I'm not one to usually write about my experience with anything, but I have to say I feel so much better after making my choice to move forward with NDR. I lost my job of 8 years in May 2017 and took a position in July with a huge pay cut. Thought I was doing the right thing by paying the minimum monthly payment and just sucking it up and dealing with my debit, embarrassed to ask for help (only drowning myself more) I finally reached out to NDR (after looking into other options and nothing resulting that would benefit or help me).

The process was painless and everyone was helpful. They made sure I was aware of all the risks before I made a decision. They were very thorough in going over the plan and letting me know exactly how it works. I was very impressed with the whole process.

The care and attention your customer service representatives gave to me was unbelievable. The time they took to explain everything and make sure I understood the process kept me at ease with my situation. I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

After carefully researching different debt relief programs. I happily chose National Debt Relief. From the very start Josh was very knowledgeable and informative. The process went smooth and I am happy to be moving forward. NDR is very transparent. I feel confident I made the best decision based on my circumstances.

National Debt Relief very helpful cut down my credit card debt. I just start 5 month with National Debt but they already resolved 3 of my credit card and they very nice and help every time you asked them question. I would recommend them. Very helpful from cut your debt.

Quick service and quality results! My first settlement within the first 3 months. The process was explained very well so I knew how it would work. I have contacted them once for customer service and their response was immediate, and my request was granted without question. They really do allow you to have a say. I have complete faith in this company and have been very pleased thus far.

Overall, my experience was positive. The only issue I had was that I had a really hard time understanding the representative I was talking to. She talked way too fast and this made her words run together and I had to ask her several times to slow down. I'm sure she says the same things over & over again to clients she is talking to. And what she has to say is automatic to her. My ears aren't young!! I have never been through this process before, so everything is new to me. I'm afraid I got impatient with her and for that I am sorry. Thanks.

I got too many credit cards so I turned to National Debt Relief to help me pay off my credit card. They talked to me nicer and explained everything well, and it was a cheaper program than Freedom Debt Relief. The negotiators from NDR were great. They were professional, courteous and very informing. They talked to me about the enrollment process and what would happen. They made a payment plan for me, which was good, and they take the payment out of my bank account. I feel very comfortable working with them. NDR has made me more at ease with my bills. We're still in the very beginning although they started helping me pay off my credit cards. I took over 7 accounts to them and 2 of them have already been satisfied. National Debt Relief was much better than Freedom Debt Relief.

I had over $10,000 worth of credit card debts and I needed to get out of them. I saw that National Debt Relief had a good rating on the Better Business Bureau so I went with them. I did an online thing at first, then they called me and I got more in depth with it with the guy that taught me what my monthly payments would be. We went over how they settled things, what would be the good stuff if I went with them, and what I needed to do. He was informed and he was able to give me good information. He was awesome and really legit. Plus, there was no pressure and it was more of an "if you get it done then you're closer to being out of debt" thing since I thought about doing the program before but I didn't. If I did, I could have been farther along with the process and four months ahead of the frame.

I'm very happy with what NDR has been able to do for me. They have resolved six of my credit card debts, which is great, and still tracking along. During the enrolment, I spoke to somebody over the phone but I also have access to my Telstra account online. When they have the debt settlement proposal for me, they email me and if they can't get a hold of me, they call me. With the payments, they work with you depending on what your pay schedule is with your job. Mine is every two weeks, so that's how they do it. I would certainly recommend NDR. I think it's another way out for people that are over their head with their credit card debt and it avoids the complications of bankruptcy, the negative marks on your credit. Even though the program can have negative consequences on your credit, it’s a lot better than going bankrupt.

I bought a new house and I was fine with it, but my daughter and her four children moved into my house. Because of having to try and help take care of them, it was like a snowball effect. I couldn’t do it all and I couldn’t leave my house. Somebody told me about National Debt Relief and I checked them out, but there was not much information out there about them. I called and talked to them on the phone. I liked what they said and they were sincere about trying to help me. I enrolled and did everything online, except for one paper that I had to print, sign and send back. They set up the payment plan based on my total amount owed out and what they thought they could settle each account for. Then, they told me how much it would be per month for 36 months. Some of it seems really expensive. When they make a phone call to settle a debt and I'd agree on the phone, they charge me a $150 for the phone call, which seems a little excessive.

I'm very impressed with the two gentlemen that helped me today. I'm sure I'll sleep better now. I feel a great burden has been lifted from my life. My financial difficulties began 18 years ago following a divorce. I feel now I have a chance at a happy life. Thank You Again To Jay and the Welcome Team.

I had a great experience and everyone was extremely nice in answering my questions. I really hope this works and I'm out of debt soon. I was hesitant about a year ago to actually go into a program like this, but seeing that my debt was not going down while making my minimum payments really made me feel that this was the best option for me.

I was in a lot of debt and National Debt Relief was better at administrating. They offered a program to pay my debt off in three and a half years. Before enrollment, they wanted a list of all my debts. The program is paying off my debt and I'm about two and a half years away. The negotiators were professional and courteous. Since working with National Debt Relief, I'm not getting any calls from anyone anymore.

My mom was of age and recently, she took ill. I was getting a lot of bills and stuff done in the house so, it became really a hardship for ourselves. I researched, checked National Debt Relief and thought that that would be my best solution to get things paid off. I initially spoke with a representative who gave me the details and information about how the company works. They explained to me what they would need to do which involved pulling the credit report to see what all that was there. After that, they explained the process of what would need to be done and the next step that I would need to do. After that, we went through getting everything set up and seeing if it was the best for me, determining if it was something I wanted to know about. I felt that it was the best and it would not cause great hardship for me. They were detailed, took the time to work with me and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable with them.

I called National Debt Relief and the person on the other end seemed like they could walk and chew bubble gum. They convinced me with a good deal, so I went with it. I enrolled with them over the phone and there was three hours worth of phone calls. I had a main representative who ran me through everything, which was nice. The program is over a three year period and we're six months into it. I have a bi-weekly payment plan that is on automatic bank draft. Moreover, I don't have to worry about the individual calls. Although I still get a lot of them, they have diminished considerably. And it’s nice to know that I just paid out one amount. I would definitely tell others to call NDR.

I was in debt and I looked up some websites online. National Debt Relief had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. I got a call from a rep and he took all my information down. Once we agreed to what I want to do, he decided to walk me through the paperwork online. He told me to sign some documents online and he sent me emails. When I got the emails, he reviewed them to me while we were on the phone and then I had to call a welcome person to get me introduced to the program. I went with their consolidation program where they can get me out of debt in no more than three years and the price for the service I’m getting is really fair. I get paid every two weeks, so they take out my payment every pay period instead of taking one whole amount.

Response within minutes. However, initial employee seemed to be very anxious to complete call. Although spoke clearly, it was a lot to digest in such a short call. However, second person was very clear and very helpful. Questions were posed and answered in a very personable and informative way.
