All was smooth to set up and get started and they draft money as agreed too. They are always polite when I call to ask questions etc. but they do not provide much contact and updates to me directly. I know it has only been a few months so waiting!

I have had no issues and nothing but good experiences thus far. Everything is explained well and they make sure you have everything taken care of so you aren't wondering if you missed something. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and known the answer to all of my questions.

My experience has been great with National Debt Relief. They have help me a lot on getting my finances in line. If feels great not having to worrying about bills that are due every month. Bills are being negotiated and reduced for a lower amount. Everyone has been real helpful.

They are always helpful and they work with you to ensure the whole process of paying off your debt is effective and seamless. They keep you up to date with your information and will ensure that you are well informed of what is going on with your account and the stuff of your debts.

Johnathan ** who initiated my account is great! He should get paid more and should become a trainer for others. Ester who signed me in the Welcome department is also an asset and it was/is a pleasure to speak/work with her. Since that time: I think it takes too long for my money transfers to post on your end. It takes several days after the monies have been withdrawn from my personal account. Also, I cannot comment on the actual processes of your company in regards to the actual negotiating of my debts since no negotiating has taken place that I am aware of as yet. Hopefully soon. Lastly, I believe your induction dept. should had better phones/headsets where the batteries don't die out so quickly.

Customer service is the best. The program that I'm on will be over soon, and I'll be debt free. YAY!!! Way better than going bankrupt. If you need help with your credit card debt, this is who you want to turn to.

National Debt Relief has been very helpful to me. They were able to keep my payments within reason and the time frame of repayment. They are great at keeping me updated with all the changes going on with my accounts. My customer serviced has been excellent so far. Although I am still in the beginning of the program I feel like I can say that I would recommend them for help with debt relief.

I turned to National Debt Relief because of their high rating with the BBB and overall reviews that I found through an extensive search for a company that could help with my credit card debt. So far, the customer service has been exemplary. The staff are always courteous, competent and respectful. The timeline for resolving my debt has been longer than anticipated, but that may not be something NDR has control over. Overall, I highly recommend NDR for help with resolving credit card debt.

NDR is handling my accounts one-by-one, and getting the settlements I need to get things paid off. This is helping me greatly in relieving the stress I was experiencing before, wondering how my son and I would pay these debts and cover basic survival needs too. NDR has come to our rescue, and the process has been seamless. They are saving me a ton of money in fees and finance charges as well.

I just started the process but their customer service is great. I have sent emails, I have made phone calls to them many times and I always receive a prompt response. I have always been treated with respect and everything has been explained in terms I understand.

I am very pleased with my outcomes so far. In a very short period of time they have secured two of my accounts to be paid off within a year. I am very happy with their customer service. They respond in a timely manner within one day.

Not sure how to rate. Since I signed up I haven't heard anything as to what is happening with my accounts. They have taken the money out for 2 months but have had no contact since I signed the papers.

They do a pretty good job of keeping me updated on my debts. I wish they would let me know when they try negotiating with the creditors more often. They need to send more updates. Usually only get an email when they are already settling with the collections company.

I was hoping to hear from them since I signed up. I realize that we will be contacted when a settlement is reached but to be kept updated would be nice. I have not been able to get all the contact info updated and sent an email but have not have a response. I keep getting letters and calls from some of the companies that we are in debt to.

I think National Debt Relief is doing well so far. I have only used them for the last couple of months and got one credit card paid off. The customer service is great. Every time I call to have questions they are always there.

The thing I don't like was how long I waited for them to talk or take care of our credit cards. The person who signed us up was very nice and explain everything that was needed. It was nice for it to be done over email and was pretty quick. Other than that the only thing I wish is for them to talk to my credit card people first.

So far my experience has been one in which NDR representatives have acted with a high degree of professionalism. They have gone about resolving my accounts quickly and courteously. That said there are often moments of miscommunication that do cause concern, whether it be missing documents or inadequately answered questions.

