National Debt Relief is at the top of the list in their business, they are second to none. They are excellent at explaining the whole process from start to beginning and have no problem assisting you with any further questions that you may have at any given time. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Every staff member of National Debt Relief that I had contact with was extremely understanding, helpful and explained everything to me so that I understood. This is a scary step for me to make but they've all made it quick, easy and smooth.

Customer service is friendly and they have worked hard to help me deal with my debt. They have worked with my creditors to settle my debts and contact me regularly to check in and verify that my situation has not changed.

We have only been in the program since January 2017 but they have settled two accounts and saved us more than half of the owed amount. NDR's Customer Service is excellent and I can't thank NDR enough for the sense of relief that they have provided.

Everything is fine. I just wish a clearer account process was possible. I have no idea how much is settled with capital. Please advise at earliest possible convenience. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the effort to reduce my credit card debt.

Happy with the program but communication not as frequent or consistent as expected. Would like to have updates on what is being done. Still having to deal with harassing phone calls from creditors even though we've explained we are in the program. We are trusting the process and hope it all will make sense in the end.

Wow.. They really helped me with my debts. I initially was kept updated on my debt account and was notified of any changes. Since they went to the customer self-check website I rarely heard from them (some of us do not have a computer system readily available). I much prefer the phone calls and emails. It is much too early to give you a proper rating. I just started this program a couple of months ago and have had no contact with you since my initial start-up. I will gladly give you a better rating in a few more months when I see something positive happening.

Deposited over 4K into my account, which they charge $10/month for. Just over 1k to creditors, over 3k to NDR. They will make settlements and offer creditors very low first payment, so they can then collect their fee (21%). Called me numerous times a day asking for more money, although I deposited plenty of money to make creditor payments, they had taken all their fees first so there wasn't enough left. Proving, beyond shadow of a doubt, that they are not in this to help the customer, but just another greedy organization. Oh and that 100% back guarantee? False, that's only if you have money in your account do you get any back. They keep every cent of the fees they take even though nothing with any creditor is "settled." Salesman on the phone completely glosses over this fact during initial phone call and you are rushed through paperwork to get started.

I am 100% completely satisfied with my experience. Customer service was excellent at assisting me with my needs and also very professional. Very informative on information to assist me with my decision on what would work best for me is settling my debt.

Within the first five months, one of my accounts was paid in full! They did exactly as they promised. I look forward to seeing what they can do with my remaining accounts as well. They've also been very professional and polite in all of the times I have conversed with them. They're really helpful.

In less than one year working with NDR, my debt has been diminished by nearly one-third. They communicate quickly to questions and provide helpful advice and negotiations. Credit card companies, Chase, Discover, Wells Fargo, and Cabela's Visa refuse to follow my instructions to contact National Debt Relief because they say that they don't deal with relief companies! If there's some solution that you can administer to correct this problem I would appreciate it!

I recently contacted National Debt services about paying my fee off in total and it went from X amount to another amount that they came up with until I spoke with a supervisor that would pay me off of my agreement. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation on who, it would not be them. They say 50% of your debt will be covered. It's more like 75%. Why do they care. It's not their money I am stuck paying off now. I would not recommend them to nobody.

Yes, these people have been a great help. If you want to get out of debt without going to a bankruptcy court then here is the place. I'm so glad I choose to come to National Debt Relief first. Bankruptcy lawyers told me I would have to wipe my debt clean and start over. But I had some accounts that I was still in a good report with and I didn't want to turn my back on everything. So I was able to keep some accounts in good standing.

The service associates were friendly and helpful at enrollment. The only negative thus far is when my paydays changed and I needed to change the withdrawal date for the funds. Since my enrollment with NDR, the experience has been good. When I spoke to Adam ** on the first day in January, he made me feel that I was not alone in the predicament I made. I am a person who does not talk a lot, does not call anyone, and hates that I do not have the funds to pay off my own debts. So far working with NDR has been a great experience. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are times when I do not hear from them regarding my account, which lets me assume everything is good. I would, however, like an occasional courtesy call just to keep me up to date with my account. The website and consumer portal are great and allow me to see how much I have paid so far and when accounts will be settled completely, but the occasional human interaction would put the company over the top. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this company.

I was told by a relative about this program and he said it helped him a lot with his debt. I am impressed with the settlements they have done so far. I was skeptical at first of course, but they actually did it! Happy that they helped me! I highly recommend them if you need help with getting out of debt.

I have always had great service whenever I call in. Sometimes I get jumpy about not paying my bills and they always "talk me down". I've had one settlement so far and I've only been with them for two months. I'd recommend this program to anyone who feels like their debt is getting out of control and who wants to take control of it. Even though my credit score is taking a massive hit - I feel more financially secure than I have in years and I've been assured that it will improve and probably be better than it was once they get everything settled. I have not had any complaints in the several months that I have been associated with NDR. I did get a phone call from one of the team members a couple of weeks ago that I found confusing and a bit stressful. The team rep said she was offering me the opportunity to consolidate all of my debts to be paid off by NDR after which I would make payments to NDR rather than the creditors. I found this an odd offer considering the point of joining NDR was to get out of debt, not get in deeper. NDR claims to help you out of debt by helping to clear your debt. If I ended up owing NDR instead of the creditors, I'd simply be swapping creditors. The offer made me feel that NDR was becoming anxious about my ability to continue with the program and offered me an alternative, which I did not find acceptable.

