Not sure how to comment because relative speaking I haven't seen much different yet. I can give a more definitive review once I've seen a difference, like in about 8 to 9 months. After about 1 year or so I can review National Debt Relief. One thing I can say is that my welcome representative was very nice and patient with me.

We can't say enough good things. The phone calls stopped. The billing stopped. Our sleep started. A very kind and knowledgeable group of professionals. Your questions and phone calls are answered promptly. We feel National Debt Relief was a God send!!

My experience so far has been very positive. So far, two of my accounts have been settled for about half of what I owed. Their customer service reps are very nice and knowledgeable. I was pretty skeptical at first, but NDR is legit.

Customer service is very helpful. I was nervous at first entering into this but now I feel as ease. It is a relief to have one monthly payment and NDR handles all my creditors. As long as a client follows the suggestions and keeps up on how their own account is doing, then it seems to be going smoothly.

Great service and I am very pleased with their ability to work quickly with creditors. It also makes my wallet happy to know I don't have to pay all the high interest fees if I were to continue this journey on my own.

Only been with them for 3 months, but so far they have been wonderful! In the beginning, they were very patient as well as non-judgmental as I decided whether this would work for me. I have just a few more months until all my debt is paid! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my family suffered financially and National Debt Relief has helped us get back on track. The representatives from the beginning and throughout the process answered any and every question I had. They have been kind and patient with each transaction.

I just didn't like how I had to call to make any kind of decision. When I lost my salaried job I tried to get my deposits postponed. Requesting online wasn't enough apparently because I overdrafted the following Tuesday. It's a lot of stuff that could have been avoided if they just made their online portal more active. Regarding resolving cases, I haven't had anything after the first two resolved and it has been a significant gap between the other resolutions. Maybe four to six months in between. Not sure if that has something to do with me or just the way National Debt Relief does their job. It's getting the job done and I'm decently satisfied.

I was very hesitant at first on doing this program but researching them on the BBB website I decided to give this program a try. I'm extremely happy I did, NDR took care of all my debts in a way I didn't think was possible. They negotiated with all my creditors and was able to come up with the payoff amount that most of the time I was shocked of how low they were able to get the debt settled for. They provided all the information, answered all my questions, gave me updates on each of my accounts that were in the program when something good or bad came up. I am about one year into my debt consolidation/payoff with National Debt Relief and I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone that I have worked with from joining the program to staying informed throughout. I am pleased with the progress and I will continue with this program until all my debt has been resolved.

I have been enrolled for 4 months and still getting calls and emails. I am not happy about the length of time it is taking to settle. I would like to get a settlement and for these collectors to stop harassing me, so I can move forward without being concerned about going to jail over these debts.

The sign up was quick and easy to understand, our questions were answered thoroughly. It is still too early to fully rate our experience through the whole process as we have only been with National Debt Relief for 2 1/2 months. After enrolling in a National Debt Relief program, I felt the huge financial burden lift away. They were very good at evaluating my situation and making plans that would work for me. They have always been friendly, and helpful with any of my questions or concerns. They have so far settled with two of my creditors for about a third of what I owed. The process was very easy and the information provided was very thorough. All my questions were answered well and he was very patient with me while I made up my mind if I wanted to give this a try or not. I am very excited to start seeing some results as far as finally being rid of this debt!

You promised to address items 120 days late and it never happens until long after. Just got statements delivered for first time in a year. You do not deliver as promised or advertised. I have to constantly request you to address issues at hand with seldom receiving results.

We have only had one debt settled. It took longer than I thought it would. We have been with this company for almost a year I think and have only one settlement offer. But so far I am happy I just wish we would have had more settlement offers.

I am still in the beginning stage. Everything is going as planned so far. We have completed the paperwork and set up the monthly payment that goes into an account and will be used to settle my debts. I am excited to be on my way to being free of my credit card debt!