I'm only a couple of months into the program, but so far I am extremely pleased. Everyone I have worked with has been amazing. Friendly, non-judgmental, not pushy, helpful - and I needed that. I'd talked with a couple other companies prior to signing with National, and ended up feeling like I wasn't making the right decision if I went with them. I told Lucy that right away, and not once have I felt like I had to make a snap decision. This is not where I wanted to be at this point in my financial life, but National makes me feel like I can get through this successfully! I wish that I would hear from this company more often. I only hear from them when there's a settlement. I would like to hear if they are working on a certain creditor. Even if I heard an update on my account or even a recommendation on the next step. It all feels a little impersonal and seems to be dragging out.

I enjoy the service thus far, but it has now been 3 months, and none of the creditors are listed as accepting the terms. I hope to hear back shortly. Amount of time to hear about concerns is also an issue, but nothing major, as I have not voiced many concerns until now.

NDR has helped me greatly. One thing I would like to be different is the fact that my accounts are getting paid slower than I'd like as the NDR fees come out DURING the process instead of at the end which would be preferable... That way my debts get paid first and NDR gets paid after they help me get my debts clean.

It has been about 4 months since I enrolled. They told me to stop making all of my payments so that I would be delinquent. Then they said after 2 to 3 months I would start getting my debts settled but nothing has happened yet. I have about 27,000 in debt and not a single debt has been settled at all. So now my credit is extremely low and I have collections coming after me.

I've only been with National Debt Relief a short time however, so far so good. The program was easy to sign up and the customer service has been excellent. The online tools make it effortless to follow and keep track of all transactions. I know exactly how much progress I've made. The customer agent (David **) I spoke with with was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the information he discussed with me. He also answered all my questions which helped realize that this route is the best route to take at this point and time. I signed up with National Debt Relief early in 2017. So far my experience has been quite good. They are thorough, professional, and most importantly, caring. I am working hard to improve my situation but could not do it without the help of National Debt Relief.

It may be too soon, but in 3 mos I haven't seen many results. I do get updates from NDR and when I email them I receive an immediate response. In the meantime, my credit is plummeting and debtors are calling constantly. Not sure how well they are doing with settlement agreements. Not convinced this was the right choice yet.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was really easy. When I called, they looked at how much debt I had and asked me what my income was. Next, I filled out what my living expenses were. After that, they told me how much I could pay a month, and for how many months, until I would be debt-free. Also, they're really nice and I'm impressed at how nice they were even after I'm enrolled. I had read something online and I was concerned that after it was done, it would cost me more money in the long run but they told me no and that once I reached the end of my term, it would all be done.

Very happy with the representative communication. And, their contact as it pertains to ongoing debt relief results with creditors. Online research of the account is easy as is transmitting documents to NDR. Phone contact is also quick and very helpful. Some creditors continue to hound quite persistently by phone only until they are satisfied with a payoff.

There was quite a bit of information that was not shared with me when my business was being sought. This information is only now coming to light (3 months later) and the impact of the information has been quite negative. There has been no support or follow-up... No personal touch as originally promised. I will be seeking help with my debt situation elsewhere and cancelling my contract with NDR. I was originally told that my contract could be cancelled. I sincerely hope this was not as false as some of the other information that was given me.

The employees at NDR have been extremely helpful and caring about my situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! When I was getting things set up, I was pretty difficult to get in touch with due to my work schedule, but Alex made things work and we got all set up.

Andrew was very professional and patient with helping me set up my financial hardship and am excited to move forward and become debt free. I was very hesitant initially with even signing up for such a program but am pleased that I took the next step as it was getting harder and harder to keep up with all my health bills.

