfortable because the creditors are constantly calling me. This is very hard, as I have never been late paying my bills. How long is it going to take before we can negotiate with anyone? The bills were going down, now they are higher than ever. It's feels like I'm going backwards. Do you understand my frustration?

As a private citizen, NDR has been a welcomed blessing. I was experience, as many, the struggle of trying to make ends meet. I was at my wit's end when NDR came and assisted me. They have been wonderful with me; counseling me with every step.

I recently moved and had a lot of moving cost on my credit cards. I also had a loan that I had to take out. A lot of my cards were almost maxed out and I could only afford minimum payments so the balances just kept going up. So I looked for other options and found National Debt Relief. I knew that by going with a company like that, initially my credit would go down. The overall pay off on that would be lower because they've been negotiating with each of the companies individually. So, I decided to just go ahead and go with that and just make one single payment that was easier to keep track of. I also looked them up in the Better Business Bureau and it was pretty highly rated. People seem satisfied with the service. Everything seemed to check out. I didn't have a lot of experience with a company like that 'cause it's my first time having to handle my debt that way.

So far so good. Easy and thorough to get started. Provided detailed information and allowed me to ask any and all questions. Explained every aspect in detail so that I fully understood what the process and procedures are in order to make an informed decision about moving forward with this program. National Debt Relief is all amped up and makes you feel real good when they are getting you signed up for the program. Once you have signed on the dotted line you are left to your own devices. You are just a number to them.

I'm a little concerned because I still have not gotten my enrollment packet. Even after calling in to ensure proper address. Other than that not too long in the program to have many concerns. I would like to be finished.

I am very happy with the services provided by NDR. I am totally at ease without the worry of having to deal with my creditors and knowing that NDR has total control of the situation for me. Not sure what is going on with this company. Made three payments and don't have any idea what is happening. Going to call this week and ask if they have done anything with my balances. It would be nice to have them call me with information. That would make me feel like they care about their customers.

Only been with company 3 months so I am still in a wait and see position. They have been helpful but as of today only 1 of my 6 accounts have been settled. I'm expecting to see a major improvement in my settled accounts by the end of the year 2017.

The program is good, wish it could have been a faster process. My process was about 3 years. Also I wish they would clean your credit in the process too. When I started the program I was current on all my credit cards but was told to stop paying them. Wish I knew from the beginning not to do that, so now I'm trying to get my score back up.

I first check and saw that the National is listed as the number 1 debt relief company and have rating with BBB. The gentleman was very informative on how the program worked and explain everything in detail. Although I was a little scared he assured me that this was the best for my situation to get out of Debt. I am nearing retirement age and really want to be free from so much debt. So yes I would recommend to a friend or family member.

I haven't seen any results yet except for the increase in debt, phone calls and a drop in credit score. A dramatic drop in credit score. I got a call but only to update checking account information. I expected at least one creditor to be on board. They are adding so many late fees.

I have peace of mind! Knowing my business is being handled promptly and professionally. When I reached out to NDR, I was treading water on my credit card bills. Unless something drastically changed (for the better) I would be making the same payments on my credit cards for life and still never make a dent. I spoke with several other companies including NDR which added to my anxiety. My concern was that I was giving away information to someone who might take advantage of me and leave me worse off than when I started. NDR quickly put my concerns to rest with their professionalism and their availability. Any question I had was answered thoroughly and quickly. My credit score took a slight hit (which they told me would happen), but I quickly saw the fruits of their labor as they negotiated on my behalf. My credit score has quickly rebounded and continues to improve. My advice - Pay as much as you can, stick to the plan and let them do their jobs.

I am so satisfied with the excellent service that I have received from every single person I've talked to. I know this is a great program and I am so excited to be a part of it! Everyone has been so helpful in answering questions since this can be a scary situation to be in.

Did what they said. The only complaint that I would have is that I called several months ago to change the automatic withdrawal from my account to Monday instead of Friday to save on overdraft charges and that has not happened yet, other than that I feel that they truly are trying to help people break the chains of debt.

