I was drowning in debt, with no method of actually coming out of it, but I got in touch with National Debt Relief and they're helping me finally get my head above the water. These guys have literally helped save me from judgements and just slowly going under with debt.

National Debt described me as a "good client" and therefore they were offering me a "great deal". They told me after 6 months of paying on time, that I should definitely go with Liberty Lending who would give me a $12,000 loan to pay off my bills. Additionally, I would begin getting high ratings on my credit report. Today they deducted an additional amount more than I had anticipated and I called them to request the money be returned and they told me that they weren't able to do that today and the person who spoke to me said he would TRY to get back to me by the end of the day. This has not given me peace of mind; but it has increased my anxiety by a inordinate amount.

While it is still too early to be sure it appears this program is going to be of great value to me. I have some large bills that are overdue. When I get these paid off it appears I will be in good shape for the future.

You don't even know your customer. I have been a client for 39 months. As a matter of fact July should be my last payment. I was told that my credit would be improved, only to find out that I need a credit repair company to do that. All of my accounts have been paid. I am grateful for that.

When I started doing this program I was lead to believe that everything would be handled on your part. Even after giving your number to one of my creditors I still get calls several times a day. They're calling my job now too. I'm having $291 pulled out of my account when my check is $400. You didn't leave me with any real money to survive on. I thought this would help but you're ruining my credit in the process. I should have taken out a bigger loan or just filed bankruptcy. This program seems counter productive. Honestly knowing what I do now I'd never recommend this program to anybody. And if I could I'd quit your program now but it's too late for that. So you want to know how I feel? Very unsatisfied and pissed off. I could have probably done a better job making my own negotiations with my creditors. In fact I give this program a minus 2 stars.

NDR has been very good with helping me through this tough time in my life, and has followed through with everything they said they were going to. I am a consumer and was in debt that would have taken 15 years to resolve. NDR gave me a way to pay off my debts within two to two and a half years. I am currently in the process of this process. It simple, quickly supported and very easy.

After just about one year in this program we have reached agreements with two of our creditors. I am starting to get some very aggressive responses from other creditors and even very low offers that seem hard to pass up. So far so good, they were able to cut my debt nearly in half. Also very helpful and courteous. For example, one of our creditors were in the process of suing us and all I had to do was to make one phone call to NDR and they took care of it immediately.

I have had to contact the service numerous times to make additions or changes, I have always received great service. I have changed the date and the amount of my deposit at least three times to make it easier for me. I believe that these changes will enable me to complete the program quicker.

Staff service is very good. Painless sign up. Really appreciate ability to borrow from escrow account but haven't received money yet. When legal company contacted via email there was no reference to your company. Had to ask them who they were. Same with bank holding account. You need to make it more clear who will be contacting us and why. At 3 months, no apparent contact with CC companies. Somewhat concerned.

Nothing has been done yet. I haven't seen any results so far. It would be nice to know when something is being done and what is being done. The creditors are driving me half nuts with their calls and are asking for information about who I'm working with and how they can reach them. I just refer them to your website.

Customer service was excellent. The representative answered every question and instructed me with little confusion. She made me feel like I was speaking with a friend. I will see if this continues in the future, because my debt is still in the works.

I think that everyone was very professional and well learned. Hold time was bearable. Most of all, personality was a pleasant plus. However, negotiation is a bit slow. I would just like to say, THANK YOU. But there is one thing missing, credit score. An update of the credit score would be nice if added to the view portal.

I am very happy with my experience. They were very helpful with any questions I had and they made my every day life a lot easier when it came to dealing with my creditors. They were able to get almost half my debt relieved by the credit card people and found a company that would give me a loan to satisfy the debt I still owed at reasonable rate. I am now free from 7 high interest payments to 1 very reasonable one.

If I call and need to stop deductions for a month 2 or 3, I don't need a lecture and 20 questions as to why. Usually the person requesting this has reasons or a financial problem. The warnings about creditors not honoring the agreement etc. are all unimportant. The fact is if they want any money they will renegotiate the deal, or get nothing!!!

Very knowledgeable, made process easy. Explained everything in way which minimized any worries about getting into program. So far I'm very satisfied, and glad I called, I would definitely recommend them to others who had debt issues like I had, it has made my life easier.

Only complaint is that the creditors that have not been contacted yet are still blowing up my phone, emails and sending notices. I have even had them calling me at work - which I could lose my job over!!! Overall I am happy and the people I have spoken to have been very helpful and considerate to me on the phone which is not the norm nowadays.

Tommie was great getting me enrolled, knowledgeable and empathetic. However, it has been over 2 months and I've not had any communication at all. I fear my payments are just sitting and my card companies are pinging points off of my credit in droves for non-payment. So far, the best part is that the phone calls from the card companies have mostly stopped, but it'd be great to know that my trust wasn't placed in a black hole of sorts.