The 1st contact was very knowledgeable and consistent with messaging. I wasn't sure I wanted to do this. I was current on my bills, and I thought I just needed to borrow more money to pay on my bills. He explained how hopeless that was; that I was only going to be deeper in debt, and then I would have to borrow more money again. I saw the wisdom of that, but I was frightened, ashamed, reluctant. He pushed through the resistance, and I am enrolled. I have received guidance and support along the way. Of course, I am just starting, so the collection calls, etc. have not fully begun. I think the company does a fantastic job of explaining options, next steps, how to answer the creditors when the calls begin. A very thorough, well planned program. The call-in support is excellent. Highly recommend.

I was trying to get on my feet after a divorce which my Ex had taken all my money and left me with an enormous debt on my credit cards. When trying for several months to pay it off myself, I saw Nat'l Debt relief, read the reviews and decided to contact them to see if they could assist me. The gentleman I was put in contact with was phenomenal! He explained all the details, asked how much I could afford to pay monthly. Nat'l Debt was able to negotiate and reduce my debt monies to a reasonable amount.

Due to the fact it takes so long for the process to work only gives the creditors time to add fees and interest on to the total. In the end the process doesn't do a lot of good but the overall experience I would say was fair and could be improved after creditors reduce 50% off the original balance and then add on the fees and interest over time before this is settled and then you are take your cut. It is not much difference from the original balance.

Everyone that I have dealt with has been very helpful and informative. The negotiations have been going great and I have been happy with the results thus far. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to any friends should they end up in financial trouble.

I was in serious debt and have been on this program since December of 2013. They are completely transparent about the program and their fees. Their customer service is excellent and always make you feel important. This is a great program and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am doing everything that NDR has told me. Creditors are calling me threatening lawsuits, and I am sticking to not making payments. I know its only been a few months, but I just want to know if everything is going all right and as planned. Or if there is anything else I need to do.

I really appreciate being able to reach a live person either through email or calling the customer service line. My emails are always responded to immediately and I'm never on hold long.

All has been good except for the phone calls without a message with the purpose of the call. That is a little frustrating. Service requests are answered promptly and sufficient information is given to the customer. Also, the website is very easy to navigate.

My irresponsible spending to cover living expenses with some luxuries like a fridge full of food, television and internet left me in a substantial amount of debt after I got out of college. As I matured and realized how reckless I was with all of this credit spending, I cut up all of my cards, tried to get make payments and ahead of all the interest on different loans or credit cards, but never seemed to get my head above water. Not sure how to comment because relative speaking I haven't seen much different yet. I can give a more definitive review once I've seen a difference, like in about 8 to 9 months. After about 1 year or so I can review National Debt Relief. One thing I can say is that my welcome representative was very nice and patient with me.

I just didn't like how I had to call to make any kind of decision. When I lost my salaried job I tried to get my deposits postponed. We have only had one debt settled. It took longer than I thought it would. We have been with this company for almost a year I think and have only one settlement offer. But so far I am happy I just wish we would have had more settlement offers.

I signed up a few months ago in March and have been paying every two weeks toward my debt. I was told when I signed up that about 6 weeks from approval I would start receiving offers to settle my debts that were negotiated and my credit score would rise. It's been 3 months and I have not received one offer and my credit is still in the tank. On top of that, I lost my job and called to see how I can handle my account if I had to miss a payment and was told I could postpone one payment one time but if I didn't have the next scheduled payment that my account would be closed.

Set up was simple and easy. It's been 2 months and from what I can tell nothing has happened yet. But I have gotten 2 emails ask how my experience is/was. Once I see things resolved with my credit cards that would be a good time to see how things are going.

I really would like more communication from the company on my case and I just see the bank withdrawal every month with hardly any updates. It was never clear on what the fees were for this program and I am considering finding somewhere else to help me.

First, I have found that there is very little communication between NDR and the consumer. I was unaware that a settlement had been made with JB Robinson until I called to find out what was happening. I am a little disappointed because a few months before this, I had spoken to one of NDR's service reps and told him that I had a necklace valued at about $1400.00 that I wanted to return for credit. I was told by that rep that it was too late and I also should not have to give up my jewelry. This would have reduced down my debt considerably and left more funds available for other payoffs. Also, I have no idea whether or not my other creditors have been contacted. There simply is no communication.

For the short time that I have been enrolled they have been very helpful and got an agreement settle on one of my accounts that were very hard to deal with and they manage somehow the settlement. Whenever I have a question they are very helpful and patient to explain the answer I'm looking for.

NDR has been awesome at communication with me. They have either contacted me via email or by phone to update me. I like the online services that are available as well. I have not had any issues and am very happy I went with NDR. They have helped me so much.

It's hard for me to rate right at this moment because there is not much happening. However, everything has been going well with not much creditor's harassment since I changed the contact information. There is one thing I'm a little disappointed in. I tried, twice, to get a hold of a rep, by email, to clarify some info but got absolutely no response. I work full time so I don't have the luxury to call has I need to. It would be nice if all customer service contact info given to clients are able to be utilized by clients and get the same quick response time. Besides from that, I've had a good experience with the company.

After I was enrolled and got things going and started making payments everything was good. I would get calls asking how things were going and an occasional bump to the monthly payments and check to see if a debt settlement was ok for me but then after that nothing. Crickets... An occasional call or email to your clients as they go through the process would be ideal. Maybe a call to say you are doing well, maybe get an update on where you stand with your accounts and give some feedback. It appears that you would like us to monitor ourselves and our progress, all fine and dandy, but to get us in the door and forget about us is not good customer service.