I signed up a few months ago in March and have been paying every two weeks toward my debt. I was told when I signed up that about 6 weeks from approval I would start receiving offers to settle my debts that were negotiated and my credit score would rise. It's been 3 months and I have not received one offer and my credit is still in the tank. On top of that, I lost my job and called to see how I can handle my account if I had to miss a payment and was told I could postpone one payment one time but if I didn't have the next scheduled payment that my account would be closed.

I had an absolute GREAT experience when I called and set-up everything, but to be quite honest it's been over 30 days since I signed up and I'm still receiving phone calls and emails from my creditors... I sent an email regarding this topic and NEVER received an answer... and no I didn't follow up with a phone call either.

NDR is a class act. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and my experience with them has been phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone sucked into the ever growing phenomena of the cash advance circus. Enrolling with them was the best thing I could have ever done in my situation.

Now that I'm debt free I save my money to make big purchases with cash upfront, rather than buy on credit and racking up interest & late charges. I highly recommend National Debt Relief to those people who are willing to do the work, are committed to reducing their debt and who want to live a (mostly) debt free life!!

Set up was simple and easy. It's been 2 months and from what I can tell nothing has happened yet. But I have gotten 2 emails ask how my experience is/was. Once I see things resolved with my credit cards that would be a good time to see how things are going.

I really would like more communication from the company on my case and I just see the bank withdrawal every month with hardly any updates. It was never clear on what the fees were for this program and I am considering finding somewhere else to help me.

First, I have found that there is very little communication between NDR and the consumer. I was unaware that a settlement had been made with JB Robinson until I called to find out what was happening. I am a little disappointed because a few months before this, I had spoken to one of NDR's service reps and told him that I had a necklace valued at about $1400.00 that I wanted to return for credit. I was told by that rep that it was too late and I also should not have to give up my jewelry. This would have reduced down my debt considerably and left more funds available for other payoffs. Also, I have no idea whether or not my other creditors have been contacted. There simply is no communication.

For the short time that I have been enrolled they have been very helpful and got an agreement settle on one of my accounts that were very hard to deal with and they manage somehow the settlement. Whenever I have a question they are very helpful and patient to explain the answer I'm looking for.

NDR has been awesome at communication with me. They have either contacted me via email or by phone to update me. I like the online services that are available as well. I have not had any issues and am very happy I went with NDR. They have helped me so much.

It's hard for me to rate right at this moment because there is not much happening. However, everything has been going well with not much creditor's harassment since I changed the contact information. There is one thing I'm a little disappointed in. I tried, twice, to get a hold of a rep, by email, to clarify some info but got absolutely no response. I work full time so I don't have the luxury to call has I need to. It would be nice if all customer service contact info given to clients are able to be utilized by clients and get the same quick response time. Besides from that, I've had a good experience with the company.

It's been a good experience. Nice folks to talk with and very helpful, they follow up with everything making sure that you're in agreement with the deal, fast paced. They get the deals started and finished quickly and hassle free. Good with staying in contact and keeping you informed.

Excellent customer service. Helpful, pleasant, satisfying, gratifying, good and honest people to talk to. Very supportive, constructive, worthwhile, productive, caring people. Helps to have a advocate in hard times. A network that becomes a spokesperson for people who are going through tough times.

After I was enrolled and got things going and started making payments everything was good. I would get calls asking how things were going and an occasional bump to the monthly payments and check to see if a debt settlement was ok for me but then after that nothing. Crickets... An occasional call or email to your clients as they go through the process would be ideal. Maybe a call to say you are doing well, maybe get an update on where you stand with your accounts and give some feedback. It appears that you would like us to monitor ourselves and our progress, all fine and dandy, but to get us in the door and forget about us is not good customer service.

I have had a very good experience. I have only been with your company for a few months. Everyone is very helpful and they don't make you feel awkward about your situation. I would recommend your company to anyone having financial difficulty.

Just started a couple of months ago and so far so good. Customer service was great. They quickly respond to any request or questions that I have. I hope they help me to become debt free at end of the program. They have a simple process and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in debt.