It has been ok so far with dealing with NDR, I guess if anything I wish the process was quicker, waiting on settlements can give you lack of patience. You would hope that someone from NDR would call you constantly with updates.

I haven't had any settlements yet, but the entrance into the program has given me peace... Based on my account info I should have a settlement by the end of the month which will be my next payment. Also I call and had one of my dates changed and the agent solve the problem very quickly. Thanks.

I am satisfied with what they are doing with me but after everything is all signed there is no communication from them at all. When they did finally contact me they were looking for more money to settle an account. Wasn't happy about that! Everything was supposed to be included with the final price they gave.

From the very start they explained everything in detail, the process from start to finish. So far we have seen that. That makes us very happy that they know we truly want to work them all, but to go from 68,000.00 to 19,000.00 social security a year after my layoff it's hard to come up with the funds. My experience has not been a good one. National Debt Relief takes their payment before payments are made to the creditor and I feel that it should be taken in increments just like the creditors' payments. Also, due to medical reasons I needed to skip two payments (when my payments were current without missing an automatic draft) and I was told it would be fine. I later was told that my settlement would be in jeopardy if I didn't make additional payments to get the funds to them.

I am very satisfied with NDR. We have only been doing payments for 4 months and they have settled two of our credit cards. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for debt relief options. National Debt Relief takes the stress away from getting out of debt.

I like that they were very personable and willing to work with you as more than a customer. They were patient and never pushy. They never came off as if they were trying to get a sale. From the time you sign up to the time they start settling your debts, it is a long time. The weeks go by slowly as the creditors still call you. They do not even attempt to settle your debts until several months go by.

I had three accounts I consolidated. One was resolved, the other two are still hounding me through collections agencies constantly. I would have expected at least that to stop by now, so I'm a little disappointed. There isn't much communication about the progress either.

As of right now, all of my 7 accounts have been negotiated and I am moving away from my debt, all of this in just 15 months. The process was very easy, as long as you follow the steps they provide you and believe me, the annoying calls from the banks went away. The ability to see current status progress on completing the debt as measured against the outstanding debts was not very visible and hard to access my account on a regular basis was extremely difficult. I am not totally satisfied. My effort to conclude this program and expedite its finish was not done in a process that would include a more clear view of what has been paid and what still needs to be paid.

It was so simple signing up and finding a monthly fee I could manage. It has been 5 months and I haven't had much communication of progress yet which kinda saddens me and the emails I've sent were not well responded but I have trust that it will all be good. The contracts are really detailed and in my favor so I'm not worried. I can tell you more in a year or so.

I joined National Debt Relief early this year in an attempt to FINALLY get my head above water financially. Last week, I got a VERY favorable settlement on one of my credit cards, much better than I had expected. I hope I will be as fortunate with the other cards!

I've never heard from them except when I received the introductory information.. When I've forwarded them various info all I get is a robot response. I've never even received an account number or how to access my account to see if they are making any progress. Also Global Solutions is impossible to get into their website and no reason for me to be charged for an account I can get free at any other financial institution. There has been NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER!!!

They were very concerned about helping me understand how NDR works. Everyone I spoke to took the time to explain the details of the settlement offer they were calling me with. They also made sure I understood how it would affect the total payoff.

Every communication needs to be had in writing. Some basic info that was the reason for me signing up has now been changed. Explanations given over the phone have not met up with info shared in writing. This rating could change as time goes on but for now this is my experience with NDR.

Well I've just been a member a couple of months and made 2 payments and they settled one debt so far so I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens! I'm told that it will take 30-120 days before they really start making real progress and keeping the creditors off my back!

Only been with National Debt Relief for a month, so my experience is limited but I can say that the sign up process was awesome. Lots of promises, appears that only one of my CC debts is being been resolved. The bill collectors are harassing me daily. Several months have passed, and money is being withdrawn from my bank account to pay the debts as I agreed, but no relief from most of the debtors. And my credit rating has taken the worst dive to the lowest ever in my lifetime. Due to all the late/past due payments to the creditors who apparently have not been contacted or are refusing to cooperate?

After a couple of months I started receiving settlement offers, the offers were lower than what NDR speculated. Since the money goes straight into the escrow account they created for me, all I have to do is accept the offers as they come and no longer worry about the debt! NDR has given me a little wiggle room in my finances. I no longer have to worry about creditor calls. It is a relief to be able to not worry about making just the minimum payments each month. I have told my family members and friends who need help as well.

I have not been enrolled in National Debt Relief that long. I'm fairly new so I can't say a whole lot plus or minus. I can say at this time my experiences have been friendly and positive. I hope to say more in the future and I hope it's all positive.