There are legal fees, settlement fees, and other fees. I owed Citi cards $2,070 and they were able to settle this debt for $829. However, National Debt Relief is pocketing an extra $414 for their "settlement fee" services. So, if I owed $2,070 and now I have to pay "only" $829 PLUS their fee of $414, then that means I'm actually paying $1,243. So, I'm technically only saving $827 out of the original $2,070. This settlement fee doesn't include the monthly fees I am also paying and the Gitmeid legal fees I also have to pay every month. Why do I have to pay these fees every month? Their website for me to review all this information is not user friendly and it's really difficult to see which debt has been paid. I think their "settlement fees" are ridiculously high. If they are trying to help the consumer I feel like this "settlement fee" could be less. This Citi settlement fee of $414 is only one of many to come.

I had too many credit card debts and I've had things top on that I didn’t expect. So, I called and sent an email to National Debt Relief. I went over the application and everything went right through. I talked to the counselor just once for a couple minutes, and it was pretty much simple for me. I just answered a couple of questions that they asked and they did all the work, took all the debt and consolidated them. Things got straightened out, and everything is working out good so far. I have no more phone calls from the credit card companies. It's one of the best decisions I've made, and I couldn't ask for anything more than I'm getting.

Having National Debt Relief is a relief because they are taking care of all my debt. They were on the first page in rankings in my Google search and I have checked reviews so I chose to work with them. Their team members are pretty good, and their response is very quick.

Would not have chosen this if I had done more research into the process. Told I could save up to 10,000 on what was owed, and in fact when offered by their reference a loan thru Liberty Lending which I took I will be paying the same amount of the original debt. They received their fees. The accounts are all closed and paid, but my credit score has plummeted. The one good thing is I won't have the interest payment on the original debt. It was only $1.50 for each time I called but was not told this in advance. Thank you.

So far so good dealing with National Debt Relief. Representatives have been personable and respectful throughout the process and have had everything in a very timely manner. I am only a week and a half in so I will finish my review once process is completed.

Wonderful experience in an otherwise embarrassing and difficult situation to be in. Our rep was wonderful, patient and very understanding. I will (and already have!) told others about the company! Everything was put out there on what we needed to do, what steps to take and how this would affect our lives. All in all, a very good experience!

Copies of communications with debtors should be made available. Including incoming to NDR and outgoing from NDR. These should be provided or made available to the client, either by email or posting to online account. Very unprofessional, and possibly not legal. As a client, I have to call and check to see if anything was sent to debtors. I was also asked to change my mailing address for statements and other communication from debtors to a NDR P.O.Box, but NDR client services cannot locate any of the information received from Debtors. What happens to these statements and letters from Debtors? This needs to be fixed A.S.A.P.

I was scared to call and get signed up. Reviews on BBB were very mixed. I just felt like I didn't have an option. Andres was so nice, professional and calming. I really felt like he took the time to explain all of questions.

I am finding the process slow. We are receiving many calls from the credit card companies but they have not been contacted by your company. I feel worried. Hopefully things will start moving soon and the payments we are making to your company will begin being dispersed.

Have heard promises since day 1 of signing up for 2 years program that was due to end in October before I was told it's not 2 years but 3 now which with payment could almost pay my debt without them. Also have increased payment which was significant not a small amount.

My daughter first joined National Debt Relief and I worked with them too when I had too many bills to pay. Their team members were great. Christian and Bill are very caring and they answer all my questions at any given minute. Some of my bills had been taken care of already but we're still working with them. We're still waiting for other credit cards to call them back. Other than that, I would recommend them.

The initial hit on my credit rating was somewhat shocking, despite having been prepared for it and given strategies to deal with it.

I have participated on other debt consolidation programs, although they did pay the creditors, they didn't actually settled for a smaller amount, they just consolidated all the bills in one monthly payment. I was struggling financially and looked into relief help then I picked National Debt Relief. Usually, when enrolling with them, people do it on the computer but I couldn't do it because I couldn't read and write. So I went to the office in Manhattan and they did it for me in person. The guy who enrolled me was pretty nice. All they said was that they were going to try to get down my credit cards one by one. Then I have to build up my account with them and then they'd take the money out of the account and then they would negotiate with the creditor. They wanted me to sign a paper the last time just in case anything happens. I signed it then mailed it back and I haven't heard from them since. They need to hurry up in paying my bills because I have re-consolidated before and it was a little quicker than this.