It's the very beginning of my experience, but so far so good. My sister had 100% success so I'm on my way. It's a very tricky thing dealing with debt and I wouldn't go to any other company. I will be more likely to give my opinion in a few months when I see some action, but I know it takes a while.

You guys sold me. Concept is great. Still waiting for some of my debt to be paid even though 3/4 of my paycheck is going to you guys. Wish I would have known that it was going to take so long for some kind of payment was going to go to my credit cards.

So far I have been happy with my experience. I am 15 months into a 4 year program and it seems as long as I pay my monthly bill, they are doing their job. I hope it continues as such. One month they requested I start paying more and I expressed it wasn't possible, so they figured out another plan. At this point, 5 out of my 8 debts have been negotiated.

Only three stars at this time due to first four months of service and not much happening. Customer satisfaction team has not made contact since initial sign on. In this case silence is not golden. And it's a bit of a mystery as to what to do during this initial four months. Waiting, is very difficult to do during this period.

Everything has worked out as it was describe to me. No surprises! I have peace of mind knowing they will handle debts for me as I was told. They are always available should I have questions. I have just started my recovery five months ago, and I already have three creditors taken care of.

Ester who signed me in the Welcome department is also an asset and it was/is a pleasure to speak/work with her. Since that time: I think it takes too long for my money transfers to post on your end. It takes several days after the monies have been withdrawn from my personal account. Also, I cannot comment on the actual processes of your company in regards to the actual negotiating of my debts since no negotiating has taken place that I am aware of as yet. Hopefully soon. Lastly, I believe your induction dept. should had better phones/headsets where the batteries don't die out so quickly.

Customer service is the best. The program that I'm on will be over soon, and I'll be debt free. YAY!!! Way better than going bankrupt. If you need help with your credit card debt, this is who you want to turn to.

NDR is handling my accounts one-by-one, and getting the settlements I need to get things paid off. I was hoping to hear from them since I signed up. I realize that we will be contacted when a settlement is reached but to be kept updated would be nice. I have not been able to get all the contact info updated and sent an email but have not have a response. I keep getting letters and calls from some of the companies that we are in debt to.

I'm only a couple of months into the program, but so far I am extremely pleased. Everyone I have worked with has been amazing. Friendly, non-judgmental, not pushy, helpful - and I needed that. I'd talked with a couple other companies prior to signing with National, and ended up feeling like I wasn't making the right decision if I went with them. I wish that I would hear from this company more often. I only hear from them when there's a settlement. I would like to hear if they are working on a certain creditor. Even if I heard an update on my account or even a recommendation on the next step. It all feels a little impersonal and seems to be dragging out.

I enjoy the service thus far, but it has now been 3 months, and none of the creditors are listed as accepting the terms. I hope to hear back shortly. Amount of time to hear about concerns is also an issue, but nothing major, as I have not voiced many concerns until now.

NDR has helped me greatly. One thing I would like to be different is the fact that my accounts are getting paid slower than I'd like as the NDR fees come out DURING the process instead of at the end which would be preferable... That way my debts get paid first and NDR gets paid after they help me get my debts clean.

It has been about 4 months since I enrolled. They told me to stop making all of my payments so that I would be delinquent. Then they said after 2 to 3 months I would start getting my debts settled but nothing has happened yet. I have about 27,000 in debt and not a single debt has been settled at all. So now my credit is extremely low and I have collections coming after me.

I signed up with National Debt Relief early in 2017. So far my experience has been quite good. They are thorough, professional, and most importantly, caring. I am working hard to improve my situation but could not do it without the help of National Debt Relief.

It may be too soon, but in 3 mos I haven't seen many results. I do get updates from NDR and when I email them I receive an immediate response. In the meantime, my credit is plummeting and debtors are calling constantly. Not sure how well they are doing with settlement agreements. Not convinced this was the right choice yet.

Online research of the account is easy as is transmitting documents to NDR. Phone contact is also quick and very helpful. Some creditors continue to hound quite persistently by phone only until they are satisfied with a payoff.