My accounts are all being settled and I'm happy with the service I have received. I did receive an offer from one of my creditors that NDR did not accept which I was a bit unhappy about. However the process is going faster than I had anticipated. My credit score plunged at first but now that some accounts have been paid off, it is going back up.

Got the pamphlet in the mail. A lot of information. Helpful with responses to creditors. Needed help in dealing with them without being rude or critical of them. They are only doing their jobs. My health hasn't been good and worrying about bills has put an added burden on us. National Debt Relief has truly helped.

So far it has been ok but the issue I have is that I am not sure which bills have been paid off and which ones are still in the works. Can't tell if you have made a deal with all of my creditors or if we still have more to go. All of the names that are on the statement are not the original name of the creditor so I am not sure what bill they go to.

I signed up with NDR about 5 months ago. They have settled half of my debt. I am pleased with rapid attention and efforts they have taken to settle my accounts. The best part is that I no longer have annoying collections agencies calling and harassing me anymore.

I am being hounded by creditors who have NOT been notified. I was told that you didn't do that. Initially I was told that, in fact, was WHAT YOU DID. I contacted one who said they hadn't heard anything from you. You contacted two creditors, got them to lower the debt and they are getting paid. Everyone else is being ignored. This is NOT what I expected. I am considering ending this relationship.

I signed up in January 2017 and so far it appears that 3 accounts have been settled, one I have received confirmation. It is a waiting game and nerve-racking and does require you to tank your credit but I don't have any complaints and don't regret it. Fingers crossed that all accounts get settled because I am nervously waiting on the most important two (student loans) to settle. Hate that I'm in this predicament but lesson learned, don't take on more than you can handle.

When I signed up for this program I thought I was making a good decision. The customer service staff has been good. BUT one complaint. I sent an email in on the 8th. Yesterday I sent a follow up because I had not got a response. As of this morning ONE WEEK later I still have no response. Not good. Thinking about canceling this program.

Awesome customer service. Give me update information on my account and advice what is better for me and what is my current position in regards to all my credits. I went from good credit with a large amount of debt to bad credit with the same amount of debt. But now I have debtors calling me non-stop. None have been contacted that I know of and my home, cell and work phones are being called all of the time with debtors wanting to know when I can make a payment. This was a bad idea.

I was quite relieved after speaking to NDR about my overwhelming debt. Due to a reduction in pay I was no longer to pay my bills on time and with late charges and fees my debt only grew larger. I clearly understand the steps to follow to ensure a successful outcome in this program. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I have not had any problems with National Debt Relief so far. Representatives worked with me to consolidate my debt and negotiate settlements with all of my creditors in a timely manner. I recommend National Debt Relief if you are considering debt consolidation.

Overall it's been good, but I have been asked on a few different occasions to contribute additional funds to my account. They haven't been significant increases, but did mean I was paying more than I was quoted. In the end, I was still coming out significantly ahead had I paid the debt down without the program.

They helped me get out of debt and back on the road to rebuilding my credit in only 7 months. My overall savings on all my debts was more than 50%. I would recommend anyone who has fallen into serious credit card debt to give National Debt Relief a call.

Great debt counseling and coaching on how to approach your debt crisis. I was so stressed and had no clue how to manage my mountain of credit card debts. Until I contacted NDR. They offered me a suitable alternative to pay off my debt which saved me from making minimum payments on my credit card and pay high interest.

I was walked through the whole process, any questions, concerns, and even fears were addressed. Wish that they would have contacted all of my accounts and let them know I am enrolled. Still getting a ton of collection calls which suck. I know with time it will get better but the first few months suck. I am glad they were available to help us out. You need the security knowing with time you will be out of date.

National Debt Relief did a great job of resolving a debt issue with Qualstar Credit Union. We were sent a court summons and NDR went to work immediately and made resolution a first priority and we did not have to go to court to settle the matter. NDR has kept us abreast of all issues as they arrive and we are very satisfied with the results.