The representative was very nice, and spoke to the point of things that were important. He also explained, about the legal matters, and person that would be contacted in case I needed help. If the persons, I had to reduce my payments.

Everything works fine! My payment is regulated and I can make plans with my life. Today I looked my status and have satisfaction. I can even keep some money and put on savings account. I can travel couple times a year and go movies and shows on Broadway. Thanks for my life Relief!

One thing that was important to me through this process was that I was assured over and over again that nothing happens with my money without minimum of being notified. Well lo and behold I resolved my very first debt then a few months later realized my balance wasn't going up. $473 dollars went to National. I wasn't notified, not even an email or some kind of receipt, all it said were "fees". I had to call and find out where it went and why. They take 15% of your total debt which fine but after a year it slips your mind what is going to happen after a resolution of debt. They don't care to remind you. All I wanted and asked for in the beginning was to be communicated with. They won't even consider doing courtesy calls or emails.

I did not understand that bills would not be paid until an amount of money was in the account. I feel like I am paying a substantial amount of money each month and so far still have very bad credit. Was told debt would be paid in about 3 years... It has been almost 10 months and nothing has been paid yet. I am hopeful things will start happening soon.

I wasn't managing my money very well and I was in debt. I needed to do something besides bankruptcy. I saw National Debt Relief's ad on a website and I gave it a try. I filled out an online application and then someone contacted me right after that. NDR talked to my creditors and got me reduced rates or the balance was greatly reduced, which would help me take care of my debts faster. I worked with a couple of their reps and they were very helpful. They explained everything and made sure that I understood what was going on and how long it would take.

After being enrolled two years and paying into my account diligently each month, I am still being sued by one of my creditors because NDR had failed to reach out to them and settle. Terrible company. I plan to sue you in the future. I would have been better off filing for bankruptcy.

National Debt Relief is a joke. Customer service is beyond lousy and the constant calls, emails and demands on my time completely voided the usefulness of the program. I could have negotiated on my own quicker and more efficiently than National Debt Relief. I chose this route so I wouldn't have to spend the time and energy dealing with it, instead, I spent FAR MORE time and energy on it. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I found the Entry and Welcome team to be very knowledgeable and expedient in this process. I felt a great weight (stress) lifted off of my shoulders and a sense of relief right away. The employees were easy to speak with and took me through the process step by step.

My experience with NDR was that of a pleasant one. Communication was good, they certainly helped clear a lot of debt. About the only complaint I would have is the few times they asked for additional funding to settle a debt quicker than expected. I understand it saved me money and time, but when you have a lot of debt and live on a very limited fixed income, it is difficult to come up with the extra money. On at least one occasion, that additional funding resulted in an overdraft of my checking account, costing me $35. They were of absolutely no help in that matter. But all in all, it was a positive experience.

I was incredibly nervous to fill out the form requesting more information (worried I would be bombarded with spamming calls) but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a personalized email asking when we could talk over the phone. When I did speak with my representative, she was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and respectful! We have been put in a tough financial place, and yes, part of it was our own fault, but she never once made me feel guilty about my hardships nor did she treat me like a problem to be fixed. When I did they said Nat'l Debt Relief has not contacted them that I am working with them to clear this debt. I am afraid they are going to take me to court over this. I wish it didn't take so long for you to start working on my case and didn't have to collect so much money from me before you do.

Once a premier service provider, National Debt is presently outstanding only at collecting their negotiating fees and leaving their customers to fend for themselves thereafter. Poor customer service practices at best are to be expected. Questions are not understood or answered accurately. Administrative paperwork is not followed through, details are not clearly explained, overlooked and/or brushed aside. Questions are referred on to other areas both within and outside the company.