There was quite a bit of information that was not shared with me when my business was being sought. This information is only now coming to light (3 months later) and the impact of the information has been quite negative. There has been no support or follow-up... No personal touch as originally promised. I will be seeking help with my debt situation elsewhere and cancelling my contract with NDR. I was originally told that my contract could be cancelled. I sincerely hope this was not as false as some of the other information that was given me.

I was very hesitant initially with even signing up for such a program but am pleased that I took the next step as it was getting harder and harder to keep up with all my health bills.

There are legal fees, settlement fees, and other fees. I owed Citi cards $2,070 and they were able to settle this debt for $829. However, National Debt Relief is pocketing an extra $414 for their "settlement fee" services. So, if I owed $2,070 and now I have to pay "only" $829 PLUS their fee of $414, then that means I'm actually paying $1,243. So, I'm technically only saving $827 out of the original $2,070. This settlement fee doesn't include the monthly fees I am also paying and the Gitmeid legal fees I also have to pay every month. Why do I have to pay these fees every month? Their website for me to review all this information is not user friendly and it's really difficult to see which debt has been paid. I think their "settlement fees" are ridiculously high. If they are trying to help the consumer I feel like this "settlement fee" could be less. This Citi settlement fee of $414 is only one of many to come.

I had too many credit card debts and I've had things top on that I didn’t expect. So, I called and sent an email to National Debt Relief. I went over the application and everything went right through. I talked to the counselor just once for a couple minutes, and it was pretty much simple for me. I just answered a couple of questions that they asked and they did all the work, took all the debt and consolidated them. Things got straightened out, and everything is working out good so far. I have no more phone calls from the credit card companies. It's one of the best decisions I've made, and I couldn't ask for anything more than I'm getting.

Would not have chosen this if I had done more research into the process. Told I could save up to 10,000 on what was owed, and in fact when offered by their reference a loan thru Liberty Lending which I took I will be paying the same amount of the original debt. They received their fees. The accounts are all closed and paid, but my credit score has plummeted. The one good thing is I won't have the interest payment on the original debt. It was only $1.50 for each time I called but was not told this in advance. Thank you.

Copies of communications with debtors should be made available. Including incoming to NDR and outgoing from NDR. These should be provided or made available to the client, either by email or posting to online account. Very unprofessional, and possibly not legal. As a client, I have to call and check to see if anything was sent to debtors. I was also asked to change my mailing address for statements and other communication from debtors to a NDR P.O.Box, but NDR client services cannot locate any of the information received from Debtors. What happens to these statements and letters from Debtors? This needs to be fixed A.S.A.P.

I was scared to call and get signed up. Reviews on BBB were very mixed. I just felt like I didn't have an option. Andres was so nice, professional and calming. I really felt like he took the time to explain all of questions.

Have heard promises since day 1 of signing up for 2 years program that was due to end in October before I was told it's not 2 years but 3 now which with payment could almost pay my debt without them. Also have increased payment which was significant not a small amount.

I would recommend this program to anyone. I have participated on other debt consolidation programs, although they did pay the creditors, they didn't actually settled for a smaller amount, they just consolidated all the bills in one monthly payment. National Debt Relief actually helped me to lower what I owed by settling the balances owed with creditors for a much smaller amount, sometimes even half of what I owed. I have seen proof of that from the statements I received by mail from creditors. Thank you!!

I was struggling financially and looked into relief help then I picked National Debt Relief. Usually, when enrolling with them, people do it on the computer but I couldn't do it because I couldn't read and write. So I went to the office in Manhattan and they did it for me in person. The guy who enrolled me was pretty nice. All they said was that they were going to try to get down my credit cards one by one. Then I have to build up my account with them and then they'd take the money out of the account and then they would negotiate with the creditor. They wanted me to sign a paper the last time just in case anything happens. I signed it then mailed it back and I haven't heard from them since. They need to hurry up in paying my bills because I have re-consolidated before and it was a little quicker than this.

They answered my questions and made me feel that I’m getting control of my debt. With NDR, I feel less stress. I am also not carrying the burden of paying all these bills because I know that my biweekly payment secures that.