They answer my questions and if they don't know the answer they get me to the correct person who can help me. They are helping with my debt and for that I am very grateful. So far NDR has resolved two of my several debts. I have not had harassing calls from my creditors and it had allowed me less stress while trying to overcome what felt hopeless. I feel that National Debt has done a great job resolving my debt but, I feel that I have been over charged for their services. Charging a percentage of the entire debt is wrong. Clients should only be charged a percentage of the debt that is written off therefore, giving National debt Relief more of an incentive to negotiate and get creditors to write off more of the debt. I chose National Debt Relief because I needed help and I feel overcharging client is taking advantage of people whose only other choice is to file bankrupt.

My experience with National was great! I felt supported and the customer service was wonderful. They also made everything so easy for me so that all I needed to do was make my monthly payments and they took care of all the rest! The communication can become a nuisance when you have obligations occurring during the day. I have received repeated phone calls throughout the day and even so after speaking with someone and finding solution. I had to repeat an issue numerous times to get the point across for solution in a legal matter and grew extremely frustrated. I sure hope this company is able to continue to handle all of my debt is timely and polite manner.

It takes NDR several months to get the creditors off your back, but since they've started negotiations, all but one of many creditors have ceased trying to call. Once negotiations are in progress with the final creditor, I won't be receiving any telephone calls from a bank! Every time I have talked with a representative at NDR they have been knowledgeable and very friendly and yes, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to bypass bankruptcy. My FICO score is shot but it's only a matter of time until it goes up again.

Everyone at NDR has been very nice, professional. However Monday 6/12 my phone rang. It showed me it was NDR. I picked up although we aren't suppose to take phone calls at the post office. The guy didn't introduce himself or anything. All he said "This is NDR. I need your date of birth & last 4 of your social". I hung up on him.

The greatest personal benefit from my working with NDR was that they were very effective at deflecting creditor calls away from me. I opened my account with NDR in December of 2013, and just finished paying off my last creditor in June 2017. After opening my account and following instructions to direct creditors to NDR, I received almost no direct calls from creditors. All phone representatives I spoke with at NDR throughout the 3.5 years were very professional and courteous, though some were more knowledgeable than others.

It's been a good start with National Debt Relief. I hope the rest of this journey is as good. Micheal and his team were extremely helpful in explaining the process and how everything works. Hopefully I won't need to call for help, but if I do, I feel comfortable that National Debt Relief will help me with ease.

I never could have paid off my debt of over $11,000 in less than 3 years without the help of this company. My deposits were manageable and all resolutions were cleared through me personally. The fees for each credit card account that NDR resolved can be a bit high but still less than I would have paid over the years slowly chipping away at each balance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am now free of credit card debt.

The marketing material advertises "no hidden fees" but they require two "hidden" monthly fees: one goes to the bank account to hold your money and the other to a legal team to retain them in case there is a problem. It's about $22/month in extras that are not advertised. On top of that, you'll pay a fee for each payment transfer (phone transfer fee is what they told me) to pay the settlement to the creditor of $1.50 and the commission percentage of the debt settlement. I would think they could pay the $1.50 with what they charge for their services and what their mandatory monthly bank fees are (my bank is free, how about yours?).

I apprehensively entered into this 4 months ago. My need for this was extreme, but I was still terrified. Upon speaking with NDR's representative I felt an immediate sense of relief. I looked this company up in the Better Business Bureau and found great reviews. At this point I have found NDR's process not difficult at all, and the people very easy to work with. My account is still young, but I can see that the process is working. Even though no real financial "progress" has been made yet. (remember, only four months in...) I am benefiting personally... I still have difficulties financially but they're nothing compared to the overwhelmingness I had before contacting NDR. I am relaxed now and can think clearly... Thank you for that. I am starting to get letters from collection agencies and still have not seen any action on any accounts. I understand that it may take 4-6 months but it’s just frustrating giving money and not seeing any results so far.

I wish I could have been kept more up to date about progress being made on clearing away my debts. I have no clue how much is still in this program or how much longer I will have to make these large payments each month. My credit is totally destroyed, which is what I wished to avoid... at least to some degree. The one positive thing is that most all collection calls have finally stopped.
