I was faced with bankruptcy and every other debt relief company that I called said they couldn’t help. National Debt Relief works with my creditors to come up with settlements and pays them off in a timely manner. Right now, I’m halfway in the process and they’re paying off most of my bills. It put my credit in ruins, which they explained to me, but it’s okay. They got some information during the enrollment process and I got on my creditors and the ones that I could list on there. My negotiators are always nice. Because of National Debt Relief, there are less people calling me and my phone hardly rings, which is a plus. I have debt that I can’t add to it but it’s okay. Whatever we do, if there’s a problem, I call them and they get right to it. I’m happy with them like that.

I had concerns about my credit score and National Debt Relief was the first one I found that could help me. I also saw that they were Better Business Bureau-certified so it was a plus for me. Their enrollment process was pretty simple and it was done a lot on the phone. Then there was a lot of paperwork signing and anytime I called in, people were easy to talk to. My pay would be up and down since I don't get paid by the hour, so when I see that I couldn't make the monthly payment, I'd call and tell them what I could do and they worked with me every time. I just wish they had an app for the phone so I could see my account. Other than that, I would tell my friends to go with National Debt Relief.

I had a business that went south so I had some debt that I wanted to take care of. National Debt Relief was willing to work with the range of lenders that I had when nobody else would. They took my expenses and my income streams and then they looked and figured out how much I could pay towards the debt. They broke down my debt and said, "Pay us this much and we'll settle all of your debt in 53 months." From then on, it was a matter of setting my own line log-in. I monitor my stuff online pretty much every day, and if there are any concerns, I call them or they call me. When I talk to them, they're respectful and polite. They ask me a few questions that they need answers for, and they get off from there.

So far so good. Just enter the program. Nick ** has walked me and my spouse through, answering any and all questions we have. The only thing that concerns me is that any more questions or concerns we have will be dealt by the service team. I pray everything works out. In a lot of the reviews, everybody kept mentioning National Debt Relief and I also liked how their website looked better than anything. It looked like they had all the stuff altogether. The enrollment process was simple and easy. It took about a week to get all the right papers and get all of that signed. But that’s normal with anything like that and I was doing it over the phone too. I got $39,000 in debt and I stopped paying all the bills. I let National Debt Relief start handling my bills and I changed all my information to them so the creditors would call them. I have been with the program since June 16th of last year and we've already resolved a bit over $10,000 in debt. They originally said that I have four years to do this program but I'm already a quarter of the way there. I hope it takes four years at the most as long as all the creditors cooperate with what we are trying to do.

When given information about NDR, everything was very clear and easy to understand as it was being explained. The people I spoke with were very nice and understanding in my situation. Customer communication was easy and quick. Responses to emails, phone calls, everything was great.

There were a lot of things that rolled my debt, and the one main thing which hurt my finances was the sickness I was going through, paying doctor bills. I would sit and pay all my credit cards at the time and one of my biggest cards was a Home Depot, which I was going to pay through before that card went into default because if I went to default, I would get kicked with some more interest. I had everything on a deferred interest for two years and the income tax was late that year. I missed the pay day a couple of weeks, and they put all that interest on me. There was no way I could pay this stuff, so I sought out National Debt Relief, and I told them that we needed to get the program to work for me. The enrolment process was really easy. I was paying them $380 at first, but before I came to the program, I was paying $500.

The negotiators I spoke with from National Debt Relief explained everything. They sent everything through email and also sent hard copies to my mail in case I couldn't print it out. At that time, I could pay my bills, but I had no money left. I literally was broke at the end of the month. So they took into account my take home and then my debt, and they made it very reasonable. My payment is almost $700 lower than it would have been had I continued paying off my credit card. They paid up a lot of money for me. They consolidated all my debt and they’ve taken care of everything. I don't get phone calls anymore. I don't get bills in the mail either. They just take the money right out of my account every payday and I don't have to worry about it.

I was stuck in traffic when I heard the radio commercial about National Debt Relief and called them. I was trying to get out of debt and applied to their settlement program. During the enrollment, I filled out some paperwork and sent it in. It was very easy and we were done in 30 minutes. We went through our bills and figured out what we could afford to send. We agreed to that and that's what we're at. Their negotiator sends me a notice once they got an offer on the table and asks if I want to accept it. They've been settling the debts and none of the creditors are bothering me at all. And I'm satisfied. I've been doing it since August and the program would be completed within three years. Everything is going so smoothly and I don’t worry about paying the bills anymore.

I've been with National Debt since last July 2017, I'm still receiving bills and I just received a letter yesterday I'm in a Collections... I don't understand why? One is with Synchrony Bank/Yamaha Powersports. They want a payment sent to Global Credit & Collection Corp, 5440 N Cumberland Ave., STE 300, Chicago IL 60656. $1,190.51.

Every time I answered a question. She made me feel like a failure for ending up in this financial situation. It was like my ‘hardship’ wasn’t good enough to be on her list. She didn’t even work up the median test for Chapter 7 (which I had taken and passed) and her fee to help me file Chapter 13 - and pay my creditors 100%- was $4250! (BTW, with Chapter 13 the funds are withdrawn from your paycheck so your employee finds out!) I called National Debt Relief and was greeted and treated with respect and as someone who really needed some help that they were more than happy to provide. I am going to save around $13,000 and I feel like I remain in control of my situation. They have been awesome.