Being sued. I thought the whole idea with going with this program is so this would not happen. I also thought I would be making one payment a month only to find out part way through this program I would be asked to come up with more money. Had I know this I would never have applied for this. I am worse off now than I was before I signed up.

Everything was how National Debt Relief described. There was no surprises. Had no problems with my creditors. After 6 months I received a loan to take care of all my debt. I recommended them to a coworker and they are now enrolled with National Debt Relief and are happy so far.

I started the program in February with a four year time line. At five months in I have enough in my account for them to start dealing with my creditors. They have come to terms with a couple of my creditors already, saving me thousands of dollars, so I am hoping to complete the program ahead of time. I am very happy so far.

I needed to do something with my bills and I also didn't want to file bankruptcy. I called National Debt Relief and I liked their service. It’s the best way to do it. The enrollment process didn’t take long. I gave all my bills and after they checked it, they told me how many months it would be and how much I had to pay then they added four more things. I like that they don't pressure me but gradually, I've been adding more money into it. It was $297, then I went to $300, then $400. Now I'm up to $500. And I really enjoy it because I don't have anybody on my back. They made it a lot better than all these collectors calling me and driving me bananas. I'm able to pay my utility bills which I got one left until I get caught up on. And that will be next month.

I'm extremely happy that I signed up with National Debt Relief. However, if I could offer some constructive criticism I would say: When they informed me about a settlement it wasn't clear to me that I didn't have to come up with more money and I was confused. Also, the reps that called me talked extremely fast and jumped all over the place instead of thoroughly explaining exactly how it worked. The last call I received about a settlement I thought it would be the same as my previous settlements, however it turned out that I would have to submit quite a bit more every month. Too many voice mails. I had three or four every day. I can't take personal calls at work so this became frustrating for me. The original debt statement did not pick up all of my debt. When I tried to add additional debt, the cost was prohibitive. I wish I had known that all debt would not appear and I would have been better able to make a cost-effective decision. I wouldn't rate my experience dissatisfied or satisfied because I have had experiences of both. The model of helping is fantastic, however I have had some negative interactions and I believe the fees are extremely high, especially when settling small debts. Fees could be adjusted to still generate decent income, while providing more cash contributions to the unpaid debt.

Time will pass, you will continue to be in debt, this is such a great opportunity to get on top of your finances and get your credit score back in action! They know what they are doing and I'm so happy I used NDR's services!

Bottom line, this company has promised what we discussed when I signed up. I am 24 months into the program, and 60% of debt has been eliminated. I was very skeptical at first, but the program has done what I was told it was going to do. As long as you have funds in the account (this is how they negotiate with creditors), they will work on your behalf in reducing the debt. Yes, you might be liable for the tax (creditors will file with IRS), but you're still ahead of the game. I was told my plan is scheduled for 48 months to be debt-free, so I'm counting on them to keep their commitment to that. So far, I am very pleased with this company! I wish I would have done this sooner, seriously!!!

The bad situation was the irresponsibility of my credit use. The happy ending is that through National Debt Relief work all my creditors have been paid through the settlement process at about fifty cents on the dollar. It did take longer than I thought it was going to take but not bad.

When I was referred to a different department by my rep., the department he referred me to told me that there was nothing they can do with what I was inquiring about and that they wouldn't even lift a finger until they had a certain percentage of the money in the account. In the meantime, they were going to allow for the CC companies start the process of suing instead of calling them and trying to negotiate or at the very least let them know that it is their intention to do so.

I am unable to get any response from customer service. They keep running me around. Tell me that this going to happen, that's going to happen and nothing's going to happen. Been enrolled year and creditors are calling and writing me to request a payoff and I'm sending to them and they're not replying to me.

Difficult to make changes to account without calling to talk to. It would be far easier for your clients to makes changes to payments dates, change phone numbers, and actively participate in their own program if you enabled them to do so on your website.

They tend to sell more than they offer. Almost two months with them and they've yet to contact my collectors. Meanwhile, I've been handling the collection calls from my personal loans. I was told that my two collectors would be willing to settle fairly soon since I've already paid off my debt and now solely paying on interest. However, I'm still dealing with them and NDR continues to tell me to be patient. Not sure this is money well spent.

Customer service is always very helpful. They contact me whenever I fax documents to let me know received them. I haven't been in the program more than 6 months and they have already settled one of my cards. I would recommend them to anyone who is having problems.

Initially it was going to take 3 years to reduce our $20,000 debt but due to some really great offers they were able to get us, it's only going to take 2 years. I have been very impressed with their website design, the way they had me fill out forms and sign documents electronically and all the ins and outs of the process. I have only been using their service for about 4 months and already have 2 accounts closed, with a savings of over $1500 of what I owed.
